Abstract

In a company, human resources are one of the most important factors in determining the success of the company in achieving its goals. There must be work discipline in this endeavor. hard work. Discipline is the application of the application of rules and regulations that are understood as their responsibility, such as work schedules that have been set by a business entity and the tasks of being carried out by offices. This study uses qualitative data type by using purposive sampling technique. The data collection techniques used were observation and interviews with five participants as research information. The data analysis techniques used include SWOT analysis, observation and direct interviews with key informants and informants. The results of this study indicate that the work systematics at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp.Medan Tomang Elok is quite good, but in terms of work discipline there are still some employees who underestimate, starting from arriving not on time, misuse of time during breaks and many explanations of work responsibilities that are not in accordance with the duties of each employee. The performance of employees of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Kcp. Medan Tomang Elok is quite good, with the existence of team work or collaboration between employees but with a very familial organizational culture resulting in employees not being professional and carrying out their responsibilities .

Abstract

COVID-19 pandemic has a very large impact in various fields, one of which is in the MICE event field, especially conference events. Since there are no activities that require gathering many people around in one place. However many event organizers are looking for a strategies that related to organising an event during this pandemic, one of which is holding a conference event using a hybrid concept by implementing the technology and CHSE health protocols to minimize the spread of coronavirus. This article which focuses on desk study begins with collecting data from secondary data through the internet. The data is developed according to the list of preparing the hybrid event concept and then the data is displayed into a conference hybrid event project. The result of this study will be in the form of concept how to hold a hybrid conference event by implementing the CHSE health protocol. This project is expected to be especially useful for the organizers of organizing MICE events during the COVID-19 pandemic.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis gugatan PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. terhadap pasangan suami-istri yang wanprestasi dalam pembayaran kredit berdasarkan Surat Pengakuan Hutang (SPH). Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk memahami konflik antara kreditur dan debitur serta implementasi hukum dalam Kitab Undang-Undang Hukum Perdata (KUHPer). Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, melibatkan dokumen hukum, bukti persidangan, dan keterangan pihak terkait. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pengadilan Negeri Pekalongan memutuskan Para Tergugat harus melunasi sisa hutang sebesar Rp66.943.644 dan biaya perkara, menegaskan pentingnya komitmen dalam perjanjian kredit. Keputusan ini memperkuat bahwa SPH menjadi dasar kuat bagi kreditur dalam menuntut kewajiban debitur, serta menolak keberatan terkait pengurangan bunga karena kurangnya bukti dan persetujuan formal.

Abstract

Pemimpin memiliki peran penting dalam kelompok untuk merangkul anggotanya dan mengarahkan mereka menuju tujuan bersama. Dalam konteks negara seperti Indonesia, pemilihan pemimpin melalui Pemilihan Umum (Pemilu) menjadi mekanisme penting dalam menjalankan prinsip demokrasi. Terdapat dua jenis sistem pemilihan umum yang umum digunakan, yaitu sistem distrik dan sistem proporsional. Sistem distrik memilih satu wakil tunggal dari setiap wilayah kecil, sementara sistem proporsional mempertimbangkan presentasi suara dari partai-partai atau calon-calon tertentu tanpa memperhatikan distribusi suara di seluruh wilayah. Namun, proses pemilihan umum seringkali memunculkan kontroversi dan sengketa karena dugaan kecurangan, kesalahan administrasi, dan ketidaknetralan penyelenggara. Sengketa ini dapat terjadi di tingkat lokal, seperti dalam Lembaga Kemasyarakatan Desa (LKD), karena ketidaksesuaian sistem pemilihan yang ditetapkan dengan peraturan yang ada. Hal ini menunjukkan pentingnya penyelenggaraan pemilihan umum yang transparan, adil, dan akuntabel dalam menjaga stabilitas politik dan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap proses demokratis.

