Abstract

The aim of this research was to find out the correlation between learning strategy and learning achievement of geography subject to XI social class students at SMA Perintis I Bandar Lampung at the year of 2011/2012. The method used in the research was correlation method. The population in this research were XI social class students who were divided into 5 classes which were 174 students. The samples taken for the research were about 35% of the total population which were 60 students using proportional random sampling technique. The data collecting technique used were questionnaire, test, and documentation, while the data analysis used was product moment correlation and to test the hypothesis, the researcher used SPSS program. This result of the research showed that ( 1 ) There was a strong and significant positive correlation between learning strategy and learning achievement of geography subject to XI social class students at SMA Perintis 1 Bandar Lampung with the correlation coefficient was 0.849. ( 2 ) There was a strong and significant correlation of reading the lesson at home and the correlation coefficient was 0.612. ( 3 ) There was a strong and significant correlation of making notes with the correlation coefficient was 0.675. ( 4 ) There was a strong and significant correlation of reviewing the lesson at home with correlation coefficient was 0.588. ( 5 ) There was a strong and significant correlation of doing the exercise at home with the correlation coefficient was 0.521. Keywords: learning strategy (making schedule, reading the lesson at home, making notes, reviewing the lesson at home, and doing the exercise at home) and learning achievement

Abstract

The purpose of this research was to describe geographic condition in Muncak Village, Teluk Pandan Pesawaran district in 2017. Observation, interview and documentation were used to collect the data. The data were analyzed by using descriptive analysis. The result showed : (1) The destination is easy to find;(2) Beautifull scenery is the biggest reason to visit Muncak; (3) The best time to visit Muncak is in the morning when temperature is not too hot and humidity is not too dry; (4) Muncak located in the hills with a steep slope of 24,7%; (5) the accessibility to the Muncak is easy to reach; (6) the facilities in Muncak is enaugh to serve the needs of tourist.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan geografis objek wisata Muncak di Desa Munca Kecamatan Teluk Pandan Kabupaten Pesawaran tahun 2017. Pengumpulan data di dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan: (1) Lokasi objek wisata Muncak strategis dan tidak sulit untuk ditemukan; (2) Keindahan alam sebagai daya tarik utama objek wisata Muncak; (3) Waktu ternyaman wisatawan untuk berwisata adalah pagi hari ketika suhu udara tidak terlalu panas dan kelembapan udara tidak terlalu kering; (4) Objek wisata Muncak berada di daerah perbukitan dengan kemiringan lereng yang cukup curam yaitu 24,7%; (5) Aksesibilitas menuju objek wisata Muncak mudah dijangkau; (6) Fasilitas objek wisata Muncak memenuhi kebutuhan wisatawan.Kata kunci : muncak, objek wisata, tinjauan geografis

Abstract

This research purpose to describe the distribution and needs of high school geography teacher in District Pringsewu that presented in map form. This research used a descriptive method. Data was collected by interview and documentation. Data analysis by using a map, calculations using formulas and data description. The results in this research are: (1) High School Geography Teacher Distribution Map Per Subdistrict in Pringsewu,distribution geography teacher is unprevalent in some subdistrict(2) Factors that affect distribution of high school geography teachers is personnel certificate of the Government,accessibilityand travelled distance, jobs vacancy (3) Relevance of educational background of high school geography teacher has relevant percentage is 85.18% (as appropriate) and 14.81% irrelevant (not appropriate) (4) Needs for high school geography teacher in District Pringsewu, there is a gap between number of teachers with a number of requirements that must be released.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikansebaran dan kebutuhan guru geografi SMA di Kabupaten Pringsewu yang disajikan dalam bentuk peta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan melakukan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data yaitu dengan menggunakan peta, perhitungan menggunakan rumus dan deskripsi data. Hasil dalam penelitian ini yaitu: (1) Peta Sebaran guru geografi SMA per wilayah Kecamatan di Kabupaten Pringsewu,sebaran guru geografi masih belum merata di beberapa wilayah Kecamatan (2) Faktor yang memengaruhi sebaran guru geografi SMAyaitu SK (Surat Keterangan) kepegawaian dari Pemerintah, keterjangkauandan jarak tempuh sertalowongan pekerjaanguru geografi (3) Relevansi latar belakang pendidikan guru geografi SMAmemiliki presentase yaitu 85,18% relevan (sesuai) dan 14,81% tidak relevan (tidak sesuai) (4) Kebutuhan guru geografi SMA di Kabupaten Pringsewu, ada kesenjangan antara jumlah guru yang ada dengan jumlah kebutuhan yang harus dipenuhi.Kata kunci : kebutuhan guru, peta, sebaran guru.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the driving and pulling factors of the Minangkabau migration to migrate to Central Lampung. The research method uses descriptive. The population of all migrant family heads during the life of the Minangkabau tribe in the West Bandar Jaya Village. The research sample is the entire population. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Retrieval of data using questionnaires, interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis uses percentage analysis techniques. The results found that (1) 85.0% of the factors driving migration are the desire to improve living standards, (2) 86.8% of the factors driving migration are difficult to find work in the area of origin, (3) 85.0% of factors that attract migration are the opportunity to get employment in the destination, (4) 85.0% of the pull factors of migration the opportunity to get a better income in the destination, (5) 71.7% of the pull factors of migration success of friends or relatives.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan faktor pendorong dan penarik migrasi Suku Minangkabau bermigrasi ke Lampung Tengah. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif. Populasi seluruh kepala keluarga migran semasa hidup Suku Minangkabau yang terdapat di Kelurahan Bandar Jaya Barat. Sampel penelitian ialah seluruh populasi. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu purposive sampling. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan kuesioner, wawancara, dokumentasi dan observasi. Analisis data menggunakan teknik analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa (1) 85,0% faktor pendorong migrasi keinginan untuk memperbaiki taraf hidup, (2) 86,8 % faktor pendorong migrasi sulitnya mendapatkan pekerjaan di daerah asal, (3) 85,0% faktor penarik migrasi kesempatan untuk mendapatkan pekerjaan di daerah tujuan, (4) 85,0% faktor penarik migrasi kesempatan mendapatkan pendapatan yang lebih baik di daerah tujuan, (5) 71,7% faktor penarik migrasi keberhasilan teman atau saudara.Kata kunci: faktor pendorong, faktor penarik, migrasi, suku minangkabau

