Abstract

MSMEs in Sidoarjo Regency are now increasingly competitive thanks to TikTok Shop optimization training as a digital marketing tactic. The purpose of this program is to increase sales conversion rates, promote MSME products online, and improve MSME participants' digital literacy in using the TikTok Shop e-commerce platform. The three main phases of training include registering for TikTok Shop, optimizing product uploads, and practicing digital marketing tactics. Based on the training findings, 90% of participants succeeded in optimizing product uploads, 80% succeeded in implementing efficient digital marketing methods, and 100% of participants succeeded in creating TikTok Shop accounts. When compared to previously using TikTok Shop, the majority of MSMEs experienced an increase in turnover of 50% to 100%, and some business actors even reported an increase in turnover of more than 100%. Through multi-platform marketing integration, this program has succeeded in helping MSMEs increase their product visibility, despite obstacles in creating attractive content and optimizing product keywords. The TikTok Shop platform's ability to reach the MSME market in the digital era is shown by an average product population growth of 70%.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas dampak dari kegiatan pendampingan terhadap keberlanjutan dan pendapatan usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang berada di bawah binaan BTPN Syariah di Kutorejo. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi bagaimana strategi pendampingan, termasuk peningkatan kapasitas usaha, optimalisasi alat promosi, dan praktik manajemen memberikan kontribusi pada peningkatan kinerja usaha para nasabah. Metode yang digunakan melibatkan sesi pendampingan langsung, pelatihan praktis, dan konsultasi personal selama empat bulan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa pendampingan secara signifikan meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku usaha dalam mengelola keuangan, mendiversifikasi produk, dan memanfaatkan platform digital untuk promosi. Kegiatan praktis seperti pembuatan desain banner dan brosur memperkuat strategi pemasaran. Selain itu, pendampingan memberikan dampak positif pada keberlanjutan UMKM dengan membantu mereka beradaptasi terhadap tantangan ekonomi, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan mempertahankan operasi yang kompetitif. Temuan ini menegaskan efektivitas program pendampingan terintegrasi dalam memberdayakan UMKM dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi daerah secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh tuntutan regulatif dan kebutuhan empirik akan pentingnya penguasaan teknologi oleh guru dalam manajemen pembelajaran, seiring dengan perkembangan karakteristik siswa abad ke-21 dan undang-undang pendidikan menekankan bahwa guru dituntut tidak hanya menguasai konten, tetapi juga mampu mengelola pembelajaran berbasis teknologi secara efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen pembelajaran berbasis teknologi terhadap peningkatan keterampilan life skills siswa. Studi dilakukan di empat Sekolah Menengah Pertama (SMP) di Kabupaten Bireuen, Provinsi Aceh, Indonesia, dengan melibatkan 130 guru dan 122 siswa sebagai responden. Penelitian ini, menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pembelajaran berbasis teknologi yang dilakukan oleh guru berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan life skills siswa SMP. Temuan ini menegaskan urgensi peningkatan kapasitas digital guru dalam menghadapi tantangan pendidikan masa kini. Kata Kunci: Keterampilan Life Skills Siswa, Manajemen Pembelajaran, Teknologi

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of human capital and APBD (social assistance) on poverty levels in Indonesia during the period 2013–2023. Human capital is measured through three main variables: average years of schooling, life expectancy, and social assistance spending in the Regional Government Budget (APBD). This research uses a quantitative approach with panel data regression, analyzing 10 provinces with the highest poverty rates. The results show that average years of schooling and life expectancy have a negative and significant effect on poverty, indicating that improvements in education and health contribute to reducing poverty levels. Meanwhile, social assistance spending through APBD does not have a significant effect on poverty. This suggests that social spending has not been effective in reducing poverty, possibly due to ineffective targeting. These findings emphasize the importance of improving human capital and evaluating the effectiveness of social assistance programs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of gender equality on poverty levels in Aceh Province during the 2018–2023 period. Gender equality is measured through three main indicators, namely the Gender Development Index (GDI), women's income contribution to household income, and women's Labor Force Participation Rate (LFPR). The method used in this study is panel data regression with the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) approach. The results of the analysis show that the GDI has a negative and significant effect on poverty, which means that increasing gender equality contributes to reducing poverty levels. Women's income contributions also show a negative and significant effect, indicating that the greater the economic contribution of women, the lower the poverty level. Conversely, women's LFPR does not show a significant effect on poverty in Aceh. These findings indicate that the quality of women's participation in development is more important than the quantity of participation. Therefore, policies are needed to support improving the quality of women's resources and expanding their access to the economic sector as part of the poverty alleviation strategy in Aceh Province.