Abstract

Muara Angke, a central port and fisheries area on the northern coast of Jakarta, holds significant economic and social value. However, this area faces the problem of plastic waste pollution originating from ship activities, port operations, drainage systems, and community practices of indiscriminately disposing of waste. The plastic waste ultimately contaminates the waters, disrupting marine ecosystem balance, threatening public health, and jeopardizing the livelihoods that depend on marine resources. To address these issues, solutions are needed through the integration of technology and architectural design. This study responds to these problems by developing a design for a center dedicated to plastic waste education and processing, applying a regenerative architectural approach that not only focuses on environmental restoration but also strengthens the relationship between the community and its environment. The form-generation method used integrates the results of experiments on the characteristics of plastic waste types such as HDPE, PS, and PET, based on their processing methods. Plastic materials are not only processed functionally but also explored for their potential to shape architectural mass. The outcomes of these experiments will then be translated into the form and spatial composition of the building, illustrating the transition from waste to a new resource. This approach aims to create spaces that are educational and participatory, supporting comprehensive regeneration of the area. Thus, the building will demonstrate that plastic waste management is not only about solving pollution problems but can also shape the identity of the education and processing center itself. Keywords: education; plastic; processing; regenerative; waste Abstrak Muara Angke, kawasan pusat pelabuhan dan perikanan di pesisir Jakarta Utara memiliki nilai ekonomi dan sosial yang penting. Namun, di kawasan ini terdapat permasalahan pencemaran sampah plastik berasal dari aktivitas kapal, pelabuhan, drainase, dan aktivitas masyarakat yang membuang sampah secara sembarangan. Sampah plastik akhirnya mencemari perairan yang dapat mengganggu keseimbangan ekosistem laut, kesehatan masyarakat dan mata pencaharian yang bergantung pada hasil laut. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, diperlukan solusi melalui pendekatan teknologi dan desain arsitektur. Studi ini merespons permasalahan tersebut melalui pembentukan bentuk untuk pusat edukasi dan pengolahan sampah plastik dengan pendekatan arsitektur regeneratif yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada perbaikan lingkungan tetapi juga pada hubungan antara masyarakat dan lingkungan. Metode pembentukan bentuk yang digunakan adalah intergrasi dari hasil eksperimen terhadap karakteristik sampah plastik seperti tipe HDPE, PS, dan PET yang berdasar dari proses pengolahan sampah plastik. Material plastik tidak hanya diolah secara fungsional, tetapi juga dieksplorasi potensi dalam membentuk massa secara arsitektural. Hasil eksperimen tersebut kemudian akan diterjemahkan ke dalam pengolahan bentuk dan susunan massa bangunan yang menunjukan proses transisi dari limbah menjadi sumber daya baru dan menjadikannya massa yang memiliki fungsi edukatif dan partisipatif, yang mendorong regenerasi kawasan secara menyeluruh. Dengan demikian, bangunan nantinya akan menunjukkan bahwa pengolahan plastik tidak hanya menyelesaikan persoalan limbah, tetapi juga dapat membentuk identitasi dari pusat edukasi dan pengolahan sampah plastik itu sendiri.

Abstract

General Background: The rapid expansion of digital technology has reshaped evidentiary practices in criminal proceedings, introducing electronic evidence with characteristics distinct from conventional physical proof. Specific Background: Despite the legal recognition of electronic evidence through the ITE Law and its amendments, its vulnerability to manipulation demands strict compliance with formal and material validity requirements, including authentication and digital forensic examination. However, Indonesian courts often differ in implementing these standards. Knowledge Gap: The inconsistency in applying formal requirements—particularly digital forensic authentication—creates uncertainty regarding the admissibility and evidentiary value of electronic evidence. Aims: This study analyzes the legal validity of electronic evidence in criminal trials and examines how admissibility is implemented in practice through case studies of Decisions No. 175/Pid.Sus/2024/PN Jmb and No. 60/Pid.B/2019/PN Drh. Results: Findings show that courts inconsistently apply authentication procedures; some accept electronic evidence without forensic verification, while others rely on comprehensive digital forensic analysis to establish authenticity and integrity. Novelty: This research offers a comparative doctrinal assessment demonstrating how differing implementations of formal and material requirements directly affect evidentiary certainty. Implications: Uniform technical guidelines for digital forensic standards and judicial assessment are essential to ensure legal certainty, safeguard due process, and strengthen the probative value of electronic evidence in Indonesia’s criminal justice system. Highlights: Electronic evidence requires both formal (authenticity, integrity) and material (relevance, reliability) validity to be legally admissible. Courts show inconsistent implementation, with some accepting electronic evidence without forensic authentication. Digital forensics strengthens evidentiary certainty by verifying data integrity and supporting judicial accuracy. Abstract

