Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh motivasi intrinsik, pengaruh lingkungan kerja, dan pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap komitmen afektif karyawan Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi Kabupaten Bantul. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh pegawai Dinas Komunikasi dan informatika Kabupaten Bantul yang berjumlah 80 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel yaitu dengan metode sampel jenuh. Analisis uji kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas.Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan R², uji T dan uji F. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa : 1) motivasi intrinsik berpengaruh positif secara signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. 2) lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif. 3) budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen afektif.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji apakah kecerdasan emosional, quality of work life dan reward mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini mengumpulkan sampel di Dinas Kesehatan yang berlokasi di Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Metode penarikan adalah pengambilan sampel acak sederhana menggunakan rumus slovin. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui teknik kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada pegawai dinas kesehatan daerah istimewa yogyakarta. Jumlah kuesioner yang diproses sebanyak 57 responden. Data dianalisis menggunakan spss. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa setiap komponen memiliki pengaruh yang berbeda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kecerdasan emosional tidak terbukti memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai dan quality of work life tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Namun reward terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan kecerdasan emosional, quality of work life dan reward dari hasil simultan (uji f) terbukti memiliki pengaruh positif secara Bersama-sama terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal ini menegaskan bahwa reward berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai di Dinas Kesehatan Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta

Abstract

The$ curre$nt e$ra of globalization incre$ase$s compe$tition in incre$asingly compe$titive$ companie$s and re$quire$s companie$s to improve$ innovation. The$ purpose$ of this study is to analyze$ the$ influe$nce$ of transformational le$ade$rship and quality of work life$ on Organizational Citize$nship Be$havior (OCB) with organizational commitme$nt as a me$diating variable$ in PT Rumah Be$rsama Se$lule$r. This study use$s a quantitative$ approach with data colle$cte$d through que$stionnaire$s. The$ re$se$arch sample$ include$s all e$mploye$e$s of PT Rumah Be$rsama Se$lule$r, which is 98 re$sponde$nts. The$ re$sults of the$ analysis of this study show that all hypothe$se$s are$ acce$pte$d, name$ly transformational le$ade$rship and quality of work life$ affe$ct organizational commitme$nt and organizational citize$nship be$havior. The$ variable$ of organizational commitme$nt also affe$cts organizational citize$nship be$havior. This shows that e$mploye$e$s who have$ a high quality of work life$ and organizational commitme$nt, can incre$ase$ e$mploye$e$ OCB. The$ implications of this study are$ important for PT Rumah Be$rsama Se$llular in incre$asing the$ role$ of OCB e$mploye$e$s by incre$asing the$se$ factors

Abstract

This study aims to examine how the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, and work stress affect employee performance at PT Lezax Nesia Jaya in Yogyakarta City. The study employs a quantitative method using questionnaires distributed through accidental sampling to a total of 60 respondents, calculated using the Slovin formula. The data obtained were then processed using SPSS 26 software. The analysis results reveal that the physical work environment, non-physical work environment, and work stress have a significant positive effect on employee performance. The findings from this study can serve as a reference for other researchers who wish to further explore employee performance. Additionally, the results provide information that can be used by the company as a basis for developing policies focused on improving employee performance.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to: (1). Increase partners' understanding of the importance of building customer loyalty, (2). Upgrade partners' knowledge and skills in managing customer databases so that they can be used for implementing further marketing programs such as: providing information on new products or to promote products, and (3). Broaden partners' insights in managing customer loyalty as one of the bases to support improving MSMEs business performance. The method used in this community service activity is through outreach activities, training and monitoring or mentoring program implementation. The results of the implementation of the community service program indicate an increase in partners' knowledge regarding the importance of building customer loyalty, managing customer data and an increase in partners' skills in documenting customer databases. Besides that, partners also have additional knowledge about managing customer loyalty Based on the programs that have been implemented, it can be concluded that customer relationship management is an important key to building customer loyalty. For this reason, entrepreneurs need to focus on consumers so that they feel satisfied and are willing to make repeated purchases of the products offered by MSMEs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh role conflict dan occupational stress terhadap turnover intention dimediasi job satisfaction karyawan generasi milenial Kabupaten Gunungkidul. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner, dilakukan analisis dengan menggunakan bantuan komputer dan aplikasi SPSS versi 26. Jumlah sampel karyawan generasi milenial Kabupaten Gunungkidul sebanyak 100 responden. Analisis kualitas data menggunakan uji validitas dan realibilitas. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji asumsi klasik, meliputi uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, dan uji heteroskedastisitas. Uji hipotesis menggunakan uji t, koefisien determinasi (R2) dan uji sobel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa role conflict dan occupational stress berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap job satisfaction. Role conflict dan occupational stress berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan job satisfaction berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Job satisfaction terbukti memediasi variabel role conflict dan variabel occupational stress terhadap turnover intention.

