Abstract

This study aims to describe the physical fitness levels of students at SDN 5 Sungai Ulin based on the results of the TKSI Stage B test, evaluated by individual test items. A descriptive quantitative approach was used in this research. The study was conducted at the elementary school field of SDN 5 Sungai Ulin, Banjarbaru. The subjects were third and fourth-grade students, consisting of 104 students (52 males and 52 females) aged 8-10 years during the 2024/2025 academic year. The survey method was employed, with data collected through the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI). The Stage B TKSI results include five main assessment items: V Sit and Reach Test, Half Up Test, Hand-Eye Coordination Test, T-test, and Around the World Test. These five fitness tests provide a comprehensive picture of various physical fitness aspects, including flexibility, abdominal strength, hand-eye coordination, agility, and cardiovascular endurance. In general, most students fall within the "Moderate" to "Poor" categories. Flexibility and hand-eye coordination showed relatively good results, particularly among female students. However, agility and aerobic endurance require significant improvement, with most students categorized as "Poor".

Abstract

Gaya mengajar practice style dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Jasmani, Olahraga, dan Kesehatan (PJOK) merupakan pendekatan pembelajaran yang menitikberatkan pada praktik langsung, di mana siswa secara aktif terlibat dalam perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi program mereka sendiri. Penerapan gaya mengajar practice style memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar senam lantai. Siswa yang diajar dengan metode ini cenderung lebih termotivasi, aktif, dan bertanggung jawab dalam mencapai tujuan pembelajaran. Selain itu, practice style juga berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan motorik siswa, seperti kekuatan, fleksibilitas, dan koordinasi, serta menumbuhkan kebiasaan hidup sehat. Siswa yang diajar dengan metode ini cenderung memiliki penguasaan gerakan yang lebih baik, peningkatan kekuatan otot, dan fleksibilitas yang lebih baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa practice style dapat menjadi alternatif yang efektif untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran senam lantai dan mendorong siswa untuk lebih aktif terlibat dalam aktivitas fisik. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan tendangan sabit dengan menggunakan ban karet bekas pada pesilat remaja perguruan PSHT yang sangat diperlukan para pesilat disegala kondisi agar mereka dapat melakukannya dengan baik dan benar sesuai dengan kaidah yang berlaku. Metode Penelitian Tindakan Olahraga (PTO), yang dilakukan sebanyak dua siklus  dengan enam kali pertemuan setiap siklus. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah para pesilat  pencak silat perguruan PSHT Cindai Alus Cabang Banjar Martapura yang berjumlah 100 orang pesilat dan peneliti menetapkan 24 orang pesilat remaja kelompok umur 13-15 tahun yang ditetapkan sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian yang diperoleh yaitu Pretest keterampilan tendangan sabit pencak silat para remaja dengan  ketentuan dikatakan tuntas apa bila mencapai nilai 75. Pada Pretest diperoleh jumlah ketuntasan sebesar  20,83 %, sedangkan rata-rata hasil dari siklus 1 sebesar 70,83 % dan siklus II sebesar 87,5 %, dengan demikian terjadi peningkatan sebesar 16,7 %  dengan nilai keberhasisalan 75. Hal ini menunjukan adanya peningkatan keterampilan dalam melakukan tendangan sabit pencak silat pada pesilat remaja perguruan PSHT  Cindai Alus Cabang Banjar Martapura. Sehingga secara umum peneliti tidak perlu melanjutkan penelitian.

