Abstract

This research aims to find out the distribution of Zakat, Infak, and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds in the Baznas Ponorogo Regency during the pandemic and to find out whether the distribution has been optimal or not. The study uses a descriptive qualitative and a phenomenological approach. Based on the analysis of the final data generated, there was a procedure for filing requests, assessment of the eligibility the candidates of mustahik, and determination and submission of ZIS funds during the pandemic. The distribution activities in the Baznas Ponorogo Regency have been appropriate and optimal according to UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2011, Fatwa MUI Nomor 23 Tahun 2020 and SE Nomor 8 Tahun 2020.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country with world most Moslem population. Thus, among other countries participated in Islamic Konference Organization, Indonesia is the biggest on product consumption market. This huge number of Moslem is crucial to be considered in business, particularly to the reliability of food product in Indonesia. This far, halal products is attributed with a certificate of halalness established by MUI (i.e, Indonesia Ulama Committee). However, the monitoring of halal products by companies with halal certificate may not be sustainably conducted by MUI, thus it needs a company system assuring that their products are halal. This study used a qualitative approach and was a field research. As a practival resource, this study was conducted in LPPOM MUI (i..e, Department of Assessment on Foods, Drugs, and Cosmetics by Indonesia Ulama Committee) East Java and another place related to this department. The data of this study was collected by participative observation or engaged observation and interview. Additionally, documentation in particular to the existing system of halalness by LPPOM MUI East Java was also applied. As the result, first, in order to assure the halalness of food products from halal-certified companies, it needed a Halal Assurance System. Second, this Halal Assurance System was made and applied by halal-certified companies to keep the sustainability of halalness on their products. Third, Halal Assurance System was an effort for customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat didasarkan pada kebutuhan dan keinginan warga Desa Rombiya Timur dan Desa Rombiya Barat, Ganding, Sumenep untuk mengembangkan potensi wisata di wilayahnya. Desa Rombiya Timur dan Desa Rombiya Barat merupakan salah satu desa di wilayah Ganding Sumenep yang memiliki potensi wisata yang melimpah. Salah satu wisata yang ada di kawasan ini adalah Tebing Grunggungan. Kawasan wisata, merupakan wisata baru yang pengelolaannya masih sederhana. Sehingga PKM ini lebih difungsikan untuk mengajarkan kepada masyarakat terkait strategi pengelolaan pariwisata. Sumenep merupakan kota religi yang sebagian besar penduduknya beragama Islam sehingga potensi wisata syariah memiliki peluang yang besar. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut kami menawarkan sosialisasi operasional wisata syariah serta pembuatan maket langkah wisata syariah di desa. Program ini bermanfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar, dalam jangka pendek masyarakat akan memiliki konsep terkait pengembangan pariwisata yang ada dan dalam jangka panjang diharapkan terjadi peningkatan pendapatan masyarakat dan peningkatan pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

الإسلام هو الدين الذي يعلم الناس إلى قوة في الاقتصاد. هذا الجانب الاقتصادي مهمّ جدا، و في أصول الفقه كان واحدا من الأمور المحفوظة التي تشتهر بالأمورالضرورية للناس وهي : الدين والنفس والعقل والنسل والمال. وهذا يناسب الى الغرض من الشريعة هو حكمة البشر في الدنيا والآخرة. من ناحية أخرى، هناك المؤسسات الدينية التي لها القوة المعنوية، لذلك لها دور مهمّ في التمكين الاقتصادي للشعب. و وجدت في الإسلام المؤسستان التان تتعاملان مباشرة مع الناس وهما مدرسة داخلية و مسجد. ودورالمؤسسات الدينية فى تمكين الاقتصادي اثنان على الاقل , هما موعظة حسنة و أسوة حسنة . وهما من الأدوار المهمة التي يحتاج بعد ذلك إلى أن تنفذ في النشاط الحقيقي. ودور المؤسسات الدينية فى موعظة حسنة يمكن أن تتحقق في شكل زيادة في الموارد البشرية, منها خلال التدريب الجيد، والتعليم، و توفير الحافز على أهمية وجود اقتصاد قوي. ودور المؤسسات الدينية فى أسوة حسنة يمكن أن تتحقق في خلال إنشاء "بيت المال و التمويل" . تعامل بيت المال و التمويل على تمكين الاقتصادي بتحويل الأموال من المجتمع والعودة الى المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، وخصوصا أصحاب المشاريع المسلمين الذين يحتاجون إلى رأس المال لتطوير الأعمال من خلال توفير التسهيلات التمويلية الموافقة على أساس مبادئ الشريعة الإسلامية مثل المرابحة، والمضاربة، والمشاركة ، القرض، وغير ذالك

