Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap perilaku menabung dengan self control sebagai variabel mediasi pada mahasiswa S1 FEB UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa S1 FEB UPN “Veteran” Jawa Timur (tahun ganjil 2021) yang berjumlah 3.841 mahasiswa. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 98 mahasiswa, dengan menggunakan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner, yang kemudian dianalisis menggunakan SEM dengan bantuan aplikasi PLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh tidak signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, (2) Literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap self control, (3) Self control berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku menabung, dan (4) Self control mampu berperan sebagai variabel variabel mediasi Kata Kunci: Literasi Keuangan, Self Control, dan Perilaku Menabung Abstract This study aims to determine the effect of financial literacy on saving behavior with self-control as a mediating variable in undergraduate students of FEB UPN "Veteran" East Java. The research uses quantitative methods. The population of this research is S1 FEB UPN "Veteran" East Java students (odd year 2021) totaling 3,841 students. The sample used was 98 students, using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. The data collection technique was carried out by distributing questionnaires, which were then analyzed using SEM with the help of the PLS application. The results showed that: (1) Financial literacy had an insignificant effect on saving behavior, (2) Financial literacy had a positive and significant effect on self-control, (3) Self-control had a positive and significant effect on saving behavior, and (4) Self-control was able to acts as a mediating variable. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Self Control, and Saving Behavior.

Abstract

UMKM merupakan salah satu usaha peningkatan perekonomian secara produktif baik dikerjakan oleh individu maupun badan usaha berukuran mikro atau kecil yang sesuai dengan prasyarat maupun syarat sebagai usaha mikro. CV Prima Leather menjadi salah satu bagian dan penggerak UMKM bahan baku kulit dan aksesoris bahan yang ada di Sidoarjo. Badan usaha yang berlokasikan di Tanggulangin ini menjadi salah satu alasan untuk dapat menerapkan digital marketing dibidangnya yang sedang dioperasikan di CV Prima Leather. Tujuannya untuk mengetahui seberapa dalam keperluan dan dampak yang baik bagi CV Prima Leather yang diharapkan dapat mempertahankan atau meningkatkan citra usaha. Terkait permasalahan yang terjadi dalam CV Prima Leather tentu sangat perlu diterapkan analisa strategi dan penerapan digital marketing melalui media sosial dan strategi yang menunjang. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif yaitu penelitian yang dinilai dapat memahami terkait tentang yang dialami oleh subyek penelitian serta pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini mengunakan metode observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi pemilik usaha CV Prima Leather. Secara keseluruhan hasil analisis penggunaan strategi sosial dan hasil dari analisis penggunaan strategi sosial media ini sangat memberikan dampak positif secara signifikan terhadap perluasan pemasaran usaha dan juga produk. Melalui pandangan bisnis, penerapan digital marketing melalui media sosial pada sentra industri merupakan salah satu usaha kedepannya agar bisa lebih baik seperti halnya penggunaan sosial media yang memberikan dampak perubahan terhadap usaha. Sebagaimana pandagan pemerintah maupun masyarakat untuk dapat turut aktif mencintai dan mendukung penuh usaha lokal dengan mempromosikan usaha dan produk yang ada di CV Prima Leather agar memiliki branding yang dikenal oleh masyarakat secara menyeluruh.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the factors that influence the interest in saving in SMAK Garum Seminary students, Blitar Regency. This research method is quantitative, this research is explanatory research. The population used in this study were students of SMAK Seminary Garum, Blitar Regency. The data analysis technique used in this research is PLS-SEMM using SmartPLS 3 for Windows 10 V3.2. and Microsoft Excel 2016. The results show that the financial literacy variable (X1) on the interest in saving (Y) has a path coefficients value of 0.842, and a P value of 0.000 < α = 0.05; b) the financial literacy variable (X1) on saving attitudes has a path coefficients value of 0.273, and a P value of 0.012 <α = 0.05; c) the subjective norm variable (X2) on the saving attitude variable (X3) has a path coefficients value of 0.473, and a P value of 0.000 < α = 0.05; d) the subjective norm variable (X2) on the interest in saving variable (Y) has a path coefficients value of -0.108, and a P value of 0.197 > α = 0.05; f) the saving attitude variable (X3) on the interest in saving (Y) has a path coefficients value of 0.207, and a P value of 0.011 < α = 0.05. In conclusion, financial literacy, saving attitudes, and subjective norms influence the intention to save. Keywords: Financial Literacy, Interest in Saving, Subjective Norm, Saving Attitude

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of social media, financial literacy, and e-commerce models on consumptive behavior. During this pandemic period, students with high needs are also faced with conditions where lectures must be online and also online communication that makes high consumptive behavior. The method in this research uses stratification random sampling. Population in this study were all active undergraduate students at the National Development University "Veteran" East Java which were divided into several strata based on faculties with a total sample of 100 respondents. This research uses data collection method by spreading and using Smart PLS as a data analysis tool. The results of this study show that (1) social media contributes to the consumptive behavior of students and this contribution has a significant impact, (2) financial literacy not contributes to consumptive behavior, (3) e-commerce commerce has contributed to the consumptive behavior of students and the contribution made has a large and meaningful impact.

