Abstract

Using green okra and red okra plant kinds, the researchers want to assess the growth response and yield of the plants after they have been fertilized with bokashi fertilizer, which is made by the use of tea dregs and water hyacinth. During the period September to November 2021, this study was carried out Harjosari Village is located in the Bawen District of the Semarang Regency. The study used a Split Plot Completely Randomized Design (RAKL) with two treatment components, and the findings were reported in Psychological Science.., namely okra varieties and bokashi fertilizer. The number of treatments was 8 and repeated 4 times. V1B0 ; Varieties of green okra without bokashi fertilizer (0 kg), V1B1 ; Varieties of green okra with bokashi fertilizer tea dregs (1 kg), V1B2 ; Green okra variety with water hyacinth bokashi fertilizer (1 kg), V1B3 ; Green okra variety with bokashi fertilizer mixed with tea dregs and water hyacinth (1 kg), V2B0 ; Varieties of red okra without bokashi fertilizer (0 kg), V2B1; Red okra variety with tea dregs bokashi fertilizer (1 kg), V2B2 ; Red okra variety with water hyacinth bokashi fertilizer (1 kg), V2B3 ; Red okra variety with bokashi fertilizer mixed with tea dregs and water hyacinth (1 kg). Furthermore, the measured parameters will be analyzed using Anova and further tested using the 5% BNT test. The study found that applying up to 1 kg of bokashi fertilizer containing tea dregs and water hyacinth had a highly significant influence on plant height growth and fruit yield.

Abstract

Abstract A brick building material widely used in the public good urban and rural areas, the bricks used for building construction as non-structural and structural materials in the residential home building or home .As simple non-structural typically used in multi-storey buildings for insulation between rooms, or as a garnish. Community many brick-making business either continuous or seasonal production in the dry season only, that is where the problems that had been there are no standard composition of raw clay bricks. Then conducted the research as an evaluation of the composition of the constituent raw material clay, and performed statistical improvement in the manufacturing process. In the process of the experiments conducted by Taguchi approach. Taguchi experiments carried out by determining the best levels of the factors related to the quality of the bricks will be improved. From research by several factors that are taken, the most dominant factor that can increase the hardness of the brick is a mixture of the composition, the composition of the standard mixture of 90% clay, 5% bran, 5% fine sand has a hardness (voltage crushed) 57 s / to 80 kg / cm 2. By changing the composition of a mixture of 85% clay, 5% bran, 10% fine sand can increase the hardness of 89 s / d 105 kg / cm 2, and at this composition when water reproduced or softer then the resulting brick hardness can be increased again until 145 kg / cm 2.

Abstract

Research entitled The Effect of Planting Media Composition on Growth and Yield of Three Varieties of Mung Beans (Vigna radiata L.). The research was carried out on November 18, 2021 until January 17, 2022 at the Experimental Garden of the Faculty of Agriculture, Slamet Riyadi University, which is located on Jl. Jaya Wijaya No. 384, Mojosongo Village, Banjarsari District, Surakarta. The purpose of this study was to determine the best effect of the composition of the growing media on the growth and yield of three varieties of mung bean (Vigna radiata L.). The study used a Completely Randomized Resign (CRD) consisting of 2 treatment factors and 3 replications, the first factor was variety (V) with 3 levels, namely mung bean varieties Vima-1 (V1), Vima-4 (V2) and Vimil-2 (V3) and the second factor is the composition of the planting media with 4 levels, namely 2 Soil: 2 Cow manure (M1), 2 Soil: 2 Cow manure: 1 Sand (M2), 2 Soil: 1 Cow manure: 1 Husk charcoal ( M3), 1 Soil : 1 Cow manure : 1 Sand : 1 Husk charcoal (M4). The results showed that the best effect was found in the Vimil-2 variety with the composition of the planting media 1 Soil: 1 Cow manure: 1 Sand: 1 Husk charcoal (V3M4) on the number of pods per plant 31.67 pieces and the number of seeds per plant 487, 00 grains, Varieties Vima-4 in the treatment of planting media composition 2 Soil : 1 Cow manure : 1 Husk charcoal (V2M3) at a weight of 100 seeds the highest among the others 8.15 grams.

Abstract

Dalam teknologi budidaya pertanian terdapat faktor pembatas yang sangat berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman. Salah satu faktor pembatas dalam bidang pertanian adalah adanya hama dan pathogen . Keberadaan hama dan pathogen dapat sangat merugikan apabila serangannya tinggi. Penelitian yang berjudul Kajian Macam Jarak Tanam pada Tiga Varietas Kedelai terhadap Intensitas Serangan Hama dan Patogen bertujuan untuk mengkaji penggunaan jarak tanam yang berbeda pada tiga varietas kedelai dapat mempengaruhi intensitas serangan hama dan patogen sehingga hasil kedelai menjadi tidak optimal , dilaksanakan pada bulan Maret 2019 sampai dengan bulan Juni 2019, di Dusun Gatak, Desa Senting, Kecamatan Sambi, Kabupaten Boyolali dengan ketinggian tempat 200 mdpl dan jenis tanahnya Grumosol.. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Acak Kelompok Lengkap ( RAKL ) yang disusun secara Split Plot yang terdiri dari 2 faktor perlakuan yaitu 3 macam jarak tanam yang digunakan sebagai sub plot (anak petak) dan 3 macam varietas kedelai sebagai main plot (petak utama), Peubah yang digunakan yaitu Intensitas Kerusakan hama penggerek polong dan patogen Cercospora, Jumlah polong per tanaman, Berat polong kedelai basah per tanaman, Berat 100 biji kedelai, Berat biji kedelai kering per tanaman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Intensitas kerusakan Hama penggerek polong kedelai tertinggi pada perlakuan varietas Anjasmoro dengan jarak tanam 30 cm x 30 cm ( V2J2 ) yaitu 29,97%. Sedangkan pathogen yang menyerang yaitu Cercospora sojina dengan intensitas penyakit merata pada semua perlakuan yaitu berkisar 25,09% – 30,45%.Kata kunci : : gejala, hama, patogen, hasil,

