Abstract

Mitra pengabdian Sumber Rejeki Dairy Farm adalah peternak sapi perah di Desa Slamparejo Kabupaten Malang. Usaha ternak merupakan pekerjaan turun-temurun, sehingga pola usahanya juga relatif sederhana. Pemerahan susu sapi dilakukan secara tradisional yaitu dengan menggunakan tangan. Usaha ternak sapi perah belum memanfaatkan teknologi, oleh karena itu jika ada sapi yang sakit mastitis maka akan menular pada sapi lain, sehingga susu yang diperoleh akan tertular penyakit tersebut, disamping itu berdampak pula pada perolehan susu, dan kualitas susu menjadi turun. Tujuan pengabdian sebagai pemberdayaan peternak untuk mengenalkan teknologi proses pemerahan susu sapi. Teknologi memberikan kemudahan peternak dari segi kesehatan sapi, efisiensi waktu dan dapat meningkatkan kualitas susu dan peningkatan penghasilan. Metode pelaksanaan dengan pelatihan dan penyuluhan kepada para peternak sapi perah dalam pengenalan teknologi vacum. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan antusia bagi peserta, dari 10 orang yang diundang yang datang 13 orang atau 130%. Hasil pre test dari pengenalan usaha menunjukkan nilai sedangkan pemahaman tentang teknologi sebesar 67%.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of savings and loan products and service quality on customer loyalty which is moderated by customer satisfaction in the study of KPRI Yustisia customers at the Malang District Court. The sampling technique in this research uses "Non Probability Sampling", and the sampling method in this research is "Saturated Sample" (Total Sampling) of 73 KPRI Yustisia customers. Data is processed via Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The research results show that savings and loan products do not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Service quality does not have a significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not play a role in moderating the influence of savings and loan products on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction does not play a role in moderating service quality on customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study to test a model develop to explain the effect of price and brand image on purchase decision with moderated digital marketing at mobile legends user in Malang City. This study aims to provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence purchasing decisions in the online gaming industry, especially mobile legends games for mobile legends game users in Malang. By analyzing the influence of price and brand image on purchasing decisions moderated by digital marketing. This study use a survey method with a quantitative research method. This study uses primary data. Primary data is data collected directly by researchers from their sources The analytical techniques in this study used descriptive and inferential statistical analysis techniques. The research results show that (1) Good prices cannot increase purchasing decisions. (2) An excellent brand image can improve purchasing decisions. (3) Good digital marketing can improve purchasing decisions. (4) Good prices cannot increase purchasing decisions with Digital Marketing mediator. (5) A good brand image cannot improve purchasing decisions with Digital Marketing mediator.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of digital e-service quality and e-promotion on purchase intentions which are mediated by perceived customer value. The population in this study were feb students at Widyagama University, Malang. A sample of 97 respondents was taken using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out through distributing questionnaires. Data analysis used SmartPLS Version 3 software. The results of this research show that: 1) E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intentions; 2) E-Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention; 3) E-Service Quality has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Customer Value; 4) E- Promotion has a positive and significant effect on Perceived Customer Value; 5) Perceived Customer Value has a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intentions; 6) Perceived Customer Value is able to mediate the relationship between E-Service Quality and Purchase Intentions; and 7) Perceived Customer Value is able to mediate the relationship between E-Promotion and Purchase Intention.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how work motivation and job satisfaction influence employee performance, while also considering the role of tenure as a moderating factor. The research was conducted at Galaxy Solusindo in Malang City, involving all employees of the company. Using a total sampling method, 85 employees participated by completing a questionnaire, and the collected data was analyzed using Smart Partial Least Square (PLS) software. The findings indicate that work motivation, job satisfaction, and tenure all have a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Furthermore, tenure has been found to either strengthen or weaken the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on performance. In other words, employees with longer tenure tend to demonstrate better performance, driven by higher levels of motivation and job satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh citra destinasi terhadap loyalitas pengunjung dengan pengalaman wisata sebagai variabel mediasi pada Taman Wisata Wendit Water Park Malang. