Abstract

Perbanyakan kacang kedelai (Glycine max L.) dengan menggunakan teknik kultur jaringan dapat membantu memperbanyak tanaman dengan menghasilkan biji yang mempunyai keunggulan, antara lain mampu menghasilkan biji dalam jumlah yang besar dengan waktu yang singkat dan tidak membutuhkan tempat yang luas, kesehatan dan mutu biji lebih terjamin serta kecepatan tumbuh biji lebih cepat. Penelitian ini menggunakan medium Murashige and Skoog (MS) dengan pemberian air kelapa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemberian air kelapa terhadap jumlah planlet yang hidup serta untuk mengetahui kandungan klorofil a, klorofil b, dan klorofil total optimum pada planlet kacang kedelai kultivar anjasmoro. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yaitu konsentrasi air kelapa dengan 4 taraf perlakuan: 0%, 5%, 10%, dan 15% dengan 6 ulangan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji Levene dan uji lanjut dengan Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil persentase planlet yang hidup menunjukkan hasil 100% hidup, dan pemberian air kelapa belum memberikan pengaruh terhadap kandungan  klorofil a, klorofil b, dan klorofil total.http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/aec.v5.i2.2020.p101-110

Abstract

Buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) adalah salah satu komoditas pangan yang memiliki sumber protein dan aman dikonsumsi.Seiring dengan berjalannya waktu dan perubahan iklim yang tidak menentu, para petani sayuran termasuk Buncis kesulitan dalam memproduksi hasil pertanian dengan baik, sehingga menyebabkan produksi tanaman buncis menurun. Indole Acetic Acid (IAA) merupakan hormon auksin yang terdapat pada ujung akar, batang dan pembentukan bunga. Hormon auksin IAA dapat memicu percepatan pertumbuhan pada akar, batang dan perkembangan bunga. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemberian IAA pada jumlah planlet  hidup dan kadar klorofil a, b dan total planlet buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) secara in vitro. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap dengan variasi konsentrasi Indole Acetic Acid  yang terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan yaitu 0 ppm, 0,5 ppm, 1 ppm, dan 1,5 ppm. Masing masing konsentrasi dilakukan 5 kali pengulangan dan setiap pengulangan terdiri dari 3 eksplan biji buncis dalam setiap botol kultur. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan Uji homogenitas dan Uji Lanjut Beda Nyata Terkecil (BNT) pada taraf nyata 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase planlet hidup menunjukkan 100% hidup dan pemberian IAA memberikan pengaruh terhadap kadar klorofil a dan total secara in vitro.http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/aec.v5.i1.2020.p15-23

Abstract

Buncis (Phaseolus vulgaris L.) merupakan tanaman semusim berbentuk perdu. Pada tahun 2017 produktivitas buncis mengalami penurunan karena minimnya lahan produksi. Kendala yang dihadapi dalam memproduksi buncis antara lain musim kemarau yang berkepanjangan. Kalium dapat membantu penyerapan unsur hara dan air pada tumbuhan. Poly Ethylene Glycol (PEG 6000) diberikan pada medium kultur jaringan untuk menstimulasi cekaman kekeringan. Penelitian ini menggunakan medium Murashige and Skoog (MS) dengan pemberian kalium. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efek pemberian kalium pada planlet buncis yang tahan serta untuk mengetahui kandungan karbohidrat pada planlet buncis secara in vitro. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan satu faktor yaitu konsentrasi kalium dengan 4 taraf perlakuan: 0%, 0,5%, 0,15%, dan 0,25% dengan 6 ulangan. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan ANOVA pada taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persentase planlet hidup menunjukkan 100% hidup dan pemberian kalium dan PEG 6000 belum memberikan pengaruh terhadap kadar karbohidrat terlarut total secara in vitro.http://dx.doi.org/10.23960/aec.v5.i1.2020.p34-41

Abstract

Technology provides great opportunities for the plantation sector in increasing the efficiency and effectiveness of production management. PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari (APL), as a company engaged in the oil palm plantation sector, faces challenges in the process of monitoring plantation results which are still carried out manually, so there is a risk of delays and inaccuracies in data. This study aims to design a website-based oil palm plantation monitoring service information system to facilitate the process of recording, reporting, and monitoring data in real time. The method used in designing this system is the waterfall method, which consists of the stages of needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The results of this study are a web-based information system that is able to display harvest data in a structured manner, provide periodic reports, and facilitate access to information for management. The conclusion of this study shows that the implementation of a website-based information system can improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency in the process of monitoring oil palm plantation results at PT. Adimulia Palmo Lestari (APL).

Abstract

the role of education is a crucial role in shaping the personality of the younger generation. There are various types of character education that can be given to students from an early age, one of which is gotong royong. According to the results of the analysis explained in strengthening the unity of the Indonesian nation and the formation of social identity there is a cultural heritage known as gotong royong. However, along with the development of this world, the values of gotong royong began to disappear, especially among the younger generation. The purpose of the writing is to provide analysis results related to the implementation of strengthening the character of mutual cooperation through the habituation of clean Friday activities. The research method used in this writing adopts qualitative research methods. The results of the research findings are that the clean Friday activities carried out in almost all schools have the aim of shaping the character of students, especially in strengthening the character of mutual cooperation. The clean Friday culture implemented at the basic education level can be done in various ways including cleaning the school yard, throwing garbage in its place, providing a clean bathroom, having a place to wash hands, and providing a garbage disposal. The conclusion drawn is that the activities in Clean Friday are not only based on cleaning activities. But it can also foster and strengthen the character of mutual cooperation.

