Abstract

This article highlight the patterns of tolerance behavior among religious communities in Ngablak village, Cluwak sub-district, Pati district which is depicted in the practice of individual, social, and human life. Individual awareness in a multi-religious and cultural society is the basic capital in constructing human attitudes and behavior. This article aims to determine the characteristics and basis of society in practicing religious tolerance which is manifested in the form of human attitudes and behavior, so that tolerance arises regardless of the background of religion. This article is a field study (field research) with a qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection are by observation, interview, and documentation. Interview was conducted by religious and community leaders in Ngablak village with historical hermeneutic analysis model from Gadamer. The results illustrate that the basic capital of society in building religious tolerance is based on the basis of communal (social) awareness, religious awareness and humanitarian awareness. Religious tolerance cannot be assessed only from the aspect of religion, but history and human values ​​are the supporters in shaping tolerant behavior.

Abstract

Permasalahan mekanisme pemberhentian dengan tidak hormat seorang Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah telah diberhentikan oleh Menteri Kemenkumham? akibat hukumnya jika Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah tetap melaksanakan tugas dan fungsinya sebagai Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah sementara dia telah diberhentikan secara tidak hormat sebagai notaris?. Tipe penelitian ini yuridis normatif dengan menggunakan metode pendekatan perundang-undangan, pendekatan kasus dan pendekatan konseptual, dengan menggunakan teori hak milik atas tanah dan teori peralihan hak atas tanah. Hasil penelitian Mekanisme pemberhentian tidak hormat seorang pejabat pembuat akta tanah telah diberhentikan oleh notari yaitu dengan mengacu kepada Peraturan Menteri ATR/Ka BPN Nomor 2 tahun 2018 pada pasal 52, serta Berdasarkan ketentuan PJPPAT dan Kode Etik PPAT, Kode etik yang dimaksudkan berdasarkan Keputusan Menteri Agraria dan Tata Ruang/Kepala Badan Pertanahan Nasional RI Nomor 112/KEP-4.1/IV/2017 tentang Pengesahan Kode Etik Ikatan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah PPAT (Kode Etik) pasal 9 dan Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 37 Tahun 1998 tentang Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah. Akibatan dari hukuman penjara tersebut jabatan PPAT yang disandangnya tidak dalam keadaan boleh menjalankan tugas sebagi PPAT. Jabatan PPAT yang disandangnya dianggap tidak cakap ataupun tidak berwenang untuk menjalankan jugas sebagai PPAT membuat akta. Dalam hal ini untuk menjunjung tinggi harkat dan martabat kedua jabatan tersebut dan organisasi jabatan, apabila notaris yang dipidana menjalankan tugas sebagai PPAT dapat menimbulkan kesan yang tidak baik bagi profesinya di hadapan masyarakat. Keadaan tidak cakap untuk membuat akta adalah sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku

Abstract

The Merdeka Curriculum introduced by the Ministry of Education and Culture of the Republic of Indonesia is an effort to prepare university graduates who are ready to face the challenges of the 21st century. 21st century skills such as critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and communication are the keys to success in this increasingly complex era. Universities need to develop learning strategies and innovations that can encourage the development of students' 21st century skills. This paper aims to examine how universities can develop students' 21st century skills in the context of the Merdeka Curriculum. The method used is a literature study by analysing various sources related to the Merdeka Curriculum and 21st century skills. The results show that universities need to change the learning paradigm, design a competency-based curriculum, adopt an active learning model, and create a learning environment that supports the development of 21st century skills. In addition, collaboration between universities, industry, and the community is also needed to ensure the suitability of graduate competencies with needs.

Abstract

The crucial problem that must be overcome at SDN 01 Sungai Liat Bangka is the low memorization ability of grade VI students on Fiqh material. This study aims to examine this method's effectiveness in overcoming the low memorization ability of grade VI students on Fiqh material. The research method used is a quantitative experiment type with only one group pre and post-design. This study showed an increase in memorization ability by 29 points and a Wilcoxon test result value of 0.001. Based on this, a conclusion can be drawn that the method is very effective and can overcome the low memorization ability of Fiqh material for grade VI students at SDN 01 Sungai Liat Bangka.

Abstract

This research investigated the impact of Kahoot on students' participation and reading ability in ELT classrooms. Conventional teaching methods were found to be ineffective, leading to low student engagement and poor reading scores. By incorporating Kahoot, the experimental group demonstrated significantly higher levels of participation and improved reading performance compared to the control group. These findings highlight the potential of Kahoot by applying a mixed-method type, quasi-experiment research design (quantitative research – t-test) and (qualitative research – observation and questionnaire). The results of the students’ participation in the control class were 2.33 with a low degree level. Whereas the results of students’ participation in the experimental class were 4.37 with a high degree level. Statistical test to determine whether there is an impact of using Kahoot on students’ participation and reading ability through an independent sample t-test using SPSS 25. As a result, Kahoot effectively enhances students' reading ability with a mean of  75.94. It means that the experimental class students' scores in reading ability are in a good category. The score of  Kahoot questionnaire in the experimental class with a mean of 4.61 with a high degree level. Kahoot is influential in improving students’ reading ability, hence it raises students’ grades.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has changed the learning landscape around the world, including in Indonesia. Online learning has become a solution to ensure the continuity of the teaching and learning process. However, online learning also faces various challenges, especially in increasing students' interest in learning, especially for English subjects in elementary school children. This community service aims to increase the interest in learning English in elementary school children in Kotaraja Village through the “Learning Corner” program. The methods used in this community service are training, mentoring, and evaluation. The results of this service show an increase in interest in learning English in elementary school students in Kotaraja Village after participating in the “Learning Corner” program. The conclusion of this service is that the “Learning Corner” program is effective in increasing the interest in learning English in elementary school children in Kotaraja Village.