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya menciptakan pengalaman wisata yang berkesan sebagai penghubung antara persepsi awal terhadap destinasi dan perilaku kunjungan ulang. Metode yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan pendekatan Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) yang melibatkan 110 responden. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari tiga konstruk utama: citra destinasi, pengalaman wisata, dan loyalitas pengunjung, yang masing-masing telah diuji validitas dan reliabilitasnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengalaman wisata dan loyalitas pengunjung. Selain itu, pengalaman wisata juga berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas. Uji mediasi membuktikan bahwa pengalaman wisata berperan sebagai mediator parsial dalam hubungan antara citra destinasi dan loyalitas pengunjung. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya strategi pemasaran yang tidak hanya berorientasi pada promosi citra, tetapi juga pada manajemen pengalaman wisata yang otentik dan berkualitas. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi manajerial yang kuat bagi pengelola destinasi dan pemangku kebijakan untuk mengintegrasikan pendekatan berbasis pengalaman dalam pengembangan pariwisata lokal. Strategi retensi pengunjung, penguatan brand image, serta kolaborasi dengan pelaku ekonomi kreatif menjadi kunci dalam membentuk loyalitas yang berkelanjutan. Abstract

SMEs are the backbone of the local economy and require contextualized and adaptive leadership and human capital management strategies. This article aims to describe the indigenous values-based leadership model implemented in Aglaia Shoes Cleaning-a shoe-care SME in Malang City-and how it contributes to strengthening human capital. The service activities were carried out through a participatory and educative approach, including soft skills training, structuring work structures, and preparing simple SOPs based on local cultural values such as mutual cooperation, responsibility, and perseverance. The results of the activities show that a leadership approach that integrates indigenous values can create a more collaborative work environment, increase productivity, and foster loyalty and a sense of ownership in the work team. Strengthening human capital does not only occur through increasing technical capacity, but also through instilling local values and work ethics. This model has the potential to be replicated in other MSMEs with similar characteristics to encourage local culture-based business sustainability.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of social support on subjective well-being mediated by work-life balance and the role of self-efficacy as a moderating variable. This study uses a quantitative research design and the type of research used is to explain the causal relationship between research variables through testing previously formulated hypotheses. The population in this study were all employees of PT. Widatra Bhakti, totaling 300 employees. The determination of the number of samples in this study used the Slovin formula, which amounted to 75 respondents. The sampling technique used was probability sampling with the technique taken, namely simple random sampling. The research design used to analyze and interpret the data was inferential statistical analysis, namely SEM-PLS using SmartPLS 4. The results showed that there was no significant effect between social support and subjective well-being. There was a significant effect between social support and work-life balance. There was a significant effect between work-life balance and subjective well-being. There was no significant effect between self-efficacy and subjective well-being. There was a significant effect between social support and subjective well-being which was fully mediated by work-life balance. There was a significant effect between social support and subjective well-being which was purely moderated by self-efficacy.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh citra destinasi dan fasilitas terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, serta peran kualitas pelayanan sebagai variabel moderasi pada destinasi wisata alam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif eksplanatori. Metode analisis data menggunakan SmartPLS untuk pengujian model struktural dan SPSS untuk statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa citra destinasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Namun, fasilitas tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan. Kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan wisatawan, serta mampu memperkuat hubungan antara citra destinasi dan kepuasan wisatawan, namun tidak memperkuat hubungan antara fasilitas dan kepuasan wisatawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi strategi optimalisasi kinerja karyawan dengan fokus peran komunikasi interpersonal sebagai faktor utama dan pengelolaan konflik kerja ebagai pendukung strategi. Metodologi yang diterapkan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang termasuk ke dalam jenis explanatory research. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu seluruh Tenaga Pnedukung Operasional Kegiatan (TPOK) yang berjumlah 70 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan prasyarat uji statistik deskriptif, uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, outer model, inner model, dan pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan alat bantu software SPSS versi 30 dan SmartPLS versi 4. Temuan penelitian mengindikasikan komunikasi interpersonal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja, sementara konflik kerja menunjukkan kontribusi terhadap kinerja.
