Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of Islamic branding, religiosity, and fashion trends on the purchasing decisions of Islamic fashion among students in Surabaya. The research employs a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. Primary data was collected through questionnaire distribution. The research sample consisted of 100 randomly selected respondents based on specific criteria using purposive sampling techniques. The results indicate that Islamic branding and fashion trends partially influence the purchasing decisions of Islamic fashion, while religiosity does not have a partial effect on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination testing results show that Islamic branding, religiosity, and fashion trends collectively account for 50.2% of the variance in purchasing decisions for Islamic fashion. This study can provide insights for businesses to develop more effective marketing strategies. These findings underscore the importance of additional factors such as product quality, lifestyle, price, and the role of celebrities and influencers in future research.

Abstract

Kabupaten Sumenep terbagi menjadi dua wilayah daratan dan kepulauan; memiliki 27 kecamatan dan 328 desa. Kabupaten Sumenep, pada tahun 2009, memiliki luas areal persawahan 29.895 hektar dengan tingkat produksi 1.784.245,8 kuintal. Kabupaten Sumenep memiliki lahan pertanian dan perkebunan yang dapat menghasilkan padi, jagung, dan kacang-kacangan. Sementara perkebunannya menghasilkan produk unggulan berupa singkong dan tembakau. Selain itu, Sumenep juga memiliki jenis sapi dan kambing yang juga bisa dikembangkan. Meski memiliki lahan yang luas, Sumenep belum memiliki koperasi yang dapat mengoptimalkan produksi dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi hasil pertanian dan perkebunan. Oleh karena itu, Tim PKM mendampingi masyarakat dalam mempersiapkan pendirian koperasi untuk memaksimalkan output dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi masyarakat. Dokumen pendirian yang dirancang antara lain fotokopi KTP 22 pendiri, draft AD-ART, surat kuasa mengurus pembentukan koperasi, kegiatan minimal tiga tahun ke depan, dan rancangan anggaran pendapatan. Dokumen lainnya yang dibuat adalah struktur kepengurusan, dokumen pendirian koperasi, dan dokumen lainnya yang dibutuhkan dalam pendirian koperasi. Semua berkas administrasi yang telah disiapkan kemudian diserahkan ke Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM untuk mendapat persetujuan dari instansi terkait. Hasil dari pendampingan ini diharapkan dapat membantu para petani dan peternak dalam meningkatkan produktivitas dan memberikan nilai tambah terhadap hasil pertanian dan peternakan di Kabupaten Sumenep.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the results of research on the influence of lifestyle, halal labels, and halal awareness on Coffee Shop purchasing decisions in Islamic Students of Surabaya State University. This study used descriptive quantitative methods through a sample of 80 students. The distribution of questionnaires was carried out by means of Likert scales on lifestyle, halal labels, and halal awareness. This study used multiple regression analysis using instrument data tests, classical assumption tests and hypothesis tests using t tests, f tests and coefficient of determination (r2) tests. The results of this study explain that partially the variables of lifestyle and halal awareness have a positive and significant influence on the variables tied to purchasing decisions, while the variables of halal labels do not have a positive and insignificant effect on variables bound to purchasing decisions. Then simultaneously lifestyle variables, halal labels, and halal awareness have a positive and significant influence on variables tied to purchasing decisions. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R Square) found that lifestyle, halal labels, and halal awareness had a simultaneous influence of 65.1% on Coffee Shop purchasing decisions in Islamic Students of Surabaya State University. Abstract

The need for halal status and product safety has led to the emergence of the Halal Product Guarantee Act (JPH Law). With the JPH Law, not only food and beverages must be halal certified, but also non-food and beverage products, including cosmetic products and used goods. The purpose of this study is to find out how the relationship between religiosity and halal labeling on purchasing decisions for non-food and beverage products, specifically cosmetic products and used goods. This research is a quantitative study with a total sample of 140 people with data collection using a questionnaire. Data analysis used multiple correlation analysis test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and coefficient of determination test (R2 test). The results showed that the religiosity variable had a positive and significant relation on purchasing decisions and the halal labeling variable also had a positive and significant relation. While the test results of the coefficient of determination (R2) are at a value of 55.7% meaning that the variable religiosity and halal labeling contribute to 55.7% of the decision to purchase non-food and beverage products.