Abstract

The present paper investigates the effect of entrepreneurial orientation (EO), market orientation (MO), and learning orientation (LO) on the performance of travel agency companies in Indonesia. The result suggests that EO has a significant direct effect on performance. Another findings are LO mediates the relationship between EO and MO and performance, also EO mediates the influence of MO on performance. The study offers a more detailed understanding of which organizational strategy orientation improves the performance of travel agency companies.

Abstract

Background – Because of the Covid-19 pandemic, human travel was severely restricted and reliant on digital technology. Tourism is one of the businesses that has been obliged to adapt to digitalization in order to keep its primary source of income from travelers. The present transition to digital tourism is taking the shape of virtual tours or long-distance interactive tours, such as those seen in museums. To reach more tourists, some museums in Indonesia already entered the digitization stage by offering virtual tours and edutainment. Aim – This study intends to provide emphasis on the advantages and disadvantages of disruptive innovation in the sense of digitization in the tourism industry, particularly museums. Design / Methodology / Approach – An detailed review of existing literature regarding digital technology, disruptive digital innovation, smartphone technology, social media, internet, and mobile applications from the perspective of museum tourism was used. Findings – Digital museums provide a new perspective to enjoy their collections and as a diversification strategy that has the potential to bring in tourists virtually. Curators should develop websites using communication strategies that relate to their collection and focus on their visitor profile. On the other hand, there is a risk that there is a conservative opinion that digitization will reduce the integrity of physical artwork and an unstable digital ecosystem. Conclusion - The digitization and publication of collections online has the potential to enable access to content. It is projected that disruptive innovation in the form of changing the museum's business model will provide financial benefits and become a business diversification that can support the sustainability of the museum itself in the future. Research implication – In the field of management, disruptive innovation in the form of changing the museum's business model will provide financial benefits and become a business diversification that can support the sustainability of the museum itself in the future. In the field of architecture, the preservation of cultural heritage objects through digitization guarantees digital archives and provides wider educational opportunities virtually. Research Limitations – The breadth of coverage regarding the digitization of museums and also the many things that still need to be done in order to implement it perfectly, makes research on digitization will continue to be needed. Future studies can complement and continue to update research results so that museums can also continue to evolve.

Abstract

Company value is a certain condition of the company after several years of operation, which is an indicator of public trust in the company. The purpose of the study is to determine whether investment decisions in food and beverage companies listed on the IDX for the 2018-2021 period can affect company value through capital structure as an intervening variable. In this study using quantitative research. For the study, only 24 companies were selected from 32 food and beverage companies. Purposive sampling is the sampling method used in this study. Path Analysis is the method of analysis used. The results of the study show that Investment Decisions contribute to Company Value. Capital Structure is not able to be an intervening variable in the influence of investment decisions on Company Value. Keywords: Investation decision; Capital Structure; The value of the company.

Abstract

Attitude towards money or what is often called money attitude is an individual's perception of money based on his state of mind. This study aims to determine the level of personal financial management of students which influenced by attitudes with financial knowledge as a moderation medium. The research method used in this study was a quantitative method. Undergraduate students of Management Study Program in the UPN "Veteran" Jawa Timur were chosen by the researcher to be the population of this study. The proportionate stratified random sampling method was chosen by the researcher as a sampling technique with 108 students was respondents. Distribution of questionnaires is a data collection method used in this study. Data analysis and processing techniques used Partial Least Square (PLS) with WarpPLS 7.0 software. which produces information that money attitude had a significant effect on personal financial management behavior and also proves that financial knowledge is able to moderate the effect of these two variables.

Abstract

Nilai perusahaan adalah hal yang sangat penting, karena mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap persepsi investor kepada perusahaan. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji, dan membuktikan secara empiris dari (1) pengaruh keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) pengaruh keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dalam memoderasi hubungan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial dalam memoderasi hubungan keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan populasi perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018 berjumlah 166 perusahaan. Dengan menggunakan teknik sampling, yaitu metose purposive sampling sehingga sampel yang diperoleh sebanyak 48 perusahaan. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis regresi moderasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) keputusan investasi berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (2) keputusan pendanaan berpengaruh non signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, (3) kepemilikan manajerial memoderasi hubungan keputusan investasi terhadap nilai perusahaan, (4) kepemilikan manajerial tidak mampu memoderasi hubungan keputusan pendanaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

PT Swabina Gatra merupakan bagian dari Semen Indonesia Group yang memiliki enam lini bisnis yaitu SWA Facility Management, SWA Segar, SWA Tour & Event Organizer, SWA Digital Solution, SWA Academy dan SWA Assessment Center. SWA Assessment Center merupakan sebuah unit usaha dari PT Swabina Gatra yang akan memetakan kompetensi, minat, bakat, dan karakter melalui beberapa metode yang dituangkan ke dalam pre test, post tes, simulasi serta pengamatan personal yang objektif. Penawaran yang beragam membuat PT Swabina Gatra diharuskan untuk dapat menyusun strategi dan inovasi dalam mencapai tujuan. Dalam upaya meningkatkan penjualan, SWA Assessment Center bekerja sama dengan Klob DayaLima yang merupakan perusahaan konsultasi Human Resources yang telah memiliki pengalaman selama 21 tahun Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan dengan mengunakan metode kualitatif yaitu dengan melakukan wawancara dan observasi. Strategi pemasaran jasa yang diimplementasikan oleh PT Swabina Gatra adalah Strategi Door to Door, Value Customer dan Branding.
