Abstract

Socorejo Village is one of the areas that is able to implement a digital village in implementing E-Government for easy access to public services. This study aims to determine the implementation of digital village in Socorejo Village, Jenu Sub-district, Tuban Regency. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation and documentation. The focus of this research uses the theory of successful elements of E-Government implementation based on the results of studies and research at the Harvard JFK School of Government which consists of support, capacity and value. The results showed that the implementation of digital village in Socorejo Village can be said to be successful. This is because the Socorejo Village Government can fulfill the existing elements of success starting from support, adequate resource capacity and through the implementation of digital villages can provide benefits to the village government and the community. However, continuous and comprehensive socialization is needed and efforts are needed to improve both quality and quantity and maintenance in order to continue to support the sustainability of the digital village.

Abstract

Payment of vehicle tax is an obligation for all Indonesian people who own motorized vehicles. The government as motor vehicle tax collector has innovations in paying motor vehicle tax so that it is able to adapt to the current phenomenon, namely the development of the digital world or the internet. The program resulting from government innovation is called E-SAMSAT. The E-SAMSAT program aims to make it easier for motor vehicle taxpayers to make tax payments without having to visit the SAMSAT office. This research was conducted to determine the implementation of the E-SAMSAT program in East Surabaya. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and document study. Based on the research results, the implementation of the E-SAMSAT program in East Surabaya has been implemented well because the aim of the program is to be implemented, namely the motor vehicle tax payer community. The SAMSAT office also implements training for staff. The community groups for whom the E-SAMSAT program services were implemented received it well.

Abstract

ABSTRACTAccording to the research world body FAO and WHO health agencies , Enterobacteriaceae that infiltrate the powdered formula causes pain in infants , especially systemic infections such as coughs , colds , pneumonia , and diarrhea necroenterolitis severe that can interfere with growth and development and can disrupt behavior. Immune system disorders are caused by consuming milk formula . The discrepancy could be due to the reaction in the body intersection . Many of the body's organs and systems disruption caused by an allergy to cow's milk . Hypersensitivity to cow's milk protein involving immune system mechanisms . Baby's immune system will fight the protein contained in cow's milk that early symptoms of an allergic reaction will appear . The reaction can occur due to incompatibility of materials contained in the formula such as casein ( milk protein ) , lactose , gluten or certain types of fats . Symptoms due to a mismatch of the formula may appear in fast or slow tempo , can be less than eight hours or more . Signs and symptoms of incompatibility formula or milk allergy is similar to food allergies . The disorder can affect all organs of the body , especially the digestive , skin and respiratory tract. Kata Kunci : Susu formula, kesehatan bayi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui tentang layanan satu pintu yang ada di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini berfokus membahas mengenai layanan sosial dimana layanan ini merupakan layanan yang dapat mengakomodir beberapa pelayanan di Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data dan menggunakan metode wawancara dengan Ketua Tim Subtansi Pemberdayaan Kelembagaan Sosial dan Pengelolaan Sumber Dana Sosial. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan observasi dengan cara melakukan pengamatan langsung di Kantor Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Timur. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Dinas Sosial Provinsi Jawa Timur sudah sangat baik dalam melayani masyarakat

Abstract

The Complete Systematic Land Registration Program (PTSL) aims to accelerate the process of registering land parcels throughout the territory of the Republic of Indonesia. This is also applied by Dr. Kelurahan. Soetomo City of Surabaya. The purpose of this research is to explore the implementation of the PTSL policy in Dr. Soetomo City of Surabaya, taking into account the theory of public policy implementation according to George C. Edward III, there are 4 (four) indicators, namely communication, resources, dispositions, and bureaucratic structure. This research method is to apply a type of qualitative approach. Data comes from both primary and secondary. Data collection was carried out by interviews, observation, documentation, and data trackingonline. Data analysis was carried out using reduction, triangulation, and concluding as well as verification methods. The results of the study show that communication in the PTSL program has not been realized properly, as a result of the socialization delivery that has not been maximized. The resources in the PTSL program have been maximally realized, starting from people, budget, as well as facilities and infrastructure. Disposition has also been maximized, with good employee attitudes. The bureaucratic structure is good with a neat flow, but it is not strong enough because some employees are not placed according to their expertise. Implementation of PTSL policy in Kelurahan Dr. Soetomo City of Surabaya has thus been implemented well, but not optimally. due to communication factors and bureaucratic structures that are not running according to goals and plans.

