Abstract

The Indonesian population is classified as a society that is dependent on the internet. With an internet connection, it is easier for people to communicate over long distances, find information easier, make it easier to access various services and entertainment, and much more. Telkomsel is currently the cellular operator with the most users in Indonesia. Many previous studies have discussed the factors that encourage consumers to use Telkomsel. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer trust on customer retention. This study adopts Relationship Quality Theory which is the first model for measuring customer retention. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study are Telkomsel users in Samarinda City. In this study using nonprobability sampling as a sampling technique with a total sample of 100 respondents. Empirical data proves that all the hypotheses that have been put forward in this study are acceptable. The relationship of each variable tested is positive and significant. The findings of this study show that service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer trust are important aspects that have an impact on customer retention. Abstract

Abstrak: Kepemilikan sertifikasi halal diperuntukkan untuk segala usaha jenis olahan makanan halal, termasuk yang diproduksi oleh UMKM. Meskipun masih kategori UMKM, tetap harus berupaya mempelajari dan mengikuti standar halal yang berlaku di Indonesia sebagai upaya peningkatan persaingan bisnis dan standarisasi produk. Berdasarkan survei yang sudah dijalankan, didapati permasalahan yang dihadapi yaitu pelaku usaha Desa Hambau yang bergerak dibidang kuliner ialah belum memiliki legalitas sertifikat halal. Keterbatasan ilmu mengenai cara mendapatkan sertifikat halal merupakan salah satu kendala yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian ini ialah mendorong persiapan sertifikasi halal UMKM di Desa Hambau sehingga produk yang dihasilkan mampu bersaing dengan produk dari berbagai daerah. Metode yang dilakukan pada kegiatan ini ialah survei, penyuluhan dan pendampingan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini pelaku UMKM dapat memahami bahan-bahan hingga proses produksi yang halal, label dan kemasan yang aman untuk produk pangan dengan hasil akhir 4 UMKM Desa Hambau binaan PT Bara Tabang telah mendapatkan sertifikasi Halal.Abstract: Ownership of halal certification is intended for all types of processed halal food businesses, including those produced by MSMEs. Even though it is still in the MSME category, it must still try to learn and follow the applicable halal standards in Indonesia as an effort to increase business competition and product standardization. Based on the survey that has been carried out, it was found that the problem faced was that Hambau Village business actors engaged in the culinary field did not yet have the legality of a halal certificate. Limited knowledge about how to obtain a halal certificate is one of the obstacles faced by MSME actors. The purpose of this community service activity is to encourage the preparation of MSME halal certification in Hambau Village so that the products produced are able to compete with products from various regions. The methods used in this activity are surveys, counseling and mentoring. The results of this activity MSME actors can understand the ingredients to halal production processes, labels and packaging that are safe for food products with the final result 4 MSME in Hambau Village assisted by PT Bara Tabang have received Halal certification.

Abstract

This study aimed to investigate the role of SEO as a strategic competitive advantage. This study uses a qualitative approach with case studies are used as a research design. Researchers in the interviews to the owner Caldera Trail & Jeep Adventure. The results of this study indicate that the role of SEO to optimize the website proved successful in the company’s competitive advantage strategy Caldera Trail & Jeep Adventure. The results showed online marketing is done through Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and website have a positive impact on sales in their services. Applying marketing strategies using social media-based social networks and websites are very efficient because of much greater use conventional marketing strategies. This study also emphasizes the social media as online advertising that can be used as a marketing strategy in today’s digital era.

Abstract

Work Family Conflict (WFC) has been discussed extensively in the literature on work and family relations in the last four decades. The social crisis during the Covid-19 pandemic is believed to have doubled the burden on women. The purpose of the study is the development of various previous studies on how WFC affects Work Stress and Employee Performance, especially for the female workforce. This research approach uses a quantitative paradigm with a survey method. The population in this study were all sales assistants, salespeople, and female shop employees who work at Big Mall Samarinda. The sampling technique uses non-probability sampling with the Lemeshow formula. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The results of the study prove that WFC provides a great stimulus to female workers related to work stress which will ultimately determine employee performance.Work Family Conflict (WFC) telah dibahas secara ekstensif dalam literatur tentang hubungan kerja dan keluarga dalam empat dekade terakhir. Krisis sosial selama pandemi Covid-19 diyakini melipatgandakan beban wanita. Tujuan penelitian adalah pengembangan dari berbagai penelitian sebelumnya tentang bagaimana WFC mempengaruhi Stres Kerja dan Kinerja Karyawan, khususnya bagi tenaga kerja wanita. Pendekatan penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pramuniaga, sales, dan karyawan toko wanita yang bekerja di Big Mall Samarinda. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan non probability sampling dengan formula Lemeshow. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa WFC  memberikan stimulus yang besar kepada tenaga kerja wanita terkait Stres Kerja yang pada akhirnya akan menentukan Kinerja Karyawan.

Abstract

Virtual Reality (VR) has developed on the concept of tourism where people can enjoy virtual tourist destinations called VR Tourism. The tourism industry, one of which is Indonesia, is utilizing this technology development as a marketing strategy for tourist objects, one of which is VR Tourism Kemenparekraf. Previous research on how VR affects marketing has been carried out a lot, but this research will focus on user responses to VR Tourism services which are still little done. From this, by utilizing the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) method, it is used to measure the satisfaction of VR Tourism Kemenparekraf users, as well as to see whether this method is still relevant to use. Respondents were determined as many as 75 people who had used VR Tourism Kemenparekraf at least once. The data was processed using SPSS software, where the research results found that all variables contained in the EUCS method had a positive effect on user satisfaction. Users are satisfied with VR Tourism Kemenparekraf. The EUCS method is still relevant for use in testing user satisfaction in VR Tourism Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy.

