Abstract

Indonesia's vision for 2025 is to become an advanced knowledge-based society. This can be achieved by implementing e-government or digitizing government, from the central government down to the lowest level of government, namely the village administration. However, not all Nagari in West Sumatra can operate and serve the population optimally due to limitations in producing transparent and timely information. This activity aims to implement the digitalization of the Nagari Government using the website-based Nagari Management Information System (SIMNag). This activity is in collaboration with the Wali Nagari Kamang Mudiak. The implementation method is through a lecture approach, practice, and question and answer. Participants in the SIMNag socialization activity involved the Wali Nagari, Wali Jorong, Nagari officials, and residents of Nagari Kamang Mudiak. The activity was carried out at the Wali Nagari Kamang Mudiak Office, District. Kamang Magek, Regency. Religion. The result of this activity is the creation of a Nagari Kamang Mudiak Nagari Information System (SIMNag), which is helpful for the Nagari Government in five stages of E-Government by providing Nagari Profile information, facilitating two-way communication between Residents and Migrants; integration between residents and Nagari apparatus through the Nagari Tageh menu; residents and migrants can update their data; community participation for the progress of the Nagari through the complaint and aspiration system menu. SIMNag is also equipped with electronic mail and electronic archives.

Abstract

Pangan merupakan suatu kebutuhan pokok manusia yang harus dipenuhi sebagai sumber energi agar mampu melakukan aktivitas sehari-hari. Kebutuhan manusia akan pangan tidak terbatas hanya pada karbohidrat, protein, lemak dan mineral saja, tetapi baik kualitas maupun mutu pangan juga harus dapat dipenuhi karena status kesehatan manusia dipengaruhi oleh makanan yang dikonsumsinya. GMP merupakan prosedur produksi yang dilaksanakan dengan tujuan untuk memenuhi tuntutan konsumen dalam mendapatkan produk dengan keamanan dan mutu yang terstandar. Produk akhir yang dihasilkan dari UMKM ini berupa produk makanan ringan ekstrudat ikan bilih dengan bahan dasar tepung beras cisokan, pati jagung, dan tepung ikan bilih. Secara umum produk akhir tersebut telah memenuhi kriteria persyaratan mutu dan ketetapan manajemen. Dengan diberikannya pelatihan dan praktek proses produksi makanan ringan ekstrudat terstandar di lokasi mitra, mitra menjadi lebih menguasai dan paham sehingga mitra dapat memproduksi makanan ringan ekstrudat. Melalui kerjasama tim matching fund dengan UMKM UBerrr ini juga dapat menghasilkan produk terstandar yang dilengkapi dengan dokumen mutu sesuai SNI yang berlaku serta penerapannya dalam proses produksi. Kata kunci: ekstrudat, GMP, mutu, pangan, UMKM, terstandar ABSTRACT Food is a basic human need that must be met as a source of energy to be able to carry out daily activities. Human needs for food are not limited to carbohydrates, proteins, fats, and minerals, but both the quality and quality of food must also be met because human health status is affected by the food they consume. GMP is a production procedure that is carried out to fulfil consumer demands in obtaining products with standardized safety and quality. The final product produced from this MSME is in the form of a bilih fish extrudate snack product with the basic ingredients of cisokan rice flour, corn starch, and bilih fish flour. In general, the final product has met the criteria for quality requirements and management's stipulations. By providing training and practice in the production process of standardized extruded snacks at partner locations, partners become more knowledgeable and knowledgeable so that partners can produce extruded snacks. Through the collaboration of the matching fund team with UMKM, UBerrr can also produce standardized products equipped with quality documents according to the applicable SNI and its application in the production process. Abstract

Budi Mulya Mart merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual perlengkapan dan kebutuhan harian yang berada di Kota Bukittinggi. Dalam proses bisnisnya yaitu penjualan barang ke pelanggan, pembelian barang ke supplier, dan manajemen gudang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif, memakan waktu dan biaya. Karena itu, perlu penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. ERP yang digunakan adalah Dolibarr karena fitur yang lengkap dan mudah untuk dipahami pemakaiannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deksiptif, dimulai dari melakukan wawancara dan wawancara guna mendapatkan informasi yang lebih detail dan dilanjutkan dengan impelentasi perangka lunak. Setelah itu, dilakukan identifikasi proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan untuk dilakukan pengidentifikasian proses komputerisasi dan dilanjutkan dengan mengidentifikasi proses bisnis yang diusulkan menggunakan ERP yang dijelaskan menggunakan Business   Process  Model  Notation (BPMN). Langkah selanjutnya yaitu memulai penginstalan dan kustomisasi ERP Dolibarr sesuai kebutuhan yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelian barang ke supplier, penjualan barang ke pelanggan, dan manajemen gudang. Sebagai hasil akhirnya, maka dihasilkan beberapa laporan yang disesuaikan dengan laporan yang ada di perusahaan saat ini, yaitu laporan pembelian barang ke supplier, laporan penjualan barang ke pelanggan, laporan manajemen gudang, dan laporan uang masuk dan keluar. Dari hasil laporan tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan ERP Dolibarr pada Budi Mulya Mart berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik dan proses bisnis menjadi lebih efektif.

