Abstract

The high unemployment rate is due to the large number of high school graduates who do not continue their education to the tertiary level and most graduates are unable to compete for jobs. Therefore, every level of education needs to implement an entrepreneurship program to prepare students to become future entrepreneurs. This research is a literature study using the systematic literature review (SLR) method which consists of 6 stages: planning, literature search, criteria assessment (inclusion and exclusion), quality assessment, data collection, and data analysis. This research aims to find out the reasons for implementing the entrepreneurship program, the types of entrepreneurship programs, and the obstacles encountered in implementing the entrepreneurship program. The results of the data analysis show that the high unemployment rate and the desire to advance the economic sector are the main reasons for implementing entrepreneurship programs in schools. Broadly speaking, there are two ways to implement the entrepreneurship program in schools: first through entrepreneurship education that is integrated with subjects, extracurricular activities, and learning entrepreneurial practices, and second by holding various forms of life skills training. There are several obstacles encountered in implementing the entrepreneurship program in schools, including the mindset of students who are less developed, lack of creativity, inadequate infrastructure, and relatively short implementation time to provide less than optimal results.

Abstract

This paper aims to provide an understanding of parenting style in order to realize the golden character of the alpha generation. The method used is literature. The findings show that in this increasingly sophisticated digital era, it has greatly influenced the mental development of the alpha generation which is very dependent on technology, many parents are negligent in supervising children, thus triggering children to commit deviant actions, for this reason, parents as educators The main role in the family must be able to educate and raise children to create good characters as early as possible. In the Qur'an there are many examples of parenting styles that have been applied by the prophet and previous people that can be applied today. Parenting styles that parents can adopt are authoritarian, democratic and permissive parenting styles.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to create, design, and implement a web-based outpatient registration application at Batusangkar Regional Hospital. The research method used is qualitative descriptive research, which involves a series of activities or processes that reveal system processes. This study's system development employs the waterfall method, as well as data collection techniques such as data documentation, interviews, and observation. This registration application was designed using the UML (Unified Modeling Language) model, which includes use case diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, and class diagrams. Designing database logic with MySQL. The system was designed and implemented using XAMPP as a web server, PHP MySQL as a database, Visual Studio as a web design editor, and Android Studio as an Android design editor. It is hoped that this application will allow patients to easily register from anywhere and access the most up-to-date information and practice schedules for polyclinic doctors at Batusangkar Regional Hospital.

Abstract

The purpose of activity is 1). To Organize MBKM.  It Meant give the right students to learning outside the campus. So that students can feel the real conditions in the field which is expected to increase student competitiveness 2),Increase IKU UNAND 2. 3). To answer partner problems related to marketing and management aspects in recording financial reports. The training was carried out in the BumNag hall at pakandangan Emas Pariaman. The training event was attended by employees from Bumnag Padangangan as well as regional officials. Training on implementation methods with a material presentation system followed by questions and answers and bringing in products needed by Bumnag Pakandangan, including galo-galo colonies. As a result of this training, BUMNAG employees learned about the importance of marketing strategies and the existence of applications that can be used easily and safely. The hope is that Bumnag Pakandangan can manage its business lines better and more standardized.Keywords: Marketing Strategy, Local Products, Competitiveness, Digital-Based Financial Reporting

Abstract

Dalam era digital, teknologi informasi (TI) menjadi elemen penting dalam meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, produktivitas, dan daya saing bisnis. Safety First, sebuah toko perlengkapan perlindungan di Kota Padang, masih mengandalkan pencatatan manual menggunakan Excel, yang rentan terhadap kesalahan data. Sistem pencatatan penjualan yang terkomputerisasi diperlukan untuk memastikan efisiensi dan akurasi. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) menjadi solusi untuk mengatasi masalah ini melalui otomatisasi dan sinkronisasi data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis proses bisnis yang berjalan, mengimplementasikan ERP Dolibarr dalam pengelolaan penjualan dan persediaan, serta mengevaluasi dampaknya terhadap efisiensi operasional perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumen terkait. Proses implementasi mencakup instalasi XAMPP untuk server lokal, konfigurasi sistem, serta pengaturan modul pelanggan, vendor, dan persediaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan ERP Dolibarr mampu menyelaraskan proses bisnis, mengurangi kesalahan pencatatan, dan mempercepat pengolahan informasi dengan menghasilkan laporan keuangan dan faktur secara otomatis. Sistem ini juga memberikan panduan visual melalui Business Process Model Notation (BPMN), yang mempermudah pemahaman dan pelaksanaan operasional di Safety First. Langkah-langkah implementasi memastikan bahwa sistem sesuai dengan kebutuhan bisnis, mendukung peningkatan efisiensi dan akurasi proses penjualan perusahaan.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is find out how audio-visual aid can enhance students listening skills of EFL learners. From the observation, it was found that most students have bad scores in listening skills and low motivation in following listening materials. The researchers, then, employed the classroom action research method to fix the problem directly. This research was conducted in the English department of UIN FAS Bengkulu. The population used by the researchers was students in the third semester who got listening class. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, choosing the criteria or specific considerations so that they do not go through the selection process as done in a random technique. In this case, the researchers chose class 3b because it had the lowest grades and motivation among the other classes. Two cycles were done to handle the problem. The instrument used to gain the data by using a test, observation sheet, and interview. The data comparison from pre-assessment to final assessment shows a positive impact of the strategy on students' scores and motivation in the teaching-learning process of listening.

