Abstract

ABSTRACT Good and proper communication patterns are essential for a leader. In this regard, cooperation will proceed smoothly. The communication conducted by a leader should take the form of instructions or input, such as suggestions, commands, advice, or constructive criticism. Frequent miscommunication between leaders and subordinates can affect employee motivation. The purpose of this research is to determine the communication patterns applied by leaders in enhancing employee motivation in the Marketing Division of CV Media Agung Surakarta. This research is of a descriptive qualitative nature. The data collection techniques in this research include observation, internal company data, journals, and literature studies. Data analysis is conducted using the Miles and Huberman Interactive model. The data analysis process is carried out in several stages, namely data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The results of this research indicate that in the Marketing Division of CV. Media Agung Surakarta, a chain communication pattern is used. Additionally, there are obstacles such as miscommunication between the leader and field staff in carrying out their tasks, which affects employee motivation. Abstract

Humans are social creatures in the sense that they cannot live alone and continuously with other humans. Humans need to interact, live in groups or need help from others. Of course, with children with special needs such as children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) who have limitations in interacting and communicating due to constraints from themselves. With the limitations they have, as parents of ASD children, they should be able to provide all forms of special education or therapy so that the child can improve their speaking and interacting abilities. Therapeutic actions with competent handling will improve ASD children. UPTD Center for Disability Services and Inclusive Education Surakarta is a place where children with special needs can get free therapy education. UPTD PLDPI Surakarta provides therapy in the form of speech therapy, behavioral therapy, occupational therapy and food therapy for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Speech therapy by therapists is a therapeutic action carried out at UPTD PLDPI Surakarta to improve the speaking and interacting abilities of ASD children. Using therapeutic communication in the form of therapeutic communication by therapists can help ASD children feel comfortable and feel confident if they can carry out therapeutic actions with a sense of security. So that ASD children who are guided by therapists when carrying out speech therapy properly will make ASD children more able to improve their speaking skills. Abstract

ABSTRACT The use of technological advances in the development of cultural values ​​contributes to the integration of digital technology and culture which will become a special attraction for the wider community. Culture has philosophy, artistic and moral values ​​as well as entertainment. Meanwhile, the aim of this author is to examine the existence of the traditional media Wayang Orang Sriwedari as a development information medium in the digital era? The aim of this research is to examine the existence of the traditional media Wayang Orang Sriwedari as a development information medium in the digital era. This type of research uses qualitative descriptive research while data collection techniques use interviews, observation and documentation. Data sources use written reports, photos, documentation, field observations and websites. The results of research on wayang orang as a performing art that conveys values ​​in a symbolic, connotative and aesthetic form by conveying the message of rules, norms and life guidelines that are expected to be followed by the next generation as well as the existence of the traditional media of wayang orang Sriwedari as a medium for development information in the digital era so that continues to exist, strengthened by supporting factors, namely community appreciation, support from the government and innovation and creativity. In this way, it is a form of anticipation to introduce the younger generation so that later it can have an impact on the emergence of younger generations and consistent audience attendance. Abstract

Introduction: Natural disasters cause resource destruction and social threats. The synergy of important institutions is facing impact. Indonesia is prone to natural disasters due to volcanic eruptions, earthquakes, etc. Climate change and urbanization are exacerbating the situation. Effective law is needed, including institutional synergy, for disaster mitigation and prosecution.Purposes of the Research:  To gain a deeper understanding of inter-agency synergies in dealing with natural disasters in Indonesia, as well as to contribute to the development of a better and more effective legal framework for mitigating and overcoming natural disasters. Implementation of a more solid and coordinated legal framework is expected to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of natural disaster mitigation and prosecution efforts.Methods of the Research: This study uses a qualitative normative research method with a statutory approach. The collection of legal materials involves laws, government regulations, regional regulations, government policies, court decisions, as well as legal literature such as articles, journals and books. The analysis is carried out by identifying and selecting relevant regulations, categorizing issues related to institutional roles, resources, and responsibilities.Results of the Research: Synergy between agencies is the main key in a rapid and coordinated response to natural disasters. Several related institutions have been assigned to deal with disasters, but the implementation of existing laws and regulations needs to be evaluated and improved. In facing this challenge, the Ius Constituendum concept can be applied to strengthen inter-agency synergies related to natural disaster mitigation and prosecution. In implementing the Ius Constituendum concept, the involvement of all stakeholders and an intensive dialogue process are very important to ensure that the laws and regulations that are implemented are in accordance with the needs and conditions that are developing. By formulating and implementing the Ius Constituendum concept correctly, inter-agency synergy in managing natural disasters in Indonesia can be increased.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the phenomenon of the inability of several creative industries to maximize the capabilities of human resources and the use of communication media in supporting promotional activities in their companies. The purpose of this study is to analyze the promotional activities of Wildtrack Apparel products. This study uses the promotion theory according to Kotler and Armstrong as a reference for research using descriptive qualitative research methods. The sampling technique is done by purposive sampling. Data collection is carried out through observation of Wildtrack Apparel product promotional activities, interviews with owners, marketing, employees and consumers as well as documentation related to the company's promotional activities. The validity test techniques used by researchers are method triangulation and source triangulation. The results of the study indicate that Wildtrack Apparel product promotional activities include the application of marketing mix with a communication approach that utilizes the development of information technology and a social relations approach to build a positive corporate image so as to increase sales of Wildtrack Apparel products. Thus, the promotional activities carried out by Wildtrack Apparel have been able to strengthen communication with consumers to market products and increase sales of Wildtrack Apparel products optimally.

Abstract

Product marketing is one of the factors that concerns the existence of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Therefore, business actors, especially MSMEs, should be equipped with skills and knowledge regarding everything related to business communication, including how they understand marketing technology literacy. One form of implementing business communication tools that cannot be avoided is the utilization of barcode systems. The barcode system is not merely a binding between sellers and buyers. However, even broader than that, barcodes are used as a means of connecting business information based on communication technology. Related to the implementation of business communication technology, the common problem faced by MSME actors is the limited mastery of information technology and the limited understanding of business systems based on digital technology. To empower MSME actors, the service team offers a program to introduce barcode system implementation for MSME actors in Sumberbulu. Sumberbulu village in Mojogedang district. The target group aimed at consists of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), Sumberbulu village in Mojogedang district, Karanganyar regency. The execution technique begins with observations regarding the advantages and disadvantages inherent in the tourism SMEs of Sumberbulu village, which are then discussed through a brainstorming forum. The results of the discussion are used to formulate the needs and desires for strengthening SMEs. Data and information from the discussion are used as a basis for conducting short training on the implementation of Barcodes for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The importance of implementing the barcode system is not only related to the technical use of barcodes but also the critical attitude towards the system is very urgent so that MSME actors can avoid its negative impacts such as fraud, misuse of data, misleading information, and the like, which ultimately leads to potential financial and non-financial losses for MSME actors.