Abstract

Abstrak Berkembangnya dunia teknologi elektronika, laju informasi, dan telekomunikasi dapat memberikan rasa puas terhadap pengguna internet yang sekarang berperan pula dalam membantu permasalahan kehidupan masyarakat sehari-hari dalam berbagai bidang, termasuk pada bidang salah satu unit usaha milik daerah yang bergerak dalam distribusi air bersih bagi masyarakat umum yang menjadi objek dalam penelitian ini ialah PDAM Tirta Mahakam Cabang Kota Bangun. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan ialah untuk mengetahui bagaimana suatu kualitas sistem informasi pada PDAM Tirta Mahakam Cabang Kota Bangun mampu mempengaruhi kepuasan penggunanya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, lalu hasil penelitian diolah menggunakan SPSS ver 23. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel kualitas layanan, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh sebesar 43,2% terhadap kepuasan pengguna dengan nilai R square 0,432. Pada uji F dihasilkan nilai F hitung 5,600. Kemudian pada uji T variabel kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan masing-masing memiliki nilai T hitung kualitas sistem terhadap kepuasan pengguna 2,825>1,986, kualitas informasi terhadap kepuasan pengguna 2,694>1,986, dan kualitas layanan terhadap kepuasan pengguna -0,417<1,986. Kata kunci: Kualitas Sistem, Kualitas Informasi, Kualitas Layanan, Kepuasan Pengguna. Abstract The development of the world of electronic technology, the speed of information, and telecommunications can provide a sense of satisfaction for internet users who now also play a role in helping people's daily life problems in various fields, including in the field of one of the regionally owned business units engaged in the distribution of clean water for the community. The general object of this research is PDAM Tirta Mahakam, Kota Bangun Branch. The purpose of this research was to find out how a quality information system at PDAM Tirta Mahakam Branch Kota Bangun can influence user satisfaction. This study uses a quantitative approach, then the results of the research are processed using SPSS ver 23. The results of this study indicate that the variables of service quality, information quality, and service quality have an effect of 43.2% on user satisfaction with an R square value of 0.432. In the F test, the calculated F value is 5,600. Then in the T-test, the variables of system quality, information quality, and service quality each have a T value of system quality on user satisfaction 2.825> 1.986, information quality on user satisfaction 2.694> 1.986, and service quality on user satisfaction -0.417 <1.986. Abstract

This study aims to determine whether utilitarian motivation and hedonic motivation can affect satisfaction which later leads to the loyalty attitude of generation Z iPhone brand smartphone users in Samarinda City. This research is a type of quantitative research with associative methods. The population in this study is generation Z who use iPhone smartphones in Samarinda City. The sample was obtained using accidental sampling technique and using data analysis techniques in the form of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)-PLS method. Based on the results of the study, it shows that hedonic motivation has a significant effect on customer satisfaction and loyalty. While utilitarian motivation only has a significant effect on customer satisfaction, it has no significant effect on customer loyalty.

Abstract

: This research aims to determine the intention and behavior of QRIS technology usage among consumers of Kopiria in Samarinda City through the UTAUT 2 research model by Visnawath Venkatesh. This type of research employs an explanatory research design. Data collection techniques involve distributing questionnaires with multiple questions that describe each indicator on the variables. The sampling technique is non-probability sampling through quota sampling method, with a total of 100 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the structural equation model (SEM) analysis with the assistance of Smart PLS 4 software. The results of this research indicate a positive influence of performance expectation, effort expectation, social influence, hedonic motivation, and price value on the behavioral intention and usage behavior. Four variables show significant values, namely performance expectation, social influence, and price value on behavioral intention, and behavioral intention on usage behavior.

Abstract

Fenomena meningkatnya kebutuhan masyarakat akan produk kosmetik dan perawatan kulit memicu masyarakat untuk mencoba membuka bisnis dalam bidang industri kosmetika dan perawatan kulit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh signifikan Service Quality terhadap Customer Loyalty melalui Perceived Value dan Satisfaction sekaligus membuktikan Utility Theory dan Satisfaction-Loyalty Model. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode eksplanatori. Responden dalam penelitian ini ialah pelanggan Guardian Mall Samarinda Central Plaza. Sampel diperoleh dengan teknik accidental sampling dan menggunakan teknik analisis data berupa analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil penelitian membuktikan implementasi Utility Theory dan Satisfaction-Loyalty Model, serta semua hipotesis dalam penelitian ini dinyatakan diterima.

Abstract

Technological developments are currently increasing rapidly so that entrepreneurs advance their business ventures with various innovations. No wonder there are many emerging marketplaces that provide several conveniences in shopping. The TikTok application is one of the most popular marketplaces. This study aims to determine the effect of Store Atmosphere, Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings on Purchase Intention with Trust as a mediating variable at the TikTok Shop. This study uses quantitative data and this type of research is associative research. The population used in this research is live streaming viewers @oktaviana_tas_grosir. The sample collection technique uses a non-probability sampling technique. The sample in this study was determined by 100 respondents. The data analysis technique in this study used the Smart PLS version 3.0 tool. The results of this study indicate that Store Atmosphere, Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings have a positive effect on Trust. Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings have a positive effect on Purchase Intention, while the Store Atmosphere has a negative effect on Purchase Intention. Trust has a positive effect on Purchase Intention. Trust is able to mediate Store Atmosphere, Online Customer Reviews and Online Customer Ratings on Purchase Intention positively.
