Abstract

AbstractThis study aims to determine the impact implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) program PT. Kuansing Inti Makmur (PT KIM) towards the development of communities around the tambanag area and impact of the program. The company's mission is to build sustainable growth through high standards of occupational safety, development of good community programs and robust environmental management. Corporate social responsibility has become one of the most important issues facing the mining industry. Every mining activity is required to develop and empower the communities surrounding the mining area. This is stated in Permen ESDM No 41 of 2016. Techniques in determining informants are taken by purposive sampling, the community development program consists of four areas: education, health, economics and infrastructure. Data processing research using descriptive qualitative analysis. Based on the results of research can be concluded that the impact implementation of CSR programs on community development in the education is felt by the community is enough to help with the percentage of 60%, the health field is felt by the public is enough to help with the percentage of 60%, the perceived the community's economy has less impact on economic improvement with 51% percentage, infrastructure perceived the community is very helpful with 80% percentage. Keywords: Implementation, Impact of CSR Implementation Abstrak (Indonesian)Tujuan dari penelitian ini  untuk mengetahui dampak implementasi program corporate social responsibility (CSR) pengembangan masyarakat PT. Kuansing Inti Makmur (PT. KIM) terhadap masyarakat sekitar wilayah tambang dan dampak dari program tersebut terhadap masyarakat. Misi PT. KIM bertujuan membangun pertumbuhan berkesinambungan melalui standar keselamatan kerja yang tinggi, pengembangan program kemasyarakatan yang baik dan pengelolaan lingkungan hidup yang tangguh. Tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan   telah menjadi salah satu isu yang  paling penting yang dihadapi industri pertambangan. Setiap kegiatan pertambangan diwajibkan melakukan program pengembangan dan pemberdayaan terhadap masyarakat sekitar wilayah tambang yang telah diatur dalam Permen ESDM No 41 Tahun 2016. Metoda yang digunakan dalam pengambilan  informan yaitu secara purposive sampling, program pengembangan masyarakat terdiri dari empat bidang yaitu bidang pendidikan, kesehatan, ekonomi dan infrastruktur. Pengolahan data penelitian menggunakan analisis deskritif kualitatif. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan dampak implementasi program CSR pengembangan masyarakat dalam bidang pendidikan dirasakan masyarakat  cukup membantu dengan persentase 60%, bidang kesehatan  dirasakan masyarakat cukup membantu dengan persentase 60%, bidang ekonomi dirasakan masyarakat kurang berdampak terhadap peningkatan ekonomi dengan persentase 51%, bidang infrastruktur dirasakan masyarakat sangat membantu dengan persentase  80%.  Kata Kunci: Implementasi program pengembangan, Dampak Implementasi Program CSR

Abstract

There are potentials and problems that occur in Langonsari Village, namely patchwork waste originating from the UMKM industry and waste can be used as potential, one of which is as a learning media material. With the problem of waste, elementary school students must be able to recognize and have a caring attitude towards the environment which is often called ecoliteracy and the development and training of learning media must continue to be carried out both for teachers and the community. One example of learning media is DORI (Ludo Surili) which is adapted from Ludo but has a different size. The research subjects consisted of training for partners and development for 16 elementary school students who were divided into 4 groups. Data collection techniques are observation, questionnaire, pre-test and post-test. The learning media development techniques consist of: (1) the planning phase, (2) the preparation phase, (3) the implementation phase and (4) the evaluation phase. The results of the study on the effectiveness of learning media showed that with a percentage of 97.463 in the very good category, while the results of the pre-test and post-test showed that the average value had increased, both individually or as a whole, the increase showed that the pre-test was at number 42, 7 and on the post-test at 68.2 so that students are able to understand the material given with DORI learning media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically the effect of liquidity, profitability, asset structure, corporate activity, and non-debt tax shield againts capital structure.The objects studied were companies in the textile and garment sub-sector and listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2012 to 2020. The sample selection technique used purposive sampling so that there were 6 companies and 54 samples that matched the criteria as samples. Then the data were analyzed using descriptive statistic and panel regression with FEM model. The results of this study are non-debt tax shield has a positive effect and corporate activity has an negative effect on capital structure. This because a company can use other non-debt investment which is more profitable to increase the value of firm, and company with good activity can afford their needs with sales and other investment activity and not depends on debt. Meanwhile liquidity, profitability, and assets structure don’t have an effect to capital structure.