Background : Stunting is a condition of chronic nutritional problems that causes failure to thrive in children and brain development is not in accordance with children at the age they should be. Stunting is a chronic malnutrition problem caused by inadequate nutritional intake for a long time due to feeding that is not in accordance with nutritional needs. Objective : The problem of stunting which is currently a problem has an impact on various aspects, one of which is a decrease in the productivity of Human Resources (HR) in an area. Based on the results of the Indonesia Nutrition Status Survey (SSGI) in 2021 conducted by the Ministry of Health, the stunting prevalence rate in Indonesia in 2021 was 24.4%, or decreased 6.4% from 30.8% in 2018. This study aims to determine the description of factors the risk of stunting in children under five in RT 02 and RT 04 Simpang Pasir Village, Paran District, Samarinda City. Research Methods/ Implementation Methods : This type uses a cross sectional design, with a total sample of 20 samples. Data was collected using an instrumental questionnaire and then performed univariate analysis and descriptive test. Results : The results obtained are to know the risk factors regarding stunting in toddlers in the area of RT 02 and RT 04 Simpang Pasir Village, Paran District, Samarinda City. Conclusion/Lesson Learned : Based on the results of research conducted in the neighborhood units (RT) 02 and 04 of Simpang Pasir Village, Paran District, Samarinda City, it can be concluded that several risk factors contribute to stunting in toddlers. Through a cross-sectional design approach and univariate and descriptive analyses of 20 samples, it was found that stunting remains a chronic nutritional problem that impacts children's physical growth and brain development. These findings reinforce the importance of meeting nutritional needs from an early age and appropriate interventions to reduce stunting prevalence rates, especially at the smallest level, such as neighborhood associations.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the sustainability of mobile application usage using the Technology Adoption Model (TAM) approach. The variables studied include ease of use, user experience, affective experience, and security & privacy. Data was collected through a survey of mobile banking users and analyzed statistically using quantitative methods. The results of the study indicate that ease of use, user experience, affective experience, and application security and privacy significantly influence user satisfaction. User satisfaction then becomes a key factor that mediates the influence of these variables on the intention to continue using mobile banking. These findings show that the higher the level of user satisfaction, the greater the likelihood that users will continue to use mobile banking services. Additionally, security and privacy were proven to be fundamental aspects of user trust and loyalty. The implications of this study are the importance of developing mobile banking applications that are easy to use, provide a positive experience, and ensure the security and privacy of user data to increase user satisfaction and loyalty in a sustainable manner. This study is expected to serve as a reference for developers and digital banking service providers in designing service improvement strategies in the current digital era.

Abstract

This internship was conducted at UMKM Loyal Snack, a small business specializing in cheese sticks since 2017, which has primarily operated through offline sales and telephone orders without a strong brand identity or digital presence. The aim of this internship was to develop the brand identity and increase brand awareness of Loyal Snack by implementing digital marketing strategies. The research methods included observation, interviews with the business owner, and documentation of promotional activities and customer interactions. The strategies applied involved creating a logo and slogan, establishing TikTok and Instagram social media accounts, and managing WhatsApp Business as a communication and promotional channel. Additionally, promotions through Instagram Ads in the form of stories and posts, as well as creating a Linktree link to facilitate access to all digital platforms, were implemented. The results showed a significant increase in brand recognition, enhanced customer engagement, and expanded market reach. Digital marketing proved to be an effective solution to overcome marketing challenges faced by UMKM and foster business growth in the digital era

Abstract

The increasing number of BPJS users is not always accompanied by improvements in service quality, leading to varied patient experiences and satisfaction levels. This study aims to analyze and synthesize empirical evidence on the influence of the five SERVQUAL service quality dimensions—reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness—on BPJS patient satisfaction in Indonesian health facilities. Therefore, a systematic review is needed to comprehensively examine this influence. This study employs a systematic review method to explore the relationship between health service quality and BPJS patient satisfaction, based on the five service quality dimensions (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness) at facilities such as hospitals and community health centers (Puskesmas). The review was conducted using the Google Scholar database. The five SERVQUAL service quality dimensions (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness) generally show a significant positive relationship with BPJS patient satisfaction in Indonesian health facilities. Although the most influential dimension varies across studies, overall improvements in service quality across all dimensions directly contribute to higher patient satisfaction. Based on the nine studies analyzed, the five SERVQUAL service quality dimensions (reliability, assurance, tangibility, empathy, and responsiveness) generally have a significant relationship with BPJS patient satisfaction.
