Abstract

AbstractPeanut processed business is one business that promises to be occupied and can generate profits if managed properly. This underlying Mr. Sulatra opened a processed peanuts “kapri” business in Nyanglan Village, Bangli regency on May 9, 2013 with the name of “Kacang Surya Bali”. The marketing of “Kacang Surya Bali” to date extends to the “Shop of Bali’s Souvenirs” and Ngurah Rai International Airport at Domestic departure. The second partner's partner is “Kacang Disco Kecak Mama” which is engaged in the same field of peanut processing into peanut food with various flavors since 2004. Founded by Mr. Gede Sumerta in 2004, until now “Kacang Disco Kecak Mama” has various variant of taste that is original, super spicy, cheese, barbeque, pizza, squid, shrimp, grilled fish, milk egg honey, and soy essence. So far Kacang Disco Kecak Mama can be found in some traditional markets in Bali or in the “Shop of Bali’s Souvenirs”. One of the problems faced by a group of processed peanuts for Bali souvenirs about the need for production equipment to support the production process so that more efficiently without neglecting the quality of nuts produced. From the implementation of this dedication, the two business partners get the benefit of capacity building and production quality where the spinner serves to make peanuts cleaner, dry and durable, and the partners can efficiently time from producing 5kg beans per 25minutes, and now only takes 5kg per 15minutes, a gasoline-spice grinder makes peanuts more hygienic and the use of tools is practical. In addition, the use of press tools can speed up the packaging process and beautify the look of the sold beans. Keywords : peanut, bali’s souvenier, quantity AbstrakBisnis olahan kacang merupakan salah satu bisnis yang menjanjikan untuk ditekuni dan dapat menghasilkan keuntungan apabila dikelola dengan baik. Hal ini yang mendasari Bapak Sulatra membuka usaha olahan kacang kapri di Desa Nyanglan, Kabupaten Bangli pada tanggal 9 Mei 2013 dengan nama kacang Surya Bali. Pemasaran kacang Surya Bali sampai saat ini meluas hingga ke toko Oleh-oleh Khas Bali dan Bandara Internasional Ngurah Rai di keberangkatan Domestik. Pegusaha mitra kedua yakni Kacang Disco Kecak Mama yang bergerak di bidang yang sama yaitu pengolahan kacang tanah menjadi makanan kacang dengan berbagai rasa sejak tahun 2004. Didirikan oleh Bapak Gede Sumerta pada tahun 2004, hingga kini kacang disco kecak mama memiliki berbagai varian rasa yakni original, super pedas, keju, barbeque, pizza, cumi, udang, ikan bakar, susu telur madu, dan sari kedelai. Sejauh ini Kacang Disco Kecak Mama dapat ditemui dibeberapa pasar tradisional yang ada di Bali maupun di toko oleh-oleh Khas Bali. Salah satu permasalahan yang dihadapi baik oleh kelompok usaha olahan kacang untuk oleh-oleh khas Bali mengenai kebutuhan akan alat produksi demi menunjang proses produksi sehingga lebih efisien tanpa mengesampingkan kualitas kacang yang dihasilkan. Dari pelaksanaan pengabdian ini, kedua mitra usaha mendapatkan manfaaat berupa peningkatan kapasitas dan kualitas produksi dimana alat spiner berfungsi membuat kacang lebih bersih, kering dan tahan lama, serta mitra dapat mengefisiensikan waktu dari memproduksi kacang 5kg/25 menit, dan sekarang hanya membutuhkan waktu 5kg/15menit, alat penggiling bumbu berbahan bakar bensin menjadikan kacang lebih higienis dan penggunaan alatnya pun praktis. Selain itu, penggunaan alat pres dapat mempercepat proses pengemasan dan memperindah tampilan kacang yang dijual. Kata kunci : kacang, oleh-oleh khas Bali

Abstract

In a study carried out in the area of Pengempu Waterfall, located in Cau Belayu Village, Tabanan Regency, to understand more about the role of traditional villages in maintaining the existence of the Pengempu waterfall. In this study using swot analysis to get how the benefits, impacts, disadvantages and benefits of the existence of this Pengempu waterfall to the community and how the participation of the village in protecting the area. The purpose of this study can provide awareness and strength and role of traditional villages in seeing the potential of their region and safeguarding their territory from the negative impacts of regional development.

Abstract

This research titled, the existence of the concept of rule by law (state law) within thestate theories of law the rule of law, which is where the first problem: How can theadvantages of Rule by Law in the theory of law Rule of Law?, How is the dis advantages of aconcept of Rule by law in the theory of law Rule of Law.This research method using the method of normative, legal research that examines thewritten laws of the various aspects, ie aspects of the theory, history, philosophy, comparative,structure and composition, scope, and content, consistent, overview, and chapter by chapter,formality, and the binding force of a law, and the legal language used, but did not examine orimlementasi applied aspects. Abstract

This study aims to analyze and formulate strategies for solving problems arising in the future towards the existence of natural attractions Pengempu Waterfall related to prevention of land use conversion in the tourist area of Pengempu Waterfall in the traditional village of Cau Belayu. Pengempu waterfall located in the area of Cau Belayu traditional village, Tabanan Regency, Bali Province is a new natural tourism area in the region. Besides having natural beauty that can be used as a tourist place, the Pengempu waterfall area is also a sacred area by Hindus to perform prayer activities, meditation and activities related to the spiritual. To preserve the existence of the Pengempu waterfall area so that it is not damaged by the negative impacts caused by tourism activities in the area, it is necessary to have customary law to protect the area of Pengempu waterfalls, because the existence of customary law by Balinese is very important for traditional life in Bali to organize the physical condition of the region and managing the social conditions of the community. The legal approach used in this study is an approach to the concept of legal pluralism. From the results of research that has been carried out, it was found that the existence of customary law to protect the area of Pengempu waterfall to touch the beliefs of the surrounding community in managing the Pengempu waterfall area to maintain the Pengempu waterfall area so that its sustainability has sufficiently dominant power.

