Abstract

penelitan ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran pustakawan terhadap kualitas layanan perpustakaan SMAN 1 Pleret Kabupaten Bantul yang meliputi indikator tolak ukur kualitas layanan yaitu: (1) bukti fisik (tangibles), (2) keandalan (reliability), (3) ketanggapan (responsiveness), (4) jaminan (assurance), dan (5) empati (emphaty). Desain penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian kualitatif. Subjek penelitian yaitu pustakawan sebagai informan utama serta siswa sebagai informan pendukung. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Instrumen penelitian antara lain pedoman wawancara, pedoman observasi, dan pedoman dokumentasi. Teknik pemeriksaan keabsahan data menggunakan triangulasi teknik dan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peran pustakawan terhadap kualitas layanan perpustakaan SMAN 1 Pleret adalah sebagai berikut: 1) pustakawan mampu untuk menunjukkan eksistensi perpustakaan sekolah, dimana perpustakaan mampu menjaga penampilan, baik penampilan diri maupun penampilan fasilitas atau sarana dan prasarana, serta kelengkapan sarana dan prasarana perpustakaan; 2) pustakawan berperan dalam memberikan pelayanan sesuai dengan yang dijanjikan secara akurat dan terpercaya. Kinerja petugas perpustakaan disesuaikan dengan harapan siswa yang berarti memperhatikan ketepatan waktu, pelayanan yang sama unuk setiap siswa, serta kecermatan dalam memberikan layanan; 3) pustakawan mampu serta mau membantu dan memberikan pelayanan yang cepat dan tepat kepada siswa serta dapat menyampaikan informasi secara jelas; 4) pustakawan menjaga kesopanan, menambah pengetahuan serta kemampuannya untuk menumbuhkan rasa percaya siswa pada perpustakaan yang terdiri dari beberapa komponen antara lain komunikasi, keamanan, kenyamanan, kompetesi, serta sopan santun; 5) pustakawan memberikan perhatian serta memahami kebutuhan siswa sebagai pengguna perpustakaan. Perpustakaan sekolah diharapkan memiliki pengertian dan pengetahuan tentang memahami kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pemanfaatan perpustakaan sekolah oleh guru pada masa pembelajaran daring. Penelitian dilakukan di perpustakaan Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri (SMPN) 1 Berbah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data terdiri atas wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumen. Informan penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran, pustakawan dan kepala perpustakaan. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman. Uji keabsahan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber dan teknik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada aspek pemanfaatan sarana perpustakaan, guru menggunakan koleksi perpustakaan sebagai sumber informasi utama, pendukung dan rekreatif. Selain itu guru juga memanfaatkan bahan ajar lain dan alat peraga yang dimiliki perpustakaan untuk mendukung proses pembelajaran daring. Sedangkan layanan sirkulasi dan layanan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) menjadi layanan yang paling banyak dimanfaatkan oleh guru saat pembelajaran daring.

Abstract

This research is aimed to find the emergence and development of Demak kingdom. This research used the five stages historical research method according to Kuntowijoyo, which are topic selection, heuristic, verification, interpretation and writing. Kasultanan Demak is the first Islamic kasultanan in Java which was founded by Raden Patah in 1478. Demak area covers Jepara, Semarang, Tegal, Lembang, Jambi, islands among Kalimantan and Sumatera and some areas in Kalimantan islands. The glory era was in Sultan Trenggana administration who ruled from 1521-1546 M. After the death of Sultan Trenggana, there was power seizure in Demak Kingdom. This seizure occured between the Prince of Sekar Seda ing Lepen and Sunan Prawata who was the only son of Sultan Trenggana. Thus, there was murder conducted by Sunan Prawata towards the Prince of Sekar Seda ing Lepen. The son of Prince of Sekar Seda ing Lepen whose name was Arya Panangsang from Jipang avenged his father’s death by murdering Sunan Prawoto. One of dukes who fighted againts Arya Panangsang was Joko Tingkir. He was one of Sultan Trenggono’s son-in-law and ruled in Pajang. Reputedly, Joko Tingkir had purebred line of Majapahit that is Brawijaya V who was expelled by Girindrawardhana and subserved in Demak Kingdom.   Keywords: maket, administration, and Islam Mataram