Abstract

The development of the property sector business in Surabaya is quite rapid, signaling an economic improvement towards a better future. These conditions make competition between developers. The competition made PT Hasanah Mulia Investama consider product quality and price with the aim of increasing purchasing decisions that are closely related to consumer behavior which is an important element that must be known by the company. Prompts in Islam in terms of purchasing decisions, consumers should consider the use of goods not only as a desire to satisfy. This research aims to determine the effect of price and product quality on PT Hasanah Mulia Investama's housing purchase decisions and views on the Islamic economy. This research method is quantitative and multiple linear regression analysis techniques and questionnaires as instruments for collecting respondents with a sample size of 38 people. The results showed that partially and simultaneously the price and quality of products affected the purchasing decisions at PT Hasanah Mulia Investama.

Abstract

Indonesia has ample land and has abundant biodiversity so that Indonesia is called an agrarian country, Indonesian people have a livelihood in agriculture, there are several kinds of cooperation in the agricultural sector in Indonesia, one of which is cooperation in the cultivation of land, namely paron. Land cultivation cooperation has an important meaning in the development of the Indonesian agricultural sector, especially farmers in Guluk-guluk Village. This study aims to analyze the implementation of paron in the fiqih review of four schools. In this study using descriptive qualitative methods in which researchers are directly in the middle of the research subjects. The subjects of this study were those who were involved in the partnership, namely landowners and tenants. In order to make the research more relevant, the writer also conducted an interview with Islamic jurists. The results of the study showed that the practice of paron cooperation carried out by the people of Guluk-guluk Village was in accordance with Islamic law in terms of the contract, pillars and conditions of the muzaara'ah or mukhaabrah contract.

Abstract

Every year, the number of tourist visit religious tourist attraction, KH. Abdurrahman Wahid cemetery increases. The tourist decision to visit a tourist attraction place can be influenced by several factors, such as tourist attractions, amenities and accessibility. The purpose of this research is to know the impact of tourist attractions, amenities, and accessibility to the decision of visit on the religious tourism KH. Abdurrahman Wahid cemetery. The research methods used are quantitative research and used multiple linear regression analyses. The results showed that tourist attraction variables and accessibility variables were positive and significant to the visiting decision. But the variable of amenities had no significant effect on the visiting decision. Simultaneously variable tourist attractions, amenities and accessibility affected the variable of visiting decisions.

Abstract

This study discusses financial accouting standarss that must be used by Zakat Management Organizations (OPZ) as a from of transparency, and accountability to the public and government.The standards initiated by the Indonesian Accounting Association (IAI) namely, PSAK of number 109 concerning Zakat, Infaq/Alms. Accounting includes recognition and measurement, presentation and disclosure. In addition, it can increase the trust of muzaki to give their funds to official zakat institutions. One of them, namely the Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) which has received the title of Fair without Exception in 2017. So, the research objective is obtained to determine the suitability of the application with PSAK of number 109. The research method used is qualitative. The regarding the stage analysis carried out by describing the treatment of recording the financial statements of the Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) the compare it with PSAK of number 109. The results of this tudy concluded that the financial report made by Inisiatif Zakat Indonesia (IZI) were in accordance with PSAK of number 109.

Abstract

Poverty illustrates a multidimensional problem on economic factors, the emergence of programs implemented by the government to reduce the number of poor people such as distributing cash donations. Therefore the plan to make it happen Gresik Regency Baznas prepares a work program that is "Micro Finance Program" which is a program of assistance for small businesses with the aim of developing their businesses so they can develop and be able to return them to the mustahik in need. This research is a qualitative research that intends to look at the management model of zakat, infaq, and alms in developing micro businesses. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the management model of zakat, infaq, alms in the development of micro businesses in Baznas Gresik Regency is a Gresik empowered program where productive economies are held in microbusiness groups. Overall the achievement of the ZIS management program at the Gresik Regency Baznas has been optimal.

Abstract

One of the economic problems in society is low income. Economic problems in society often show negative impacts on social life such as poverty, unemployment, so that it can have an impact on low education levels and low income. One of the ways to overcome the problem of poverty is by means of zakat and waqf which are the teachings that exist in Islam as contained in the letter Al-Baqarah: 43. The potential for zakat in Indonesia is quite large in the economy of the people. Based on BAZNAS research, the national zakat potential reaches IDR 217 trillion. This study aims to determine the distribution of productive zakat funds made by the Infaq Management Institute and its effect on mustahiq income. This study uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that the variable productive zakat funds had a positive and significant effect on the mustahiq income variable.
