Abstract

The purpose of this study was to examine the impact of price, advertising, and product quality on customer purchasing decisions for Mbah Dharmo Ambarawa Cafe. With increasing competition in the culinary industry, business owners need to understand the factors that drive consumer decisions when choosing a product or service. This study uses a quantitative approach with measurement methods for 100 respondents selected using targeted sample technology. Data were analysed using SmartPLS 3.0 software using minimal structural equation modelling (PLS-SEM). The results showed that product quality has a significant positive impact on purchasing decisions, while not significantly affecting price and advertising campaigns. The implications of these findings suggest that improving product quality is an important factor for customer attraction and retention. Therefore, Cafe Mbah Dharmo recommends that we continue to maintain our product quality and consistency standards to increase customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The study aims to evaluate the application of precision farming  technology in Tidal Land, Tanjung Baru Village, Muara Padang, Banyuasin. The study uses quantitative and qualitative approaches with field observation and survey methods and in-depth interviews. The population of the study was all farmers who manage agricultural land in Tanjung Baru Village. The research sample was taken purposively, namely farmers who have implemented or tried to implement precision farming. The number of samples was 30 farmers. Data collected included the use of precision farming technology, the obstacles faced and its impact on farmer productivity and welfare. In addition, the experience of farmers in implementing precision farming and identifying proposed solutions was also studied. Results of this study are that the majority of farmers in Tanjung Baru Muara Padang Banyuasin village were aged 41-50 years (46.7 percent), with an even level of education between high school, junior high school, and elementary school graduates. The largest land ownership is 3-5 hectares (53.3 percent). As many as 93.3 percent of respondents have implemented precision farming technology, with tractors and combine harvesters as the most commonly used technology. GIS  technology is used by 23.3 percent of respondents, drones by 10 percent, and plowing tools and machines and GRPS systems by 3.3 percent of respondents each. The main reasons for using technology are to increase farming productivity, reduce costs, and increase farming efficiency. Respondents want easy access to technology (50 percent), technical assistance (26.7 percent), and subsidy and financial assistance (20 percent). As many as 90 percent of respondents stated that they would continue to use precision farming technology in the future. More than 30 percent of respondents suggested assistance with precision farming tools and education and training, while 20 percent suggested the provision of water pumps. This indicates the need for comprehensive and sustainable support to increase the adoption of precision farming technologies.

Abstract

This research aims to: developing life skill-based English reading materials design for the second grade students of SMA NEGERI 1 PRINGGASELA. The design used in this research is report design by using R&D ( Research and Development ) approach. The subjects of this research are the second grade students of SMA Negeri 1 Pringgasela in academic year 2016/2017. There are 35 students. In collecting data, the researcher uses two steps. First, the researcher distributed questionnaires into the students. Second, the researcher gathers data for conducting evaluation, opinion and suggestion from an English Teacher of SMAN 1 Pringgasela and an expert of designed materials. All responses and comments to the open questions were reviewed and grouped into some meaningful categories as they provide useful information for revising the product. To determine the readability level of the texts used in new developed reading materials, the following are the categories of readability level and reader grade level according to Flesch Readability East Formula and Flesch-Kincaid Grade Level. Scores between 90.0 and 100.0, considered easily understandable. Scores between 60.0 and 70.0, considered easily understood. Scores between 0.0 and 30.0, considered easily understood. The final product of the materials consists of a course material of Life Skill Based English Material and a teacher’s manual. Whole Language Reading provides rich input of reading strategies, variety of topics, concepts, texts, activities, tasks, and evaluations. Using this material makes reading more holistic and meaningful as it provides integration across language skills and subject areas. Educational institutions need to provide a rich learning environment with a variety of reading sources, print and digital to provide opportunities for students to choose and determine reading materials that suit their needs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran perencanaan strategis dalam meningkatkan mutu lembaga pendidikan Islam melalui pendekatan studi literatur pada manajemen pendidikan. Dengan mengkaji berbagai sumber pustaka yang relevan, penelitian ini menemukan bahwa perencanaan strategis yang mengintegrasikan prinsip manajemen modern dan nilai-nilai Islam dapat mengarahkan lembaga pendidikan Islam menuju pencapaian mutu pendidikan yang unggul dan berakhlak mulia. Faktor-faktor utama keberhasilan meliputi kepemimpinan visioner, analisis lingkungan yang menyeluruh, serta sistem monitoring dan evaluasi yang berkelanjutan. Keterlibatan aktif seluruh pemangku kepentingan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi sebagai inovasi strategis juga menjadi kunci dalam menjaga dan meningkatkan mutu secara konsisten. Implikasi penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya implementasi perencanaan strategis yang adaptif dan pelatihan sumber daya manusia berkelanjutan demi menghadapi tantangan pendidikan global tanpa mengabaikan nilai-nilai keislaman.

