AbstrakDigitalisasi merupakan hal yang saat ini gencar dilakukan dalam segala aspek, baik di lingkungan pemerintahan, swasta, Pendidikan dan juga ekonomi. Aktivitas perekonomi tidak lagi menggunakan cara-cara tradisional dalam transaksi perdagangan barang dan jasa dimana penjual dan pembeli bertemu langsung pada sebuah pasar. Digitalisasi dalam dunia perdagangan justru semakin massif dilakukan ditengah terpuruknya perekonomian tradisional berupa penjualan barang dan jasa melalui promosi dan pemasaran langsung. Demikian juga halnya dengan Badan Usaha Milik Desa agar dapat bertahan ditengah pandemic dan dapat bersaing dengan jenis usaha lain, digitalisasi badan usaha milik desa juga mendesak untuk dilakukan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada pengelola BUMDES dalam memasarkan produk Bumdes secara digital melalui market place. Kegiatan diikuti oleh perwakilan dua orang pengurus Bumdes yang diundang berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara awal dimana Bumdes tersebut memiliki kendala dalam hal pemasaran produk yang dihasilkan. Narasumber pelatihan merupakan akademisi Untirta dalam bidang manajemen keuangan daerah, komunikasi digital dan praktisi/penjual melalui market place. Setelah mengikuti pelatihan, Bumdes di Kabupaten Serang dapat langsung menerapkan dan memasarkan produk Bumdes melalui market place.Katakunci: digitalisasi, Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMD), market place. Economic activity no longer uses traditional ways of trading goods and services where sellers and buyers meet directly in a market. Digitalization in the world of trade is increasingly massive amid the decline of the traditional economy in the form of selling goods and services through promotion and direct marketing. Likewise, Village-Owned Enterprises to survive during a pandemic and be able to compete with other types of businesses, the digitalization of village-owned enterprises is also urgent to be carried out. This activity aims to provide training to BUMDES managers in marketing village own company (Bumdes) products digitally through the marketplace. The activity was attended by representatives of two Bumdes administrators who were invited based on the results of observations and initial interviews where the Bumdes had problems in terms of marketing the products produced. The training resource persons are Untirta academics in the field of regional financial management, digital communication, and practitioners/sellers through the marketplace. After participating in the training, Bumdes in Serang Regency can immediately implement and market Bumdes products through the marketplace.
