This study aims to determine the planning, implementation, control and evaluation of educators at SD IT Mutiara Cendekia Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The research subjects consisted of the principal, the board of teachers and staff, the guardians of elementary students of IT Mutiara Mutiara Scholar Lubuklinggau. The results of the study, the planning of educators is done well as the teacher and student ratio (2/22) is very relevant in the learning and teaching process. Conclusions in this study, namely 1), the planning of Mutiara IT Scholar SD Lubuklinggau elementary school educators went well namely recruiting educators by selecting the administration of job application files and the ability to read al-Qur'an as well as micro teaching tests, 2) the implementation of educators through coaching from the foundation twice a month, 2013 curriculum training and teacher quality development seminars, 3) the principal controls the teaching staff by going around the learning room during the learning process, checking the attendance of educators through finger print, and learning journals in the classroom, 4 ) the school principal uses a questionnaire, and then disseminates it to students so that the information about the teaching staff in carrying out their tasks can be known and provided guidance by the school principal. This study aims to examine the concept of educational communication in the Qur'an Lukman letter. This research was designed using a qualitative approach by applying library research methods. The data used in this study are sourced from primary data and secondary data, while the primary data are Al-Qur`an Letters Lukman and supported by the Prophet's traditions that are relevant to the research problem, while secondary data are sourced from books, magazines and written documents. The conclusion of this research reveals that the concept of educational communication in Lukman's Letter is indicated by the dialogical atmosphere between father and son in an effort to achieve life safety in the world and the hereafter. The term dialogic here shows that there is an element of communication between two people, in this case father and son. My father is a communicator or idea initiator in planning the dialogue atmosphere. At the same time it is the party that listens (in dialogue feedback) so that it also becomes the communicant. This study aims to determine the effect of the principal's leadership style and communication skills on the performance of high school teachers in North Musi Rawas Regency. The research method in this study uses a quantitative approach, using multiple regression analysis. The results of the study used multiple regression analysis with the classical least squares method (Ordinary Least Square), then assumption tests include; multicollinearity, heterokedasticity, autocorrelation, normally distributed. While the statistical hypothesis using the T test and F test. The results of the analysis of variable X1 obtained t-count = 2.644 and p-value = 0.027 / 2 = 0.013 <0.05, meaningful leadership style has a positive effect on teacher performance. Then from the results of the analysis of variable X2 obtained t-count = 2.526 and p-value = 0.013 / 2 = 0.006 <0.05. In conclusion, communication skills have a positive effect on teacher performance. The purpose of this study was to determine the recruitment of lecturers and education personnel at STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. The results of the study, Recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau include; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. Determination of lecturer recruitment standards involves all related units such as quality assurance institutions, majors, study programs, the head of staffing and the general administrative body, the chairman and vice chairman. The recruitment depends on the needs of lecturers and education personnel in each study program, which is to meet the needs of the ratio of lecturers and students. Conclusions, the recruitment of lecturers and education staff at STKIP PGRI Lubklinggau includes; setting standards, implementing recruitment, evaluating, controlling and improving quality. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of participatory leadership and school principal communication on teacher performance. This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple regression methods. The results of the study, through regression calculations, obtained the calculated F price of 9,246 while the F price of 5% table in db (53-2) was 4.11 and the F price of 1% table in db (53-2) was 7.35. So the relationship between participative leadership and principal communication together with teacher performance, is significant. In conclusion, there is an influence of participatory leadership and school principal communication with teacher performance. Keywords: Participatory Leadership, Communication, Teacher Performance

The purpose of this study was to determine classroom management in the SMA Negeri 2 Model Lubuklinggau City. This study uses a qualitative approach with qualitative descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include; observation, interview and documentation. To determine the validity (trustworthiness) of the data required inspection techniques. There are four criteria that can be used to test the validity of data, namely the degree of trust (credibility), transferability, dependability and the certainty of data and research results, data analysis techniques using techniques; editing, category, displaying data and interpretation. Conclusion, classroom management in Lubuklinggau City Model 2 Senior High School is quite good, this can be seen from the classroom atmosphere and students' motivation in learning quite well and then also adequate facility support in managing classroom management. The purpose of this study is to examine the use of information technology in management systems in tertiary institutions in Indonesia which are still not maximally and evenly utilized both in terms of equipment and management. This research is an international journal study. The results of input resource research include visualizer / document camera, computer, whiteboard, student response system, and application program. Output resources include projectors, interactive whiteboards, and displays: monitors, televisions and more. Finally, other ICT equipment includes digital cameras, switchers, digital recorders, and other innovations. Conclusions, discussion of solutions to overcome obstacles in the form of uneven infrastructure that supports the application of this technology in education and the unpreparedness of human resources to utilize information and communication technology in the learning process. This study aims to manage quality document data based on information technology. The stages of this research method include; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The approach in this study uses a systems approach with the waterfall model. The steps for developing a software model with a waterfall model are divided into 4 cycles, namely; 1) requirements analysis, 2) design, 3) implementation and unit testing. 4) integration and system test. The results of the study, 1) menu components and SOP submenus are feasible for use, 2) Standard Quality menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 3) quality manual menu and submenu components are feasible for use, 4) menu components and formuruclear submenus are suitable for use. In conclusion, the Quality Document SIM is feasible to use. The Quality Document Database Management Information System can assist LP3MP in managing data online, so that the LP3MP operator team can (input, process and output data) quickly, precisely and accurately. This study aims to determine the implementation of the product of the Bidik Misi scholarship program. This research uses case study qualitative method. The research was conducted at Djuanda University which is a private university in LLDIKTI region IV. Collecting data using interview instruments, questionnaires, observations, and documentation with data analysis techniques through data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The research findings show that the final results of the Bidik Misi scholarship are in accordance with the program objectives, namely increasing student motivation and achievement, increasing student achievement in the curricular, co-curricular and extracurricular fields, causing an impact for students and prospective students to always improve achievement and be competitive, and produce graduates who are independent, productive and have social concerns to break the chain of poverty and empower the community. Meanwhile, aspects of increasing access and learning opportunities in higher education, as well as ensuring the continuity of student studies to completion and on time, still need improvement. In conclusion, the Bidikmisi scholarship program has produced graduates who are independent, productive and have social awareness, so that they are able to play a role in efforts to break the poverty chain and empower people in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of private madrasah ibtidaiyah (MI) in rural areas in organizing the tahfiz al-qur'an program. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Assidiq Giriyoso, Jayaloka District, Musi Rawas Regency. The research subjects consisted of the Principal, the Board of Teachers, the Foundation. Data collection techniques include; observation, interviews and documentation, data analysis techniques using the interactive model of Miles and Huberman, where the analysis process is carried out simultaneously with the observation and interview processes and direct documentation is analyzed. The results of the study, it is very important to plan all components of the school in the success of the madrasa superior program, starting from student planning, curriculum, educators and education personnel, finance, and public relations, in planning activities can involve the community as an important element to support the progress of madrasas. Then the role of people's representatives can be used as a relationship or good relationship in advancing Madrasas. In conclusion, Madrasah Ibtidiayah Giriyoso has prepared supporting facilities such as the tahfiz cottage in front of the class, educators and education staff who are fluent and memorized the Koran, the curriculum listed in the learning implementation plan, then establish good relations with the community, especially in supporting school programs.
