Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi produser pada program Betawi Ceplas Ceplos dalam upayanya melestarikan budaya Betawi. Tujuan peneliti adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi seorang produser pada program Betawi Ceplas Ceplos dalam upaya melestarikan budaya Betawi. Teori yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah teori kendali organisasi Phillip Tompkins, George Cheney dan rekan-rekan untuk mendapatkan data dari penelitian ini. Metode penelitian ini pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan paradigma post­-positivisme. Subjek penelitiannya adalah produser, asisten produser, dan penyiar dalam mendapatkan data yang akurat pada program Betawi Ceplas Ceplos. Pengumpulan data diperoleh melalui wawancara secara mendalam serta observasi non-partisipan yang dilakukan kepada key informan, informan I, dan informan II. Data Lainnya juga diperoleh dari dokumentasi, informan, dan berbagai data sumber lainnya. Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa strategi yang dilakukan produser pada program Betawi Ceplas Ceplos di Bens Radio pada kendali sederhana semua komunikasi memakai bahasa Betawi, pada kendali teknis produser memasukkan kekhasan budaya Betawi di pemutaran lagu, jingle, dan insert, pada kendali birokratis semua kegiatan yang bersifat birokratis dan peraturan dibuat dengan bahasa Betawi, kendali konsertif menjadi bagian dari evaluasi produser terhadap program dan tim produksi. Produser selalu mengedepankan visi dan misi Bens Radio yang terus berupaya melestarikan budaya Betawi dalam program siarannya dari mulai pengemasan program, tema, isi konten, dan pemilihan penyiar yang dapat membawakan program Betawi Ceplas Ceplos dengan khas yang sangat Betawi sesuai dengan segmentasi audiens-nya.

Abstract

The phenomenon of online journalism requires that some providers of news content in conventional media transform themselves into multiplatform. It aims to be able to survive in the competition of the media industry. Not surprisingly, most of the conventional news media that still survive today have sites on the internet. Some only follow content from the parent company, but some others only provide additional material. These related sites operate to the same standards of practice and professionalism as their parent company does. It could be said that journalism is entering a time called a period of disruption. A period of disruption is a time when change occurs so unexpectedly, is fundamental and touches almost all joints of people's lives. And the presence of online journalism has revolutionized news where speed is a major factor. News is no longer an 'already ongoing' event, but an 'ongoing' event that should be broadcast by the media. Some features in online journalism are actually cited as a variety of causes of the erosion of idealism and credibility in online journalism. The impact of internet technology caused the online news media to undergo a radical revolution that made it different from journalism in the mass media in general.

Abstract

  The objective of this study is to discover and analyze the framing of medcom.id and detik.com regarding the pros and cons of NasDem cadres regarding Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate. The research method is a qualitative approach, and the paradigm used in this study is constructivism. The objects of this study are the news texts of medcom.id and detik.com regarding the news on the pros and cons of NasDem cadres regarding Anies Baswedan as a presidential. Researchers discovered the framing carried by medcom.id and detik.com related to the news of the pros and cons of NasDem cadres regarding Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate utilizing the framing analysis of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki. In terms of framing devices (syntax, script, thematic, and rhetorical), it demonstrates that medcom.id in constructing social reality, particularly news related to the reaction of NasDem Party cadres following the announcement of Anies Baswedan as a presidential candidate prefers sources that support the declaration and appear biased. This is inextricably linked to the ideology and political policies of medcom.id, which has ties to NasDem Party Chairman Surya Paloh. The framing by detikcom also tends to support Anies' declaration as a presidential candidate. This could be seen from the sources chosen by detik.com supporting and defending the NasDem Party and Anies Baswedan after the announcement of the presidential candidate.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the production team's strategies for maintaining listeners of the audio series "Catatan Pembalasan Fajar" on the Noice application. The research method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques such as interviews, observations, and documentation. The paradigm employed in this research is post-positivism. The subjects of this study are the production team of the "Catatan Pembalasan Fajar" audio series on the Noice application, including the producer (key informant) and audio engineer (informant). The object of this research is the "Catatan Pembalasan Fajar" audio series on the Noice application. After conducting the research using the program strategy proposed by Peter Pringle, which includes program planning, program production, program execution, program supervision, and program evaluation, the researcher found that the production team implemented several strategies to retain listeners of the "Catatan Pembalasan Fajar" audio series on the Noice application. These strategies include selecting the thriller genre due to high demand from listeners, using bold and assertive sound design, creating an engaging storyline, and paying attention to interactions and listener interests through the comment section of each episode. Despite facing production challenges, the production team successfully created a program that attracted listeners' interest and provided a satisfying audio experience.