Abstract

The implementation of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems has become a priority for many organizations, including Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the industrial sector. The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of Apache Ofbiz ERP implementation on performance of Renyah.an MSMEs. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the impact of ERP implementation on Renyah.an MSMEs Primary data was collected through interviews with Renyah.an's MSME owners and staff involved in ERP implementation. In addition, secondary data is also used to support the analysis. In this research, several indicators of organizational performance are used, including operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of Apache Ofbiz ERP has a significant positive impact on the organizational performance of Renyah.an MSMEs. In terms of operational efficiency, ERP systems can increase productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve data accuracy. In addition, ERP implementation also has an impact on customer satisfaction by improving customer experience and increasing response time to customer requests. In terms of business growth, ERP implementation facilitates business expansion, better inventory monitoring, and more accurate data analysis for decision making.

Abstract

MSMEs are one aspect that significantly contributes to the Indonesian economy; most MSMEs have minimum capacity knowledge of the importance of preparing financial reports according to accounting standards. Even though this understanding is essential to review business development and financial transparency, most MSMEs do not maximise their usefulness. In order to provide knowledge to MSMEs about recording financial reports, community service was carried out through mentoring and training to one of the MSMEs in Solok City, namely the Uberrr MSME. The method used was Adaptive Collaboration Management (ACM) by conducting training led by an expert in accounting and finance in preparing financial reports by financial accounting standards for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises criteria, namely SAK EMKM. It increased the capacity of Uberrr's MSMEs in making simple bookkeeping and compliance with financial records. Further, it can increase MSME business owners' understanding of the importance of recording financial reports by accounting standards. This community service was a form of collaborative training between the government of Solok City and the Universitas Andalas Matching Fund Team.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit a few years ago, forced the education sector to change the learning system from face-to-face to online. Now with the end of the epidemic, learning is again being carried out face-to-face. This research will try to examine curriculum comparisons in various developing countries after the Covid- 19 pandemic. The research method used is a literature study. The results of his research are that some countries have changed their curricula after the Covid-19 pandemic, but some countries have not changed their curricula.

Abstract

This research aims to develop a weather forecasting system using an Android-based mobile device combined with a microcontroller platform. The device built consists of a DHT11 sensor, Arduino UNO microcontroller, HC-05 Bluetooth module, and an Android phone that is used by users to view weather information. The Neural Network Backpropagation method is useful as a learning algorithm in obtaining appropriate weights so that the system is able to make weather forecasts correctly. Temperature and humidity data from the Padang City BMKG are used as input data to the Matlab application to be trained to find accurate patterns and weights. This appropriate weight is useful as a weighing factor in the Backpropagation testing process on Arduino Uno. In the process, the system works to measure temperature and humidity with the DHT11 sensor, then Arduino processes the input from the sensor to then send the results to the Android application. The test results with 14 trial data revealed that the system with the Neural Network Backpropagation learning method had a success rate of 78.6% for measuring and forecasting the weather.

Abstract

According to the Ministry of Environment and Forestry's (KLHK) National Waste Management Information System data for 2022, input results from various districts and cities across Indonesia revealed that the amount of national waste stockpiled had reached 21.1 million tons. Of total national waste production, 65.71% (13.9 million tons) can be managed, while the remaining 34.29% (7.2 million tons) is not well managed. One place that produces a lot of waste is the market. Every Thursday, Nagari Balai Tangah hosts a large market, also known as Balai. This market specializes in food ingredients such as vegetables, fish, and ready-to-eat foods. This, of course, results in a buildup of organic waste each week, especially if there is no clear waste management system. For this reason, waste management is needed which aims to increase the knowledge of the people of Nagari Balai Tangah, North Lintau Buo District, Tanah Datar Regency in utilizing organic waste into environmentally friendly biological fertilizer. This activity employs a material presentation/coaching method as well as a direct demonstration of biological fertilizer production using household and market organic waste. The findings of this activity indicate that producing biofertilizer from organic waste can improve the effectiveness of waste utilization in Nagari Balai Tangah. Aside from that, this activity has the potential to create new job opportunities in the form of a biofertilizer business, which can then be used by all Nagari people of various ages. Apart from that, increasing the knowledge and ability of the people of Nagari Balai Tangah to utilize organic waste and make a positive contribution to the welfare of the people of Balai Tangah.

Abstract

Pancasila students are a subset of Indonesian students who have global competence and character as defined by Pancasila values across six major dimensions. This study is a literature review that employs the SLR method, which consists of six stages: planning, literature search, criteria assessment (inclusion and exclusion), quality assessment, data collection, and data analysis. The purpose of this research is to learn about the history, steps, and challenges associated with implementing P5. The data analysis results show that P5 implementation is carried out to produce Indonesian students who are competent, have character, and behave in accordance with Pancasila values. P5 consists of four steps: 1) Understanding the Independent Curriculum Outline; 2) Understanding Learning and Assessment; 3) Recognize the evolution of the educational unit's operational curriculum in the Independent Curriculum; and 4) Recognize the evolution of a project to strengthen the Pancasila student profile. Obstacles to implementing P5 are more prevalent in teachers, who are the primary component in shaping the character of Indonesian students.

Abstract

This study purposed to find out how finance management in one of the international-based schools in the development of global issues of education today is useful to improve the quality of education in Indonesia. This research was qualitative, where in this paper I saw the strategies used by school in running the management of educational finance. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews with principals, vice principals, treasurers, and the results of financial observations in the Primary School of Indonesian Creative School Pekanbaru. The results showed that the management of educational finance had been done well 1) the process of budgeting according to the procedure; 2) sources of finance obtained from several sources of funds; 3) the constraining factor in the management of educational finance belongs to the flow of disbursement of funds long enough; 4) supervision and accountability in the educational finance is going well; and 5) Foundations, principals, vice principals, treasurers, school committees, teachers and UPTD Education involved in the education finance management process.
