Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between room head empathy, cohesiveness, and job satisfaction with the performance of implementing nurses at Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital, Dharmasraya Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative with a cross-sectional method. The research results show that each variable influences the performance of executive nurses with a p-value of 0.000 for empathy, 0.001 for cohesiveness, and 0.000 for job satisfaction with a medium-strength relationship. In conclusion, the higher the vacancy of the head of the room, the cohesiveness and job satisfaction of nurses, the more the performance of implementing nurses at Sungai Dareh Regional Hospital will improve. Abstract

This research aims to obtain empirical evidence regarding the influence of organizational culture and job satisfaction on ASN performance with job placement as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at RSUD dr. Sadikin Pariaman. The sampling technique is a sampling technique, namely Stratified Proportional Sampling. This technique uses the number of samples taken from each stratum against the number of elements in each stratum so that the total sample is 103 ASN consisting of the management, the medical, the paramedic, and the support department. The analysis method used is descriptive statistical analysis using SmartPLS 3.0. Based on the results of research testing, it shows that organizational culture has insignificant effect on performance; job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on performance; job placement has a positive and significant effect on performance; organizational culture and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect with job placement as a moderating variable. Based on the results, the R square value of 0.434 means 43.4% of the ASN performance at dr. RSUD. Sadikin is explained by the variables organizational culture, job satisfaction, and job placement. Meanwhile, the remaining 56.6% was influenced by other variables not explained in this research.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the career development of ASNs who are affected by the equalization of Structural Positions in the government of West Sumatra Province. The type of research used was qualitative research conducted on ASN Government of West Sumatra Province. This research was carried out by selecting 8 informants who were affected by the Bureaucratic Streamlining policy in the West Sumatra Provincial Government. The data collection technique used in this research was in-depth interviews with informants. The research results show that the career development of ASNs affected by bureaucratic downsizing is the same as Functional ASNs. However, there are obstacles in career development because there are position maps for ASN that are not appropriate and do not have work items in the work organization. This has an impact on ASN's career, causing them to be unable to obtain credit points for promotion and their career stalls until retirement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine antecedents of the low aspect career development for civil servant and the application of talent management strategies as a solution to career development issues. By using a qualitative method to executes semi-structure interview for 7 informants that responsible and have authorities to the civil servant career development. The collecting data also conducted through observation and documentation. Result of interviews show that six of ten indicators from career development aspects un-optimum implemented, such as job competency standards documents, availability of employee profiles based on talent or competency mapping, talent pool implementation, availability of succession plans, qualification and competency gap documents, and capacity building and competency development. Further, research findings show that the obstacles of career development aspects caused by six indicators such as bureaucratic politicization, lack of leadership commitment, un-optimum budget, and bad teamwork. The Talent management strategy states as comprehensive solution in establishing the basis for future civil servant career development.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the behavioural intention of the people of Padang City to use e-government services known as SI RANCAK. This research uses a quantitative approach using a survey. Data collection on 150 respondents who have KK Padang City and non-users SI RANCAK with purposive sampling method. The data were then analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results showed that performance expectancy, computer self-efficacy, and trust have a positive and significant effect on attitude. Facilitating conditions are also proven to have a positive and significant effect on effort expectancy. Attitude and trust are also proven to have a positive and significant effect on behavioural intention. Meanwhile, this study found that effort expectancy, social influence, and perceived risk have no significant effect on attitude. Facilitating conditions were also found to have no significant effect on attitude. The implication of this research is that the government is expected to be able to provide supporting facilities and infrastructure so that administrative arrangements can be completed quickly such as providing a helpdesk, improve the security of the SI RANCAK system and provide guarantees to the public that their personal data will not be misused by any party, also provide support in the form of socialization about SI RANCAK both offline and online on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Workplace Spirituality, and religiosity on the performance of civil servants with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. This research is quantitative research. This type of research is correlational research. A correlational investigation is an identification of important factors that are "related to" the problem. The study used all state civil apparatus respondents totaling 61 people who worked at the South Coastal Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency. this research technique uses the Census, which means that information collection from all members of the population is used as a sample to collect information. The data collection technique used a questionnaire, while the data analysis used SmartPLS. The results showed that: (1) Workplace Spirituality has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (3) Workplace Spirituality has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (4) Religiosity has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, (5) Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, (6) Job Satisfaction Mediates the effect of Workplace Spirituality on Employee Performance, providing a positive impact and significant influence on employee performance in the context of work discipline, and (7) Job Satisfaction Mediates the effect of Religiosity on Employee Performance.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the effect of rewards on work discipline, which is mediated by job satisfaction in employees of PT Dipo Star Finance Padang. A quantitative approach with hypothesis-testing techniques was used in this research. There were 92 samples using a saturated sampling technique, namely all employees of PT Dipo Star Finance Padang. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires online and processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The data analysis method uses structural equation modeling with partial least squares (SEM-PLS). The research results show that rewards have a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and work discipline. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on work discipline. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the relationship between rewards and work discipline. The implications of the research emphasize the importance of providing comfort to employees while working, in addition to providing appreciation in the form of rewards for employees with good performance, so that employees can comply with company rules in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kabupaten 50 Kota. Fenomena yang terjadi adalah kinerja yang dihasilkan pegawai belum memenuhi standar kinerja secara keseluruhan yang ditetapkan. Hal ini dapat dipengaruhi oleh disiplin kerja, pelatihan dan kompetensi yang tidak sesuai, yang dapat berdampak pada kinerja pegawai dalam menjalankan tugas dan tanggung jawabnya sebagai pegawai. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja, pelatihan dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja pegawai. Sampel yang digunakan 95 (Sembilan puluh lima) orang pegawai, data dikumpulkan dengan instrumen angket, pengukuran menggunakan skala likert. Instrumen yang dikembangkan menguji tingkat validitas dengan validitas konvergen dan validitas diskriminan. Estimasi reliabilitas instrumen menggunakan reliabilitas komposit. Analisis data untuk menjawab permasalahan penelitian dan uji hipotesis menggunakan Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) dengan program Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja pegawai secara keseluruhan dipengaruhi oleh variabel disiplin kerja, pelatihan dan kompetensi dan selebihnya oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, pelatihan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, disiplin kerja mempunyai pengaruh yang paling dominan terhadap kinerja pegawai, sedangkan pelatihan dan kompetensi perlu ditingkatkan lagi guna untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai.

