Abstract

Mata Kuliah Etika Bisnis Islam yang diterapkan dalam perguruan tinggibertujuan untuk memberikan pengetahuan tentang Etika dalam berbisnis yang sesuaidengan syari’ah agar mahasiswa memiliki kemampuan menjalankan bisnis yang sesuaidengan yang diperintahkan dalam agama islam, sehingga ketika mahasiswa telah lulusdari perguruan tinggi mereka memiliki bekal untuk membuka usaha secara syari’ah.Minat menjadi Entrepreneur meliputi ketertarikan seseorang untuk menciptakan suatuusaha dengan melihat peluang yang ada disekitar dan berani mengambil resiko yangkemungkinan terjadi dalam menjalankan usaha. Metode penelitian yang digunakandalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitianlapangan. Adapun populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa prodiEkonomi Syariah angkatan 2019 yang telah menempuh mata kuliah Etika Bisnis Islam.Instrumen penelitian yang dipakai adalah: angket atau kuesioner dan wawancara. Hasilpenelitian ini disimpulkan bahwa : (1) Mata Kuliah Etika Bisnis islam berpengaruhsignifikan terhadap minat menjadi Entrepreneur. pengaruh Mata Kuliah Etika BisnisIslam sebesar 34, 8 % dan sisanya 65,2% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. (2) minatMenjadi Entrepreneur berdasarkan Hasil korelasi meyatakan bahwa nilai minatMenjadi Entrepreneur pada mahasiswa adalah 0,348 atau 34, 8 %. (3) Ada pengaruhsignifikan pada variabel Mata Kuliah Etika Bisnis Islam(X) terhadap minat menjadiEntrepreneur(Y) berdasarkan hasil perhitungan diperoleh nilai koefisien korelasisebesar 0,348 menunjukkan nilai angka korelasi berkisar antara angka -1 sampai +1 (-1≤ r ≤ 1) berarti tingkat korelasi menunjukkan sedang. Maka, sesuai dengan kreteriapengujian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak berarti hipotesa yang menunjukkan Adahubungan secara signifikan antara Mata Kuliah Etika Bisnis Islam terhadap minatmenjadi Entrepreneur mahasiswa prodi Ekonomi Syariah angkatan 2019 InstitutPesantren Sunan Drajad.

Abstract

This study analyzes the urgency of synergy between the conceptual foundations of student management and strategic planning in the educational environment as an effort to optimize the potential of students. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach through literature study, with secondary data obtained from journal articles, books, and related literature. This study reveals that the success of student management does not only depend on mastery of the theory of educational service principles, but is also largely determined by the accuracy of planning steps, including needs analysis, recruitment, orientation, and student distribution systems. The results of the study show that the alignment between philosophical foundations and systematic managerial procedures is a crucial factor in creating a positive learning ecosystem and supporting the effective achievement of national educational goals. Through this integration, the policies implemented by educational institutions will be more representative in ensuring the comprehensive development of students' interests and talents.

Abstract

Although transformational leadership has been widely discussed in educational management, empirical studies that specifically link its implementation to the management of educational financing in primary schools remain limited. This study aims to examine the role of transformational leadership in optimizing the management of educational financing and to describe its concrete implementation at Sekolah Dasar Negeri 1 Rancabanteng, Wangon Subdistrict. This study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal and two teachers, observation, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique through the stages of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that the principal consistently implemented the four dimensions of transformational leadership, namely idealized influence, inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, and individualized consideration, thereby producing a participatory and transparent budget management system. These findings indicate that transformational leadership transforms the management of educational financing from an administrative function into a strategic instrument for improving educational quality. The conclusion of this study confirms that the principal’s transformational leadership competence is a key factor in realizing educational financing governance that is transparent, participatory, and quality-oriented. The implications of this study emphasize that transformational leadership deserves to be integrated into principal development policies and educational financial management reform.
