Abstract

Land cover conversion around educational centers, such as universities, is an inevitable consequence of increasing urban activity. The development of boarding houses, commercial zones, and other infrastructure often follows the expansion of academic institutions. To support sustainable spatial planning, early identification of land cover and analysis of spatial distribution patterns are crucial for zoning regulation and infrastructure management. This study focuses on classifying land cover and analyzing spatial patterns around Universitas Riau (UNRI) using Sentinel-2 satellite imagery with a 10-meter spatial resolution. The research applied a supervised classification approach, utilizing spectral bands—specifically Near-Infrared (NIR) and Short-Wave Infrared (SWIR)—as explanatory variables. The response variable was land cover, categorized into vegetation, non-vegetation, and water. Three machine learning models—Support Vector Machine (SVM), Naïve Bayes (NB), and Backpropagation Neural Network (BNN)—were compared based on overall accuracy and the Kappa coefficient. The models were trained and tested using a stratified 80-20 data split to ensure a balanced evaluation. Among the models, SVM demonstrated the highest accuracy, achieving an average of 91.15% in 2022 and 83.90% in 2023 with minimal variance, confirming its reliability for land cover classification. Spatially, non-vegetation areas were concentrated near major access routes and facilities, highlighting the influence of infrastructure development on land conversion. The study also identified potential growth zones within a 3–5 km radius from UNRI, emphasizing the need for anticipatory and sustainable land use policies. These findings support the formulation of spatial strategies aligned with Law No. 26 of 2007 on Spatial Planning and offer valuable insights for guiding urban development around academic hubs.

Abstract

Ekspor merupakan kegiatan yang memiliki peran penting bagi perekonomian di Jawa Barat. Diyakini bahwa Provinsi Jawa Barat memberikan sumbangan terbesar terhadap ekspor nasional pada januari – juni 2021. Semakin tinggi kinerja ekspor, semakin besar pula dampak positifnya. Oleh karena itu Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat jumlah nilai ekspor non migas kedepan nya, dengan menggunakan data perkembangan nilai ekspor non migas di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang di dapat melalui situs badan pusat statistik Provinsi Jawa Barat. Data yang digunakan merupakan data time series atau deret waktu beberapa periode kedepan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Seasonal Auto Regressive Integrated Moving Average (SARIMA). Berdasarkan analisis yang sudah dilakukan hanya ada 1 model SARIMA yang signifikan yaitu model SARIMA (2,1,0)(0,1,0) dengan niali AIC sebesar 1177.34 dan nilai MAPE sebesar 7.098304. Dengan menggunakan model SARIMA (2,1,0)(0,1,0) juga dilakukan prediksi nilai ekspor non migas di Provinsi Jawa Barat pada tahun 2022 dari bulan Januari hingga Desember didapatkan hasil bahwa pada tahun 2022 nilai ekspor non migas di Provinsi Jawa Barat berkisar pada 40.244 juta dollar .

Abstract

Tingkat kesejahteraan suatu bangsa dikatakan berhasil jika kehidupan masyarakatnya terpenuhi dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tingkat kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Jawa Barat dengan metode pengelompokkan K-Means berdasarkan indikator kesejahteraan rakyat. Hasil pengelompokkan menunjukkan adanya dua klaster tingkat kesejahteraan: tinggi dan rendah, serta penggunaan tiga klaster untuk hasil yang lebih rinci. Kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat dibagi menjadi klaster pertama dengan kesejahteraan tinggi (3 kabupaten/kota), klaster kedua dengan tingkat kesejahteraan sedang (18 kabupaten/kota), dan klaster ketiga dengan kesejahteraan rendah (6 kabupaten/kota). Penggunaan tiga klaster lebih baik karena memberikan pemahaman yang lebih terperinci mengenai distribusi kesejahteraan masyarakat. Hasil klasifikasi menunjukkan terdapat ketimpangan kesejahteraan antar wilayah di Jawa Barat, memungkinkan identifikasi target pembangunan yang lebih efektif untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis perbandingan etos kerja pedagang toko kelontong Madura dan pedagang toko kelontong pribumi lokal di Kecamatan Prajurit Kulon dalam perspektif ekonomi syariah. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus, di mana data primer diperoleh melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi langsung terhadap 10 pedagang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pedagang Madura cenderung memiliki etos kerja yang lebih kuat, dengan jam operasional 24 jam, serta penerapan prinsip kejujuran, kerja keras, dan tanggung jawab sosial yang tinggi. Sementara itu, pedagang pribumi lokal lebih mengutamakan keseimbangan antara pekerjaan dan waktu istirahat, namun tetap menerapkan nilai-nilai kejujuran dalam usaha mereka. Implikasi dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa etos kerja yang kuat, didukung oleh penerapan prinsip syariah, memberikan dampak positif terhadap daya saing dan loyalitas pelanggan, terutama di tengah persaingan dengan toko modern. Abstract