Abstract

Budi Mulya Mart merupakan salah satu toko yang menjual perlengkapan dan kebutuhan harian yang berada di Kota Bukittinggi. Dalam proses bisnisnya yaitu penjualan barang ke pelanggan, pembelian barang ke supplier, dan manajemen gudang masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga kurang efektif, memakan waktu dan biaya. Karena itu, perlu penerapan Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. ERP yang digunakan adalah Dolibarr karena fitur yang lengkap dan mudah untuk dipahami pemakaiannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif deksiptif, dimulai dari melakukan wawancara dan wawancara guna mendapatkan informasi yang lebih detail dan dilanjutkan dengan impelentasi perangka lunak. Setelah itu, dilakukan identifikasi proses bisnis yang sedang berjalan untuk dilakukan pengidentifikasian proses komputerisasi dan dilanjutkan dengan mengidentifikasi proses bisnis yang diusulkan menggunakan ERP yang dijelaskan menggunakan Business   Process  Model  Notation (BPMN). Langkah selanjutnya yaitu memulai penginstalan dan kustomisasi ERP Dolibarr sesuai kebutuhan yang berkaitan dengan proses pembelian barang ke supplier, penjualan barang ke pelanggan, dan manajemen gudang. Sebagai hasil akhirnya, maka dihasilkan beberapa laporan yang disesuaikan dengan laporan yang ada di perusahaan saat ini, yaitu laporan pembelian barang ke supplier, laporan penjualan barang ke pelanggan, laporan manajemen gudang, dan laporan uang masuk dan keluar. Dari hasil laporan tersebut, disimpulkan bahwa penerapan ERP Dolibarr pada Budi Mulya Mart berhasil dilaksanakan dengan baik dan proses bisnis menjadi lebih efektif.

Abstract

Pengelolaan persediaan obat merupakan komponen penting dalam operasional apotek untuk mendukung pelayanan kefarmasian yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini mengkaji permasalahan pengelolaan stok obat di Apotek Iliran Farma, Kota Padang, Sumatera Barat, yang menggunakan sistem informasi dengan fungsionalitas terbatas sehingga kurang efisien. Sistem ini tidak memiliki fitur peringatan stok minimum, pelacakan nomor batch, pemantauan tanggal kedaluwarsa, maupun peramalan penjualan berbasis data historis yang menyebabkan risiko kehabisan stok, penumpukan obat kurang laku, serta kesulitan dalam pelacakan obat bermasalah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sistem informasi manajemen dan peramalan penjualan obat berbasis web dengan metode Holt-Winters untuk meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan persediaan dan mendukung perencanaan pengadaan obat secara akurat. Metodologi penelitian meliputi studi literatur, observasi, wawancara, dan analisis dokumen, dengan metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan model Waterfall. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini dikembangkan menggunakan pendekatan Waterfall, dengan Hono dan FastAPI untuk backend, React untuk frontend, serta PostgreSQL sebagai basis data. Hasil pengujian black box mengonfirmasi bahwa semua fungsionalitas berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Fitur peramalan penjualan menghasilkan nilai agregat Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) sebesar 18,8%, yang menunjukkan tingkat akurasi prediksi yang baik. Simulasi proses bisnis menunjukkan peningkatan efisiensi yang signifikan: 80,7% pada manajemen inventori, 91,8% pada penanganan obat kedaluwarsa, dan 8,8% pada proses penjualan. Sistem ini terbukti mampu meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, akurasi perencanaan, serta pengambilan keputusan berbasis data.

Abstract

This study explores the role of Business Intelligence (BI) systems in enhancing organizational control through real-time monitoring, automated alerts, and predictive analytics. By integrating a BI system into operational workflows, this research demonstrates significant improvements in efficiency, decision-making, and responsiveness to emerging challenges. Real-time dashboards enabled stakeholders to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), such as export volumes, commodity values, and transaction frequencies, providing immediate insights for proactive management. The automated alert system reduced anomaly response times by 42%, enabling timely corrective actions and minimizing operational disruptions. Additionally, the predictive analytics module achieved a 92% accuracy rate in forecasting trends, allowing for better resource allocation and strategic planning. Stakeholder feedback highlighted the system's usability, relevance, and operational impact, with 80% of users reporting enhanced decision-making capabilities and 75% noting increased efficiency in their daily tasks. This study provides a replicable framework for implementing BI systems to support real-time decision-making and improve operational control. While the findings are based on a specific context, they underscore the scalability of BI systems across different sectors and organizational settings. Future research should investigate the long-term impacts of BI systems, explore their integration with emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, and address challenges related to data quality and user adoption. This research positions BI systems as indispensable tools for fostering agility, efficiency, and strategic alignment in dynamic operational environments.
