Abstract

Islam has always urged adherents working and improving the work ethic. It encourages its adherents to Islam to plunge into entrepreneurs (entrepreneurs). One of the types of businesses that are thriving in Indonesia is small and medium scale business (UMKM). One of the Small Medium Enterprises that started developing right now is "Muiz Collection" engaged in the field of convection (hijab). This study used a qualitative approach. Type of research is the research field. In this study using primary and secondary data sources. Data collection techniques are obtained by means of interviews, observation, and documentation. Financial management in "Muiz Collection" consists of 3 mechanism: collection of funds obtained from personal funds and loans,use of funds to finance all expenditure. Business principles relating to sharia provision are always firmly and used as a reference for action by Muiz Collection so that Muiz Collection can be categorized as a home industry that applies the principles of islamiceconomics.

Abstract

KPRS (Sharia House Ownership Credit) is one of the superior products of BNI Syariah because it is perceived that the demand for the product will increase from year to year, as well as the biggest revenue earned by BNI Syariah is dominated by murabahah contract which majority comes from KPRS financing. This research uses descriptive qualitative method with aim to know how big of interest of society to KPRS along with the reason, result of research which is got that interest of society to use product of KPRS with murabahah contract increase every year with some underlying motive, one of them because of installment which is fixed and no administrative costs.

Abstract

Do self-assessment is the obligation of all banks, the bank's health assessment continues to experience improvement and in this study using the RGEC method (Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance, Earning, Capital), the assessors are regulated in No. 8/POJK.03/2014, this study compares the health of BCA Syariah and BRI Syariah in 2010-2017. This research uses quantitative descriptive method, secondary data collection, saturated sampling technique. using independent samples t-test. From the results of the study, it can be concluded that the ratio of NPF, GCG, ROA BCA Syariah is superior, the ratio of BRI Sharia FDR is superior, and the CAR ratio is both ranked first.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of halal labeling on imported food products on consumer purchasing decisions. This research was conducted using quantitative research. The sample used in this study was 200 respondents taken from Economics Faculty students who had consumed and purchased imported food products in packaging using accidental sampling. Paying attention to the use of labels on products, this is very helpful because consumers will pay attention to the halal labels, composition, and nutritional tables before consumers make purchasing decisions, especially on imported packaged foods

Abstract

The number of applicants jamaahUmrahin Indonesia, that is so much the main attraction for entrepreneurs the field of travel. Somany travel entrepreneurs who open a service bureau or the organizers of the pilgrimage. This research used a qualitative approach and is the type of field research. As a source of practical, this research was done at the travel organisers AET Travel PT. As a result, first, of the marketing strategies appliedin PT PenjuruWisataNegeriSidoarjo has fullfiled the marketing characteristics of Islam, namely to apply the principle of rabbaniyah, akhlakiyyah, realistic and humanistic. Second, the chance ownedPT Penjuru Wisata Negeri Sidoarjo is the high interest of Hajj and Umrah that is in East Java, an very strong religiosity, and condensed, as well as the existence of trust and cooperation with financial institutions.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of students' perceptions of Islamic non-economic study programs on the interest in becoming customers of Islamic banks (Case study at the Faculty of Economics, Surabaya State University). This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine how much influence the perception of non-economic Islamic students on the interest of becoming customers in Islamic banks from the results of research conducted by using independent variables perceptions of students with bank interest indicators, profit sharing systems, and Islamic bank products through techniques incidental sampling with 100 respondents and the method of distributing questionnaires, it can be concluded that the perception of Islamic non-economic students as a whole has an effect on the interest in being a customer of Islamic banks

Abstract

The aim of this research is to test the effect of marketing mix sharia (product, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical evidence) towards loyalty of Umrah pilgrims in PT. Ikhwan Berkah Sejahtera. This research was conducted with an associative quantitative approach. Number of samples that used in this research is 93 respondents which came from umrah pilgrims 2017-2018 period and used simple random sampling technique. This research used a questionnaire that calculates with a likert scale and analyzed with SPSS 23. The result of this research shows that overall marketing mix sharia variable has a positive effect and significant to the loyalty of Umrah pilgrims. Based on the partial test result indicates that there are 2 positive effect variables and significant towards loyalty of Umrah pilgrims, that is promotion variable and process. As for based on the coefficient of determination test’s result, shows that marketing mix sharia variable have a big impact as big as 41,3% against loyalty of Umrah pilgrims’ variable

Abstract

Ms Glow is a beauty product that already gained halal certification on their products. As Muslim consumers, we must be selective in choosing beauty product that will be used in daily and proper with Islamic law. This research used qualitative descriptive method that aimed to find out Muslim consumers’ perception towards halal certification of Ms Glow beauty product. The findings of this research indicate that Muslim consumers have two perceptions, which are care and care less about halal certification. Muslim consumers who care about it are consumers who need all of Ms Glow products labelled with halal certification on the packaging even though they do not use it. Where as Muslim consumers who care less are consumers who does not concern about halal certification in all Ms Glow products, and they still use it.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of the religious and demographic of the santri of 'Alimussirry Islamic Boarding School on the interest in paying zakat at the zakat institutions. The independent variables in this study consisted of two variables, namely the religiosity variables and demographic variables. Religiosity variables are measured using dimensions of worship, belief, religious knowledge, appreciation and practice. While demographic variables are measured using indicators of age, work experience and income. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study are the variables of religiosity santri of Islamic Boarding School affect the interest of paying zakat at the zakat institution. This is because santri have knowledge of religion more than people who are not educated in a boarding school environment. The demographic variable of the Islamic Boarding School 'Alimussirry affects the interest in paying zakat in the zakat institution, but the influence of this demographic variable is very low because santri does not have income and does not have more work experience. In addition, the young age also affect a person in donating his property.

Abstract

The problem of economic development in the last two decades is the problem of financial institutions that have not applied Islamic business ethics. amidst the current tight competition of sharia institutions which are one of the sharia financial institutions that maintain existence in society through the attention of members and always provide excellent service to members are BMT (Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil), using the marketing mix in accordance with ethics Islamic business is one way that is used to attract members through marketing by using the whole system of marketing activities that are in accordance with Islamic Sharia. This research is a qualitative research that aims to determine the implementation of the marketing mix at the Kedungpring Branch of Mandiri Sejahtera BMT in the perspective of Islamic business ethics. From the results of the research that has been done, it can be concluded that in implementing the marketing mix in terms of products, prices, places, promotions, people, processes, physical evidence, promises, patience applied to the Mandiri BMT Kedungpring Branch is in accordance with Islamic Shari'a ie applying the rules Islamic business such as marketing good quality goods, prohibiting pledges, being kind, creating good ties with members.
