This study investigates the effect of digital work flexibility and work-life balance on employee commitment and its impact on public service efficiency at the Regional Revenue Agency (Bapenda) of Surabaya City. Using a quantitative approach with a cross-sectional design, data were collected from 115 civil servants through a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using regression and mediation tests via Python-based statistical tools. The results indicate that both digital work flexibility and work-life balance significantly influence employee commitment. Furthermore, employee commitment fully mediates the relationship between the two independent variables and public service efficiency. This means that any improvements in work flexibility and balance will only lead to enhanced service performance if they are able to foster stronger employee commitment. The study highlights the importance of adaptive and human-centered work arrangements in improving service delivery in public sector institutions. These findings have practical implications for the design of flexible work policies and underscore the strategic role of psychological commitment in the effectiveness of digital transformation in public administration.

Abstact Justice principle in the Quran and Hadis contains some meanings, among them: equality (al-MusÄwÄh), truthfulness (al-á¹¢idq), and purity (al-IkhlÃ¢á¹£). Islam elevates justice values, it even became the character of Rasulullah and the muslims. However, these values of justice had been criticized at some applications of criminal judge, such as qisas, and polygamy in marriage which were considered not showing justice. The main point of this study was theological justice contextualization in the law of qisas and polygamy. The conclusion is that justice values in the implementation of qisas punishment and polygamy practice in marriage have beneficences for the goodness of human being. Prinsip keadilan dalam al-Qurâ€™an dan Hadis meliputi makna antara lain: kesetaraan (al-MusÃ¢wÃ¢h), kejujuran (al-á¹¢idq), dan kemurnian (al-IkhlÃ¢á¹£). Islam adalah ajaran yang menjunjung tinggi nilai keadilan, bahkan sisi keadilan merupakan karakter Rasulullah saw. dan umat Islam. Namun nilai keadilan tersebut dikritisi pada beberapa penerapan hukum pidana Islam, seperti hukuman qiá¹£Äá¹£, dan pada praktek poligami dalam perkawinan, yang dianggap tidak mencerminkan nilai keadilan. Pokok permasalahan penelitian ini adalah kontekstualisasi teologi keadilan dalam hukum qiá¹£Ã¢á¹£ dan poligami, dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologi normative. Kesimpulannya bahwa nilai-nilai keadilan terdapat pada penerapan hukuman qiá¹£Ã¢á¹£ dan praktik poligami dalam perkawinan, dan mengandung hikmah bagi kemaslahatan umat manusia.

In multicultural societies, the regulation of worship loudspeakers, particularly those affecting the Muslim community, has sparked significant debate, ranging from strong support to outright rejection. This study seeks to explore the social tensions arising from these regulations, focusing on the culturally diverse regions of Bali and Manado. Employing a qualitative approach, interviews were conducted with religious leaders, community figures, and local government officials to gain insight into the community's reactions. The findings reveal two predominant responses. On one hand, some view the regulations as unnecessary, believing that the established tradition of tolerance has allowed diverse religious practices to coexist peacefully without significant issues related to loudspeakers. On the other hand, others feel that the loudspeaker use is excessive, disturbing their rest and seeking quieter times. Some members of the Muslim community perceive the regulation as discriminatory, noting that other religious groups might also use loudspeakers at higher volumes. This study offers valuable insights for policymakers on how regulatory interventions can influence social harmony in diverse environments, highlighting the importance of adjusting regulations to respect religious diversity and equitably manage public auditory spaces.

Abstract: Court is a judicial institution, which has the authority to settle cases between the parties. In carrying out these duties and authorities, this institution adheres to the simple, quick, and low cost principles as mandated in the judicial power law. The application of simple and quick principles in terms of making lawsuits or petitions is as practiced in a Religious Court of Manado. One of the elements that helps is the existence of Legal Aid Post (POSBAKUM) based in the Religious Court of Manado. As for the settlement of cases, the application of the principle has not been implemented properly. This is because the parties are less seriously coming at the trial that has been determined and the judges often postpone the hearing by several argumentations. The cost of litigation in a Religious Court of Manado is determined based on the radius or distance of the domiciled party territory. If the Plaintiff is incompetent and has a poor card, it may incur a court fee waiver. Abstrak: Pengadilan merupakan lembaga yudikatif yang memiliki kewenangan menyelesaikan perkara antar para pihak. Dalam menjalankan tugas dan kewenangan tersebut, lembaga ini menganut asas sederhana, cepat dan biaya ringan sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam undang-undang kekuasaan kehakiman. Penerapan asas sederhana dan cepat dalam hal pembuatan gugatan ataupun permohonan di Pengadilan Agama yang diteliti yaitu Pengadilan Agama Manado dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik. Salah satu unsur yang membantu adalah adanya Pos Bantuan Hukum (POSBAKUM) yang berkantor di Pengadilan Agama Manado. Adapun dalam hal penyelesaian perkara, penerapan asas tersebut belum dilaksanakan dengan baik. Hal ini disebabkan karena para pihak kurang bersungguh-sungguh hadir pada persidangan yang telah ditentukan dan majelis hakim sering menunda sidang dengan alasan dinas luar atau cuti. Adapun biaya berperkara di Pengadilan Agama Manado ditentukan berdasarkan radius atau jarak wilayah pihak berdomisili. Jika Penggugat termasuk masyarakat tidak mampu dan memiliki kartu miskin, maka dapat dikenakan pembebasan biaya perkara.

