Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui strategi pembina yayasan YPPT Al Qodri dalam Merekonstruksi pondok pesantren Mahad Tahfidz Al Qodri Desa Bandar Klippa Kecamatan Percut Sei Tuan Kabupaten Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif berupa kata-kata tertulis dari hasil pengamatan. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan secara observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teori yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah Harold laswell. Dari hasil penelitian tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa strategi komunikasi pembina yayasan YPPT Al Qodri dalam merekonstruksi pondol pesantren Mahad Tahfidz Al Qodri dilakukan dengan cara musyawarah, penunjukan ketua tim lapangan, dan kerja sama dengan sekolah lain.

Abstract

The Constitutional Court is a judicial institution that has the authority to resolve disputes over general election results. The purpose of this study is to analyze the challenges of the Constitutional Court in producing democratic constitutional decisions on 2024 simultaneous election disputes and to analyze its authority in producing democratic constitutional decisions on 2024 simultaneous election disputes from the perspective of Islamic constitutional law (fiqh siyasah). This type of research is a combination of normative research and empirical law. The results of the research show that the Constitutional Court faces several challenges in the 2024 Simultaneous Elections, namely: readiness to provide optimal service, intense political pressure for the presidential election, time issues and quality of decisions. The decision of the Constitutional Court must truly reflect a fair and just decision within the framework of implementing constitutional democracy. In the perspective of fiqh siyasah, the decisions of the judges of the Constitutional Court must provide a sense of justice for the people, and this is implemented if the constitutional judges have statesmanship, prioritize substantive justice, not become mouthpieces for the law, so that the decisions of the Constitutional Court must uphold constitutional democratic values based on justice. in the name of God Almighty.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how effective worship and religious guidance is applied by the Class III Penitentiary of Amurang to Muslim prisoners. The guidance of worship is an effort and action carried out by a person to assist in understanding an individual or group to grow awareness to achieve good relations between humans and God and fellow creatures. This study uses a qualitative approach, with the research subjects being Muslim inmates and counselors at the Ministry of Religion. The method of collecting data is through observation, interviews, and documentation that explains the activities of worship development for Muslim inmates at the Penitentiary of Amurang. The results found that worship development for Muslim prisoners in the Penitentiary of Amurang was carried out as an effort to increase awareness of the importance of congregational prayers at the time of the Zuhr prayer, Asr prayer, Maghrib prayer, Isha prayer, and Friday prayer, except for the Fajr prayer carried out in their respective blocks. Streamlining reciting after every Zuhr and Asr prayers, prayer practices on Wednesdays, voluntary fasting on Mondays and Thursdays, and Ramadan, lecture and deprecate practices on Fridays. With regular worship services, the inmates' understanding of worship increases, improves personality, creates awareness, patience, and a sense of kinship. Constraints faced are the lack of facilities and infrastructure, the lack of officers who have religious knowledge, the lack of role models from prison employees in terms of carrying out worship.

Abstract

Menurut World Health Organization (WHO) diare adalah penyakit kedua yang menyebabkan kematian pada anak-anak setelah pneumonia, terutama pada negara – negara berkembang. Indonesia merupakan salah satu negara berkembang yang memiliki masalah penyakit menular. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berbentuk edukasi kesehatan yang bertujuan untuk memberi pengetahuan kepada anak usia sekolah dasar tentang pencegahan penyakit diare. Hasil ini kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa pengatahuan anak sekolah dasar tentang pencegahan diare sebelum pelaksanaaan vidio edukasi atau penyuluhan singkat tergolong rendah yaitu dengan skor 54,0 dan setelah pemberian vidio edukasi dan penyuluhan singkat rata – rata pengetahuan tresponden menjadi baik yaitu dengan skor 79,33. Hasil uji statistik dengan uji Wilcoxan menunjukkan bahwa nilai p=0,000< α =0,05. Dengan demikian dapat dikatatakan bahwa pemberian vidio edukasi dan penyuluhan singkat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pengatahuan siswa tentang pencegahan diare. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dapat dikatakan berhasil.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Kematian karena diare pada balita diakibatkan oleh banyak kekurangan cairan dan elektrolit yang keluar bersama tinja sehingga, anak mengalami dehidrasi.Tujuan: penelitian ini untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audiovisual “E-DI (edukasi diare)” terhadap pengetahuan dan self efficacy ibu dalam mencegah rehospitalisasi pada balita dengan diare.Metode: Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi experimental dengan desain penelitian pre-test and post-test control group design. Sample penelitian ini adalah ibu dengan balita diare yang dirawat di RSU Mitra Medika Medan yang diambil secara porposive sampling dengan jumlah 68 responden yang terbagi atas kelompok intervensi yang diberikan edukasi menggunakan media audiovisual “E-DI (edukasi diare)” dan kelompok kontrol yang diberikan edukasi menggunakan poster. Analisis data menggunakan Uji t dependen.Hasil: penelitian menunjukkan ada perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan pada kelompok intervensi dengan kontrol sebelum dilakukan intervensi (p value = 0,004) dan setelah dilakukan intervensi pada kelompok intervensi dengan kontrol (p value = 0,000). Pada pengukuran self efficacy, sebelum dilakukan intervensi tidak ada perbedaan antara kelompok intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol (p value = 0,717), namun setelah dilakukan intervensi ada perbedaan tingkat self efficacy antara kelompok intervensi dengan kelompok kontrol (p value = 0,000).Simpulan: media audiovisual “E-DI (edukasi diare)” lebih efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan dan self efficacy dibandingkan dengan poster.Saran: media audiovisual “E-DI (edukasi diare)” dapat digunakan sebagai media edukasi kesehatan khususnya mengenai diare. Kata Kunci: Balita, Diare, E-DI “edukasi diare”, Pengetahuan, Self Efficacy