Abstract

Taxes are one of the main revenues for the Indonesian State. Land and Building Tax-Rural and Urban (PBB P2) is a state tax imposed on land and buildings of a material nature, which the amount of tax payable is determined by the condition of the object, including land, funds or buildings. In improving the quality of services, Tuban Regency has implemented E-Government innovations in accordance with Tuban Regent Regulation Number 1 of 2019 concerning the implementation of non-cash transactions within the Tuban Regency Government, thus Tuban Regency has made an innovation called as Electronic Land and Building Tax-Rural and Urban (E-PBB P2) through the BPPKAD which aims to provide convenience for the public to find out information related to the E-PBB P2 and to be able to make payments independently through the Collecting Agents provided. The purpose of this research is to determine the effectiveness of Electronic services for Land and Building Tax-Rural and Urban implemented at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) in Tuban Regency. The method used in this research was descriptive-qualitative method using data collection techniques in the form of interviews, observation and documentation, as well as applying Budiani's theory with 4 indicators, including (1) Program Targets (2) Program Socialization (3) Program Objectives, and (4) Program Monitoring. The research results show that the E-PBB P2 service in Tuban Regency has been running effectively but is still not optimal.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of digital technology has driven Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to adapt their marketing strategies, especially through visually-oriented social media platforms. However, many MSME actors still face challenges in creating compelling promotional content. This community service activity aimed to build the capacity of MSMEs in RW 11, Semolowaru Subdistrict, Surabaya, in producing professional visual content such as photos and videos. The methods used included an initial survey, participatory socialization, and hands-on mentoring. The results indicated an increase in participants' understanding and skills, marked by improved visual quality and greater confidence in digital product promotion. This program is expected to support local MSMEs in initiating digital transformation and enhancing their competitiveness in a wider market.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja pegawai Front Office Mal Pelayanan Publik (MPP) Kabupaten Sidoarjo dalam memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi kepada pegawai front office serta masyarakat pengguna layanan. Analisis kinerja pegawai mengacu pada enam indikator kinerja menurut Bernardin dan Russell, yaitu kualitas (quality), kuantitas (quantity), ketepatan waktu (timeliness), efektvitas biaya (cost effectiveness), kebutuhan akan supervisi (need for supervision), dan dampak interpersonal (interpersonal impact). Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai front office telah berkerja dengan baik, profesional, dan berorientasi pada kepuasan masyarakat. Dari aspek kualitas, pelayanan dilakukan dengan sopan dan sesuai prosedur. Pada aspek kuantitas, terlihat dari kemampuan melayani banyak masyarakat secara tertib dan kondusif. Kemudian aspek ketepatan waktu dan efektivitas baiaya tercapai memlaui sistem antrean dan mesin ADM. Pegawai juga menunjukkan kemandirian kerja dan kemampuan komukasi yang baik. Secara keseluruhan, kinerja pegawai MPP Sidoarjo mencerminkan pelayanan publik yang efisien, ramah dan berkualitas.

Abstract

The rapid advancement of Information Systems (IS) and Information Technology (IT) has prompted organizations across sectors to adopt systematic approaches for aligning technological initiatives with business strategies. One of the most widely applied frameworks in Indonesia and beyond is the Tozer Methodology for strategic information systems planning. This paper presents a comprehensive literature review of ten selected studies applying the Tozer framework in diverse organizational contexts, including education, telecommunications, publishing, microfinance, trade, media, and interior design services. Through critical synthesis, this review identifies common analytical tools used alongside Tozer (SWOT, PEST, Value Chain, CSF, McFarlan’s Grid, Five Forces), evaluates the effectiveness of the methodology, and highlights recurring challenges such as integration issues, data duplication, and limited scalability. While findings consistently affirm Tozer’s practicality and adaptability, gaps remain in integrating Tozer with emerging technologies such as cloud computing, big data analytics, and artificial intelligence. This review contributes by mapping trends, identifying research gaps, and providing recommendations for future studies and organizational practices aiming to optimize IS/IT strategic alignment.

Abstract

Komunikasi terapeutik medik adalah proses interaksi tenaga medik dan pasien secara individual dengan tujuan membantu pasien merasa nyaman dan tidak takut untuk mengungkapkan perasaan dan pikiran mereka. Hanya saja, ada indikasi komunikasi terapeutik medik di RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan belum efektif. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah tingkat pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang rendah dari dokter mengenai cara menyamankan dan meyakinkan pasien. Agar dokter dapat meningkatkan keterampilannya mengenai bagaimana memprioritaskan kenyamanan dan keyakinan pasien saat berkomunikasi dengan pasien, maka diperlukan pelatihan mendengar aktif, mendengar dengan empati, komunikasi persuasif, dan komunikasi asertif. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dokter mengenai cara menyamankan dan meyakinkan pasien berobat di rumah sakit. Pelatihan ini menggunakan metode ceramah, games, dan role play. Peserta pelatihan yang mengikuti sampai akhir hanya 12 orang. Berdasarkan evaluasi pelatihan dengan pre-test dan post-test, pengetahuan peserta tentang cara menyamankan dan meyakinkan pasien berobat di rumah sakit RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan meningkat dari 0% menjadi 83,3%. Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi pelatihan dengan simulasi, seluruh peserta mendapatkan nilai 70 ke atas. Disimpulkan bahwa pelatihan komunikasi terapeutik medik yang telah dilakukan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dokter mengenai cara menyamankan dan meyakinkan pasien berobat di rumah sakit RSUD Dr. Pirngadi Kota Medan. Diharapkan pelatihan ini dapat dilanjutkan secara mandiri oleh mitra dan didukung oleh pihak terkait, serta ke depan pelatihan serupa dapat diperluas ke rumah sakit lain dengan pemantauan berkelanjutan.