Abstract

A hidden defective product in an online buying and selling transaction is selling a product whose condition is not in accordance with the original purpose of making the product. The product does not meet the proper product standards and has decreased function due to damage caused by the negligence of business actors, whether intentional or not. The most widely used platform in online buying and selling is personal media or social media, where there are only two parties to the trade agreement, namely business actors and consumers, so legal protection for consumers in this phenomenon is absolute and very much needed. The existence of a form of consumer loss from the case of hidden defective products certainly violates what is the provision of muamalah in sharia. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the application of Islamic business ethics to hidden defective products in online trade transactions and legal protection efforts that can be provided to consumers who suffer losses due to hidden defective products. This research uses the normative juridical analysis method to see the extent of legal protection efforts against consumers and how Islamic business ethics view the phenomenon. This study concludes that business actors who deliberately sell hidden products in online buying and selling clearly violate Islamic business ethics which prohibit hiding defective goods, unlike business actors who do not know the defects in the product, but business actors still have an absolute obligation to be responsible to consumers. The form of legal protection efforts for consumers of hidden defective products has been regulated in such a way in Law Number 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection and the Civil Code.   [Produk cacat tersembunyi dalam transaksi jual beli online adalah menjual produk yang kondisinya tidak sesuai dengan tujuan awal pembuatan produk. Produk tersebut tidak memenuhi standar produk yang semestinya dan mengalami penurunan fungsi akibat kerusakan yang disebabkan oleh kelalaian pelaku usaha, baik disengaja maupun tidak. Platform yang paling banyak digunakan dalam jual beli online adalah media personal atau sosial media, yang mana hanya terdapat dua pihak yang melakukan perjanjian perdagangan yaitu pelaku usaha dan konsumen, maka perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen dalam fenomena ini bersifat mutlak dan sangat dibutuhkan. Adanya bentuk kerugian konsumen dari kasus produk cacat tersembunyi tentu saja melanggar apa yang menjadi ketentuan bermuamalah dalam syariat. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan analisis terhadap penerapan etika bisnis Islam terhadap produk cacat tersembunyi dalam transaksi perdagangan secara online dan upaya perlindungan hukum yang dapat diberikan kepada konsumen yang mengalami kerugian akibat produk cacat tersembunyi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis yuridis normatif untuk melihat sejauh mana upaya perlindungan hukum terhadap konsumen dan bagaimana pandangan etika bisnis Islam terhadap fenomena tersebut. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa pelaku usaha yang sengaja menjual produk tersembunyi dalam jual beli online jelas melanggar etika bisnis Islam yang melarang untuk menyembunyikan barang cacat, berbeda halnya dengan pelaku usaha yang tidak mengetahui adanya cacat pada produk tersebut, namun pelaku usaha tetap memikul kewajiban mutlak untuk bertanggungjawab kepada konsumen. Adapun bentuk upaya perlindungan hukum bagi konsumen atas produk cacat tersembunyi telah diatur sedemikian rupa dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 8 Tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen dan Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata.]

Abstract

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk Pemberdayaan Masyarakat melalui peningkatan pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) bagi aparatur desa dan Pengelola BUMDes sebagai dasar untuk meningkatkan kemampuan baik secara individu maupun secara lembaga desa di Desa Buduran Kecamatan Buduran Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu metode ceramah, tanya jawab dan metode diskusi. Adapun tujuan inti dari pengabdian ini adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui peningkatan pengelolaan Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes), sehingga pengelola BUMDes memilki kemampuan dalam menjalankan program yang tepat sasaran agar bisa dipertanggungjawabkan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku, khususnya di Desa Buduran Kecamatan Buduran Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Harapan lebih jauh ke depan tentunya diperlukan tindak lanjut oleh Pemerintah Daerah dan semua pihak yang terkait serta perlu dilakukan kerjasama yang lebih erat dan terencana antara Perguruan Tinggi dengan Pemerintah Daerah untuk menggali potensi-potensi yang ada di wilayah tersebut

Abstract

Management of the implementation of Law No. 33 of 2014 aims to achieve an increase in the making of halal certificates for business people in Jambi province. To find out how the management of the implementation of the law, data collection was carried out with a qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation methods to the Halal Task Force under the Ministry of Religion of Jambi Province. The results of the study found that the management of the implementation of Law No. 33 of 2014 in Jambi Province uses collaborative management. All activities are well planned, and supervision and inspection are carried out by the Halal Product Guarantee Agency (BPJPH), the Halal Examining Agency (LPH), and the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) in accordance with the job descriptions listed in the law. The division of tasks is carried out centrally and supervisory authority applies decentrally. Planning, implementation, and supervision involve BPJPH, LPH, MUI, Ministry of Religious Affairs, local government, private sector, and the community. The study recommends that the central and regional governments encourage the acceleration of halal certificates by maximizing socialization in each ministry and providing assistance to micro and small businesses.
