Abstract

This research aims to determine whether e-commerce and accounting information systems affect the performance of SMEs. The type of research used in this research is research with a quantitative approach. The sampling method used was cluster random sampling technique with a total of 350 respondents in Sungailiat District. The analysis technique used is descriptive statistics and multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that e-commerce and accounting information systems have a positive and significant impact on the performance of MSMEs in the industrial sector in Sungailiat District.

Abstract

Factors Influencing the Selection of Career Interest in Becoming a Public Accountant for Students Majoring in Accounting (Study on College Accounting Students Batch 2018-2019 in Bangka Belitung). This study aims to determine the effect of financial rewards, professional training, work environment and labor market considerations on choosing a career interest to become a public accountant for students majoring in accounting class of 2018 and 2019 at state universities in Bangka Belitung. This research uses quantitative methods. The data used is primary data. Primary data was obtained from online interviews using the Google form. The sampling method used in this study is the saturated sample method in which the total population becomes the total sample to be examined. The sample studied was 296 students majoring in accounting consisting of 2 campuses namely, Bangka Belitung University and IAIN SAS Bangka Belitung. The results of this study indicate that financial rewards, professional training, work environment and labor market considerations have a positive and significant influence on the interest to become a Public Accountant among accounting students at the Bangka Belitung Islands provincial university.

Abstract

In recent years, the volume of imports of goods has increased significantly due to the sale of imported goods by e-commerce actors in importing goods, to reduce the volume of imported goods, the government has imposed new rules regarding the import of consignments, regulated in PMK 199/PMK 010/ 2019 concerning Customs, Excise and Tax Provisions on Imported Goods. This study aims to analyze the effect of changes in tax rates, establishment of a harmonized system, and shopping preferences on importers' decisions in purchasing imported e-commerce goods. This research approach is a quantitative descriptive analysis with a sample of 105 respondents. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling technique using a purposive sampling method. Based on the research results, changes in import tax rates, harmonized systems and shopping preferences have a positive and significant effect on importers' purchasing decisions. The results of this study are expected to provide information as a basis for consideration, support, and contribution of ideas to importers and the government in an effort to reduce import volumes and reduce the trade balance deficit.

Abstract

Currently, Indonesia is entering an era where technology is developing rapidly and has an impact on various parts of people's lives. This technological development not only has an impact on social and cultural aspects, but also on economic and business aspects. When the Covid-19 pandemic hit Indonesia, it encouraged people to prioritize saving or investing. Investment is expected to be a source of additional income for the community. This research aims to test and analyze the influence of Bitcoin and Exchange on Share Prices in Banking Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2020-2022. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study are banking companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The sample in this research was 29 companies with purposive sampling as a sampling technique. This research uses the panel data regression method and eviews software with a monthly period starting from January 1 2020 to December 31 2022. The results of this research show that cryptocurrency (bitcoin) has a significant positive effect on the share prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, while the rupiah exchange rate has a significant negative effect on the share prices of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.