Abstract

AbstrakDigitalisasi merupakan hal yang saat ini gencar dilakukan dalam segala aspek, baik di lingkungan pemerintahan, swasta, Pendidikan dan juga ekonomi. Aktivitas perekonomi tidak lagi menggunakan cara-cara tradisional dalam transaksi perdagangan barang dan jasa dimana penjual dan pembeli bertemu langsung pada sebuah pasar. Digitalisasi dalam dunia perdagangan justru semakin massif dilakukan ditengah terpuruknya perekonomian tradisional berupa penjualan barang dan jasa melalui promosi dan pemasaran langsung. Demikian juga halnya dengan Badan Usaha Milik Desa agar dapat bertahan ditengah pandemic dan dapat bersaing dengan jenis usaha lain, digitalisasi badan usaha milik desa juga mendesak untuk dilakukan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pengelola BUMDES dalam memasarkan produk Bumdes secara digital melalui market place. Kegiatan diikuti oleh perwakilan dua orang pengurus Bumdes yang diundang berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara awal dimana Bumdes tersebut memiliki kendala dalam hal pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan. Narasumber pelatihan merupakan akademisi Untirta dalam bidang manajemen keuangan daerah, komunikasi digital dan praktisi/penjual melalui market place. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, Bumdes di Kabupaten Serang dapat langsung menerapkan dan memasarkan produk Bumdes melalui market place.Katakunci: digitalisasi, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMD), market place.  AbstractDigitalization is something that is currently being intensively carried out in all aspects, both in the government, private sector, education, and also the economy. Economic activity no longer uses traditional ways of trading goods and services where sellers and buyers meet directly in a market. Digitalization in the world of trade is increasingly massive amid the decline of the traditional economy in the form of selling goods and services through promotion and direct marketing. Likewise, Village-Owned Enterprises to survive during a pandemic and be able to compete with other types of businesses, the digitalization of village-owned enterprises is also urgent to be carried out. This activity aims to provide training to BUMDES managers in marketing village own company (Bumdes) products digitally through the marketplace. The activity was attended by representatives of two Bumdes administrators who were invited based on the results of observations and initial interviews where the Bumdes had problems in terms of marketing the products produced. The training resource persons are Untirta academics in the field of regional financial management, digital communication, and practitioners/sellers through the marketplace. After participating in the training, Bumdes in Serang Regency can immediately implement and market Bumdes products through the marketplace. Keywords: digitalization, village own company (BUMD), market place.

Abstract

Fenomena kebahasaan yang berada di dalam masyarakat dapat ditelaah melalui secara langsung maupun tidak langsung. Pengamatan bahasa secara langsung diamati langsung ke dalam kehidupan sehari-hari masyarakat, sedangkan pengamatan bahasa secara tak langsung, dapat dilakukan melalui media film pendek sebagai salah satu media audiovisual yang menyajikan tayangan-tayangan yang relatif padat penyampaian informasi dan edukasinya. Salah satu film pendek yang dapat diamati dari segi ilmu Bahasa adalah film pendek yang berjudul “KAI – Film Pendek “Pulang”” yang menyajikan fenomena kedwibahasaan berupa alih kode dan campur kode. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mendeskripsikan fenomena alih kode dan campur kode di dalam film pendek yang berjudul “KAI-Film Pendek “Pulang” karya Galih Firdaus. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode analisis isi. Objek penelitian ini berupa film pendek “KAI-Film Pendek “Pulang”” yang diunggah oleh kanal Youtube Kereta Api Kita. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan simpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ditemukan dua kategori yakni: 1) dominan alih kode internal bahasa Jawa dan bahasa Indonesia dan; 2) dominan campur kode berupa sisipan kata seperti “tho, lho, dan sebagainya” dan frasa seperti “yo wes”.Kata kunci: Sosiolinguistik, film pendek

