Abstract

Background: A digital-based economy is one of the pillars of economic growth and per capita income. Financial Technology (Fintech), which adapts technological change combined with the financial sector, is expected to introduce a more instant, convenient, and modern financial transaction process. Purpose: This study examined the influence of financial behavior due to Fintech Lending (Peer-to-Peer Lending/P2P), focusing on respondents who had made fintech lending loans. Design/methodology/approach: The research approach used an explanatory survey with a sample of 132 respondents from several regions of Indonesia. Data collection was conducted using an online questionnaire distributed via the GF link during the period of 2022-2023. The data were processed by testing data quality, including validity testing, reliability testing, and classic assumption testing.Findings/Result: The study showed that individuals with higher incomes tended to take out loans, with the majority using these loans for business capital, daily needs, debt payments, and consumption. Financial behavior significantly impacted fintech lending, highlighting the importance of personal financial management to minimize fintech risks, particularly those associated with online loans (P2P).Conclusion: It needs to be a government concern to carry out better financial literacy so that people understand the risks of fintech lending, in this case, online loans (P2P).Originality/value (State of the Art): Personal financial behavior becomes a main determinant in personal fintech lending management. Abstract

Introduction to The Problem: MSMEs face several conservative challenges, such as financing constraints. This opportunity can be the primary concern of how working capital financing and investment financing in the MSME sector benefit Islamic Commercial Banks.Purpose/Objective Study: This study examines the impact of working capital and investment financing in the MSME sector on Islamic Commercial Banks' profitability in Indonesia.Design/Methodology/Approach: The quantitative research method uses the EViews 10 application. The data used in this study is data on Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia from June 2014 - February 2023. Observations were made on 105 time series data observations.Findings: Working capital financing in the MSME sector does not significantly impact the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia. However, investment financing for the MSME sector has a positive and significant impact on the profitability of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia at a significance level of 1%. Thus, the more investment financing provided to the MSME sector, the higher the profitability level of Islamic Commercial Banks. Therefore, Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia should be more focused on providing investment financing to the MSME sector to increase the profitability and growth of Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia.Paper Type: Research Article

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pegawai BPS Maluku di Ambon. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode survey, data primer yang digunakan berasal dari jawaban yang diberikan oleh responden atas kuisioner yang dibagikan. Metode analisis yang digunakan merupakan metode kuantitatif, sedangkan teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu teknik analisis berganda. Variabel beban kerja dikaji menggunakan 8 indikator dan variable kinerja menggunakan 6 indikator. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa beban kerja yang diberikan kepada pegawai berpengaruh secara signifikan dengan kinerja pegawai pada organisasi. Penelitian ini sejalan dengan penelitan-penelitain terdahulu yang menyatakan bahwa beban kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kata Kunci: Beban Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to analyze the relationship between supply chain management and food security. The method used in this research is a concept-based literature study. Relevant documents have been collected and analyzed to find findings related to this topic. The results of the research showed that supply chain management plays an important role in supporting food security, especially in terms of planning, organizing, controlling, monitoring and delivering food products. Supply chain management can also contribute to increasing productivity and quality of food products, optimizing food product distribution and ensuring food product availability in the market. In addition, supply chain management also helps to reduce total costs and increase operational efficiency.Keyword: Food Security, Management, Supply Chain. ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keterkaitan manajemen supply chain dan ketahanan pangan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi pustaka yang berbasis konseptual. Dokumen yang relevan telah dikumpulkan dan dianalisis untuk mencari temuan yang berkaitan dengan topik ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen supply chain berperan penting dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan, terutama dalam hal perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pengendalian, pengawasan dan pengiriman produk pangan. Manajemen supply chain juga dapat berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan produktivitas dan kualitas produk pangan, serta mengoptimalkan distribusi produk pangan dan memastikan ketersediaan produk pangan di pasar. Di samping itu, manajemen supply chain juga membantu dalam mengurangi biaya total, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to explore the impact of price setting on food security in an economy. The study employs a theoretical approach by analyzing the relevant literature on the issue. The findings suggest that the right price can ensure that food production can meet market demands and reduce the gap between availability and demand. On the other hand, high prices can lead to reduced food production, decreased availability, and increased prices paid by consumers.Keyword: Price, Economy, Food Security ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh penetapan harga terhadap ketahanan pangan dalam suatu perekonomian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kajian teoritis dengan menganalisis literatur yang relevan dengan masalah ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga yang tepat dapat memastikan bahwa produksi pangan dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pasar dan mengurangi kesenjangan antara ketersediaan dan permintaan. Di sisi lain, harga yang tinggi dapat menyebabkan penurunan produksi pangan, mengurangi ketersediaan, dan meningkatkan harga yang harus dibayar konsumen.Kata Kunci: Harga, Ekonomi, Ketahanan Pangan