Abstract

The importance of the existence of Begawan Adat Village located in Payangan Subdistrict of Bali Province in maintaining the Ayung River watershed which aims to prevent land conversion, so that the Ayung River Basin does not become damaged and disrupt the lives of the people and ecosystems in the area. In terms of protecting the Ayung watershed, the village of Adat Begawan needs customary law as an umbrella in legalizing the actions of the people of the Adat Begawan village in protecting the Ayung river basin. Customary law owned by the Begawan Adat village is in the form of Awig-awig, and Pararem, as well as some customs which are usually contained in the Dresta, where all the customary laws in the Begawan traditional village are based on the Tri Hita Karana concept in protecting the Ayung River Basin.

Abstract

Dalam artikel ini membahas mengenai prinsip-prinsip yang terdapat di dalam lokal genius yang dimiliki orang Bali yaitu Tri Hita Karana, yang terdiri dari 3 prinsip yaitu Parhyangan (Hubungan harmonis antara manusia dengan tuhan), Pawongan (hubungan harmonis antara manusia dengan manusia), Palemahan (hubungan manusia dengan lingkungannya) di dalam pengatiran hukum kepariwisataan di Bali. Mengenai aturan yang digunakan di dalam artikel ini berdasarkan kepada Peraturan Daerah (Perda) Provinsi Bali Nomor 5 Tahun 2020 Tentang Standar Penyelenggaraan Kepariwisataan Budaya Bali.

Abstract

Tri Hita Karana in balinese customary law as a basis for the settlement of the village boundary conflict in bali is the title used in this reseacrh, to demonstrate that the philosophical Tri Hita Karana is an extraordinary thought to solve the problems of the Balinese people, especially to solve the problem of village boundaries in Bali. The technicalities of the philosophical Tri Hita Karana are Parhyangan, Pawongan, Palemahan, so that the Balinese only see three technicalities of Tri Hita Karana. The objectives of this study is to examine the real form of the concept of Tri Hita Karana in resolving village boundary conflicts, and to examine the role of Pekraman Village in implementing the Tri Hita Karana concept as the guardian of the life balance of the Krama/Villager of his village community. This research method uses normative methods, namely legal research that examines written law from various aspects. This research analysis used is the analytical approach to History (approach of Historical analysis). The results revealed that Balinese people in resolving their problems, especially related to village boundaries, must always hold on to the concrete steps of Tri Hita Karana, namely Parhyangan, Pawongan, and Palemahan to shape the behavior of Balinese people to bring about conflict resolution by means of family negotiations, and mutual respect and try to understand the problem by way of consensus agreement to achieve good together and create harmony.

Judge’s an instrument of justice that are at the forefront in enforce the justice in society, but sometime the judge’s decision does not represent justice in society, because the judge’s in conducting the trial should follow existing the systems. Just as judge’s as adherent of the civil law system. In this paper describes the civil law system, started from Roman era, German, Francis, as well as elements of a definition of the civil law systems, and then discusses the judges in the civil law system, and discuss any weaknesses civil law2 judges in terms of implementing the trial in finding justice in society.

Abstrak Objek dalam pembahasan jurnal ini berlokasi di kawasan wiasata alam sangeh yang mana di dalamnya terdapat berbagai habitat fauna dan flora, fauna yang terbanyak adalah Kera abu-abu (Macaca fascicularis) kurang lebih 600 ekor dan flora pohon pala di kawasan hutan wisata alam sangeh. Perlindungan Kawasan wisata alam sangeh melibatkan desa adat dalam melindungi dan mengelola kawasan wisata alam sangeh, baik itu melindungi habitat monyet dan satwa lainnya maupun fauna yang ada di kawasan hutan wisata alam sangeh, perlindungan kawasan hutan wisata berbasis adat di desa sangeh dapat dilihat berupa bentuk kearifan lokal berbentuk bangunan suci (pura), maupun adanya Tri Hita Karana di dalam aturan adat, peran adat dalam melindungi kawasan hutan wisata sangeh dapat dilihat pada awig-awig desa adat Sangeh serta dibentuknya kelembagaan sadar wisata oleh desa adat sangeh untuk mengelola dan melindungi kawasan hutan wisata sangeh. Kata Kunci: Perlindungan, Kawasan Hutan dan Desa Adat Abstract Objects in the discussion of this journal are in the area of natural tourism sangeh which in it there are various habitats of fauna and flora, the fauna is gray monkey (Macaca fascicularis) approximately 600 head and flora of nutmeg trees in the forest area of sangeh natural forest.