Abstract

Pendidikan Jasmani memiliki peran penting dalam pengembangan fisik, sosial, dan emosional siswa. Namun, lingkungan ini sering kali diwarnai oleh perilaku menyimpang, seperti bullying, yang dapat berdampak negatif pada proses pembelajaran dan kesejahteraan siswa.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi fenomena bullying dalam konteks Pendidikan Jasmani, menganalisis penyebab, dampak, serta strategi penanganannya.Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kajian pustaka yang menganalisis berbagai sumber terkait bullying, serta observasi terhadap perilaku siswa dalam aktivitas Pendidikan Jasmani.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bullying terjadi akibat ketimpangan keterampilan fisik, kompetisi yang berlebihan, dan kurangnya pengawasan guru. Dampak bullying meliputi penurunan kepercayaan diri, gangguan psikologis, dan prestasi akademik yang rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pendekatan sistematis yang meliputi pengawasan guru yang ketat, model pembelajaran kolaboratif, penerapan karakter pendidikan, dan kampanye anti-bullying untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang aman dan inklusif bagi semua siswa.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kebugaran jasmani dan kualitas tidur terhadap tingkat konsentrasi peserta didik MAN 1 Pulang Pisau Plus Keterampilan. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel yang teridiri dari dua variabel terikat yaitu kebugaran jasmani dan kualitas tidur dan satu variabel bebas yaitu tingkat konsentrasi. Pengukuran kebugaran jasmani menggunakan pengukuran Tes Kebugaran Pelajar Nusantara (TKPN), pengukuran kualitas tidur menggunakan Keusioner Kualitas Tidur (KKT), dan pengukuran Tingkat Konsentrasi  menggunakan  Consentration Grid Test. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode analisis linier berganda. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik kelas 12 MAN 1 Pulang Pisau Plus Keterampilan yang berjumlah sekitar 129  orang. Sedangkan sampel penelitian berjumlah 129 orang dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik total sampling.  Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nilai F hit. 47,520 > F tabel 3,0681 yang berarti Kebugaran Jasmani dan Kualitas Tidur secara serempak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Konsentrasi. Sedangkan secara parsial hanya variabel Kebugaran Jasmani memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Tingkat Konsentrasi sedangkan Variabel Kualitas tidur tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel Tingkat Konsentrasi.

Abstract

Problems: Traditional games are an essential part of Indonesia's cultural heritage, providing educational, social, and physical benefits. However, the rapid advancement of digital technology and changing lifestyles have led to a decline in children's engagement with these games, reducing opportunities for physical activity and social interaction. Purpose: To address this issue, this study explores the integration of traditional games into floor murals as an innovative approach to revitalizing cultural heritage in school environments. Methods: Using a literature review method, this research analyzes relevant sources, including academic journals, books, and previous studies, to examine the role of murals in cultural preservation and education. Results: The findings suggest that floor murals depicting traditional games serve not only as artistic decorations but also as interactive learning media. These murals encourage students to engage in physical activities, enhance their social interactions, and develop a deeper appreciation for local culture. Additionally, integrating traditional games into murals helps reduce children's dependency on digital devices while promoting a healthier and more active lifestyle. Moreover, floor murals provide a creative and immersive educational experience, allowing students to learn through play. They contribute to cognitive and motor development by encouraging strategic thinking, teamwork, and rule comprehension. However, challenges such as material durability, mural maintenance, and the role of educators in facilitating student engagement need to be carefully considered to ensure long-term effectiveness. Collaboration between schools, local communities, and artists is essential to sustain the impact of this initiative. Conclusion: This study highlights the importance of incorporating cultural heritage into educational settings through innovative methods. Floor murals can serve as a sustainable solution for preserving traditional games, enriching the school environment, and fostering a strong cultural identity among students.

Abstract

Study purpose. This study aims to prove that the integration of the PjBL models with the inclusive teaching style can improve the underhand service volleyball skills. Materials and methods. The research used classroom action research methods. The research design uses the model from Kemmis and Mc. Taggart which consists of 4 stages, namely 1.) Planning, 2.) Implementation of action, 3.) Observation and 4.) Reflection. The research subjects were students of class X A SMA Negeri 1 Salam Babaris with a total of 27 people consisting of 13 boys and 14 girls. Results. Collecting data using quantitative and qualitative techniques. The results of the observation data stated that there was an increase through two cycles. Preliminary observation data shows that 37.04% complete and 68.96% incomplete, then cycle I observation data shows that 59.26% complete and 40.74% incomplete, followed by cycle II observation data shows that 85.18% complete and 14.82% incomplete and has achieved the minimum completeness criterion , namely 80% with KKM 75. Conclusions. It can be proven that the integration of the PjBL models with the inclusive teaching style can improve the underhand service volleyball skills.