Abstract

AbstractThis study examines how ethical and social responsibility factors influence investment decision-making among Islamic finance investors. Utilizing a qualitative approach, an analysis of investors' perceptions and preferences regarding investment is conducted, connecting them with the principles of Islamic finance. The results of in-depth interviews with a diverse group of investors reveal that the principles of Islamic finance serve as a strong ethical guide in investment decision-making. Moreover, it is found that ethical and social responsibility values are increasingly playing a significant role in guiding the selection of investment instruments. The importance of ethics in Islamic finance investment is reflected in investors' emphasis on the principles of Islamic finance that prohibit usury, ambiguity, and gambling. However, the findings also uncover that investors are increasingly considering the social impact of their investments. Social responsibility is deemed a determinant factor in decision-making, with preferences tending to shift towards investment instruments that provide positive benefits to society and the environment.Keywords: Financial Investment, Islamic Finance, Consumer Behavior, Social, Ethics. AbstrakPenelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana faktor etika dan tanggung jawab sosial mempengaruhi pengambilan keputusan investasi di kalangan investor keuangan syariah. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, analisis mengenai persepsi dan preferensi investasi para investor dilakukan, serta menghubungkannya dengan prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah. Hasil wawancara mendalam dengan beragam investor mengungkapkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah menjadi panduan etika yang kuat dalam pengambilan keputusan investasi. Selain itu, ditemukan nilai-nilai etika dan tanggung jawab sosial semakin memainkan peran yang signifikan dalam memandu pemilihan instrumen investasi. Pentingnya etika dalam investasi keuangan syariah tercermin dalam penekanan investor terhadap prinsip-prinsip keuangan syariah yang melarang riba, gharar, dan maisir. Namun, temuan juga mengungkapkan bahwa investor semakin mempertimbangkan dampak sosial dari investasi mereka. Tanggung jawab sosial dianggap sebagai faktor penentu dalam pengambilan keputusan, dengan preferensi yang cenderung beralih ke instrumen investasi yang memberikan manfaat positif bagi masyarakat dan lingkungan.Kata Kunci: Investasi Keuangan, keuangan Syariah, Perilaku Konsumen, Sosial, Etika.

Abstract

This research aims to explore how Generation Z responds to green accounting practices and its impact on brand image, as well as to formulate appropriate marketing strategies based on these findings. The research method employed is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, and data analysis was conducted using a thematic approach to identify thematic patterns emerging from interviews and observations. The results of the study indicate that Generation Z responds positively to green accounting practices, considering it a key differentiator in brand selection. The implementation of green accounting has a positive impact on brand image, with respondents perceiving companies adopting green accounting practices as pioneers and leaders in conducting business responsibly. Subsequently, based on the research findings, formulating marketing strategies that consider sustainability values becomes crucial in meeting the preferences and expectations of Generation Z.

Abstract

This study aimed to gain a deeper understanding of the impact of visual language on building and sustaining a strong brand in the mini-market industry. Qualitative research has shown that visual language can have a powerful impact on consumer behavior and purchasing decisions. For example, the choice of colors, images, and symbols can evoke specific emotions and associations, influencing how consumers perceive and interact with the brand. This, in turn can impact brand loyalty, as consumers are more likely to return to brands that they perceive as being trustworthy and consistent. The use of visual language in branding is particularly important for mini markets, as these businesses compete in a crowded and highly competitive industry. By using visual language to create a strong brand image and establish brand associations, mini-markets can differentiate themselves from competitors, build a loyal customer base, and establish a strong reputation in the marketplace.

Abstract

The Sharia Business Plan competition aims to enhance students' competence in the field of Islamic economics. Students are encouraged to develop business ideas based on Sharia principles that are relevant to market needs. The event will be held from June 15-20, 2024, at IAIN Ambon, consisting of several stages, including participant registration, a national seminar, desk evaluation, and business idea presentations in the semifinals and finals. The results of the event showed high enthusiasm and quality from the participants. The top three teams advanced to the finals with innovative and practical business ideas. The winning team was able to present a strong, relevant business concept with real implementation potential. Overall, the event successfully strengthened students' understanding of Islamic economics and prepared them to actively engage in the development of Islamic economics in the future.
