Abstract

Penggunaan e-mail merupakan salah satu bentuk adaptasi teknologi yang digunakan untuk mengirim dan menerima surat secara elektronik serta berbagi file. Penggunaan e-mail memberikan efisiensi karena mengirim surat lebih mudah tanpa perlu memperhatikan waktu dan jarak. Setiap organisasi ataupun institusi pendidikan tinggi melakukan komunikasi dengan sivitas akademik terkhusus pada dosen maupun mahasiswa dengan memanfaatkan layanan e-mail. Penggunaan E-Mail private dianggap lebih baik dibandingkan dengan e-mail Publik. Mengirim dan menerima e-mail dengan private e-mail lebih cepat karena trafficnya cenderung sepi, hanya digunakan dalam lingkungan sendiri. Selain itu private e-mail aman serta bersifat privasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membangun mail server dengan memanfaatkan postfix dan roundcube sebagai webmailnya. Sistem operasi server yang digunakan adalah linux Debian 10. Penggunaan e-mail private digunakan untuk saling mengirim dan menerima pesan secara elektronik serta berbagi file.

Abstract

This study analyzes public sentiment regarding candidates in the 2024 DKI Jakarta Gubernatorial Election utilizing a Support Vector Machine (SVM) approach. Recognizing the pivotal role of social media, particularly Twitter, in shaping public opinion, the research addresses the challenges of processing large volumes of unstructured data. Through systematic data preprocessing and feature extraction, the SVM model was applied, achieving a sentiment classification accuracy of 70%. The analysis revealed a distribution of sentiments where 36.1% of comments were positive, 33.4% negative, and 30.5% neutral. These findings illustrate the complexities of public discourse surrounding key political events, highlighting the model's efficacy and the nuances of sentiment detection. Moreover, discussions on model limitations elucidate areas for enhancement, suggesting future avenues including the adoption of more sophisticated algorithms and improved data processing techniques. This research contributes to the understanding of voter sentiment dynamics in a significant electoral context, providing insights that may assist campaign strategies and political analyses in Indonesia.

Abstract

The informed consent form that not properly recorded, difficult to read, became a problem that occurs in the inpatient registration unit, so it was better to do it by typing to made it clearer and easier to read. the use of electronic informed consent forms provides easy distribution so that it can save time and costs. the use of electronic informed consent forms made it easier for officers in digital archiving on computers so they didn't save a lot of files. The aim of the study was to recommended that UPTD Puskesmas Baron made an informed consent information system interface design accorded to user needs, based on interface design, color, and input. This study used observations at the UPTD Puskesmas Baron, by observing 2 inpatient registration officers, conducting interviews with 2 inpatient registration officers. The result of this study was the informed consent form at the UPTD Puskesmas Baron was manual which was used as an approval for action in inpatient registration, that approval of action must be carried out by Permenkes No. which it must be exist with the suitability of the officer. This research has suggested implementation, socialization and training for the application of electronic informed consent forms.

Abstract

Outpatient registration at Tanjunganom Health Centre is done online and manually. Patients who already have BPJS can follow the online registration method, while those who use the manual method can enter Puskesmas. From the results of random interviews with several patients for manual registration, it takes a long time of around 15 minutes, from the resulted of observations, one of the causes is the registration time at the counter and the place is not wide enough, from these problems, an outpatient registration application needed online via mobile with layout, color, and control to made it easier for officers to register patients and also make it easier for patients to carry out examinations and shorten the time. This type of research is descriptive with the object being studied, namely the registration unit, for the population in the registration study and patients a number of 2 officers and 2 patients using saturated sampling. For data collection was using observation and interviews. The results of this study are an online outpatient registration application via mobile based on layout, color, and control at the Tanjunganom Health Center. Abstract

Doctors at the Tanjunganom Health Center UPTD use a medical action approval form before taking medical action. Baseded on the findings, the implementation of the medical action approval form at the Tanjunganom Health Center UPTD was difficult to read and the writing was not in accordance with the rules for documenting medical records. Whereas approval of medical action as evidence of legality in court and avoiding malpractice actions that harm patients. The purpose of the study was to design an electronic medical action approval form according to the needed of the officer, based on color, layout and control. This study used a qualitative descriptive, for the population and a sample of 2 inpatient registration officers who use informed consent. The result of this research is the interface design of the electronic medical action consent form. The results of interviews with 2 inpatient registration officers obtained that the colour uses light green as a colour symbol from the Tanjunganom Health Center, the layout was neatly arranged according to the comfort of the officers when using the application, and the controls used are icons and explanatory text adjusted to their functions so that the use of buttons was easy. understood. These results are adjusted to the needed of officers to make it easier for officers to operate the application. It should be realized immediately by organizing training, outreach to officers so that services are more effective and efficient.

Abstract

Operational form reports which were recorded manually, of course, the results were less effective in terms of saving time and costs. The used of electronic operating reports provides convenience in terms of operation. Digital archiving to a computer makes it easier in terms of data management and distribution. The purpose of this study was to recommend for the Kediri District General Hospital (RSKK) by designing an electronic operation report design by strengthening the interface design, color and input. This study used observation and interviews with two medical record officers. The results of this study were the use of the operating report form in RSKK the recording was still done manually. Then the researchers designed an interface design that was tailored to the wishes of the officers who emphasized the basic color of gray, a simple layout and easy input methods. It can be concluded that it has resulted in the design of an electronic operation report form design that was integrated in the operating report system. This study has suggested implementing the use of an electronic operating reporting system that makes it easier for officers to operate it in the RSKK environment.