Abstract

Children are the next generation of the nation who play a strategic role and have specal characteristics, so that guidance and protection is needed to ensure their growth and physical, mental and social development and development. Indonesian children aged 1-14 years experience violent discipline. This data is also strengthened from data from the Child Protection Commission (KPAI) which recorded that during 2019 there were 4369 public complaints received, and if we look at the case trends yearly, complaints about KPAI cases have increased in 2020 with a range of 4734. The PATBM program includes parents, family factors, and customs factors. The type of research to be used is this type of research is a type of Structral Equation Modeling research using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) data analysis techniques based on Smart PLS variance. The results of this study indicate that partially the economic and knowledge variables have a positive and significant effect on the case of violence in children with disabilities, while parenting patterns and social facts have no positive and insignificant effect on the case of violence against children with disabilities. For this reason, it is recommended that the local government, the Office of Women's Empowerment, Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3APPKB),the Public, the business world be able to make efforts to prevent and handle violence against women and children.

Abstract

Tugas yang dilakukan kantor Satlantas Polres Kota Bukittinggi adalah dalam mengurus kepentingan warga dalam wilayah kerja yang menjadi tanggung jawabnya. Dalam melaksanakan tugas dan alat negara memberikan perlindungan, pengayoman dan pelayanan kepada masyarakat, maka Eksistensi Kepolisian Negara RI (POLRI) selaku bersama dan menyatu dengan masyarakat. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini seluruh jajaran anggota Satlantas Polres Kota Bukittinggi. Jumlah personil anggota Satlantas Polres Kota Bukittinggi pada tahun 2019 sebanyak 58 orang. Teknik analisas data menggunakan statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regressi linier berganda, uji hipotesis. Terbukti bahwa lingkungan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kompetensi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja. Social quatien berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai. Terbukti bahwa lingkungan, kompetensi, stres kerja dan social quatien berpengaruh secara simultan dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai bagian Satlantas Polres Kota Bukittinggi. Instansi harus meningkatkan penerapan manajemen mutu terpadu, yaitu program perbaikan berkelanjutan yang terkait dengan peningkatan keprofesionalan pegawai.