Abstract

This study aims to find out: the effectiveness of character education models in improving social skills for transvestites in Yogyakarta Special Region. This research uses Research and Development method which consists of four stages, namely: (1) preliminary stage, (2) the planning stage of character education models for transgender as the development of the initial product form, (3) the testing, evaluation and revision stages through practical learning improvement of social skills, and (4) implementation phase. The number of transsexuals who were sampled in the one-on-one trial in 2015 was 5 transvestites selected by purposive sampling. In the second year the trial was expanded to 1 management of Kebaya Shelter house and involved 22 transvestites. Whereas field operational trials were conducted on 32 transvestites in Kebaya and Iwayo. Data collection techniques use FGD techniques, questionnaires, interviews, observation, and documentation techniques. Data validity uses expert validation, while the validity of qualitative data with source triangulation techniques, theory and methods. Quantitative data analysis with descriptive analysis techniques and qualitative data with interactive models. The results showed that: Field operational trials of 32 transvestites, it can be seen that there was an increase in transvestites' social skills after training the character education model of SPS models for waria. The pretest results showed a good average classification with a mean of 3.20. While the posttest results indicate an increase to a good classification with a mean of 3.58. Based on these data shows that all aspects that are considered good regarding social skills show a good and good classification.  Keywords: Problem Solving, social skills, of transvestites

Abstract

The main problems dealing with history learning has always been correlated with boring and unattractive learning in the classroom. This study aims to find out: the material of the Demak kingdom in learning of history in high school. The research method used in this research is a historical method consisting of five steps, namely topic selection, heuristic, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. The results show that the Demak Sultanate was the first Islamic sultanate in Java, which was founded by Raden Patah in 1478 after Demak was established independently separated from the destroyed Majapahit. The territory of the Demak kingdom includes Jepara, Semarang, Tegal, and lembang, jambi, islands between Kalimantan and Sumatra, as well as several areas on the island of Kalimantan. The important ports controlled by Demak are Jepara, Tuban, Sidayu, Jaratan and Gresik. Demak has an important role in the development of Islam in Java and Demak is the center of the spread of Islam. The people who spread Islam is known as wali. For places of worship and centers of religious activities, wali set up a mosque in Demak. Demak Kingdom experienced a glorious period in the government of Sultan Trenggana who ruled from 1521-1546 M. Sultan Trenggana tried to expand his territory to West Java. In 1522 the Demak Kingdom sent troops to West Java under the leadership of Fatahillah.

Abstract

Untuk menjaga kualitas proses pendidikan, khususnya pada masa pandemi yang beralih ke pembelajaran daring, supervisi klinis perlu dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah. Penelitian ini akan mendeskripsikan serta menganalisis implementasi observasi kelas/pembelajaran dalam konteks supervisi klinis saat masa pandemi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif yang berfokus di SMP Negeri 1 Bantul. Informan pada penelitian ini terdiri atas kepala sekolah dan guru. Pengumpulan data pada penelitian dilakukan dengan cara observasi lapangan, wawancara kepada informan serta studi dokumentasi. Teknik keabsahan data pada penelitian dilakukan dengan triangulasi teknik dan sumber. Sedangkan, teknik analisis data yang dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan observasi supervisi klinis pada masa pandemi di SMP Negeri 1 Bantul menggunakan dua metode, yaitu secara langsung dan daring. Aspek yang diamati dalam observasi pembelajaran mengacu pada instrumen yang telah dibuat sesuai permasalahan yang dihadapi guru. Hasil observasi ini berguna untuk perbaikan pembelajaran.