Abstract

This research was done based on problem of the Geography learning result class XI at SMAN Kebun Tebu in low category and the important of picture and Problem Based Learning model for Geography Learning. This research aimed to know the effect of picture to the Problem Based Learning model toward the results of Geography learning of class XI SMAN Kebun Tebu. This research used Quasi Experiment Design Method. The subject of this research was XI IPS 3 as experiment class which was selected by Simple Random Sampling technique and learned using picture and Problem Based Learning model. Data collecting technique was using observation and test technique. Data analized used t-test. The result showed that there is an influence of picture at Problem Based Learning Model to results Geography learning class XI SMAN 1 Kebun Tebu in academic year 2016/2017. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan berdasarkan permasalahan dari hasil belajar Geografi kelas XI masih tergolong rendah, pentingnya media gambar dan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning pada pembelajaran Geografi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: Pengaruh penggunaan media Gambar pada model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar Geografi siswa kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Kebun Tebu. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen semu (quasi experimental design). Subjek penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPS 3 dipilih melalui metode pengambilan simple random sampling dimana belajar menggunakan media Gambar dan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi dan tes. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh penggunaan media Gambar pada model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning terhadap hasil belajar Geografi kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Kebun Tebu Lampung Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Kata kunci: hasil belajar geografi, media gambar, model pembelajaran problem based learning.

Abstract

The study aimed to describe the socio economics condition of the villagers who worked in Tanjung Setia Beach. The method used descriptive method. The population was 22 people. Based on the research results (1)Tanjung Setia Beach has provide the opportunity to work for the people of the village of Tanjung Setia as much 22 people. (2)The highest revenue was the innkeeper and the lowest income are employees surfing appliance stores, the total of all revenue is Rp.30.450.000. (3)There are 13 children who have not school, 21 children in primary education, and 6 children higher education. (4)Heads of households which have many families are 2 people (9.09%) and which have least are 20 people (90.01%). (5)Resident who have few working hours is 1 (4,55%) and who have many working hours are 21 people (94,45%).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan sosial ekonomi penduduk yang bekerja di Objek Wisata Pantai Tanjung Setia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 22 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1)Objek wisata pantai tanjung setia telah memberikan kesempatan bekerja bagi masyarakat desa tanjung setia sebanyak 22 orang. (2)Pendapatan tertinggi adalah pemilik penginganapan dan pendapatan terendah adalah karaywan toko alat selancar, total pendapatan seluruhnya adalah Rp.30.450.000. (3)Terdapat 13 anak belum sekolah, 21 anak pada jenjang pendidikan dasar, dan 6 anak pada jenjang pendidikan tinggi. (4)Kepala keluarga dengan tanggungan keluarganya banyak ada 2 orang (9,09%) dan sedikit 20 (90,91%). (5)Penduduk yang memiliki jam kerja sedikt jumlahnya 1 orang (4,55%) dan yang jumlah jam kerjanya banyak ada 21 orang (95,45%).Kata kunci : deskripsi, pariwisata, sosial ekonomi