Divorce is a complex life event that often has significant impacts, especially on the psychological well-being of children. This research aims to deeply explore the psychological impact of divorce on children in Manado City, North Sulawesi. Through a qualitative approach, we conducted in-depth interviews with 20 informants, including children, divorced parents, and judges from the Manado Religious Court. The results of the study indicate that divorce affects not only the physical and social aspects of children but also significantly impacts their emotional state. Children who are victims of their parents' divorce often experience deep feelings of loss, uncertainty about their family's future, and confusion about the causes of the divorce. Emotional conflicts also arise in children who are victims of divorce, such as feelings of guilt, anger, sadness, and prolonged anxiety. These psychological impacts are then reflected in various aspects of the child's life, including a decline in academic performance, lack of motivation to study, and deviant behaviors such as drug use or engaging in promiscuous activities. In facing these challenges, it is crucial for children to receive adequate social and psychological support. Therefore, the roles of family, government, schools, and the surrounding community in providing appropriate support and facilitating children's adaptation to their parents' divorce are very important. Support from various parties can help children who are victims of divorce in their psychological recovery.

ABSTRAK Diabetes merupakan penyakit menahun yang akan diderita seumur hidup, sehingga pengelolaan penyakit ini menjadi begitu penting dilakukan untuk dapat meningkatkan kualitas hidup serta mencegah komplikasi bahkan kematian pada penderita Diabetes mellitus. Diperlukan dukungan untuk membantu klien mencegah diabetes melitus melalui pendekatan keperawatan. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pencegahan penyakit degeneratif: DM. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan diawali dengan melakukan screening gula darah, kemudian dilanjutkan pre – posttest dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang terdiri atas 15 pertanyaan pilihan ganda. Klien diberikan penyuluhan mengenai optimalisasi pencegahan penyakit degeneratif: DM (terapi non farmakologis, perawatan kaki dan rileksasi otot progresif). Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada hari Kamis, 14 Desember 2023 di Wilayah Semper, Jakarta Utara. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini berjumlah 10 klien yang beresiko DM. Tingkat pengetahuan klien meningkat sebanyak 22,5% setelah diberikan penyuluhan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan penyuluhan Kesehatan meningkatkan kemampuan kognitif dan psikomotor klien dalam mencegah penyakit degeneratif: Diabetes Melitus. Kata Kunci: Diabetes Melitus, Rileksasi Otot Progressive, Terapi Non Farmakologi ABSTRACT Diabetes is a chronic disease that will last a lifetime, so managing this disease is very important to improve the quality of life and prevent complications and even death in diabetes mellitus sufferers. Support is needed to help clients prevent diabetes mellitus through a nursing approach. The aim of this community service activity is to increase knowledge about preventing degenerative diseases: DM. The method of implementing the activity begins with a blood sugar screening, then continues with a pre - post-test using a questionnaire consisting of 15 multiple choice questions. Clients are given counseling regarding optimizing the prevention of degenerative diseases: DM (non-pharmacological therapy, foot care and progressive muscle relaxation). The activity was held on Thursday, December 14th 2023 in the Semper area, North Jakarta. Participants in this activity were 10 clients who were at risk of DM. The client's knowledge level increased by 22.5% after being given counseling. This shows that health education activities improve clients' cognitive and psychomotor abilities in preventing degenerative diseases: Diabetes Mellitus. AbstractDistance learning during the COVID-19 pandemic poses several obstacles for students, especially in physical education subjects. Learning solutions that can be used to support the learning process are online. One of the platforms used in the online learning process is Google Classroom which contains features that support so that teaching and learning activities are more effective. This research is a descriptive research conducted by survey method and the instrument used is a questionnaire. The purpose of this study was to determine student satisfaction with the use of google classroom as a physical education learning medium during the covid-19 pandemic, the subjects of this study were class VIII students at SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak. Test the validity of the instrument using Product Moment Correlation and test the reliability of the instrument using the Alpha Cronbach formula through SPSS V25. The validity coefficient is 0.374 and the coefficient is 0.942 and to analyze the data used quantitative descriptive techniques with percentages. Based on the results of research conducted by researchers with a total population of 203 people while those who answered the questionnaire were 139 people, the following results were obtained: there were 11 students (7.91%) in the "very satisfactory" category, there were 39 students (28.06%) ) in the "satisfactory" category, and 81 students (58.28%) in the "unsatisfactory" category, while 8 students (5.75%) were classified as "very unsatisfactory". Student satisfaction with the use of Google Classroom as a physical education learning medium during the Covid-19 pandemic class VIII at SMP Negeri 18 Pontianak was in the "unsatisfactory" category.Keyword : Google Classroom, Satisfaction, Student, Survey

