Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and company growth with dividend policy as a moderating variable on the value of manufacturing companies in the food and beverage sector listed on the Indonesian stock exchange for 2017 – 2020 period. The research method used is causal research, the sample used is 18 companies, and analyzed with moderated regression analysis. The results of this study, are Profitability has a significant positive effect on Food and Beverage Company Value, Company Growth has no significant effect on Food and Beverage Company Value, Dividend Policy can weaken the influence of Profitability on Company Value, and Dividend Policy does not have a significant effect on Company Growth on The value of the company.

Abstract

Profitability is one of the goals in a company. Profitability describes the ability of a company to optimize its assets to generate profits. The goals of this study are to determine: (1) The impact of capital structure on profitability in mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period. (2) The influence of capital structure which is moderated by company size on the profitability of Mining Sector Companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017- 2019 period. There are 37 were mining sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 period, where a sample was taken using a method of purposive sampling with certain criteria according to the research needs. The data used in this study is the secondary data in the form of financial reports published during the period specified in the study. This study used moderated regression analysis. The results showed that: (1) capital structure has a significant negative impact on profitability. (2) the size of a firm can moderate or strengthen the significant negative impact of capital structure on profitability.

Abstract

Abstract This study was conducted to determine the effect of liquidity and profitability on the capital structure of retail companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2017-2019. The author approached quantitative data in the form of financial reports obtained through www.idx.co.id. The researcher approach purposive sampling method and obtained observation data of 54 retail companies that have met the criteria to determining the samples. The technique of analyzing of data, the author use path analysis with apply SPSS program system. Refers to the test results indicated that the liquidity variable (current ratio) has a negative and significant effect on capital structure (debt to equity ratio), liquidity (current ratio) has a positive and significant effect on profitability (ROA), and profitability (ROA) has a positive and significant effect on capital structure (debt to equity ratio). The results of this study indicate that the role of the profitability variable as a intervening is able to intervening the effect of liquidity on capital structure through profitability. Abstract

Abstract Firm value is a term used to indicate the company’s financial condition in order to determine its future sustainability. There ase several factors that can affect firm value, namely capital structure, company growth, and profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), company growth (Assets Growth), and profitability (ROE) on firm value (PBV). Also, this study will also analyze the capital structure (DER) and company growth (Assets Growth) on profitability (ROE) in Consumer and Goods Industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are the Consumer and Goods Industry companies listed on the IDX for the periode 2017 – 2019. The sample in this study was determined by purposive sampling, so 47 companies were obtained from 58 Consumer and Goods Industry companier listed on the IDX. The type of data used is secondary data from www.idx.co.id and related company websites. The data analysis method uses is the path analysis method using the SPSS program. Abstract

Riset ini ditujukan untuk menentukan serta menganalisis bagaimana dampak variabel profitabilitas, pertumbuhan perusahaan serta moderasi kepemilikan manajerial akan nilai perusahaan manufaktur industri dasar dan kimia pada Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Populasi pada riset yaitu berbagai perusahaan industri dasar dan kimia di BEI tahun 2017 – 2019. Diterapkan metode secara kuantitatif dengan menguji sebanyak 26 sampel perusahaan inudstri dasar dan kimia, dengan diterapkannya analisis regresi moderasi ditemukan hasil pengujian yang menerangkan variable profitabilitas berdampak akan nilai perusahaan sementara pertumbuhan perusahaan tak berdampak akan nilai perusahaan, pengaruh atas profitabilitas pada nilai perusahaan dapat dilakukan moderasi kepemilikan manajerial akan tetapi kepemilikan manajerial tak mampu melakukan moderasi pengaruh pertumbuhan perusahaan akan nilai perusahaan.Kata kunci: Profitabilitas, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Kepemilikan Manajerial, Nilai Perusahaan.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengidentifikasi dan mengukur pengaruh struktur modal, pertumbuhan perusahaan, dan likuiditas terhadap profitabilitas perusahaan subsektor farmasi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia antara tahun 2016 dan 2020. Subjek penelitian ini adalah 10 (sepuluh) perusahaan farmasi. Antara 2016 dan 2020, perusahaan tersebut tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Uji asumsi klasik dan analisis regresi linier berganda digunakan dalam analisis data. Variabel struktur modal terhadap profitabilitas memiliki besaran nilai t-hitung sebesar 2,856 serta besaran nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,006, variabel pertumbuhan perusahaan memiliki nilai t-hitung sebesar 3,579 dan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,001, dan variabel likuiditas memilikinilai t-hitung sebesar 1,996 dan nilai signifikansi 0,052. Semua variabel penelitian memiliki F- hitung sebesar 6,046 dan lebih besar dari besaran nilai F-tabel. Struktur modal dan pertumbuhan perusahaan berpengaruh positif dan substansial terhadap profitabilitas, sedangkan likuiditas berpengaruh positif tetapi tidak signifikan terhadap profitabilitas.Kata kunci: likuiditas, pertumbuhan perusahaan, profitabilitas, struktur modal

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy and risk tolerance owned by Sekapuk Village residents of Gresik Regency as investors. The population in this research is the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency who become investors in 2020. The sample is 80 respondents with random sampling technique. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires which were then analyzed using SEM with the PLS application. The results of this study indicate that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on risk tolerance for residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance has no significant effect on investment decisions for the residents of Sekapuk Village, Gresik Regency. Risk tolerance disable to act as a mediating variable.

Abstract

The firm value can be interpreted as a measure of the success of the firm’s performance in increasing the prosperity of shareholders. The purpose of this study to determine the effect of profitability and capital structure on the firm value and the role of the capital structure as an mediating variable in property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2017-2019. The sampling techniques in this study using purposive sampling technique with total sample of 44 companies. The analysis technique used is path analysis. This study finds the results that profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive on capital structure, capital structure has a non significant effect on firm value, and capital structure is not able to mediate the effect of profitability on firm value of property and real estate.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and examine product uniqueness and product innovation on marketing performance through competitive advantage in Muslim clothing in Surabaya. Structural equation modeling is used to test research hypotheses on the database of Muslim fashion brands in Surabaya. Data were taken from the responses of 65 respondents; Questionnaires were distributed to owners or business managers of Muslim fashion brands in Surabaya. The findings show that the uniqueness of the ability to create unique products for Muslim clothing products brings huge benefits in improving marketing performance. and enable the development and attraction of customers in the Muslim fashion brand business to get bigger. By reviewing various pieces of literature on views based on product uniqueness, product innovation, competitive advantage, and marketing performance, this study offers an analysis of product uniqueness and product innovation on marketing performance through competitive advantage in Muslim fashion brands which have received a lot of attention from researchers. Conceptual discussion and empirical results expand on previous research on marketing performance and competitive advantage based on product uniqueness and product innovation.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung dengan self control sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa S1 FEB UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 FEB UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur (tahun ganjil 2021) yang berjumlah 3.841 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 98 mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, (2) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self control, (3) Self control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, dan (4) Self control mampu berperan sebagai variabel variabel mediasi Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Self Control, dan Perilaku Menabung Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on saving behavior with self-control as a mediating variable in undergraduate students of FEB UPN "Veteran" East Java. The research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is S1 FEB UPN "Veteran" East Java students (odd year 2021) totaling 3,841 students. The sample used was 98 students, using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, which were then analyzed using SEM with the help of the PLS application. The results showed that: (1) Financial literacy had an insignificant effect on saving behavior, (2) Financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on self-control, (3) Self-control had a positive and significant effect on saving behavior, and (4) Self-control was able to acts as a mediating variable.
