Abstract

This research is motivated by the problems were many students are having problems of mathematics learning outcomes at schools. Many students did not complete the study of mathematics. The research aims to describe (1) learning motivation,(2) the correlation of learning motivation and student learning outcomes.This study used a descriptive correlational quantitative method. The study population were students of SMAN 1 Rambatan School Year 2014/2015 522 people the sample of 208 people, which is selected by stratified random sampling technique. The instrument was a questionnaire with reliability of 0.971 (motivation to learn). Data have analyzed with descriptive statistics,simple linear regression and multiple regression.The research result showed that (1) students' motivation were at high enough category,(2) there was a correlation of learning motivation the learning outcomes of student.Keyword : Learning Motivation, Mathematics Learning Outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peningkatan partisipasi pikiran siswa pada pembelajaran IPA di kelas IV SDN 24 Kalumbuk Kota Padang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi karena belum sepenuhnya siswa berpartisipasi pada pembelajaran IPA  di kelas IV SDN 24 Kalumbuk  Kota Padang. Siswa belum banyak terlihat seperti mengemukakan pendapat, bertanya, dan menjawab pertanyaan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, terdiri dari dua siklus. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu guru dan para siswa kelas IV SDN 24 Kalumbuk Kota Padang. Teknik pengumpulan data adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan tes. Sedangkan instrumen penelitian berupa lembar pengamatan, dokumentasi dan lembar tes. Hasil penelitian menunjukan adanya peningkatan partisipasi pikiran siswa pada pembelajaran IPA. Hal ini dapat dilihat pada hasil rekapitulasi partisipasi pikiran siswa pada siklus I adalah 62,7% dengan kategori Cukup dan mengalami peningkatan pada siklus II menjadi 90% dengan kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran IPA  dengan menggunakan pendekatan Sains Teknologi Masyarakat (STM) dapat meningkatkan partisipasi pikiran siswa di kelas IV SDN 24 Kalumbuk Kota Padang.

Abstract

When this study was conducted, students were exposed to access to information via the internet, which negatively impacted pornography behavior. One example of media that counselors can do to improve student emotional regulation is designing guidelines for implementing attractive information services. This study aims to increase the regulation of student emotions in the prevention of pornographic tendencies through information services. This research uses research and development (R & D). The research model uses a 4-D development model. The type of data collected in this study is the type of data validity and suitability according to students' needs. The instrument of data collection in this study used a Likert scale questionnaire and group discussion. The study population was students of SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The study sample was a class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Padang. The study results found that providing information service guidelines to improve student emotion regulation in preventing the tendency of pornography was effective in increasing the regulation of students' emotions in preventing pornographic tendencies.

Abstract

Kesiapan belajar merupakan bagian integral dari kegiatan belajar. Gangguan kondisi fisik, kurangnya peralatan belajar, kurangnya motivasi dalam belajar, kurangnya keterampilan belajar dan kurangnya kemauan untuk mengulang pelajaran membuat siswa tidak siap untuk memberikan respon yang tepat dalam kegiatan belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesiapan belajar siswa yang dilihat dari kondisi fisik, mental, emosional, kebutuhan, motif, tujuan, keterampilan belajar dan pengetahuan sebelumnya. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif yang menggambarkan kesiapan belajar siswa di SMP N 21 Kerinci. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah skala kesiapan belajar. Sampael penelitian ini berjumlah 101 siswa SMP N 21 Kerinci. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian terungkap bahwa rata-rata kesiapan belajar siswa berada pada kategori sedang. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan bagi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dalam membuat program layanan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan belajar siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to assess and measure the magnitude; 1) The effect of the service system on the community satisfaction of e-KTP-e applicants and birth certificates, 2) the influence of infrastructure on the community satisfaction of e-KTP-e applicants and birth certificates, 3) the effect of service employee behavior on community satisfaction with e-KTP and the applicant for a birth certificate, and 4) the influence of the service system, facilities, and employee behavior on the community satisfaction of applicants for KTP-el and birth certificates at the Civil Service Population and Civil Disability Service. Bireuen District. With the research object is the people of Bireuen Regency who submitted and made El-KTP and birth certificates as many as 70 samples. With a path analysis approach. The results showed that; A). There is a direct and indirect effect of service quality factors on the satisfaction of the community managing and making KTP-e and child birth certificates by 33.58%. b). The magnitude of the influence of service facilities and infrastructure factors on the satisfaction of the people who care for and make e-KTPs and birth certificates for children is 16.13%, c). And the influence of employee behavior factors on community satisfaction who care for and make e-KTPs and birth certificates for children at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bireuen Regency is 20.89%. Based on the size of the determination coefficient of 0.705, it explains that the contribution of the aspects of service quality, service facilities and infrastructure and employee behavior to community satisfaction at the Population and Civil Registry Office of Bireuen Regency is 70.5%. Meanwhile, the remaining role of the variable that was not examined was 29.5%, indicating that there are other factors that can influence the variable of community satisfaction

Abstract

Motivation to learn is encouragement from within (intrinsic) and from outside (extrinsic) individuals or students to make changes in behavior and to achieve certain goals. Without motivation in learning, learning activities will be difficult to succeed. Learning motivation is influenced by various factors, one of which is psychological factors, namely anxiety. This study aims to: (1) describe student learning motivation, (2) describe students' academic anxiety, and (3) test the significance of the relationship between academic anxiety and student motivation. This study uses quantitative research with descriptive correlational types. The population of this study were 978 students of SMAN 2 Padang who were enrolled in the July-December 2018 semester and a sample of 93 students were selected by Stratified Random Sampling. The instruments used were learning motivation questionnaire with reliability 0.703 and academic anxiety questionnaire with reliability of 0.732. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistical techniques and Pearson Product Moment techniques with the help of SPSS for Windows 20. The research findings showed that: (1) students 'learning motivation was in the medium category with a percentage of 60%, (2) students' academic anxiety was in the medium category with a percentage of 70%, (3) and there is a significant negative relationship between academic anxiety and student motivation with a correlation coefficient of -0.269 and a significance level of 0.009.

Abstract

This research was initiated by the condition of students who still have no internalized conformity to school regulation. Basically, each learner has different awareness in conforming school regulation. Some of them do it because of their self-awareness, and othersdo it because of their anxiety to behave and obey school regulation. The objectives of this research were to describe (1) the internalized conformity of students to school regulation concerning the way they dress, (2) the internalized conformity of students to school regulation concerning the way they behave, (3) internalized conformity to school regulation in conforming, (4) and the difference of internalized conformity to school regulation between male and female students. This research used quantitative approach with descriptive comparative, with 251 students as sample chosen by using proportional random sampling tecnique. The result revealed that the level of internalized conformity of students to school regulation was in medium category. There was a difference of internalized conformity to school regulation between male and female students.
