Pengabdian ini dilakukan di Kampung Melayu Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru. Latar belakang pengabdian ini adalah untuk edukasi Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) di Kampung Melayu Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengenalkan BMT sebagai lembaga keuangan Islam non bank, agar masyarakat di Kampung Melayu Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru mengetahui dan tertarik untuk menggunakan BMT. Pengabdian ini diselenggarakan pada tanggal 05 dan 17 November 2017 bertempat di Masjid yang ada di Kampung Melayu Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru. Peserta penyuluhan akan dihadiri sebanyak 40 orang. Metode yang digunakan meliputi: ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi, demonstrasi dan penugasan. Diharapkan penyuluhan ini memberikan kontribusi yang sangat berarti bagi edukasi Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) di Kampung Melayu Kecamatan Sukajadi Kota Pekanbaru.

The Customer Relationships Management (CRM) strategy in a company or organization largely determines success in maintaining brand engagement that is inherent in the company's customers. CRM strategy is a reference that has been planned to carry out the steps of CRM activities to be carried out by the company. The study was conducted to determine the Kompasiana CRM Strategy in order to maintain brand engagement towards Kompasianer, find out the form of communication in the concept of Public Relations in the implementation of CRM and also to know Kompasiana's branding strategy to survive in competition. Research refers to some previous research relating to the concept of CRM and its impact on the company. The method used in qualitative research methods with a case study approach. While the research paradigm is post positivism, where data is obtained through in-depth interviews and observation. The results of the study showed that Kompasiana implemented a CRM strategy process consisting of Understand and Differentiate, Developed and Customized, Interact and Deliver as well as Acquire and Retain. This CRM strategy process is implemented in both online and offline activities. The form of implementation of the activities also had an impact on the image and reputation and the Kompasiana brand

Peristiwa Kanjuruhan merupakan suatu tragedi kemanusiaan yang memakan banyak korban, 135 korban jiwa dan 583 orang mengalami cedera. Banyaknya korban dari tragedi ini karena korban saling berhimpitan untuk mencari jalan keluar dari stadion pasca pertandingan sepak bola antara Arema FC melawan Persebaya dengan skor 3-2 yang dimenangkan oleh Persebaya. Penembakan gas air mata untuk mengurai kerumunan massa yang dilakukan pihak aparat dianggap sebagai pemicu adanya peristiwa ini. Banyak media termasuk media asing menyoroti peristiwa ini sebagai tragedi kelam pertandingan sepakbola. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis keberpihakan CNNIndonesia.com dan Antaranews.com dalam memberitakan tragedi Kanjuruhan. Jenis penelian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan analisis framing model Robert Entman. Analisis berita dilakukan pada pemberitaan dari tanggal 2 Oktober-13 Oktober 2022, ada 14 berita yang dianalisis,4 berita dari CNNIndonesia.com dan 4 berita dari Antaranews.com. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan CNNIndonesia.com lebih menonjolkan pada keberpihakan ke kepolisan sehingga penyebab peristiwa ini diarahkan aspek tindakan suporter Arema yang masuk ke lapangan usai pertandingan dan penembakkan gas air mata oleh aparat ke arah tribun penonton. Sedangkan Antaranews.com lebih menonjolkan penembakan gas air mata oleh aparat keamanan yang dianggap sebagai pelanggaran dari regulasi FIFA, namun Antaranews.com juga memberikan penekanan terhadap tindakan anarkis suporter.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan mengkaji pengaturan penyelesaian sengketa di luar pengadilan terkait kesalahan tenaga medis dalam menjalankan profesinya. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif dengan pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Keterkaitan antara dokter dan pasien dianggap sebagai suatu transaksi terapeutik di mana kesepakatan didasarkan pada upaya maksimal untuk menyembuhkan pasien. Hubungan ini disebut inspaningverbintenis, yang menitikberatkan pada usaha yang dilakukan daripada hasil akhirnya. Pengaturan penyelesaian sengketa medis melalui mediasi dijelaskan dalam Pasal 310 UU Kesehatan. Pasal ini menyiratkan bahwa dalam kasus perselisihan antara dokter dan pasien, disarankan untuk melakukan mediasi sebagai salah satu bentuk penyelesaian perkara alternatif di luar pengadilan. Artinya, proses mediasi diwajibkan sebelum mencoba upaya hukum lainnya seperti upaya hukum perdata ataupun pidana. ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to investigate and analyze the mechanisms for resolving disputes outside the courtroom related to errors committed by medical professionals in the course of their practice. This research employed normative legal research methods, utilizing statutory and conceptual approaches. Relationships governed by statutory regulations often stem from obligations imposed on doctors by virtue of their profession, without requiring patient consent. The connection between a doctor and a patient is characterized as a therapeutic transaction, where the agreement is founded on exerting maximum efforts to heal the patient. This association is termed as inspaningverbintenis, which places greater emphasis on the efforts made rather than the ultimate outcomes. The procedures for resolving medical disputes through mediation are outlined in Article 310 of the health Law. This article implies that in cases of disputes between doctors and patients, mediation is recommended and falls under the category of alternative dispute resolution methods outside of the courtroom. Consequently, it is obligatory to undergo a mediation process between the conflicting parties before resorting to other legal measures such as civil or criminal legal remedies.