Abstract

This research aims to assess the efforts of the needs fulfillment on fishermen families in the maja village kalianda. The pressure point of study is one the number of dependents, basic income, employment, family members contributions, BLT contributions fuel , and the level of the fulfillment of minimum family basic needs .The research uses a method of descriptive with the number of respondents are 31 fishing families. Data collection by observation techniques , interviews and structured documentation .Data analysis by the tabulation of the frequency and the percentage .The research results show: 31 families has 5 the average family members, a fisherman who having a side job their incomes increase 18,51%, a fisherman who received a donation a member of the family their incomes increase 14,53%, fishermen who receives the blt bbm their incomes increase 11,51%, the income out of basic work had an impact with increasing fishermen income families as much as 12,21%, and as many as 19 kk the fulfillment of basic needs his family not met.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji Upaya Pemenuhan Kebutuhan Keluarga Nelayan di Desa Maja Kecamatan Kalianda Kabupaten Lampung Selatan. Titik tekan kajiannya pada jumlah tanggungan, pendapatan pokok, pekerjaan sampingan, sumbangan anggota keluarga, sumbangan BLT BBM, dan tingkat pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok minimum keluarga. Penelitian menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan jumlah responden 31 KK nelayan. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara terstruktur dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dengan tabulasi frekuensi dan presentase.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 31 KK rata-rata memiliki 5 anggota keluarga, nelayan yang memiliki pekerjaan sampingan pendapatannya bertambah 18,51%, nelayan yang menerima sumbangan anggota keluarga pendapatannya bertambah 14,53%, nelayan yang menerima BLT BBM pendapatannya bertambah 11,51%, pendapatan diluar pekerjaan pokok berdampak dengan bertambahnya pendapatan KK nelayan sebanyak 12,21%, dan sebanyak 19 KK pemenuhan kebutuhan pokok keluarganya tidak terpenuhi.Kata kunci: kebutuhan, pemenuhan, upaya

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to improve student activity and learning achievement by using cooperative learning method of NHT (Numbered Head Together). The method used in this research is Classroom Action Research. The subjects of the research are students of class XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Sribhawono. The results indicate that the cooperative learning method of NHT (Numbered Head Together) able to increase student activity and learning achievement of geography in class XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Sribhawono. The activity and learning achievement are increased because of given more reward and in the new atmosphere in the third cycle that is outdoor.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar siswa melalui penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Head Together).  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas  XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Sribhawono. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe NHT (Numbered Head Together) dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan prestasi belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS 4 SMA Negeri 1 Bandar Sribhawono. Aktivitas dan prestasi belajar meningkat karena lebih banyak diberikan reword berupa penghargaan dan berada pada suasana baru yaitu outdoor pada siklus ketiga.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, metode NHT,  prestasi belajar.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of the use of the cooperative learning model in Learning Together (LT) type to the student geography learning outcomes class XI IPS at SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung in 2017. Research subject was students grade XI IPS SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung which amount 68 students were selected randomly. This study was a quasi experimental research. The data collection was done by using the documentation, observation, and testing techniques. Data analysis was done by testing the difference (t-test). The results showed that there was the influence of the use of cooperative learning model in Learning Together (LT) type to the students geography learning outcomes for class XI IPS at SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Learning Together (LT) terhadap hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas XI IPS di SMAN 15 Bandar Lampung Tahun 2017. Subyek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS SMAN15 Bandar Lampung berjumlah 68 siswa yang dipilih secara random. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu. Abstract

The research was purpose to examine: the using of animation media and STAD learning model (students teams achievement division) in effort to increase the activities and learning results of Geography in class X1 at SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung 2015. This research used classroom action research as the method. By using 3 cycles of learning. The data collecting technique was done by observation, interview, test, documentation, and assisted partner teacher. This results indicated that: (1) In the first cycle there were 33.33% active students in learning with 23.33% of the learning results achieve a minimum completeness criteria ?70. In the second cycle increased by 45.45% at learning activities with learning results increased to 33.33%. The third cycle increased to 70.96% at learning activities with learning results became 74.19% from all student. (2) It turned out that using the animation media and STAD model can increase students activities and learning results of Geography.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji: Penggunaan Media Animasi dan Model Pembelajaran STAD dalam upaya meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar geografi siswa kelas X1 SMA Al-Azhar 3 Bandar Lampung tahun 2015. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas, dengan 3 siklus pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, tes, dokumentasi, dan dibantu guru mitra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Pada siklus I terdapat sebanyak 33,33% siswa aktif dalam memperhatikan pembelajaran dengan hasil belajar 23,33% mencapai kriteria ketuntasan minimal ? 70. Pada siklus II aktivitas belajar meningkat sebanyak 45,45% dengan hasil belajar meningkat menjadi 33,33%. Pada siklus III aktivitas belajar meningkat menjadi 70,96% dengan hasil belajar menjadi 74,19% dari seluruh siswa. (2) Ternyata penggunaan media animasi dan model STAD dapat meningkatkan aktivitas dan hasil belajar geografi siswa.Kata kunci: aktivitas belajar, hasil belajar, media animasi dan model STAD
