Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze (1) the influence of service innovation on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City. (2) the influence of work experience on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City. (2) the influence of training on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District, Payakumbuh City. The object of this research is employees in West Payakumbuh sub-district. The data used is primary data using a questionnaire distributed to the State Civil Apparatus in West Payakumbuh sub-district with a population of 86 people. The sample in this study was 86 employees in West Payakumbuh District. By using a quantitative approach and data analysis using the SEM PLS model. The results of this research show that (1) service innovation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District. (2) work experience has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in West Payakumbuh District. (3) training has no effect on employee performance in Payakumbuh District West. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis (1) pengaruh inovasi pelayanan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat Kota Payakumbuh. (2) pengaruh pengalaman kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat Kota Payakumbuh. (3) pengaruh Pelatihan terhadap kinerja pegawai di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat Kota Payakumbuh. Objek penelitian ini adalah pegawai di kecamatan payakumbuh Barat. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer dengan menggunakan kuisioner yang di sebar kepada Aparatur Sipil Negara di kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat dengan populasi 86 orang. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat sebanyak 86 Orang. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan analisis data menggunakan model SEM PLS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) inovasi pelayanan berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat.(2 pengalaman kerja berpengaruh posistif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat. (3) pelatihan tidak berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kecamatan Payakumbuh Barat.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of service quality and work enthusiasm on community satisfaction with social intelligence as an intervening variable at the Tilatang Kamang sub-district office. The method used is an analytical or reception survey with data analysis techniques of outer model testing, inner model testing and hypothesis testing. The sample was 100 residents of Tilatang Kamang District. The results obtained show that there is a positive and significant influence of service quality on social intelligence at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. There is a positive and significant influence of work enthusiasm on social intelligence at the Tilatang Kamang Subdistrict Office. There is a positive and significant influence of service quality on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. There is a positive and significant influence of work morale on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. There is a positive and significant influence of social intelligence on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. Social intelligence is able to mediate the influence of service quality on community satisfaction at the Tilatang Kamang District Head Office. Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of transformational leadership, work environment, and organizational culture on employee loyalty at PT Sucofindo (Persero) Padang Branch. Quantitative methods are used to analyze data collected through questionnaires distributed to company employees. The results of the analysis show that transformational leadership and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee loyalty, with the better the application of these two factors, the higher the level of employee loyalty. However, the effect of organizational culture on employee loyalty is not statistically significant although positive. This research provides important insights for company management in understanding the factors that can increase employee loyalty, in the hope that it can provide a basis for developing more effective management strategies in maintaining a positive relationship between the company and its employees. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menginvestigasi pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan di PT. Sucofindo (Persero) Cabang Padang. Metode kuantitatif digunakan untuk menganalisis data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan perusahaan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional dan lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap loyalitas karyawan, dengan semakin baiknya penerapan kedua faktor tersebut, semakin tinggi tingkat loyalitas karyawan. Namun, pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap loyalitas karyawan tidak signifikan secara statistik meskipun positif. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan yang penting bagi manajemen perusahaan dalam memahami faktor-faktor yang dapat meningkatkan loyalitas karyawan, dengan harapan dapat memberikan dasar bagi pengembangan strategi manajemen yang lebih efektif dalam memelihara hubungan positif antara perusahaan dan karyawannya. Abstract

The role of health professionals in a country is important to maintain health care society. The needs of health worker significantly increase in-line with the demand of the society towards improving quality of health. Increasing number of patients from day to day demands jobs for health worker also to be increase. That condition will be affecting the job stress level and the work life balance of the health worker which in turn affects their job performance. This research is using the quantitative method, to test hypothesis by using statistical methods. Data analysis technique in this research using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) by using software Smart PLS 3.0. In this research job stress and work life balance found to significantly affect job performance of health workers, and job stress found to significantly affect work life balance. This research also found the mediation effect of work life balance on the correlation from job stress on job performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) at work, including quality of work life and knowledge management with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The research population is employees of the Secretariat of the Pasaman Barat Regency DPRD with a sample of 66 employees. Using descriptive statistical analysis and factor description with SmartPLS 4.0, the results show that quality of work life and knowledge management have a positive and significant relationship with OCB. Quality of work life and knowledge management also have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction, which in turn influences OCB positively and significantly. Additionally, job satisfaction significantly mediates the relationship between quality of work life and OCB, as well as knowledge management and OCB.