Introduction: Informed consent is a communication process between healthcare providers and patients regarding the medical procedures to be performed. Its aim is to provide sufficient information so that patients can make informed decisions, and it is regulated by various laws and regulations in Indonesia.Purpose of the Research: The purpose of this research is to analyze the legal position of informed consent from the perspective of Indonesian civil law and to examine the civil law implications that arise if there is a violation of the informed consent principle in medical procedures.Method of Research: This research uses normative legal methods with legislative and conceptual approaches, analyzing primary, secondary, and tertiary legal materials through literature study, and applying descriptive qualitative analysis.Results of Research: Research findings indicate that informed consent holds a strong legal position within the perspective of Indonesian civil law, being viewed as a manifestation of a therapeutic agreement that must meet the valid agreement requirements according to the Civil Code (KUHPerdata) and be supported by various regulations. Violations of the principles of informed consent can lead to significant civil legal implications, including claims for damages on the grounds of breach of contract or unlawful acts, cancellation of the therapeutic agreement, liability for breach of professional standards, and claims based on consumer protection law. These implications can involve healthcare professionals and healthcare institutions, with consequences that include payment of material and immaterial damages, the burden of proof in court, and impacts on reputation and medical practice.

Improving the quality of education cannot be done partially, but must be comprehensive and sustainable. This research aimed to investigate engine lecturers’ achievement for academic quality improvement at Politeknik Ilmu Pelayaran (PIP) Makassar. This research used a qualitative approach with a case study research type and descriptive using primary and secondary data from ten informants in the engineering study program. The research results show that the achievement of lecturers significantly impacts the enhancement of academic quality. Those are essential components of the education and teaching process, contributing to research and scientific advancement. Lecturer achievement include teaching effectiveness, research output, and contribution to the academic community. Hence, a lecturer must perform at their best to generate professional and high-quality outcomes. The academic excellence achieved by lecturers is evident in the quality of graduates and the success of alumni, which indicates the education's quality. In conclusion that lecturers' accomplishments have a substantial influence on improving academic quality through teaching methods, research and scientific progress, teaching efficiency, research outcomes, and involvement in the academic achievement that is demonstrated through the quality of graduates.

Latar Belakang: Studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan di Puskesmas Mijen Semarang, didapatkan 17 pasangan suami istri dari ibu primigravida trimester I, diperoleh dari ibu primigravida trimester I semua pernah mengalami morning sickness, sedangkan pada suami rata-rata mengatakan cemas, kadang gelisah, dan waspada saat istri mengalami morning sickness. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan tingkat morning sickness pada ibu primigravida trimester I dengan tingkat kecemasan suami di Kelurahan Wonolopo kecamatan Mijen Semarang. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan survey analitik, dengan pendekatan waktu cross sectional, sampel diambil dengan teknik accidental sampling yang berjumlah 47 responden, data dikumpulkan melalui lembar kuesioner, dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square dengan batas signifikan nilai alpha 0,05. Hasil: Hasil uji statistik diperoleh p = 0,002 Kesimpulan: Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara tingkat morning sickness pada ibu primigravida trimester I dengan tingkat kecemasan suami di Kelurahan Wonolopo Kecamatan Mijen Semarang.

Research Originality: The research looks at the relationship and impact of welfare indicators on the implementation of democracy in Indonesia. Previous research concentrated on the impact of democracy implementation.Research Objectives: This study aims to examine the role of public welfare variables in improving the implementation of democracy in Indonesia.Research Methods: The study used panel data with a multiple regression approach from 34 provinces from 2009 to 2023 with the Fix Effect Model (FEM) category.Empirical Results: The research findings show that the public welfare variable has a significant effect on the democracy index in Indonesia both partially and simultaneously, and only the human development index and the democracy index are linearly related. It was found that the human development index variable is an intermediary variable influencing the relationship between income inequality and the democracy index.Implications: To increase people's understanding of democracy, the government can lower the poverty depth index because there is no intermediate variable between the two variables.JEL Classification: C33, D72, Z13, Z18

Leadership style and work discipline play an important role in improving performance at GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya”. This study aims to examine the effect of leadership style and work discipline on performance at GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” Sidodadi Village, Bangunrejo District, Central Lampung Regency. The population in this study were all farmers who were members of GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” in Sidodadi Village. Data analysis using multiple linear regression, descriptive analysis test, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that simultaneously the variables of leadership style and work discipline have a significant effect on performance at GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya”. While partially leadership style and work discipline also have a significant effect on performance at GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” Sidodadi Village, Bangurejo District, Central Lampung Regency. The coefficient of determination is 0.561 which explains that the effect of leadership style and work discipline on the performance variable of GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” is 56.1%. It is expected from the results of this study that the Chairman of GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” continues to develop his leadership style and farmers who are members of GAPOKTAN “Tani Jaya” continue to improve their work discipline to get maximum performance.

The Indonesian government introduced rice import activities as a necessary requirement to increase national rice reserves. In Indonesia, policies regarding the export and import of rice have been regulated in the Regulation of the Minister of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Number 1 of 2018 concerning provisions for the export and import of rice. Rice imports are carried out by the Public Logistics Affairs Agency (Perum Bulog). The problem from a legal and economic point of view is that the policy of banning Indian rice exports will affect the reduced supply of rice reserves in Indonesia, due to the reduced supply of rice in Indonesia, inevitably the Indonesian government will make a policy by increasing the price of rice sold in Indonesia. The ban on Indian rice imports to Indonesia certainly did not just happen. According to the data the author obtained, India's export ban policy to other countries was motivated by monsoon rains which resulted in a decrease in rice yields in India. In this study the authors used normative juridical legal research methods or library research. For the Indonesian government to immediately look for other rice supplying countries to cover the shortage of rice in Indonesia, so that the people are not increasingly suffocated by the increase and scarcity of rice prices due to the ban on imports of Indian rice to Indonesia.