Abstract

Tim riset Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 1 Bolaang Mongondow Timur memiliki program kerja yang disebut dengan NGOBRAS RISET (Ngobrol Asik Seputar Riset). NGOBRAS RISET merupakan kegiatan pendampingan serta pelatihan mengenai penelitian dan penulisan karya ilmiah. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah memberikan pelatihan penelitian dan penulisan karya ilmiah bagi siswa dan guru pendamping kelompok riset. Pada NGOBRAS RISET IV MTs Negeri 1 Boltim mengundang dua orang pendamping untuk membahas proposal penelitian yang disusun oleh kelompok tim riset. Dalam proses pelatihan mereka diberikan pengetahuan mengenai tata cara melakukan penelitian dan penulisan karya ilmiah. Hasil menunjukan bahwa kelompok tim riset MTs Negeri 1 Boltim dapat memahami tata cara penelitian dan penulisan karya ilmiah, serta kekurangan-kekurangan yang terdapat dalam proposal kelompok tim riset MTs Negeri 1 Boltim dapat diatasi.

Abstract

This research examines the implications of religious moderation on interfaith marriages in the city of Manado. The method used is qualitative with a case study approach; data collection is through observation, interviews, and documentation, which is then processed using the triangulation method. The findings show that religious moderation indirectly influences the sustainability of interfaith marriages in Manado. The implications are realized in the form of religious moderation, which aims to eliminate or minimize violence in the name of religion and uphold diversity through upholding the values of tolerance, thereby increasing guarantees for the continuity of interfaith marriages. These implications become more complex than the laws governing interfaith marriages, especially the Marriage Law (UU Number 16 of 2019) and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI). The implications of religious moderation in interfaith marriages underscore the need for legal transformation that recognizes religious diversity as a social asset, encourages interreligious dialogue, and ensures that legal regulations do not hinder individual religious freedom. Encouraging policy reforms that respect differences in beliefs is crucial in creating inclusive spaces and respecting human rights in interfaith marriages.

Abstract

In multicultural societies, the regulation of worship loudspeakers, particularly those affecting the Muslim community, has sparked significant debate, ranging from strong support to outright rejection. This study seeks to explore the social tensions arising from these regulations, focusing on the culturally diverse regions of Bali and Manado. Employing a qualitative approach, interviews were conducted with religious leaders, community figures, and local government officials to gain insight into the community's reactions. The findings reveal two predominant responses. On one hand, some view the regulations as unnecessary, believing that the established tradition of tolerance has allowed diverse religious practices to coexist peacefully without significant issues related to loudspeakers. On the other hand, others feel that the loudspeaker use is excessive, disturbing their rest and seeking quieter times. Some members of the Muslim community perceive the regulation as discriminatory, noting that other religious groups might also use loudspeakers at higher volumes. This study offers valuable insights for policymakers on how regulatory interventions can influence social harmony in diverse environments, highlighting the importance of adjusting regulations to respect religious diversity and equitably manage public auditory spaces.

Abstract

Sirri marriage is a marriage that is performed according to their respective religions and beliefs without registering a marrrfiage by the Registrar ofMarriages. Sirri marriages carried out by Islamic religious societies that meet thepillars and conditions are basically valid, but become problematic when one ofthe family members or spouses commits a marriage violation. In Girian Subdistrict, there are several wives who hold a second marriage while the first marriage has not been completed or has not been completed, so there is a polyandry marriage. This happens because the business is done in a sirri manner.The study used the sadd al dzari'ah method to analyze the phenomenon of sirri marriage that occurred in Girian District by considering mafsadat. Abstract

The teachings of Islam and the Indonesian constitution clearly prohibit interfaith marriage. However, some Muslim communities in North Sulawesi as a minority group have entered into interfaith marriages. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the phenomenon of interreligious marriage in North Sulawesi and the achievement of minority fiqh objectives in interfaith families. This research is a field research that uses qualitative methods with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was conducted through interviews with informants consisting of 5 interfaith marriage actors, 1 village official, and 1 religious leader. The results showed that the main motivation for interfaith couples to marry is mutual love. They also tend to get support from their respective extended families so that the marriage runs relatively smoothly and safely. The objectives of minority fiqh are achieved in interfaith marriages in the multicultural society of North Sulawesi. Minority fiqh can be an approach in interfaith marriages in multicultural societies where Muslims are a minority, without losing their Islamic essence, it is based on the fiqh rule that changes in law can occur due to changes in times and places. Minority jurisprudence can be an alternative basis for the sustainability of interfaith families in North Sulawesi that are able to maintain their Islamic identity while still respecting their partner's beliefs.
