Penelitian ini tentang persepsi kemudahan, kredibilitas dan kegunaan terhadap loyalitas pengguna BNI mobile banking dengan kepuasan sebagai variabel intervening (Studi pada mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, kredibilitas dan kegunaan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna BNI mobile banking dan apakah kepuasan memediasi pengaruh persepsi kemudahan, kredibilitas dan kegunaan terhadap loyalitas pengguna BNI mobile banking. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dimana dalam pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada responden menggunakan Google Form. Untuk jumlah sampelnya sebanyak 100 responden menggunakan metode simple random sampling dengan kriteria responden yaitu merupakan mahasiswa Universitas Mulawarman Samarinda dan menggunakan aplikasi BNI mobile banking. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan rumus Lemeshow karena populasi tidak diketahui. Adapun hasil penelitian ini adalah variabel persepsi kemudahan tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas dan variabel kepuasan tidak memediasi pengaruh antara persepsi kemudahan terhadap loyalitas pengguna. Sedangkan variabel persepsi kredibilitas dan kegunaan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pengguna. Selain itu variabel kepuasan berperan memediasai variabel persepsi kredibilitas dan kegunaan terhadap loyalitas pengguna. The large number of entrepreneurs or businesspeople in Indonesia who are not optimal in taking advantage of global market opportunities means that the value of exports in Indonesia is quite low when compared to other countries. the importance of conducting export outreach to partners, namely students as agents of change who will fightincrease the country's economic growth in the future. The aim of this socialization is to increase knowledge and skills as well as interest in being involved in international markets, especially in the export sector, for 30 Mulawarman University Business Administration students who of course have an interest in business. The implementation method used in the export-related material outreach program is through three stages. The first stage is preparation, thr second is implementation, and the third is evaluation. Evaluation was carried out using a Google Form given to participants. Based on the evaluation at the end of the socialization activity, it can be concluded that the student participants were satisfied with the export-related material that had been delivered. It can be concluded that this socialization program is running as it should and as planned.

The phenomenon of rapidly developing technology triggers the emergence of a cashless society culture that prefers to make digital transactions rather than cash. This study aims to determine Continuance Intention on a technology by using Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, and Satisfaction and implementing the Stimulus-Organism-Response Model and Expectation-Confirmation Model. The research type of this study is quantitative, using a correlational method. Respondents in this study were visitors to Samarinda Central Plaza who had used QRIS. Data was collected using purposive sampling and Structural Equational Model (SEM) as a data analysis technique. The results prove that all hypotheses are accepted, and in the mediation test, only Trust cannot mediate Perceived Usefulness on Continuance Intention. Purpose: This research seeks to explore the influence of sensory experiences and perceived value on consumer satisfaction and loyalty regarding Skintific products among Samarinda's residents. Method: This study employs a quantitative approach with associative methods. The population consists of Samarinda residents who use Skintific products, with a total of 130 respondents. The sampling technique used is non-probability sampling, specifically the accidental sampling method. Result: The findings indicate that sensory experience has a significant impact on both customer satisfaction and loyalty. However, perceived value significantly affects customer satisfaction but does not have a notable influence on customer loyalty. However, through an indirect connection, perceived value can impact loyalty via satisfaction. Consequently, the results suggest that customer satisfaction serves a crucial function as a mediator in linking perceived value with customer loyalty. Therefore, initiatives to boost perceived value should align with efforts to enhance customer satisfaction in order to build enduring loyalty.

In facing the changes that occur, companies have difficulty following new regulations because of differences with previous regulations. Companies must be able to optimize functions in all parts of the company organization in order to maintain long-term competitiveness and achieve sustainable success. These rules are formed in standard operational procedures which contain operational procedures to ensure consistency, efficiency, minimize errors and safety in every work activity in the company so that it can run effectively and efficiently. This research aims to know the procedures for creating a Work Procedure System at PT Kilang Pertamina International Refinery Unit V Balikpapan and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in the procedure for creating a Work Procedure System. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The technique used in this research involved conducting interviews, observation and documentation supported by 2 informants. Based on the results of this research, the procedure for creating a Work System at PT Kilang Pertamina International Refinery Unit V Balikpapan consist of eight structured stages, starting from preparation to the implementation below 1%. The suggestions provided to maximize performance emphasize the importance of effective communication and management commitment to overcoming obstacles in the creation of the Work System at PT Kilang Pertamina International Refinery Unit V Balikpapan.

