Abstract

The project to strengthen the profile of Pancasila students should be integrated into various activities and a conducive school culture. There are three ways to implement a holistic, comprehensive and integrated Pancasila student profile in learning, namely the Pancasila student profile project becomes subject matter in extracurricular activities, becomes a means of conducting learning experiences, and becomes a project in curricular activities. To design strategies for multicultural and ethnic relations in schools, it can be divided into two, namely personal experience and teaching carried out by teachers. The forms of teaching are as follows: first, teachers must be aware of students' ethnic diversity, they cannot educate them, second, curriculum and teaching materials should reflect ethnic diversity and third, curriculum materials are written in different regional/ethnic languages. Various breakthroughs and innovations in multicultural PAI learning will be able to make students have the character of a Pancasila student profile. Students' awareness will be formed indirectly so that over time they will grow into Pancasila students with Indonesian integrity.

Abstract

Prima semesta alam merupakan sebuah usaha mikro kecil menengah (UMKM) yang bergerak dalam produksi kerajinan dari kulit hewan eksotis  seperti ular, biawak dan sebagainya.  Prima semesta alam merupakan mitra tim pengabdian kepada masyarakat (abdimas). Usaha mitra sudah berdiri sejak tahun 2020 dan sistem penjualan sudah melalui e-commerce tetapi penjualan masih menembus pasa lokal atau dalam negeri belum bisa tembus ke luar negeri atau pasar internasional. Dalam usaha menembus pasar internasional yang menyangkut kemampuan ekspor produk kerajinan ke Negara lain maka peran teknologi digital sangat berperan penting. Hal ini dapat dimulai dengan mendesain situs website perusahaan yang memadai yang harus berorientasi ekspor, sederhana, dan intuitif dengan pengalaman pengguna yang baik dan dengan sangat jelas mendeskripsikan siapa saya, apa yang saya lakukan, bagaimana saya melakukannya dan mengapa mereka harus memilih saya. Solusi inovatif yang diusulkan adalah ecommerce digital export. Dengan menggunakan hal ini diharapkan dapat bersaing dan berhasil dalam dunia digital. Selain itu, diharapkan produk kerajinan kulit hewan eksotis ini dapat menembus pasar internasional dan berdampak dalam meningkatkan penjualan produk kerajinan ini baik di dalam maupun di luar negeri.

Abstract

This research conducts a comprehensive bibliometric analysis to explore the development of renewable energy technology innovation research in the context of sustainable development. Through an examination of scholarly publications, citation patterns, and keyword occurrences, this study aims to provide a nuanced understanding of the current state of research in this critical field. Seminal works, influential authors, thematic clusters, and keyword frequencies are examined to uncover the multidimensional aspects of renewable energy technology innovation and its intersection with sustainable development. The synthesis of these insights informs researchers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders, guiding them toward a holistic approach in addressing the challenges and opportunities at the nexus of renewable energy, technology innovation, and sustainability.

Abstract

This research compares the K-Means and Naive Bayes algorithms in evaluating the performance of educational staff based on SPMI standards at STMIK Triguna Dharma. The main objective is to identify the effectiveness of the two algorithms in grouping performance evaluation data and determine the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Primary data was obtained through surveys and interviews, while secondary data came from institutional archives. The K-Means algorithm shows 100% accuracy with the ability to group educational staff into very good, good, quite good, poor and poor performance categories. Meanwhile, the Naive Bayes algorithm shows 91% accuracy, with 100% precision results for the "good" and "fairly good" categories. These results indicate that K-Means is more effective in grouping educational staff based on performance evaluation compared to Naive Bayes. This research makes a significant contribution in the field of evaluating the performance of educational staff and offers insights for a more effective implementation of SPMI in higher education.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaturan dan pelaksanaan penyidikan tindak pidana pembunuhan biasa dengan pelaku yang melarikan diri dan masuk ke dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO). Pelaku tindak pidana pembunuhan biasa yang melarikan diri membuat proses penyidikan oleh pihak kepolisian menjadi terhambat dan memakan waktu yang cukup lama, sehingga proses penyidikan masih akan tetap berlanjut hingga pelaku berhasil ditemukan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan ialah yuridis empiris, yang berdasarkan fakta-fakta dan data-data primer yang diperoleh dari lapangan, hasil wawancara dengan narasumber dan studi kepustakaan, penulis mengidentifikasi masalah dan menganalisisnya sehingga akhirnya tertuju pada pemecahan masalah yang berupa kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Pelaku tindak pidana pembunuhan biasa yang melarikan diri atau buron, pengaturan mengenai prosedur Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO) diatur dalam Peraturan Kapolri (Perkap) No. 14 Tahun 2012, Peraturan Kapolri (Perkap) No. 6 Tahun 2019 Tentang Penyidikan Tindak Pidana dan Peraturan Kepala Badan Reserse Kriminal Polri (Perkaba) No. 3 Tahun 2014 tentang Standar Operasional Prosedur Pelaksanaan Penyidikan Tindak Pidana. (2) Terhadap pelaku tindak pidana pembunuhan biasa yang melarikan diri dari proses hukum, maka polisi akan mencari dan mendatangi keluarga pelaku dan mengumpulkan bukti-bukti. pelaku yang melarikan diri dan masuk ke dalam Daftar Pencarian Orang (DPO), batas waktu pengikatan status seseorang yang dicari tidak ditentukan dan tidak diatur secara jelas dalam KUHAP.

