Abstract

This study addresses the urgent need to understand factors influencing QRIS payment reuse among MSME customers in Indonesia's digital economy. The research aims to examine how perceived convenience, perceived usefulness, and satisfaction affect reuse intentions through a comprehensive theoretical framework. Using quantitative methodology with questionnaire data from 96 MSME customers at Tangerang City Mall, collected via accidental sampling and analyzed through PLS-SEM with SmartPLS software, this study reveals significant relationships between perceived convenience and satisfaction, perceived usefulness and satisfaction, and satisfaction and reuse interest. Novel findings demonstrate that while direct effects of perceived factors on reuse interest are insignificant, both perceived convenience and usefulness significantly influence satisfaction, which subsequently drives reuse intentions. This research contributes to payment technology adoption literature by validating mediation effects in emerging market contexts. However, limitations include the single-location sampling approach and cross-sectional design, suggesting future research should employ multi-location studies and longitudinal designs to enhance generalizability and capture dynamic behavioral patterns in digital payment adoption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan investasi, risiko investasi dan modal minim secara parsial terhadap minat mahasiswa berinvestasi melalui GIS. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode survey, dimana data diambil menggunakan kuisioner yang disebarkan pada mahasiswa Jurusan Manajemen Keuangan Syariah Angkatan 2018 dengan metode purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial pengetahuan investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi, hasil risiko investasi berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi dan modal minim tidak berpengaruh positif terhadap minat investasi. Secara simultan, variabel pengetahuan investasi, risiko investasi dan modal minim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat investasi. Hasil perhitungan koefisien determinasi menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan investasi, risiko investasi dan modal minim terhadap minat berinvestasi memberikan pengaruh sebesar 40% dan sisanya sebesar 60% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain diluar penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of cooking oil prices on the income of sellers in the Mayang Mangurai Village, Jambi City. The method used in this research is a quantitative method with data collection through observation, questionnaires, interviews and documentation. The types of data used in this study are secondary and primary data. The number of samples in this study were 39 fried food sellers in the Mayang Mangurai Village, Jambi City. Data analysis using simple linear regression. From the research results obtained the regression equation as follows. Y = 37,457 – 0,877X means that the oil price variable has a positive and significant effect on the seller's income variable. This was also tested using the t test which can be seen from the t count 8,539 > t table 2.026 and a significance of 0.000 <0.05, which means that oil price X has a significant influence on the income of seller Y in the Mayang Mangurai Village, Jambi City. For the R2 determination test, the data processing results showed that the R2 value was 0,663, which means that the influence of the oil price variable and the seller's income variable was 63,3% and the remaining 37,7% was influenced by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