Abstract

This research aims to identify the frequency and types of bullying behavior in physical education learning in elementary schools. The main focus is understanding the prevalence and types of bullying behavior (physical, verbal, social, and cyberbullying) and their impact on students in the physical education context. This research uses a survey method with an observational design by implementing part of the TGT learning model, namely group tournaments for its implementation. The research population was grade 4 students at elementary schools in Karang Mekar District, Banjarmasin City. The sample was selected by purposive sampling. The main instrument is an observation sheet that includes the frequency of bullying incidents and types of bullying behavior. Data was collected by two independent observers filling in observation sheets and analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques with SPSS. The results indicate that in Sample 1, the highest average bullying behaviors were teasing (1.18) and cynical stares (1.05). In Sample 2, teasing also recorded the highest average (1.33), followed by pushing (0.93). Meanwhile, in Sample 3, the average occurrences were lower, with teasing having the highest average (0.48). Overall, the frequency of bullying behavior varied across schools, with teasing and cynical stares being the most common behaviors. This research reveals that bullying behavior in physical education learning varies depending on the school and the indicators studied. Results demonstrate the importance of effectively monitoring and managing bullying behavior to create a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui  tingkat pemahaman peraturan terbaru kategori tanding tahun 2022 di UKM PSHT ULM Banjarbaru. Metode yang dihunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Diskriptif Kuantitatif, pencarian literature dilakukan menggunakan database digital Google Scholar. Dengan pencarian kata kunci memahami Peraturan Terbaru kategori tanding. Hasil penelitian menunjukan pemahaman itu tentang peraturan terbaru di UKM PSHT ULM tergolong masih œRendah dengan persentase 43,75%. Dapat disimpulkan pemahaman tentang peraturan terbaru pada atlet masih kurang. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapakan pelatih mampu memberikan pelatihan khusus tentang peraturan terbaru kepada atlet agar di saat pertandingan atlet bisa mendapatkan juara.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan taktik bermain, khususnya strategi menyerang, pada tim sepakbola wanita Kota Banjarbaru. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh lemahnya pemahaman strategi bermain pada tim sepak bola wanita Kota Banjarbaru, terutama dalam penerapan pola dan strategi menyerang yang efektif. Kondisi ini berdampak pada kurang optimalnya koordinasi tim dan efektivitas permainan di lapangan. Oleh karena itu, kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan taktik bermain, khususnya strategi menyerang, pada tim sepak bola wanita Kota Banjarbaru. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui pendekatan pelatihan terstruktur yang meliputi penyampaian teori strategi bermain, diskusi interaktif, demonstrasi pola serangan, serta simulasi pertandingan. Peserta kegiatan berjumlah 25 orang pemain sepakbola wanita yang aktif berlatih di bawah binaan pelatih daerah. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan tes pemahaman strategi bermain yang diberikan sebelum dan sesudah pelatihan (pre-test dan post-test). Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan yang signifikan pada kemampuan peserta. Nilai rata-rata tes awal sebesar 53,8 meningkat menjadi 87,8 pada tes akhir, atau terjadi peningkatan sekitar 63%. Sebanyak 92% peserta menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman dan kemampuan menerapkan strategi menyerang dalam simulasi pertandingan. Strategy and Tactics Training for the Banjarbaru Women's Football Team Abstract This Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out with the aim of improving the understanding and skills of playing tactics, particularly attacking strategies, in the Banjarbaru City women's soccer team. This activity was motivated by the weak understanding of playing strategies in the Banjarbaru City women's soccer team, especially in the implementation of effective attacking patterns and strategies. This condition has an impact on suboptimal team coordination and game effectiveness on the field. Therefore, this Community Service (PkM) activity was carried out with the aim of improving the understanding and skills of playing tactics, particularly attacking strategies, in the Banjarbaru City women's soccer team. The method of implementation was carried out through a structured training approach that included the delivery of playing strategy theory, interactive discussions, demonstrations of attack patterns, and match simulations. The activity participants numbered 25 female soccer players who actively train under the guidance of local coaches. Evaluation was carried out using a test of understanding of playing strategies given before and after the training (pre-test and post-test). The results of the activity showed a significant increase in the participants' abilities. The average score of 53.8 in the initial test increased to 87.8 in the final test, or an increase of approximately 63%. As many as 92% of participants showed an increase in understanding and ability to apply attacking strategies in match simulations.