Abstract

One of the main problems in the course of management in Vocational High School is the principal's leadership training problem. Great leadership training has an impact on improving the quality of schools, the quality of teachers, and the professionalism of teachers in carrying out educational activities. This research aimed to find out what is the result of Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) on leadership training indicators for the principals of Vocational High School based on the perception of teachers, principals, and students. The method used in this research is a quantitative method to find out the result of Confirmatory Factor Analysis leadership training for principals of Vocational High School. This research used a simple random sampling technique with 255 teachers, 57 principals, and 315 students as the sample. The data analysis applied is KMO (Keiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy) and Bartlett’s Test of Sphericity. Extraction Method with Principal Component Analysis. The result of the study shows that the teacher sample obtained the KMO value 0,737 which indicates sample suitability is high (0,5), and the lowest value of MSA (Measure of Sampling Adequacy) is 0,550. Meanwhile, the highest is 0,852, communalities value and appropriate matrix components, loading factor on all variables have met the requirements above 0,40, and all factors on the leadership training instruments for the principal of Vocational High School have an AVE value greater than 0,5; thus, they have met reliability and can be accepted. The principal sample obtained the KMO value of 0,738, and the lowest value of MSA (Measure of Sampling Adequacy) is 0,556. The highest is 0,859 indicating communalities value appropriate matrix components. Loading factors on all variables are above 0,40, and all factors on the leadership training instruments for the principal of Vocational High School have an AVE value greater than 0,5. The student sample obtained the KMO value is 0,682, the lowest value of MSA (Measure of Sampling Adequacy) is 0,556 and the highest is 0,859; communalities value and appropriate matrix components, loading factor on all variables are above 0,40, and all factors on the leadership training instruments for the principal of Vocational High School have an AVE value greater than 0,5. Thus, they have met reliability and can be accepted.

Abstract

This research aimed to find out evaluating model of the performance of school supervisors in the field of academic supervision in improving the quality of high schools in Yogyakarta. This research used the Research and Development method. In the preliminary trial, 4 education experts and practitioners, a small-scale trial applied to 6 supervisors and in the implementation stages 20 high school supervisors were involved. The data collection technique used was the Delphi technique while the data validity used was expert judgment techniques and quantitative analysis with descriptive analysis techniques. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics. The results show that the procedure for developing a performance evaluation model was done by implementing procedural development research. Based on these data, the PPE model is very feasible to be used by the education office in evaluating the performance of school supervisors and was declared very feasible by experts, which means that this model can be used by stakeholders.

Abstract

Pemerintah telah mengupayakan berbagai program responsif gender demi mewujudkan tujuan SDG’s ke-5 yakni kesetaraan gender. Namun, perempuan masih menghadapi kesenjangan khususnya di sektor ketenagakerjaan seperti kesenjangan upah. Oleh sebab itu, Penelitian ini akan menginvestigasi kesenjangan upah antar gender di Kalimantan Timur dengan menggunakan data Sakernas 2018. Data dianalisis dengan menerapkan regresi robust untuk mengatasi pelanggaran asumsi klasik pada model OLS sebagai akibat adanya pencilan. Selanjutnya, dekomposisi Blinder-Oaxaca digunakan untuk mengukur kesenjangan upah antar gender dan mendekomposisikan penyebabnya menjadi perbedaan karakteristik yang dapat diobservasi (explained) dan faktor yang tidak dapat diobservasi (unexplained). Penulis menemukan status perkawinan, pendidikan, pelatihan, jam kerja, status kegiatan, serikat pekerja, lapangan usaha, dan jenis pekerjaan berpengaruh terhadap upah pekerja baik perempuan ataupun laki-laki. Perbedaan persamaan upah kedua gender adalah upah pekerja perempuan juga dipengaruhi oleh pengalaman kerja sementara laki-laki dipengaruhi oleh status dalam rumah tangga. Hasil dekomposisi menyatakan pekerja perempuan menerima upah 36,59 persen lebih rendah dibandingkan laki-laki. Dari total kesenjangan upah, 46,49 persen disebabkan perbedaan karakteristik dan 53,51 persen disebabkan faktor unexplained. Kesenjangan upah antar gender dapat ditekan melalui peningkatan karakteristik perempuan dalam pendidikan, keterlibatan pada sektor formal, jabatan menengah dan tinggi serta pengeliminasian diskriminasi dalam pasar tenaga kerja

Abstract

Coffee is one of the estate commodities that has an important role in economic activities in Indonesia. However, the condition of coffee production in Indonesia fluctuates. Meanwhile, the condition of the domestic coffee market is still quite large with probabilities for coffee as an increasingly open export commodity. In the long-term, it is feared that coffee production cannot fulfill the domestic and international markets. The purpose of this study is to determine the factors that influence the long-term and short-term coffee production in Indonesia as a determinant of the right policy to increase production. The method used in this study is Error Correction Mechanism (ECM) with the study period starting from 2002 to 2018. From the results of the discussion, in the long-term the mature area variable and the domestic coffee price significantly influence coffee production, while the number of coffee farmers did not significantly influence coffee production. Furthermore, in the short-term only the number of coffee farmers variable which significantly influence coffee production, while the mature area and domestic coffee price variable did not significantly influence coffee production.