This thesis is entitled "Implementation of Islamic Business Ethics in the Zifa Clothing Shop in Tarik Village, Kumpeh Ulu sub-district". Islamic business ethics are the pros and cons of running a business in accordance with Islamic values. The problems in this research are (1) how is Islamic business ethics implemented in the clothing Zifa? (2) what are the inhibiting and supporting factors in implementing Islamic business? This research aims to find out how Islamic business ethics are implemented and what factors hinder and support Islamic business ethics in the Zifa Shop in Tarikan Village. The research method used is a qualitative method using primary data, then the data collection tools used are interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis is descriptive qualitative by means of data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. This research analyzes the anoraga theory, namely the principles of Islamic business ethics, namely honesty, accuracy, loyalty and discipline. It's just that from the four principles of Islamic business ethics there are obstacles to implementing the principle of accuracy in delivering products to consumers of the Zifa Clothing Shop in Tarikan Village.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Tingkat Kepercayaan Muzakki Membayar Zakat Fitrah Melalui Lembaga Pengelola Zakat (Studi Kasus Di Desa Tanah Garo Kec. Muara Tabir, Kab. Tebo, Prov. Jambi). Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menjelaskan tata cara pembayaran zakat fitrah pada masyarakat Desa Tanah Garo Kec. Muara Tabir, Kab. Tebo, Prov. Jambi. 2) Untuk menjelaskan tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat Desa Tanah Garo terhadap lembaga pengelola zakat dalam mengelola zakat fitrah. 3) Untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat membayar zakat fitrah melalui Lembaga Pengelola Zakat. Metodelogi penelitian yang digunakan oleh peneliti adalah dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah obsevasi wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: 1) Dalam proses pengelolaan zakat fitrah di Desa Tanah Garo, pengelola zakat fitrah menerima zakat fitrah dari masyarakat, lalu pengelola zakat fitrah mengelola zakat fitrah tersebut, setelah itu melakukan mengalokasikan hasil pengelolaan zakat fitrah untuk 8 asnaf yang berhak menerima zakat fitrah. Setelah tahap penerimaan zakat fitrah terakomodasi, maka tahap selanjutnya adalah tahap pengelolaan dan pengalokasian zakat fitrah yang disalurkan secara langsung pada 5 asnaf yang ada di Desa Tanah Garo yang diterima dan disalurkan pada akhir Ramadhan. 2) Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakt Desa Tanah Garo terhadap lembaga amil zakat di Desa Tanah Garo cukup tinggi. Tingkat kepercayaan masyarakat tersebut diukur dari 4 aspek kepercayaan yaitu, 1) Kinerja sesuai dengan harapan. 2) Kepercayaan telah mengerjakan sesuai dengan standar. 3) Kepercayaan bahwa pelayanannya konsisten. 4) Kepercayaan lembaga bertahan lama. 3) Ada 3 faktor yang mempengaruhi kepercayaan muzakki di Desa Tanah Garo untuk menyalurkan zakat fitrah melalui amil zakat yaitu faktor kemampuan, kebaikan hati dan integritas. 1) Faktor kemampuan atau ability dari lembaga amil zakat berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat untuk membayar zakat melalui amil zakat di Desa Tanah Garo yang diukur dari 4 aspek kemampuan yaitu, kompetensi, pengalaman, pengesahan institusional, dan kemampuan dalam ilmu pengetahuan. 2) Faktor kebaikan hati atau Benevolence dari lembaga amil zakat berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat untuk membayar zakat melalui amil zakat di Desa Tanah Garo yang diukur dari 4 aspek kebaikan hati yaitu, perhatian, empati, keyakinan dan daya terima. 3) Faktor integritas dari lembaga amil zakat berpengaruh terhadap kepercayaan masyarakat untuk membayar zakat melalui amil zakat di Desa Tanah Garo yang diukur dari 4 aspek integritas yaitu, kewajaran (fairness), pemenuhan (fulfillment), keterus-terangan (honestly), dan kehandalan (reliability). Abstract

Pertanian merupakan kegiatan manusia dengan tujuan menggunakan sumber daya hayati untuk menghasilkan makanan, bahan baku industri atau sumber energi dan untuk mengelola lingkungan. Penelitian ini mengetahui apakah biaya produksi dan pendapatan berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap perilaku konsumsi petani kelapa di Desa Sungai Tawar Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode dan jenis penelitian kuantitatif karena penelitian kuantitatif adalah penelitian ilmiah yang sistematis terhadap bagian-bagian dan fenomena serta hubungan-hubungannya. Penelitian ini akan dilakukan di Desa Sungai Tawar Kecamatan Mendahara Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur. Metode pengumpulan data yakni data primer yang datanya diperoleh langsung dari responden melalui wawancara dan penyebarab kuisioner. Hasil penelitian yang menunjukkan biaya produksi dan pendapatan baik secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku konsumsi petani kelapa di Desa Sungai Tawar Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur.