Transformasi digital dan pesatnya pertumbuhan e-commerce telah mengubah pola interaksi antara konsumen dan pelaku bisnis, termasuk dalam sektor penjualan laptop second. HR Computer Cilacap, yang fokus pada penjualan laptop second dan sparepart, masih menjalankan operasional secara konvensional, seperti pencatatan stok, proses transaksi, dan penjualan yang hanya bergantung pada platform media sosial seperti WhatsApp dan Instagram. Kondisi ini menyebabkan sejumlah hambatan, termasuk kesulitan pelanggan dalam menentukan laptop yang sesuai kebutuhan akibat kurangnya informasi yang tersedia, serta tidak adanya sistem otomatis untuk proses verifikasi pembayaran, yang berdampak pada layanan, sehingga pelayanan menjadi kurang maksimal. Untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut, dikembangkan sistem e-commerce berbasis website dengan pendekatan metode Waterfall. Frontend pada sistem ini dibangun menggunakan Next.js untuk memberikan antarmuka pengguna yang responsif dan mudah diakses melalui berbagai perangkat. Sementara itu, backend dikembangkan menggunakan Node.js yang terintegrasi dengan Prisma ORM untuk pengelolaan database PostgreSQL. Untuk sistem pembayaran, diimplementasikan integrasi Midtrans sebagai solusi multi-payment yang mendukung berbagai metode pembayaran seperti transfer bank, e-wallet, dan QRIS. Manajemen file media juga ditangani oleh Cloudinary, sedangkan pengelolaan database difasilitasi melalui Neon Console. Dengan adanya sistem ini, pelanggan dapat menelusuri katalog produk, melakukan pemesanan, dan menyelesaikan pembayaran secara mandiri dan real-time melalui platform digital. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fungsional, seluruh fitur utama berjalan dengan baik (100% berhasil pada 9 skenario uji), serta peningkatan dalam proses transaksi dengan fitur multi-payment dibandingkan metode konvensional. Sistem ini diharapkan mampu meningkatkan cakupan pasar, mempercepat alur transaksi, dan memberikan pengalaman belanja yang lebih aman dan nyaman sesuai perkembangan teknologi saat ini.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk membuat sistem yang dapat digunakan untuk memesan jasa fotografi melalui internet yang terhubung ke layanan pembayaran digital Midtrans untuk Studio Maskhagraphy. Pelanggan dapat lebih mudah melakukan pemesanan dengan sistem ini, dan transaksi dilakukan dengan aman dan cepat. Analisis kebutuhan, desain, implementasi, dan pengujian adalah bagian dari metode pengembangan model waterfall. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua aspek yang di uji dari 8 skenario fungsi utama berhasil lulus dalam pengujian black box, yang mencakup registrasi, login, pemesanan layanan, serta pembayaran multi-metode. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa sistem mampu memenuhi harapan pengguna dalam hal kemudahan pemesanan, keamanan pembayaran, dan efisiensi operasional studio. Selain itu, penelitian ini turut berkontribusi dalam mendorong pemanfaatan teknologi digital di bidang layanan fotografi.

