Abstract

This research aims to determine the simultaneous or partial influence of leadership style, work environment and work discipline variables on the performance of Arjasari Community Health Center employees. In this study, the samples were employees of the Arjasari Community Health Center with a sample size of 30 people. This research uses quantitative methods with a total sampling technique. And the data analysis tool uses the SPSS version 25.0 program. Based on the results of research at the Arjasari health center, it shows that leadership style, work environment and work discipline influence employee performance both partially and simultaneously with a determination coefficient test value (R₂) of 0.978 or 97.8% so it can be interpreted as 97.8% The performance of Arjasari Community Health Center employees (Y) can be explained by the variables leadership style (X₁), work environment (X₂), and work discipline (X₃)

Abstract

Profitability is a ratio to assess the company's ability to seek profit. This ratio also provides a measure of the level of effectiveness of a company's management. Profitability at PT Bank Mayapada Internasioanl Tbk in 2014-2023 fluctuated every year and tended to decline at the end of the research year. This study aims to determine the effect of Net Interest Margin (NIM), Operating Costs of Operating Income (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA) for the 2014- 2023 period. This study uses a quantitative method with a descriptive verification approach. The data source used is secondary data with documentation data collection inthe form of annual financial reports and purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis, regression analysis, correlation analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing either partially or simultaneously with the help of the SPSS 25 program. The research results show that the average ROA is 0.919%, categorized as healthy. However, ROA in the last 2 years of the 2022-2023 research period has decreased drastically with the lowest value being 0.04% and is below Bank Indonesia's provisions for the healthy ROA category, namely 1.5%. The average NIM is 3.13% which is categorized as healthy, but in the year of research, namely 2020, it dropped drastically with a minimum value of 0.47%, even far from the minimum limit of 6% according to Bank Indonesia regulations for the healthy NIM category. The average BOPO is 91.79 which is categorized as healthy, but BOPO at the end of the research period in 2024 rose to the highest value, namely 99.40% and is above Bank Indonesia's provisions for the healthy BOPO category, namely a maximum of 85%. The average LDR is 85.10% which is categorized as however the LDR in the 3 years at the end of the research period in 2021 has decreased drastically with the lowest value being 71% and the highest value in 2019 even approaching the maximum and minimum limits, namely 80%-110% accordingly. Bank Indonesia provisions for the healthy LDR category. Partially NIM has no effect on ROA with a contribution of1.80%. BOPO has no effect on ROA with a contribution of 99.40%. LDR has a significant effect on ROA with a contribution of 88.59%. Together (simultaneously) NIM, BOPO, LDR have a significant influence on ROA at PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk for the 2014-2023 period.

Abstract

Bank merupakan salah satu lembaga penting dan berperan dalam mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi suatu bangsa. Sebagai perusahaan, perbankan dituntut untuk menjaga profitabilitas yang stabil agar investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi. Dalam menilai profitabilitas, Bank Indonesia lebih menekankan pada besaran Return On Assets (ROA), karena Bank Indonesia sebagai pengawas dan pengawas perbankan memprioritaskan nilai profitabilitas bank yang diukur dengan aset di mana sebagian besar dana berasal dari masyarakat. Tabungan. . ROA berfungsi untuk mengukur efektivitas perusahaan dalam menghasilkan keuntungan dengan memanfaatkan aset yang dimilikinya. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji pengaruh Net Interest Margin (NIM), Biaya Operasional, Pendapatan Operasional (BOPO), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR) terhadap Return On Assets (ROA). Contoh penelitian ini adalah PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk menggunakan data laporan keuangan tahunan PT. Bank Maybank Indonesia Tbk selama 2010-2023. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan verifikasi deskriptif, sumber data yang digunakan adalah data sekunder dengan pengumpulan data dokumentasi berupa laporan keuangan tahunan dan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi ganda, analisis korelasi, analisis koefisien penentuan, dan pengujian hipotesis baik sebagian maupun bersamaan dengan bantuan program SPSS sebagai pengolahan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) NIM memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. (2) BOPO memiliki efek negatif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. (3) LDR memiliki efek positif dan signifikan terhadap ROA. Nilai koefisien penentuan pada penelitian ini adalah 0,907. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa NIM, BOPO, dan LDR secara bersamaan mempengaruhi ROA sebesar 90,7%, sedangkan 9,3% dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain.

Abstract

This study discusses the importance of using the internet to improve competitiveness with other universities. School of Economics (STIE) INABA Bandung has a website that is www.inaba.ac.id that serves as a communication medium that can provide information for students, lecturers, and the general public. This research was made to analyze the effect of website design and the quality of information on user satisfaction over website service by distributing 39 questionnaires to postgraduate students of semester 1 academic year of Management Studies 2020 as respondents. This research uses a quantitative method. Using the structural equation method model - partial least square SEM - PLS. Research shows that website design and quality of information affect user satisfaction over website services. Abstract

One of the sectors that has rapid development that support the national economy and have an important role in national development is the banking sector. This research aimed at analyzing the effect of Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Loan Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans on banking stock prices listed on the IDX (Case Research of BUMN Banks for the Period 2008 – 2021). This research employed a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The type of data used were quantitative data. Secondary data, which consisted of data on the annual financial statements of BUMN Banks for the period 2008-2021, were collected using a purposive sampling technique. The analytical method used in this research was multiple linear regression. The t test and F test were carried out to obtain results regarding the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. The results showed that partially, Return on Equity (ROE) and Non-Performing Loans (NPL) had a significant effect on stock prices. While the ROA, LDR and CAR variables had no significant effect on stock prices. The test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) showed that the variables Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Loan to Deposit Ratio, Capital Adequacy Ratio, and Non-Performing Loans had an influence on stock prices by 38.60% and the remaining 61.40% was influenced by other external factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how much influence service quality has on customer satisfaction at Bank BCA Bandung City. The sample used is 50 customers. This study used validity test, correlation coefficient test, coefficient determination test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing which was prepared using SPSS. Based on the research results, it can be seen that the contribution of service quality to customer satisfaction is 67.80%, the remaining 32.20%, influenced by other factors not examined. In addition, from the research results it is known that the Tangible (X1) and Responsiveness (X3) variables have a partial effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). While partially the Empathy (X2), Reliability (X4), and Assurance (X5) variables have no effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y). Simultaneously, Tangible Variables (X1), Empathy (X2), Responsiveness (X3), Reliability (X4), and Assurance (X5) have an effect on Customer Satisfaction (Y).