Abstract

Information technology is currently developing very rapidly. The development of this technology is evidenced by the use of computers in Electronic Medical Records. Computer use can have both positive and negative impacts on its users. One of the negative impacts is Computer Vision Syndrome. The design of this research is quantitative research with descriptive method. The study population consisted of 24 medical record officers who used computers using a purposive sampling technique, with a sample of 6 officers who met the inclusion criteria. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation sheets. The results of this study found that the number of medical record officers at the X Hospital in Kediri City who were more at risk of experiencing symptoms of Computer Vision Syndrome were 6 officers with age ≤45 years, 4 officers with ≤5 years of service and 2 officers >5 years, staring at the computer monitor for a long time of the 6 officers included in the >2 hour time category, the distance between the computer monitor and the eyes of 3 officers was 45-60 cm and the other 3 officers were<45->60 cm. It is recommended that officers can blink their eyes periodically, adjust the brightness of the computer monitor, check visual acuity, take regular eye breaks according to the 20-20-20 rule and use the zoom in or zoom out technique to adjust the writing on the computer screen.

Abstract

Teknologi telah menjadi kebutuhan dasar dan pokok manusia serta telah digunakan di semua aspek kehidupan, terutama di bidang kesehatan, seperti di rumah sakit. RSUD Kabupaten Kediri (RSKK) berupaya menjalankan RME secara penuh namun masih mengalami kendala jaringan dan membuat perangkat dan pelayanan menjadi lumpuh sehingga membutuhkan analisis penyebabnya. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis keamanan rekam medis elektronik yang ditinjau dari infrastruktur yang meliputi VLAN, topologi, server, backup dan keamanan jaringan yang meliputi proteksi jaringan dan antivirus. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi dan sampel 2 petugas IT di RSKK dengan teknik sampling jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa infrastruktur jaringan menggunakan topologi star dan tree dengan server lokal yang memiliki genset untuk cadangan listrik apabila dibutuhkan yang terhubung melalui konektivitas PTP (Point to Point), namun belum menerapkan VLAN untuk segmentasi jaringan. Proses pencadangan data dilakukan rutin setiap 24 jam, namun proteksi jaringan masih menggunakan WPA2-PSK. Rekomendasi diberikan untuk meningkatkan keamanan melalui penggantian koneksi kabel dan penerapan VLAN dengan memberikan IP Address, serta pemisahan akses untuk perangkat mobilitas. Kesimpulannya, infrastruktur telah cukup memadai untuk mendukung rekam medis elektronik dengan beberapa perbaikan, terutama pada aspek keamanan. Saran diberikan untuk memperbarui perlindungan jaringan agar lebih andal terhadap ancaman keamanan siber.

Abstract

Diabetes Mellitus (DM) merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang signifikan di berbagai negara, termasuk di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gunung Pati, Kota Semarang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi prevalensi, faktor risiko, dan pola pengelolaan Diabetes Mellitus di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gunung Pati pada tahun 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah penderita DM sejumlah 167orang yang diambil menggunakan teknik totalsampling. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan menggunakan kuesioner melalui wawancara, selanjutnya data dianalisis secara univariat menggunakan table distribusi frekuensi. Hasil penelitian adalah penderita DM di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Gunung Pati ditemukan mayoritas perempuan 122 orang (73,1%), berusia antara 56 sampai 65 tahun sebanyak 68 orang (40,7%), sebanyak 72 orang (43,1%)melakukan aktivitas fisik dengan kategori rendah, sebanyak 66 orang (39,5%)mengalami obesitas, sebanyak 87 orang (52,1%)mengkonsumsi gula secara berlebihan. Sebagian besar responden melakukan aktivitas berisiko meliputi melakukan aktivitas fisik yang rendah dan mengkonsumsi gula secara berlebihan

Abstract

Life Expectancy at Birth (LEB) is a critical indicator of health and well-being, and understanding its variations across regions is essential for effective health policy development. In Central Sulawesi, Indonesia, LEB has shown improvements over recent years. This study aims to explore life expectancy trends in Central Sulawesi from 2022 to 2024 using K-means clustering analysis. The study uses secondary data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), focusing on health indicators, education levels, healthcare access, and socio-economic conditions. The results revealed that most districts in Central Sulawesi fall into the high life expectancy category (C3), including urban areas like Palu and Morowali, reflecting better healthcare infrastructure and socio-economic conditions. However, districts such as Parigi Moutong, Tojo Una-Una, and Banggai Kepulauan remain in the lower life expectancy categories (C1 and C2), highlighting significant disparities. These findings underscore the need for targeted interventions to address the healthcare and socio-economic challenges in lower-performing areas. The study concludes that while Central Sulawesi has made progress in improving life expectancy, regional disparities remain. Policymakers should focus on enhancing healthcare access, infrastructure, and education in underdeveloped areas to reduce these gaps on addressing the challenges faced by districts in the C1 and C2 categories.