Abstract

Produksi cabai merah (Capsicum annuum L.) mengalami penurunan akibat serangan penyakit antraknosa yang disebabkan oleh jamur Colletotrichum sp. Sehingga untuk mengatasi penyakit antraknosa tersebut diperlukan pengendalian menggunakan fungisida nabati. Daun duku diketahui memiliki kandungan senyawa aktif seperti alkaloid, flavonoid, fenol, tanin, saponin, dan terpenoid yang diketahui memiliki potensi sebagai antifungi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh ekstrak daun duku terhadap jamur Colletotrichum sp. serta menentukan konsentrasi terbaik ekstrak daun duku terhadap pertumbuhan jamur Colletotrichum sp. Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dengan tujuh perlakuan konsentrasi ekstrak daun duku (0%, 0,5%, 1%, 1,5%, 2%, 2,5%, dan 3%) masing-masing perlakuan dilakukan empat pengulangan. Pengamatan dilakukan terhadap masa inkubasi, kejadian dan keparahan penyakit setiap hari selama 16 hari setelah inokulasi. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji ANNOVA dan apabila berbeda nyata dilanjutkan dengan uji Beda Nyata Jujur (BNJ) taraf 5%. Hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa ekstrak daun duku tidak berpengaruh pada masa inkubasi tetapi berpengaruh dalam menekan pertumbuhan jamur Colletotrichum sp. yang ditunjukkan oleh persentase kejadian penyakit, keparahan penyakit, serta didapatkan konsentrasi terbaik pada perlakuan F (2,5%) dalam menekan kejadian dan keparahan penyakit dan perlakuan B(0,5%) adalah konsentrasi terbaik pada tinggi dan jumlah daun tanaman.The production of red chili peppers (Capsicum annuum L.) has declined due to anthracnose disease caused by the fungus Colletotrichum sp. Therefore, to control this disease, the use of botanical fungicides is necessary. Duku leaves are known to contain active compounds such as alkaloids, flavonoids, phenols, tannins, saponins, and terpenoids, which are known to have antifungal potential. This research aims to determine the effect of duku leaf extract on the fungus Colletotrichum sp. and to identify the optimal concentration of duku leaf extract for inhibiting the growth of Colletotrichum sp. This study employed a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) with seven treatments of duku leaf extract concentrations (0%, 0.5%, 1%, 1.5%, 2%, 2.5%, and 3%), with each treatment repeated four times. Observations were made regarding the incubation period, disease incidence, and severity daily for 16 days following inoculation. Data were analyzed using ANOVA, and where significant differences were found, the analysis was continued with the Honest Significant Differences (HSD) test at the 5% level. The results showed that duku leaf extract had no effect on the incubation period but was effective in suppressing the growth of Colletotrichum sp., as indicated by the percentage of disease incidence and severity. The optimal concentration for suppressing disease incidence and severity was found in treatment F (2.5%) and treatment B (0.5%) yielded the best results in terms of plant height and the number of leaves.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the application of therapeutic communication by caregivers to patients in the recovery process of mental health disorders in Blumbungan Village, Pamekasan. The method used is a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design through in-depth interviews with health workers, village cadres, and patients’ families. The results of the study indicate that therapeutic communication has been implemented through the Posyandu Jiwa program, home visits, and family psychoeducation. The implementation process faces various obstacles, such as patient resistance, family stigma, low mental health literacy, and limited access to therapeutic treatment. Caregivers play a crucial role in providing emotional support, education, and treatment supervision, but still require increased capacity and support from the health system. Consistently applied therapeutic communication can help reduce patients’ anxiety levels and support the gradual process of mental health recovery. These findings underscore the importance of integrating medical and cultural strategies in community-based mental health services, as well as the need to strengthen therapeutic communication skills among caregivers to enhance the effectiveness of patient recovery. The results also indicate that empathetic communication, patience, and family involvement contribute to the stability of patients with mental health disorders. This process unfolds through the stages of orientation, identification, exploration, and resolution, and is reinforced by social support and access to health services.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students’ critical thinking skills through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model in Pancasila and Civic Education (PPKn), particularly on Human Rights material, among Grade X students at Madrasah Aliyah Ihyaul Islam. The research employed a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design based on the Kemmis and McTaggart spiral model, conducted in two cycles consisting of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. The participants were 36 Grade X students. Data were collected through classroom observations, critical thinking tests, interviews, and documentation, and analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña qualitative analysis model, including data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the PBL model effectively enhanced students’ critical thinking skills in a gradual manner. Prior to the intervention, most students showed low abilities in identifying problems, analyzing information, constructing arguments, drawing conclusions, and proposing solutions. In Cycle I, students demonstrated moderate improvement, although their analytical depth and argument quality were still limited. Further improvement occurred in Cycle II, where students achieved good and very good levels of critical thinking. This progress was reflected in higher participation during learning activities, stronger arguments supported by facts and legal foundations, and a better ability to connect Human Rights concepts with real-life cases. Therefore, the study concludes that the Problem-Based Learning model is effective in improving critical thinking skills in PPKn learning.

Abstract

The increasing use of digital banking applications and social media has heightened the risk of personal data misuse due to limited public awareness of digital security. This community service program aimed to improve community knowledge and practical skills in protecting personal data when using digital banking applications and social media among residents of RW 011, Petukangan Utara, South Jakarta. The program was conducted on February 13, 2026, involving 35 participants consisting of neighborhood administrators, Family Welfare Movement (PKK) members, and youth organization representatives. The program adopted a Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach combined with a Community-Based Education strategy through needs assessment, participatory planning, educational sessions, demonstrations, mentoring, and evaluation. The results showed improved participant awareness of protecting one-time passwords (OTP), using stronger passwords, enabling two-factor authentication, adjusting social media privacy settings, and recognizing phishing attempts. In addition, a Digital Literacy WhatsApp Group was established to support continuous learning within the community.