Abstract

This research is entitled Factors Influencing Public Interest in Performing Umrah Worship During the Covid-19 Pandemic (Case Study of Hajj and Umrah Travel at PT. Ameera Mecca, Batang Hari Regency). The aims of this study are: 1) To find out the factors that influence the community's interest in organizing the Umrah pilgrimage at PT. Ameera Mecca during the pandemic. 2) To determine the influence of these factors partially and simultaneously on public interest in organizing the Umrah pilgrimage at PT. Ameera Mecca during the pandemic. 3) To find out what factors have the most dominant influence on people's interest in organizing the Umrah pilgrimage at PT. Ameera Mecca during the pandemic. The research method used by researchers is a quantitative approach. The results of this study are: 1) From the results of the regression test it was found that partially the product had a significant effect on public interest in performing Umrah during the Covid 19 period at Ameera Tour and Travel Batanghari. 2) From the results of the regression test it was found that partially the service had a significant effect on community interest in performing the Umrah pilgrimage during the Covid 19 period at Ameera Tour and Travel Batanghari. 3) From the results of the regression test it was found that partially Promotion had no significant effect on Community Interest in performing the Umrah pilgrimage during the Covid 19 period at Ameera Tour and Travel Batanghari. 4) From the results of the regression test it was found that partially the price did not have a significant effect on public interest in performing the Umrah pilgrimage during the Covid 19 period at Ameera Tour and Travel Batanghari. 5) Simultaneously, Products, Services, Promotions and Prices have a significant effect on Community Interest in performing the Umrah pilgrimage during the Covid 19 period at Ameera Tour and Travel Batanghari.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the feasibility of using blended coal as fuel for steam power plants (PLTU) by examining the quality of MT-47 coal from PT Bukit Asam through proximate analysis and statistical trend analysis. High-calorie coal (A) and low-calorie coal (B) were blended at ratios of 30:70, 40:60, 50:50, and 60:40, and then tested in the laboratory to determine the intrinsic moisture (IM), ash content, volatile matter (VM), and fixed carbon (FC) content. The test results showed that the IM value ranged from 24.78–27.93%, ash from 4.52–5.79%, VM from 36.05–39.21%, and FC from 30.22–31.50% (adb). Regarding the quality of MT-47, only the ash parameters at the 30:70 and 40:60 ratios meet the standard limits, while the IM, VM, and FC at all ratios do not comply with the MT-47 specifications. Linear regression analysis and Pearson correlation coefficients show a very strong linear relationship between the blending ratio and all proximate parameters, with high correlation values (|r| > 0.95) and coefficients of determination above 95%, thus indicating a consistent trend of quality changes due to variations in the blending ratio. Overall, the 30:70 ratio is the composition closest to the quality of MT-47, although this coal mixture still requires further quality improvement processes to be suitable for direct use as PLTU fuel.

Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi telah membuat akses terhadap internetmenjadi semakin mudah, yang menimbulkan berbagai dampak bagi masyarakat.Salah satu dampak negatif yang mengemuka adalah maraknya praktik judi onlineyang menjangkau berbagai lapisan usia, termasuk kalangan mahasiswa di Indonesia,sebagai konsekuensi dari kemajuan teknologi dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat.Judi online memberikan pengaruh negatif terhadap pola pikir, karena dapatmenurunkan tingkat produktivitas individu. Perancangan desain karakter bertujuanuntuk menyebarkan tentang bahayanya judi online di kalangan mahasiswa. Metodeyang digunakan adalah wawancara dengan mengajukan pertanyaan secara garisbesar yang jawabannya akan dikembangkan disertai dengan pengamatan langsungkepada narasumber judi online. Ditambah dengan studi dokumen terhadap ciri fisiksuku sunda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa emosi narasumber menjadi tidakstabil dibarengi perubahan sikap dan pola pikir serta hilangnya fokus selama bermainjudi online. Hal ini menunjukkan kecanduan judi online dapat mengganggu kondisikejiwaan pemainnya dalam menjalani aktivitas sehari-hari. Data yang didapatmenunjukkan tingginya angka pemain judi online terutama di kalangan pelajar danmahasiswa, data yang sudah didapat kemudian diolah yang kemudian disesuaikandengan kebutuhan animasi sehingga menjadi acuan dalam mendesain karakter.Kata kunci: Judi online, Mahasiswa, Dampak Negatif, Desain Karakter

Abstract

The quality of halal products and promotional strategies based on Islamic principles are crucial factors in enhancing consumer appeal and increasing sales volume, particularly in industries targeting markets sensitive to product halalness. However, limited attention has been given to the influence of these factors within the local industrial sector. This study aims to analyze the effects of halal product quality and Islamic promotional strategies on sales volume at the Sentra Industri Dodol Tunas Mandiri, Rimbo Bujang District. A quantitative approach was employed by distributing questionnaires to 198 respondents selected through probability sampling, based on Krejcie and Morgan’s formula from a population of 406 individuals. Data were analyzed using SEM-PLS 4.0. The results indicate that halal product quality has a positive and significant effect on sales volume by strengthening product image and credibility. Furthermore, Islamic promotional strategies also exert a positive and significant influence on sales volume, as they attract consumers who emphasize halal aspects. These findings suggest that improving halal product quality and optimizing Islamic promotional strategies represent strategic measures for producers to sustainably increase sales volume.