Abstract

Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) are productive businesses owned by individuals or single business entities and qualify as micro-enterprises. SMEs are businesses that operate independently and have no direct or indirect links to medium or large-scale companies. This study aims to determine the role of SMEs in participating in building the Indonesian economy. The research method used is the Literature review research method which is carried out by searching, collecting, and analyzing data sources from various previously published scientific works. From the results of this study, SMEs in Indonesia play a very important role in the economy, functioning as job providers, supporters of local products, and significant contributors to GDP. As well as being a supporter of the stability of the Indonesian economy. SMEs also experienced development from 2020 - 2023. Where when Indonesia experienced the Covid-19 pandemic, the economy that occurred this year decreased drastically so that several SMEs suffered losses. But in 2021 the Indonesian economy began to experience a slow increase.

Abstract

This research aimed to explain the teacher's reflection and students' perception regarding the Use of Technology to Promote Students' Engagement in English Class at SMA Negeri 3 Demak in 2024/2025 Academic Year.  The design of this research is qualitative research. In collecting data, the researcher used questionnaires and interviews. The students filled out the questionnaire to fulfill the students' engagement about using technology in the English class, supported by the open question interview from the English teacher and students of SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The sample of this research is the eleventh grade with 32 students.  The research used random sampling to decide the research sample. This study's result revealed that technology can improve the student's engagement in English class. The findings indicate that when effectively implemented, technology enhances students' engagement by providing interactive and personalized learning experiences. Overall, the research highlights that the use of technology can transform educational practices and improve learning outcomes while emphasizing the importance of learning to ensure equitable access and benefits for all students. The findings and discussion showed that the use of technology makes students engaged, pay attention, interested, motivated, focus, have fun, actively participate, understand the material, interact with each other, enjoy, like, interact, develop their ability, improve communication skill, enhance, and enthusiasm

Abstract

Reservoir heterogeneity has long been recognized as a critical factor influencing the efficiency of enhanced oil recovery (EOR) methods. Among the techniques applied, cyclic waterflooding is considered one of the promising approaches due to its relatively simple operational design and potential to improve sweep efficiency. This method involves alternating water injection in specific cycles to mobilize trapped oil and redistribute reservoir pressure. However, the variation in geological properties such as porosity, permeability, and fluid saturation creates challenges in achieving uniform displacement, especially in reservoirs with high heterogeneity. Understanding the role of heterogeneity is therefore crucial for optimizing cyclic waterflooding applications. This study applies a literature review approach by synthesizing findings from previous experimental and field studies that evaluated cyclic waterflooding under different reservoir conditions. The analysis compares the performance of cyclic water injection periods across reservoirs characterized by varying levels of heterogeneity. Parameters such as injection rate, water breakthrough time, and oil recovery factor were considered in evaluating the effectiveness of this method. The results highlight that reservoirs with high heterogeneity often experience uneven fluid distribution, leading to early water breakthrough and reduced oil recovery. In contrast, reservoirs with relatively low heterogeneity tend to respond better to cyclic waterflooding, resulting in improved sweep efficiency and higher incremental recovery. Moreover, the optimization of cycle timing and water injection intervals appears to significantly mitigate the negative effects of heterogeneity. In conclusion, the study emphasizes that reservoir heterogeneity plays a decisive role in determining the success of cyclic waterflooding. Tailoring injection strategies based on geological variability is essential to maximize recovery efficiency. Future research should focus on integrating advanced reservoir characterization techniques with adaptive cyclic flooding models to further enhance oil production outcomes.

Abstract

The development of technology has affected the world of education in the content of the material and the learning process. At SMP Negeri 1 Besuki, it is known that technology-based learning media has never been developed during learning. The learning media that runs at SMP Negeri 1 Besuki is considered boring for students. This learning media is expected to help students to understand learning independently and improve the ability to understand informatics subjects.This research uses the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely: analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The ADDIE model provides an opportunity to evaluate development activities at each stage, this has a positive impact on the quality of development products. Based on the results of the feasibility test from the media expert of 83.63%, the results of the feasibility test on the material test amounted to 84.44% and student respondents amounted to 82%. If calculated the average is 83, 35%. Based on the criteria guidelines above this product is declared "Very Feasible". Mobile-based learning media using Construtc 3 in informatics subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Besuki can be utilized properly, introducing this learning media to teachers and other students. To Mr. / Mrs. Teacher in order to use and utilize mobile-based learning media using Construtc 3.