Abstract

In this modern era, the continuous progression of music has had a critical effect on the rise of different sorts of songs. Music has become an integral part of society, serving as a loyal companion in various moments of life. The connection between humans and music has become undeniable. Music is not just a tool for entertainment, but also a powerful means of communication, allowing individuals to express themselves. From expressing feelings to conveying ideas and opinions, music serves as a vessel capable of depicting various aspects of human life. In this context, this research aims to analyze how the lyrics of the song "Membasuh" function as a medium of expression, by interpreting the lyrics and uncovering the hidden meanings within the song "Membasuh". The researcher employs a literature review research method. The findings of this analysis indicate that songs can be an effective medium for conveying self-expression, as reflected in the information available in online media related to the song "Membasuh", as well as from the songwriter who personally pours his life philosophy through the work to those around him.

Abstract

The use of collaborative robots (cobots) in the manufacturing industry aims to enhance productivity, address the shortage of skilled labor, and improve job satisfaction. The "Collaborative APAC-Cobot Expo 2021" event, organized by Universal Robots, serves as a response to the challenges faced by businesses regarding an aging workforce and labor shortages. The cobot market is projected to continue growing worldwide, including in the Asia Pacific region and Indonesia. The adoption of robotic technology provides significant benefits to the Indonesian industry, particularly in realizing the vision of Industry 4.0. A case study on the implementation of cobots in Yokota Corporation is also presented as an example of successful cobot integration, leading to increased production without requiring additional human resources. Collaborative automation, as a future business strategy post-Covid-19 pandemic, combines the strengths of humans and robots, leading to improved job satisfaction and career advancement. Universal Robots addresses supply chain challenges and labor shortages in the industry through the implementation of collaborative automation. Successful implementation of collaborative automation has been observed in the Asia Pacific region, and this article highlights the opportunities offered by this automation trend. The development of collaborative robots (cobots) as an alternative automation solution within the context of Industry 4.0 in Indonesia is crucial. The Indonesian government's "Making Indonesia 4.0" roadmap recognizes automation as a significant step towards Industry 4.0. Cobots are considered a necessary technology for the development of Industry 4.0 in Indonesia. The advancement of robotic automation in the manufacturing industry in Indonesia is essential for maintaining competitiveness and efficiency in challenging economic conditions. This article highlights Universal Robots, a leading collaborative robot technology company, offering cobots to enhance productivity in the manufacturing sector. The potential benefits of utilizing cobots in improving efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing industry are also discussed.

Abstract

Sharia marketing strategy is a plan or planning of entrepreneurs and companies which is the implementation of the concept of determining prices, targets, and procedures for promotion and expansion of ideas, goods and services for exchange that meets customer needs. This study aims to find out the buying interest and consumer interest in Jambi batik. This research is a qualitative research, because this research instrument uses interviews to get data, The population in this study is consumers who buy Jambi batik products or batik at Ardiah stores. A sample of 73 people was determined, with interview techniques. The results of the study found that: Sharia marketing strategy significantly had a positive effect on buying interest with a value above 0.477 meaning that 47.7/% of Jambi batik marketing could explain its influence on Jambi batik buying interest, while 52.3% was explained by other factors.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze management in the utilization of funds from the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room in the RT. 07 Mayang Mangurai Village. Research was conducted to understand how these funds are managed and used to support religious and social activities in the environment. The method used is a case study with a qualitative approach through in-depth interviews and direct observation of the fund management process. The research results show that the management of the funds of the Jauharul Wathan Prayer Room is influenced by factors such as transparency, accountability and community participation in decision making. The implication of this research is the importance of improving fund governance to ensure better efficiency and effectiveness in the use of funds.

Abstract

In the current digital era, communication has become an integral element in daily life, with significant impacts on individual psychology. This research aims to examine the impact of communication on individual psychology, particularly in the context of information technology and social media. The research method employed is a literature analysis involving a study of various articles, books, and scholarly journals related to the topic. The analysis results indicate that communication through information technology and social media has a complex influence on individual psychology. It is found that the use of social media can affect self-esteem, self-image, anxiety, and emotional well-being. Additionally, there are also negative impacts such as addiction, depression, and sleep disturbances associated with intensive communication patterns via social media. However, the research also highlights the positive potential of digital communication in facilitating social support, expanding social networks, and enhancing individual psychological well-being.