Abstract

The development of Islam in Indonesia is inseparable from the economy because Islam initially came to Indonesia through trade. The teachings of Islam are embedded through economic activities such as in commerce and agriculture, although not uses Islamic terms specifically. As a result, many people are not aware that their economic activity becomes part of the implementation of the Islamic economics concept. Therefore, this paper aims to examine the implementation of Islamic economics in this country, both in terms of conceptual and formal legal practice implemented by the community. This study based on library research that focused on studying a variety of works of literature about the Islamic economic system and its implementation in Indonesia. Interviews and observation also collect the data to farmers and cattle ranchers that have taken as the sample. Furthermore, the data analysis employs a content analysis method to identify the specific characteristics of the information when data had been collected. The results of this study indicate that some of the Islamic economics concepts has been applied in the Indonesian daily economy activities. This reflects the manifestation of the 33rd Article of the Indonesian Constitution 1945 that emphasizes economic built by the cooperations and kinship principle. In the society who do farming and animal husbandry, for example, people implements "Paron" and "Gaduh" that use the same principles with musyarakah in the Islamic financing system.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of business ethics in traditional markets and analyze the role of al-Hisbah in the implementation of business ethics in the Wonokromo traditional market in Surabaya. This type of research is field research. The data collection methods are observation, interview, and study literature. The research result implies information about the traditional market sellers' understanding of business ethics that very diverse. Although some sellers do not know theoretically about business ethics, they implement the ethical business value because of their obedience to religious values taught by their families. The function of Al-Hisbah in the Wonokromo market has been going well despite some shortcomings that might able to be managed by supervision in terms of price, size/scale, and quality of goods. The implication of this research is its contribution to the development of Islamic Economics science, and input for stakeholders incuding market management and city government who involved in socialization and implementation business ethics at traditional markets.

Abstract

Along with the increasing circulation of halal products on the Indonesian market, which causes an increase in public interest in consuming halal products, there are several influencing factors. This study will discuss the effect of halal literacy and religiosity on interest in consuming halal products, a case study of Madiun Regency. The method used is quantitative. The type of research data used is primary research data by distributing questionnaires in the form of Google Forms to the people of Madiun Regency with 100 respondents. Data processing to accurate results using instrument tests consisting of validity and reliability tests, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t-test, f-test, and the coefficient of determination (R2) test. The results showed that halal literacy and religiosity partially and simultaneously influence the interest in consuming halal products in Madiun Regency for a contribution role of 42.8%.

Abstract

Ramadan in the year of 2020 is the witness of global pandemic caused by the spread of Covid-19 that significantly alters human behaviors. In response to the current phenomenon, the present study is conducted to scrutinize how the holy month of Ramadan and global pandemic affect human religiosity and donating behaviors. To this end, this study employed a web-based questionnaire to gather the required data from 128 Indonesians who were voluntarily participated upon invitation. Using WarpPLS to analyze the data, the results showed that there was a significant influence of global pandemic situation and Ramadan on the level of religiosity. Moreover, the pandemic situation also encouraged the exist growth of donation institutions. This study further revealed the positive impact of the holy month of Ramadan and religiosity on human donating behaviors. In other words, Ramadan and global pandemic increased the level of human religiosity and the existence of donation institutions, as a results, their donating behaviors were also improved. However, this study found that the existence of donation institutions did not have any influence on human donating behaviors. These results offer an implication that Ramadan and global pandemic obviously provide a direct impact on religiosity and human donating behaviors.

Abstract

Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia No. 33 Tahun 2014 tentang jaminan produk halal telah diimplementasikan pada tanggal 17 Oktober 2019 bersifat mandatory atau bersifat wajib bagi pelaku usaha, baik pelaku usaha besar, menengah kecil dan mikro. Munculnya Undang-Undang tentang kewajiban halal tersebut menimbulkan berbagai respon positif maupun negatif dari para pelaku usaha, termasuk pelaku usaha Rumah Potong Ayam (RPA). Jenis penelitian yang akan dilaksanakan ini adalah penelitian lapangan (Field Research). Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah pelaku usaha RPA, LPPOM MUI, dan Dinas Peternakan di provinsi jawa timur. Hasil penelitian ini dilihat dari berbagai aspek kognitif, afektif, dan konatif atau psikomotorik dari pelaku RPA yang memiliki skala usaha berbeda-berda.

Abstract

AbstractCovid-19 is a type of virus that can spread through the air. Surabaya occupies the second city in Indonesia with the largest Covid-19 distribution. Solving the Corona virus problem in Indonesia in the form of Social Distancing policy. Limitation of interaction between individuals in all fields. The problem that arises is the difficulty to meeting the needs of the community because of restrictions on activities outside. The purpose of this activity is carried out as an effort to maintain the food security of affected communities so that the community can continue to meet their basic needs. The method used is Mediation, this method is taken to support government policies through social distribution by distributing basic necessities to affected communities Covid-19. The results of the local area communication concluded that the community spent a lot of time at home, bearing in mind the basic needs that had been fulfilled by the basic food aid that had been was given. Through this food aid, it is expected to meet the needs of the community. Without having to meet difficulties in meeting basic needs in order to maintain community immunity and reduce their desire to leave the house shopping for basic needs.Keywords: Covid-19, Food Security, Affected Communities
