The approach used is quantitative with a causal-descriptive design, and the entire population of 94 people was sampled through census technique. Data were collected through closed questionnaires and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling method with the help of SmartPLS 4.1.1.4. The research results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant impact on work motivation and employee performance, both directly and indirectly. Conversely, workload has a negative and significant impact on work motivation, but does not significantly and directly affect employee performance. Abstract

Employe innovation is a strategic factor in improving organizational performance and sustainability, particularly in educational institutions facing rapid changes. However, internal data from the Umar Usman Education Foundation shows that employe innovation levels are still relatively low. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and transformational leadership on employe innovation, both directly and indirectly thru employe empowerment as an intervening variable. This research uses a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population includes all permanent employes of the Umar Usman Education Foundation at the staff level, totaling 153 people. Using a census technique, 116 respondents were obtained. Data was collected thru questionnaires that had been tested for validity and reliability, and then analyzed using path analysis with the help of SmartPLS version 4. The research results indicate that organizational culture and transformational leadership have a positive and significant influence on employe innovation. Employe empowerment also has a positive and significant influence on employe innovation. Additionally, transformational leadership has a positive and significant influence on employe empowerment, while organizational culture does not have a significant influence. Indirectly, transformational leadership significantly influences employe innovation thru empowerment, while organizational culture does not. These findings recommend strengthening organizational culture, transformational leadership, and employe empowerment.

Abstract

Employee performance plays an important role in determining organizational success. However, several performance indicators in the Risk Management Division of PT CJ Feed Indonesia have not reached expected targets, indicating potential issues related to organizational culture, work motivation, and job satisfaction. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational culture on employee performance through work motivation and job satisfaction as intervening variables. The research applied a descriptive quantitative approach using a survey method. The population consisted of 102 staff-level employees in the Risk Management Division of PT CJ Feed Indonesia across all sites, and all members of the population were used as respondents through a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected using questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square. The results show that organizational culture has a significant effect on work motivation and job satisfaction. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, whereas job satisfaction does not significantly influence employee performance. Furthermore, work motivation mediates the relationship between organizational culture and employee performance, while job satisfaction does not play a mediating role. These findings indicate that strengthening organizational culture supported by improving work motivation is more effective in enhancing employee performance. The study provides managerial implications for organizations to focus on internalizing cultural values and strengthening motivational factors to achieve better performance outcomes.

Abstract

This article examined the effect of STIFIn-based HR Management Practices on Job Performance. This research is a quantitative study with hypothesis testings using the PLS-SEM approach and analyzed using WarpPLS software. Hypothesis testings are carried out with two models; Model-1 investigates the relationship of the variables in STIFIn HR Management, namely selection and retention of performance. Model-2 investigates the relationship between the overall STIFIn HR management practices and overall job performance. This research was conducted at companies that have implemented STIFIn-based HR Management. The sample was determined by purposive sampling method. This study found a significant effect of STIFIn-based HR Management namely selection and retention practices on employee performance both in task performance and contextual performance. While the results of the model-2 analysis show that STIFIn's overall HR practice is also significant on performance with higher impact than if those HR STIFIn are implemented individually both of selection or retention. The results of this study will provide new insights into the previous research on the effect of HR management practices on performance, and specifically on HR management practices based on employees personality types.