Abstract

Kayu Ules (Helicteres isora) is one medicinal plant species in which the fruits are utilized for manufacturing traditional medicine or jamu. Plant propagation of this species is one problem need to be investigated as only few studies conducted on this. This research was undertaken to investigate the ability of Kayu Ules propagated through stem cuttings. The experiment was designed with completely randomized design (CRD) using 2 main treatments which were the source of stem cutting materials including material from hard-wood, semi hard-wood and soft-wood stem. The second treatment was the use of commercial growth regulators, which were Atonik and Root-up. The result showed that cutting materials from soft-wood stem was not recommended due to very low survival. Meanwhile, the use of cutting material from semi hard-wood (24% with atonik, 12% with root-up and 8% with control) and hard-wood stem (36% with atonik, 24 % with root-up and 20 % with control) appeared potential to be used. This research recommended that there were six diameter classes of stem cutting showing ability to be propagated, which were diameter class I 5.86-7.61 mm (22.58%), II 7.62-9.37 mm (45.16%), III 9.38-11.33 mm (22.58%), IV 11.14-12.89 mm (3.23%), V 12.9-14.65 mm (3.23%), and VI 14.66-16.41 mm (3.23%).

Abstract

 Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) Opak Jepit daerah Wonoayu Sidoarjo sebagian besar masih belum menggunakan Teknologi Tepat Guna (TTG) dalam proses produksinya sehingga berpengaruh terhadap produksi yang kurang efisien dan kapasitas produksi per hari kurang maksimal. Walaupun ada beberapa UMKM yang menggunakan mesin, namun banyak yang mengeluh dalam penggunaannya karena kurang ergonomis sehingga kembali menggunakan cara manual tanpa mesin. Adapun tujuan penelitian merancang pengembangan desain mesin pembuat opak jepit yang mempertimbangkan aspek ergonomis dan keinginan konsumen atau pengguna dengan metode Quality Function Deployment (QFD) untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan kualitas produk. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan pengisian kuesioner. Sedangkan untuk pengolahan data menggunakan House of Quality (HOQ) metode QFD. Penelitian ini menghasilkan desain inovatif yang mempertimbangkan atribut kebutuhan konsumen, adapun nilai terbesar yaitu pada atribut “tahan lama” dimana nilai bobot 0,199. Sedangkan bobot terkecil pada atribut “mudah dibersihkan” dengan bobot 0,048. Kemudian pada hasil penentuan prioritas atribut respon teknis yaitu ranking pertama pada atribut “bentuk dan ukuran ergonomis” dengan nilai keterkaitan terbesar yaitu 39. Sedangkan ranking terendah atribut respon teknis pada atribut “pegas pembuka cetakan dan pemanas mengunakan listrik” dengan nilai keterkaitan 1.

Abstract

The Community Harmony Activities entitled "Hydroponic Solutions in Narrow Lands" were held at the Ngubo Ammuktiwa Farmer Group of Kestalan Sub-District of Banjarsari Surakarta with the aim of increasing the understanding of how to solve the problems that occur in densely populated urban areas where the land is very narrow. Such conditions need to be a third-party assistance to provide a little touch of technology with the hope that the narrow land is able to provide power and maximum utilization that is with the cultivation of plants hydroponically. While the specific target to be achieved is if Activities Devotion To community is implemented then it is expected that the community will have skills in the field of hydroponics, especially vegetable hydroponics. To achieve these targets, the method of implementation is by lecturing and discussion followed by direct practice which is always monitored and evaluated periodically for 8 months. Abstract

Abstract-Program Postgraduate Program in Pancasakti University Tegal. 2019. Implementation of Procurement of Government Goods and Services by E- Purchasing Method in the Tegal Religious Court. The implementation of e- procurement in various agencies makes the process of interaction between users and service providers, and the community-run easier and accelerates the process of procurement of goods. Equally important, the implementation of e-procurement has automatically improved the control system for various rules and violations. Procurement of government goods/services electronically can be done by e- tendering and e-purchasing who use electronic catalogs and supply chain plays a vital role in the e-purchasing of the goods and services. The purpose of this study is 1) examine the implementation of e-purchasing in the application of rules regarding the procurement process of goods/services through the Tegal Religious Court, 2) explain the role of supervisory institutions in the implementation of the procurement process of goods in the Tegal Religious Court in anticipation of fraud that can cause losses to the state's finances. This type of research is normative-empirical legal research using a normative approach. The type of material used is primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. Data collection methods used are library research and field studies.The results of this study include 1) procurement of goods/services with e- purchasing method is the right system in implementing procurement because it is more transparent, effective, efficient, compared to conventional systems, but the implementation is not optimal because a) is still coordinated so that time is not enough efficient, b) in e-catalog there is no information on the number of items available, so the buyer does not know the stock directly, c) the Supreme Court has not precisely targeted domestic production due to high specifications, 2) the role of supervisory institutions is not optimal because there are still many frauds and not yet the maximum application of a whistleblower because the procurement executors and the wider community are not familiar with the procurement of goods/services.