Abstract

This study aims to test whether Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The population of the study was 107 employees at the Ministry of Religion of Bantul Regency with a saturated sample technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using SPSS 27 software with Multiple Linear Regression. The results of the study showed that Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction had an effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, but Organizational Culture had no effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The results of the study also showed a simultaneous influence between the variables of Work Motivation, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. This study recommends improving or enhancing organizational culture for employees because it is important in terms of fostering Organizational Citizenship Behavior at the Ministry of Religion of Bantul Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to examine whether job satisfaction, job competence and extrinsic motivation affect organizational commitment at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Malang branch. This research collects samples at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, Malang branch which is located in Malang city. The withdrawal method is sampling using accidental sampling using the slovin formula. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire technique distributed via google form submitted to the human resource of PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Malang. The number of questionnaires processed was 68 respondents. The data was analyzed using spss. The results showed that each component has the same influence, which is positive and significant. The results showed that job satisfaction was shown to have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, work competence had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and extrinsic motivation was shown to have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, and job satisfaction, work competence, and extrinsic motivation from simultaneous results (f test) were shown to have a significant positive effect together on organizational commitment at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk Malang branch.

Abstract

This study aims to understand whether intrinsic motivation, work environment, and quality of work life influence employee performance in Yogyakarta. This research is a quantitative study. The sampling technique used in this study is accidental sampling, with a total of 130 respondents working in Yogyakarta. The collected data were analyzed using reliability and validity tests, classical assumption tests, multiple linear analysis, t-tests, and R² tests. The findings indicate that the work environment and intrinsic motivation influence employee performance. However, quality of work life does not affect employee performance, as it is not a key factor in enhancing the performance of employees working in Yogyakarta. This study also contributes to HR policies in various companies and organizations. Studi ini ditujukan guna memahami apakah motivasi intrinsik, lingkungan kerja, serta quality of work life memengaruhi kinerja karyawan yang bekerja di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini ialah jenis penelitian kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan sampel yang digunakan pada studi ini ialah teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah 130 responden yang bekerja di Yogyakarta. Data yang diperoleh dan dianalisis yaitu uji reliabilitas serta validitas, uji asumsi klasik, analisis linear berganda uji T serta R2. Hasil penelitian ini lingkungan kerja dan motivasi intrinsik memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Quality of work life tidak memengaruhi kinerja karyawan, quality of work life bukan sebagai faktor kunci untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan yang bekerja di Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini juga menjadikan kebijakan SDM pada tiap perusahaan ataupun organisasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of work discipline, workload, and work environment on employee performance at the Mranggen village office.The method used in this study is a quantitative approach. The population in this research consists of employees working at the Mranggen village office, with a sample of 40 respondents selected using Saturation Sampling  technique. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis.The results of the study show that, based on the t-test and F-test, work discipline and work environment have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, workload has a negative and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline, workload, and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.This study supports various theories that highlight the significant role of work discipline and work environment in shaping employee performance. The implication of this research is expected to contribute to the improvement of employee performance.