Abstract

Office Stationery (ATK) is an item used to do written work such as paper, books, ink, pencils, pens, paper clamps, and others. ATK is a supporting tool that has an important role in implementing the administrative function of a company or agency. The management of ATK procurement in the Bogor Agricultural Institute (IPB) is under the coordination of the Directorate of Infrastructure, Facilities, and Campus Environmental Security (DPSPLK) as a coordination unit at the central level. So far, the procurement of ATK in every work unit in the IPB environment uses a direct purchase method. Direct purchasing methods cause problems and weaknesses, including: (1) price differences between providers for the same goods, (2) the quality of providers varies because each work unit directly selects providers, (3) vulnerability to price manipulation, (4) needed storage space for goods in each unit, (5) management and organization of ATK data are carried out partially in each work unit. Atk data management and organization have not been systemized, making it difficult for DPSPLK to reconcile data. An umbrella contract procurement method (framework contract) is applied to deal with problems in the direct purchase method. Management and organization of unsystematic ATK data, an integrated information system is built to facilitate DPSPLK reconciling data for reporting needs. The information system development method uses the waterfall method and testing using the User Acceptance Test (UAT) black-box type. This research resulted in the procurement and management application of ATK used by DPSPLK

Abstract

Child influencers are a profession that can channel the talents and interests of the child in positive terms, one of which is by receiving endorsements. Endorsement is a support in the form of cooperation between companies and celebrities/influencers by promoting a product produced by the company and bound by a valid agreement. As in Indonesia, many public figures raise their children to become influencers from an early age. In this case, what is the view of the child influencer profession according to positive law in Indonesia, bearing in mind that there are frequent reports of public figures suspected of exploiting children and their legal protection for child influencers in receiving endorsements on social media in the event of data leakage and default, both from the company or from the endorser himself. This study uses normative legal research methods, namely discussing the doctrine of legal facts, principles, norms, and principles in the science of law, which focuses on laws and regulations related to working children, electronic transaction systems, and child protection using a statutory approach. invitation or statue approach.. Abstract

According to Law No. 8 of 1999, in music festival performances, the position of the audience is as consumers and the position of the organizers is as business actors. In conducting business relationships, organizers are required to protect consumers from all kinds of event problems, including from cancellations. However, in practice, legal protection for spectators has not been implemented optimally. In Surabaya, there were three music events which were canceled at the same time. One of the three has fulfilled the legal protection. The method used is empirical juridical with analytical descriptive method and uses primary and secondary data sources. The results of the research found that the implementation of legal protection for spectators for the cancellation of music festivals in the Surabaya area has been going well, but the benefits for the audience have not been maximized. Abstract

Leakage of personal data is the transmission of data via electronic devices including name, place, date of birth, passcode and electronic address which can be accidentally accessed by unauthorized persons. This study aims to understand the legal protection that can be given to journalists for acts against the law by telecommunications service providers for personal data leakage. This study uses normative research methods by analyzing data in a descriptive-qualitative manner. The results of the research show that actions taken by telecommunication service providers are classified as unlawful acts under Article 1365 of the Civil Code. Journalist Akbar Wijaya as the victim suffered material and immaterial losses and disrupted his journalistic activities because he experienced personal data leaks. Thus, based on Article 1365 of the Civil Code, he is obliged to obtain compensation and Telkomsel has not been able to carry out its obligations as a business actor to have good faith in providing its product services. Telecommunications service providers who have a role as personal data controllers commit acts that are not in accordance with the precautionary principle in accordance with Article 3 of Law no. 27 of 2022 concerning personal data protection.

Abstract

Stabbing is a criminal crime committed by someone using a sharp weapon, with the aim of hurting or even killing another person as a means of revenge. Likewise in the Tuban Regency area itself, where the crime of stabbing is normal, because it is considered a hereditary custom carried out to resolve conflicts. Every year, stabbing crimes in Tuban Regency always occur, resulting in fatalities such as injuries and even death, this is because in enforcing the law, stabbing crimes in Tuban Regency experience obstacles in terms of law, law enforcement, means or facilities, society and culture. . The method used is empirical juridical with analytical descriptive methods and uses primary and secondary data sources. The results of the research obtained are that there are obstacles in the implementation of law enforcement for the crime of "Bacokan" in Tuban Regency, but the efforts to overcome cooperation between law enforcers and the community that have been carried out have not been optimal.
