Abstract

This study aims to open a new space for more reflective and transformative dialogue on the strategic role of the media in building an Indonesian society that is truly inclusive, just, and respectful of religious diversity. This study uses a critical qualitative approach by applying critical discourse analysis as the main framework for analysing the construction of religious tolerance discourse in the Indonesian media. By examining news, opinions, and visualisations produced by mainstream and digital media, this study adopts Norman Fairclough's model, which analyses three dimensions: text, discursive practice, and social practice. The results indicate that mainstream media are often not neutral and tend to reproduce the political or economic interests of dominant groups, so that narratives of tolerance usually only serve to legitimise false harmony. At the same time, discrimination and injustice against minorities continue. Therefore, the media must undergo a critical transformation by prioritising ethical courage, public literacy, and commitment to human rights to truly become a space for advocacy, reflection, and facilitation of change toward a more just, pluralistic, and inclusive Indonesian society.

Abstract

The productivity of potatoes (Solanum tuberosum L.) in Indonesia is still low. Fertilization needs to be done to increase potato productivity. This study aimed to examine the effects of applying oil palm empty fruit bunch (OPEFB) ash nanoparticles on the anatomy of potato stomatal and leaf cells (Solanum tuberosum L.). The research was carried out from March to June 2021 in the Sumberejo Village, Ngablak District, Magelang Regency, Central Java, and at the Agrobiotechnology Laboratory, Faculty of Agriculture, University of Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta. The study used a single-factor treatment design with a Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD). The treatments tested included the foliar application of OPEFB ash nanoparticles at several concentration, consisting of 0% (control), 0.1%, 0.2%, 0.3%, and 0.4%. The results showed that foliar application of nanoparticles OPEFB ash affected stomatal anatomy, namely guard cell width, stomatal aperture, and density. The application of OPEFB ash nanoparticles with a concentration of 0.3% was most effective in increasing the opening of stomata because it affects the activity of the photosynthetic process.

Abstract

Ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana merupakan salah satu faktor penting yang mendukung keberhasilan proses pembelajaran, khususnya pada mata pelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) yang menuntut aktivitas fisik secara optimal. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal di MTs DDI Maspul, diketahui bahwa fasilitas pembelajaran PJOK masih terbatas sehingga berpotensi memengaruhi hasil belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, artikel ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dengan hasil belajar PJOK. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Populasi berjumlah 86 siswa, sedangkan sampel sebanyak 20 siswa ditentukan menggunakan teknik random sampling. Data mengenai ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dikumpulkan melalui angket, sedangkan hasil belajar PJOK diperoleh dari dokumentasi nilai rapor siswa. Analisis data menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif antara ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana dengan hasil belajar PJOK. Semakin memadai sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia, semakin baik pula capaian hasil belajar siswa. Temuan ini memberikan implikasi bahwa penyediaan fasilitas pembelajaran yang memadai merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran PJOK di sekolah. Oleh karena itu, pihak sekolah diharapkan terus meningkatkan pengelolaan dan penyediaan sarana serta prasarana agar proses pembelajaran dapat berlangsung lebih efektif dan mampu menghasilkan capaian belajar yang optimal.

Abstract

This community service aims to support creative economy programs and open employment opportunities through food products in UMKM /MSME. This PKM collaborates with the Rahayu Mandiri Tempe Chips Business Partner Group as partner 1 and Winong Pati Tempe Craftsmen as partner 2. Management and sustainability issues are still not optimal so they require TQM (total quality management) and Applied Technology (teknologi terapan). This service method involves interviewing and providing the necessary training so that PKM products increase their long-term profits and are able to compete with national souvenir food products. Output Results: meet Production Standards for MSME level that have been registered in Pati Regency; Meet the Wage Standards for employees according to the UMR of Pati Regency. Meet licensing standards related to PIRT (pangan industri rumah tangga), or home industrial food, where products are tested in the laboratory for nutritional content. Meet business environmental standards with minimal waste.

Abstract

Skripsi yang berjudul “Pengaruh Pencapaian Target Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pertamina Lubricants Cabang Belawan Divis Distribusi” merupakan hasil penelitian kuantitatif yang bertujuan untuk menjawab pertanyaan tentang Pengaruh Pencapaian Target Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Beban Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT Pertamina Lubricants Cabang Belawan Divis Distribusi. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan jumlah 32 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner yang diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 25. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian secara parsial bahwa variabel Pencapaian Target Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Karyawan, Lingkungan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Lingkungan Kerja dan Beban Kerja positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Pertamina Lubricants Cabang Belawan Divis Distribusi . Dan secara simultan menunjukan bahwa variabel Pencapaian Target Kerja, Lingkungan Kerja Dan Beban Kerja signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Pertamina Lubricants Cabang Belawan Divis Distribusi.

Abstract

The research activity was motivated by the phenomenon during PJOK learning activities which showed low learning motivation in students in class 10 of SMA Negeri 1 Kejayan. The research was carried out with the aim of obtaining data and information regarding increasing students' learning motivation in the form of implementing a small poison ball game in PJOK learning. The type of research chosen to obtain learning motivation results is classroom action research, which is structured and sequential, namely, first the planning activity procedure, second the implementation activity, third the observation activity and fourth the reflection activity. The population in the research were 10th grade students at SMA Negeri 1 Kejayan with a total of 36 students. The research time was carried out for around two months and questionnaire filling activities were carried out in two cycles and data collection activities on student learning motivation were carried out through motivation questionnaires and interviews and then analysis was carried out. using descriptive quantitative methods. The research results showed that there was an increase in learning motivation among students from cycle 1 to cycle 2 in the form of filling out motivation questionnaires in PJOK learning

Abstract

Evaluation in Special Sports Classes (KKO) at the elementary school level faces significant challenges in harmonizing national curriculum academic achievements with athletic development progress. This study explores how a multidimensional evaluation system can integrate these two aspects to provide a comprehensive overview of student development. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with Physical Education teachers, coaches, and KKO program coordinators at SD Muhammadiyah Surabaya, alongside documentation studies of existing student report models. Data analysis followed the Miles and Huberman model, involving data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Findings reveal a data gap between sports achievements and academic grades within conventional reporting systems. There is an urgent need for an evaluation instrument capable of recording physical and technical parameters periodically (continuously) to support transparency in student progress. Integrating achievements into a single multidimensional evaluation system is proven crucial for facilitating stakeholder communication and maintaining student-athlete motivation. This exploration recommends the reconstruction of KKO report cards into more dynamic and integrated instruments to support the sustainability of early-childhood athlete development within the formal school system.