Abstract

This study investigates the influence of work-life balance, employee engagement, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment among employees. Utilizing a quantitative method with a causal design, data were collected from 191 employees through questionnaires. The results indicate that employee engagement and job satisfaction significantly impact organizational commitment. Employees who are more engaged and satisfied tend to have higher levels of commitment. Additionally, work-life balance was found to positively affect job satisfaction, with a good work-life balance enhancing employee satisfaction. The study also revealed that job satisfaction and employee engagement mediate the effect of work-life balance on organizational commitment. Therefore, a good work-life balance increases job satisfaction and employee engagement, ultimately enhancing organizational commitment. This research contributes to the understanding of the relationships between work-life balance, employee engagement, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment, providing practical guidance for management in creating a supportive work environment to boost employee motivation and commitment.

Abstract

PT. PLN Bukittinggi Generating Unit has a way to increase service productivity with Organizational Performance Value, Organizational Performance Value is the evaluation of real work results with quality and quantity standards produced by PT. PLN UP Bukittinggi. Basics of assessment using Key Performance Indicator, from six perspectives used as a measurement tool to assess the performance of PT. PLN UP Bukittinggi the author found that the customer perspective is not a priority in the Organizational Performance Value of PT. PLN UP Bukittinggi. In contrast to the concept of the Balanced Scorecard, the use of the Balanced Scorecard concept was found to be effective in knowing the underlying problems that exist and identifying opportunities for improvement. PT. PLN UP Bukittinggi has not implemented performance measurement using the Balanced Scorecard, but the writer wants to do research on the performance measurement system at PT. PLN UP Bukittinggi if using the Balanced Scorecard whether an increase or decrease in performance. Problems that are the object of research include: (1) the application of the Balanced Scorecard model is able to measure the performance of PT. PLN Bukittinggi Generation Unit correctly and accurately, (2) steps that must be taken in achieving the strategic targets set, (3) the application of the Balanced Scorecard in PT. PLN Bukittinggi Generating Unit in line with the Company's Vision and Mission. The method used in this research is descriptive exploratory research through a case study approach, the type of data used is primary data is data obtained through field research and secondary data, existing data and obtained from other sources that are still related to the research object collected directly or indirectly.

Abstract

This study aims to prove the right management strategy in supporting the increase in Immigration PNBP at the Class I Immigration office of TPI Padang. In this study, a sample was taken in the form of Immigration PNBP derived from the Travel Document of the Republic of Indonesia issued by the Class I Immigration office of TPI Padang from April 2020 to April 2022 and PNBP data generated through the Campus Entrance Immigration program. The analysis method used is descriptive quantitative, namely focusing attention on problems that occurred at the time the research was carried out (at present) or problems of an actual nature. Based on the tests conducted, it was found that the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Padang has the ability to change the potential into an achievement and a better achievement. So that the right policy direction to be implemented is to increase and enlarge the role of the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Padang in various activities in accordance with its capabilities as well as to expand participation and take advantage of various opportunities. In future development, the Class I Immigration Office of TPI Padang can use a role growth strategy but is carried out in stages according to the priority scale. And this strategy is supported by alternative opportunities to attract the sympathy of lecturers, employees and students even more by providing Excellent Service so that lecturers, employees and students get fast service, precise and efficient.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pelatihan, sarana prasarana, dan partisipasi anggaran pengawasan terhadap kinerja Aparat Pengawas Intern Pemerintah (APIP) Inspektorat Kota Payakumbuh. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah peran APIP Inspektorat Kota Payakumbuh sebagai unsur pembina dan pengawas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan daerah, yang memiliki tugas pokok untuk melakukan pengawasan terhadap pelaksanaan urusan pemerintahan di daerah dan pelaksanaan pembinaan atas penyelenggaraan pemerintahan Kota Payakumbuh. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan penyebaran kuesioner kepada 55 orang responden yang terdiri dari APIP Inspektorat Kota Payakumbuh. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) dengan software SmartPLS 4 untuk menguji model struktural dan hipotesis yang diajukan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulan: 1) Pelatihan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistic 2,963 dengan p-value 0,003. 2) Sarana prasarana berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai statistic 1,273 dengan p-value 0,203. 3) Partisipasi anggaran berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan nilai statictic 3,116 dengan p-value 0,002. Hasil penelitian ini mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan kinerja APIP dapat dicapai melalui pengembangan program pelatihan yang efektif dan partisipasi aktif dalam anggaran pengawasan. Kata Kunci: Pelatihan, Sarana Prasarana, Partisipasi Anggaran Pengawasan, Kinerja APIP