Reaksi sosial merupakan suatu sikap atau tindakan dilakukan oleh individu atau kelompok individu yang kritis secara sukarela untuk merespon suatu keadaan, situasi atau proses-proses sosial yang terjadi karena ketidakmampuan dalam merespon gejolak sosial secara positif. Jenis penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa Apa yang telah terjadi di Rumah Sakit GMIM Pancaran Kasih Manado karena pihak keluarga pasien mengetahui dan menyadari adanya ketidak wajaran dalam penanganan pasien tersebut dalam pemberian status positif pasien Covid, sehingga mereka tidak percaya, dimana pihak keluarga merasa tidak ada kejelasan, tranparansi dan bukti yang otentik yang menyatakan hasil dari Swab pasien adalah positif Covid-19. Timbulnya sikap dari warga kampung Ternate Baru sebagai bentuk solidaritas untuk keluarga pasien karena sesama warga kampung Ternate Baru yaitu menolak pemakaman jenasah pasien secara prosedur Covid19. Dalam kasus yang terjadi di rumah sakit GMIM pancaran kasih Manado juga telah memberikan dampak negatif yang signifikan dengan status jenasah tersebut yaitu adanya ketidakpercayaan, kesalahpahaman dan stigma negatif pada rumah sakit dan juga keluarga pasien mengenai status jenasah pasien.

Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) diare adalah penyakit kedua yang menyebabkan kematian pada anak-anak setelah pneumonia, terutama pada negara â€“ negara berkembang. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang yang memiliki masalah penyakit menular. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berbentuk edukasi kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada anak usia sekolah dasar tentang pencegahan penyakit diare. Hasil ini kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengatahuan anak sekolah dasar tentang pencegahan diare sebelum pelaksanaaan vidio edukasi atau penyuluhan singkat tergolong rendah yaitu dengan skor 54,0 dan setelah pemberian vidio edukasi dan penyuluhan singkat rata â€“ rata pengetahuan tresponden menjadi baik yaitu dengan skor 79,33. Hasil uji statistik dengan uji Wilcoxan menunjukkan bahwa nilai p=0,000< Î± =0,05. Dengan demikian dapat dikatatakan bahwa pemberian vidio edukasi dan penyuluhan singkat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengatahuan siswa tentang pencegahan diare. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dikatakan berhasil.

The purpose of education in the 1945 Constitution is to educate the nation's life and participate in world peace. Education is an effort to develop existing abilities and potential to become quality human beings. Vocational High Schools were chosen as institutions that are able to produce graduates who can directly enter the workforce. The purpose of this study was to obtain data and examine the Special Job Market Management in increasing job absorption and fostering student entrepreneurship at SMKN 1 Pacet, Cianjur Regency and Vocational School for Agricultural Development Lembang. The research uses a qualitative approach. With the case study method, the focus is on examining a particular case or phenomenon in society which is carried out in depth by studying the background, circumstances, and interactions that occur. The data collection methods in this study were conducted interviews, observations and documentation studies. The results of this study indicate that Special Job Exchange Management is effective in increasing the absorption of student work and fostering entrepreneurship in the field of Agriculture and Agribusiness at SMKN, as proclaimed by the Governor of West Java, the Target is Millennial Farmers, then Agriculture is the third largest sector that contributes to the economic cycle. in West Java, so that implementation planning, organizing, monitoring and evaluation need to be carried out in vocational schools as partners in increasing student work absorption and fostering entrepreneurship in the field of agriculture and agribusiness. , this is a problem while SMK is a place to print the younger generation in innovating and developing talent.