Abstract

The implementation of supervision, discipline, commitment and Standard Operating Procedures in the company can increase the quality of work that is able to manage the company well and professionally, so that in the future the company can achieve good success in advancing a company. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the implementation of supervision, work discipline, organizational commitment and the application of Standard Operating Procedures on the performance of employees of PT. Qualitech Indopiranti Bandung Branch either partially or simultaneously. The research method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive and verification approach. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Qualitech Indopiranti Bandung Branch as many as 40 people sampling using total sampling or sampling saturated (census). Validity test using Product Moment correlation from Pearson. While the reliability test uses Cronbach's Alpha. Data collection techniques through the distribution of questionnaires. The analysis prerequisite test includes normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity and linearity test. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression, correlation test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the descriptive analysis stated that: 1). Employee performance was in a good category. 2). Supervision was in a good category. 3). Work discipline was in a good category. 4). Organizational commitment was in a good category. 5). Standard Operating Procedures was in a good category . Besides that, the results of the study show that, 6). Supervision has an effect on employee performance with a correlation value of 0.831 with a very strong relationship level. 7). Work Discipline has an effect on employee performance with a correlation value of 0.995 with a very strong relationship level. 8). Organizational commitment has an effect on employee performance with a correlation value of 0.5611 with a strong relationship level. 9). Standard Operating Procedures affect employee performance with a correlation value of 0.829 with a very strong relationship level. 10). Supervision, Work Discipline, Organizational Commitment and Standard Operating Procedures on Employee Performance have a simultaneous effect on employee performance with an influence value of 99.1%, and a very strong correlation with a correlation value of 0.995.

Abstract

One measure to assess the level of soundness or performance of a bank's profitability is Return On Assets (ROA). The level of Return On Assets (ROA) is used to measure bank profitability and focuses on the company's ability to earn profits in its operations, Bank Indonesia sets a minimum amount of Return On Assets (ROA) of 1.5%. However, the Return on Assets (ROA) at PT Bank Negara Indonesia Persero, Tbk for the 2011-2021 period fluctuated with a downward trend. Many factors can affect the rise and fall of Return On Assets (ROA). This study aims to explain the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) on Return On Assets (ROA). This research uses quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The type of data is secondary data sourced from www.idx.co.id and the annual report of PT Bank Negara Indonesia, Tbk. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis and verification analysis (classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, coefficient of determination analysis, and hypothesis testing). The results showed that: 1) Return on Assets (ROA) fluctuated with a downward trend with an average of 2.53% and a standard deviation of 0.87. 2) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) fluctuates with a downward trend with an average of 17.97% and a standard deviation of 1.59. 3) Net Interest Margin (NIM) fluctuated with a downward trend with an average of 5.63% and a standard deviation of 0.68%. 4) Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) fluctuates with an increasing trend with an average of 84.79% and a standard deviation of 6.36. 5) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). 6) Net Interest Margin (NIM) has a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). 7) Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) has no significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). 8) Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), Net Interest Margin (NIM), and Loan to Deposits Ratio (LDR) simultaneously (together) have a significant effect on Return On Assets (ROA). With the influence contribution of 67.50%, while the remaining 32.50% is influenced by other factors that are not included in the study.

Abstract

Economic growth is an indicator that plays an important role in determining the prosperity of a country. This study aims to analyse the effect of growth of foreign debt, inflation, Exchange rate, growth of poverty, and regional minimum wage on gross domestic product (GDP) in Indonesia for 2008 - 2021. Data collected through library research from the Central Bureau of Statistics and Bank Indonesia Reports. Furthermore, the data was processed using descriptive statistical analysis and verification. Ordinary Least Square regression analysis using EViews software approach was adopted for analyse the effect of independent variables on dependent variable. The result shows that gross domestic product (GDP) is influenced by the growth of foreign debt, the growth of poverty, and the growth of the minimum wage. This result is supported by the value of t-statistics < t table and also simultaneously through the coefficient of determination shows that the three variables above have a significant effect on the gross domestic product variable.

Abstract

The development of online business actually opens up promising opportunities for service companies. Therefore, goods delivery services are currently increasing with the existence of online businesses. A well-known freight forwarding and logistics service provider in Indonesia, JNE Agent Dipati Ukur Bandung delivers packages, documents, vehicles and other goods. However, despite previous customer satisfaction surveys, JNE's services, promotions, and prices remain unfavorable to customers. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of Service Quality, Promotion, and Price on Customer Satisfaction at JNE Dipatiukur. The research method used is quantitative descriptive method. The analysis used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Customer satisfaction is descriptively rated as not good, Service Quality is descriptively rated as not good, Promotion is rated as not good and Price is descriptively rated as not good. The results of the analysis show that service quality, promotion, and price have a value that has an influence on customer satisfaction and has a very strong correlation. Simultaneously Service Quality, Promotion and Price affect Customer Satisfaction, have a very strong relationship.