Abstract

This study aims to forecast the number of passengers departing at the domestic departure terminal at Domine Eduard Osok Sorong Airport in 2022 using the Autoregressive Integrated Moving Average (ARIMA) method, ARIMA with Step Function Intervention, and Extreme Learning Machine (ELM). The knowledge of the number of passengers can help the airport prepare facilities. The residual ARIMA model (0,1,0) has no serial correlation (random walk) based on the Ljung-Box test. The MAPE value of the ARIMA model (0,1,0) is 65.47% which means poorly fitted. Because of it, the researchers propose an intervention in the ARIMA model. The RMSE and MAPE ARIMA Intervention ​​(1,0,0) (0,1,0) [12] were 9,027.671 and 35.86%, respectively. Besides, this study also employed the ELM method, which has a MAPE error measurement value of 30.64%. The ELM method has the lowest error measurement results among the three methods. Therefore, the ELM method is suitable for forecasting the number of passengers with predicted values ​​from June to September 2022 as follows: 47985, 37821, 31247, and 33578. On the other hand, intervention in ARIMA can reduce MAPE by 45%.

Abstract

West Java area is located on the Pacific Circum and Mediterranean Circum routes, this causes West Java area to be an unstable area that is characterized by many active working volcanoes and frequent earthquakes. An analysis of the grouping of earthquake data in West Java Province area is urgently needed. The purpose of this study was to classify areas based on the density of earthquake occurrence areas in West Java using Density-Based Spatial Clustering of Application with Noise (DBSCAN). The population in this study are all earthquake events occurred in 2021. While the sample used in this study is data on the location of the distribution of earthquakes in West Java Province in 2021 taken from the BMKG online data website at dataonline.bmkg.go.id. This research began with nearest-neighbor analysis to see patterns of data distribution. If the data distribution pattern is grouped, then DBSCAN analysis can be continued. The DBSCAN algorithm uses a combination of parameters, namely minimum points (MinPts) and epsilon (Eps). Cluster results are evaluated using the silhouette coefficient. Then, in this study, deeper data exploration was carried out in three ways, namely: (1) Clustering based on the highest silhouette value, (2) clustering by lowering the MinPts value, and (3) clustering based on the smallest upper limit (supremum) value of the silhouette coefficient. The data exploration here aimed to form more clusters while still considering the silhouette coefficient value limits so that there are more areas prone to earthquakes but also maintaining the validity of the results obtained. Next, determine the best cluster results by comparing the cluster results obtained. The best cluster results were obtained at Eps=10000 and MinPts=3 which formed 12 clusters with a silhouette coefficient value of 0.713, which means that the clusters have a strong structure. It is hoped that the information regarding the grouping of areas where earthquakes frequently occur can be used as a form of earthquake disaster mitigation and minimize the impact of losses due to the earthquake.

Abstract

K-Medoids is a clustering algorithm that is often used because of its robustness against outliers. In this research, the focus is to cluster provinces based on educational level through several assessment indicators. This is in line with improving the quality of education in point 4 of the National Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), namely "Quality Education". One of the points of the National Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) that will still be improved is "Quality Education" which is the 4th point. This is because the success of a country is determined by the quality of good education. The condition of education in Indonesia still overlaps, so it is necessary to do equal distribution of education through clustering. The purpose of this research is to provide the best cluster results according to the Silhouette Index, which then the results of the clustering can be used as a consideration for advancing education in areas that still need attention, through policies or programs that can be developed by educational observers. This research was conducted in 34 provinces in Indonesia. The data source is from Statistical Publications by BPS RI. The method used is K-Medoids, because in this study there were outliers found. In addition to natural K-Medoids, the researcher also wants to compare methods by implementing K-Medoids with outlier handling in the form of imputed mean values and K-Medoids with imputed min-max values. The Silhouette Index results and cluster formation for the three comparators were 0.24 with 2 clusters, 0.26 with 8 clusters and 0.25 with 9 clusters, respectively. What differentiates this research from previous research is the type of outlier handling. Generally, K-Medoids are very indifferent to the existence of outliers. K-medoids is a widely recognized and straightforward clustering approach. Nevertheless, the algorithm's effectiveness might occasionally decline as a result of local outliers and the random selection of beginning medoids