Effective and efficient use of resources is the main strategy for the success or resilience of MSMEs. The management of internal resources is believed to be the main factor that supports the existence of MSMEs. Intangible knowledge resources are the most difficult to manage. Several previous studies have tried to reveal the importance of knowledge management. However, there has been no comprehensive discussion regarding the management of MSMEs. The main aim of this research is to comprehensively examine how knowledge management, from an intellectual capital perspective, provides real benefits for MSMEs. To provide a detailed description, we use several analysis methods. Bibliometric analysis, the PRISMA method, and systematic literature observation were used. Our source documents are based on the Scopus database. We found that there are at least 108 documents relevant to this research topic. In general, we see that the number of publications on this topic increases every year. The results of this research provide evidence of the contribution of intellectual capital to various sectors in various countries. The earliest literature we find on this topic comes from Italy and Brazil. We also found that China has contributed the most to the literature related to knowledge management. Apart from that, it is known that Indonesia contributes the most authors to the literature on this topic. Based on cluster analysis in the use of keywords, we can determine the scientific and systematic relationships in each previous literature. In this context, the findings of this research also provide predictions for further research, especially regarding intellectual capital management in MSMEs.

Purpose: This study examined the sustainable use of an information system using the IS Continuance and Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) as a theory.Methodology/Approach: This is a quantitative research study with an explanatory method. The respondents are virtual account users on the Shopee in Samarinda City. Data were collected using purposive sampling and Structural Equation Model (SEM) techniques with SmartPLS.Results/Findings: The test results showed Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant impact on Attitude, Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant impact on Attitude, Attitude has a positive and significant impact on IS Continuance, Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant impact on IS Continuance, and Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on IS Continuance. In addition, there is also a positive and significant effect of Attitude in mediating the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use on IS Continuance and Perceived Usefulness on IS Continuance. Conclusions: Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on Attitude; Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on Attitude; Attitude has a positive and significant effect on IS Continuance; Perceived Ease of Use has a positive and significant effect on IS Continuance; Perceived Usefulness has a positive and significant effect on IS Continuance. Attitude was also found to be able to mediate the relationship between Perceived Ease of Use and IS Continuance positively and significantly, and also mediate the relationship between Perceived Usefulness and IS Continuance positively and significantly.Limitations: The variable in IS Continuance Theory are not used in their entirety, but only limited to aspects that improve customer attitudes, and create continuance information system usage actions. Contribution: The research focuses on the act of sustainable use carried out by information system users. The goal is to improve facilities that support uses convenience and usability so that users can show a positive attitude which will create information system continuance.

This research has two objectives. The first objective is to describe compensation and the physical work environment which are predictors of employee work stress. Furthermore, this research will measure the impact of work stress on employee performance. The sample for this research is office employees and field employees, especially the bagging department (PPU) at PT. Borneo Etam Samudera with 57 respondents. The research method was carried out quantitatively and data collection used a questionnaire. The data in this research were analyzed using Partial Least Squares (PLS) with data analysis techniques based on Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The research results show that all the proposed hypotheses are accepted. The results of this research prove that compensation and the physical work environment have a negative effect on employee work stress. On the other hand, the research results show that compensation and the physical work environment have a positive effect on employee performance. Work stress experienced by employees of PT. Borneo Etam Samudera is known to reduce their performance.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kepuasan dan niat keberlanjutan penggunaan produk Apple pada konsumen di Kota Samarinda melalui model Expectation Confirmation Model (ECM) yang telah melalui perkembangkan dari Expectation Confirmation Theory (ECT). Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian Asosiatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner penelitian yang memiliki beberapa pertanyaan dimana setiap pertanyaan mendeskripsikan setiap indikator variabel. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan non-probability sampling, dengan menggunakan pendekatan purposive sampling dengan total responden 100 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan ialah menggunakan analisis structural equation model (SEM) dengan alat bantu software SmartPLS 4. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan antara variabel Brand Experience terhadap Satisfaction, Flow terhadap Satisfaction, dan Satisfaction terhadap Continuance Intention. Namun tidak memiliki pengaruh signifikan antara variabel Brand Experience terhadap Flow, dan Flow terhadap Continuance Intention.

Kesenjangan antara kualifikasi lulusan perguruan tinggi dan kebutuhan industri di Indonesia menjadi tantangan utama dalam dunia kerja, mengakibatkan kurangnya kesiapan lulusan untuk bersaing. Program Magang Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) bertujuan untuk membantu mahasiswa lebih siap memasuki dunia kerja dengan mengembangkan keterampilan yang relevan. Program magang MBKM ini dilaksanakan di PT. Eurotruk Transindo, yang melibatkan tiga tahapan: persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui wawancara denganeserta MBKM yang telah menyelesaikan atau sedang menjalani magang di perusahaan tersebut. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan melalui program ini mahasiswa berhasil mengembangkan keterampilan teknis dan soft skill yang diperlukan, yang meningkatkan kesiapan mereka dalam menghadapi tantangan dunia kerja. Hal ini menunjukkan tercapainya keberhasilan dari pelaksanaan program MBKM di PT. Eurotruk Transindo.
