Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi penjualan kue melalui media sosial facebook di desa mogoyunggung 2 kecamatan dumoga kabupaten bolaang mongondow. Lokasi Penelitian berada di desa mogoyunggung 2 kecamatan dumoga kabupaten bolaang mongondow, Sumber data yaitu data Primer dan Sekunder, Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan penulis adalah reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Analisa SWOT digunakan juga sebagai alat bantu untuk melihat gambaran lengkap dari strategi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian disimpulkan bahwa usaha kue ini punya potensi besar untuk berkembang lewat Facebook. Produk yang enak, harga terjangkau, dan pelayanan yang baik jadi kekuatan utama. Perlu ditingkatkan dalam hal promosi digital, membuat tampilan iklan yang lebih menarik dan aktif promosi secara konsisten. Dengan memanfaatkan peluang yang ada dan terus menjaga kualitas, usaha ini bisa bersaing dan meningkatkan penjualannya. Kata Kunci: Strategi Penjualan Kue, Media Sosial Facebook. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the strategy of selling cakes through social media Facebook in Mogoyunggung Village 2, Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. The research location is in Mogoyunggung Village 2, Dumoga District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Data sources are Primary and Secondary data. Data collection techniques used by the author are data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. SWOT analysis is also used as a tool to see a complete picture of the marketing strategy. The results of the study concluded that this cake business has great potential to develop through Facebook. Delicious products, affordable prices, and good service are the main strengths. It needs to be improved in terms of digital promotion, making more attractive advertising displays and consistently actively promoting. By taking advantage of existing opportunities and continuing to maintain quality, this business can compete and increase its sales. Keywords: Cake Sales Strategy, Facebook Social Media.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to identify the problems faced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the new normal and arrange materials for their economic empowerment in the Matuari District, Bitung City. After conducting a content development, the MSME economic empowerment material product was successfully compiled with the Four D development process, with the stages of problem identification and analysis of development needs, prototype design and material, product testing, and product revision. The material developed is the economic empowerment of MSMEs with an outline of characteristics and principles of entrepreneurship, entrepreneurial creativity and innovation, how to get business capital, family financial management, and online marketing. The trial of this MSME economic empowerment material is highly effective.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the impact of location and reputation on students' school choices (Case Study at Rex Mundi Catholic High School Manado). This research uses a quantitative approach and uses primary data through distributing questionnaires to students at Rex Mundi Catholic High School Manado. The results of the research obtained a multiple linear regression equation Ŷ = 2.523 + 0.557 X₁ + 0.462 X₂. Since the t-test results prove that using partial variables the location of the school has a significant impact on students' school choices using the calculated t value > t table is (3.486 > 1.984), the reputation of the school has a significant impact on students' school choices using the calculated t value > t table is (2.889 > 1.984). Then since the F-test results prove that the location of the school and the reputation of the school simultaneously have a significant impact on students' school choices at Rex Mundi Catholic High School Manado using the calculated F value is quite large since F table is (59.23 > 3.09) using a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Based on the analysis, it can be concluded that school location and reputation have a significant impact, both partially and simultaneously, on students' choices in choosing a school at Rex Mundi Catholic High School in Manado.