Abstract

This study aims to describe; (1) the greeting system in the Toya village, (2) the function of greetings in the Toya village, (3) the factors that influence greetings in the Toya village. This research used qualitative descriptive method with data collection techniques was listening and note-taking technique, conversation technique, and observation. Presentation of analysis result is carried out used formal and informal method. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that (1) forms of greeting to older people in family relationships, forms of greeting to the same age and forms of greeting to younger people. (2) The function of greeting was to pay attention to the person you are talking to and as a means of controlling interaction. (3) Facts that influence greetings are social status factors, educational factors, age factors and kinship factors.

Abstract

Pada jaman globalisasi ini, pemahaman akan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi berkembang sangat pesat sehingga pemanfaatan teknologi komputer sangat penting dalam setiap bidang kehidupan, salah satunya dalam bidang pendidikan pada masyarakat. Berbagai macam pemanfaatan komputer bertujuan agar proses kegiatan lebih optimal, interaktif, efektif dan efisien sehingga kualitas dapat lebih ditingkatkan. Selama ini permasalahan yang ditemukan adalah kurangnya kreativitas dalam hal pendekatan belajar mengajar yang menggunakan media teknologi, oleh karena itu salah satu media yang digunakan dalam pembelajaran diyakini dapat merangsang minat anak-anak dengan memanfaatkan Microsoft Office Excel dan Power Point. Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan di Yayasan Gema Insani , dusun Upas Niaga. Sasaran kegiatan adalah anak yayasan yang bersekolah dasar, hal yang dilatihkan adalah membuat sebuat materi game interaktif yang berguna untuk membuat proses pembelajaran menjadi lebih semangat, menarik dan menyenangkan sehingga dapat menaikkan daya tarik anak-anak dalam mengasah pengetahuan anak-anak tersebut. Proses pembelajaran ini menerapkan metode pendekatan saintifik, metode pelatihan dan metode pendampingan. Konsep pendekatan yang mengakomodir, memperkuatkan, menginspirasi dan mendasari pemikiran tentang bagaimana sebuah metode pembelajaran diterapkan berdasarkan teori-teori. Hal ini mempunyai tujuan agar anak-anak dapat meningkatkan kemampuan intelektualnya, dalam memecahkan sebuah masalah secara sistematis, melatih anak-anak dalam meningkatkan kreativitas dan keterampilan anak sehingga siap menghadapi perkembangan di masa depan.

Abstract

Stunting is one of the conditions where children experience chronic nutritional problems. Counseling activities on the importance of fish consumption in mothers and children as an effort to prevent stunting were held on Tuesday, November 15, 2022 in Sutera Hamlet, RT 09 RW 04, Makrampai Village, Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The targets in counseling activities are mothers and children. Makrampai village is one of the villages that experiences quite high stunting. This counseling activity aims to increase knowledge and understanding of good nutrition, especially the importance of eating fish in mothers and children as an effort to prevent stunting. The counseling activities went well and smoothly. Participants consisting of mothers and children who participated in the counseling activity were very active and enthusiastic, Participants had an understanding of the importance of consuming fish to fulfill body nutrition and one of the efforts to prevent stunting.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional terhadap Produktivitas kerja Karyawan di Bagian Divisi IT Support PT Inokom Lintas Asia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif asosiatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan transformasional memiliki dampak positif yang signifikan terhadap produkktifitas kerja karyawan di divisi IT Support PT Inokom Lintas Asia. Nilai Konstanta: 25.467 menunjukkan nilai prediksi awal dari produktivitas kerja karyawan ketika nilai gaya kepemimpinan transformasional adalah nol. Koefisien Determinasi (R²): 0.420 menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan transformasional menjelaskan 42.0% variabilitas dalam produktivitas kerja karyawan di PT Inokom Lintas Asia.

Abstract

Noise on a road is caused by the sound of a vehicle engine which is passing on. It  can make the environment uncomfortable and the health problems in humans. The distance between the object and the sound source determines the magnitude of this impact. This study aims to look for the effect of the distance on noise levels that caused by vehicle engine sounds. The study was conducted in the central of Bengkulu City, Jalan Suprapto. Observations were made in 2 segments of Suprapto Road with 10 m distance intervals perpendicular to the sound source with a total of 5 points. The mathematical model uses the linear regression equation approach. Distance is an independent variable and noise is an independent variable. The results showed that, the relationship between the distance of the observation point and the noise value obtained equation Y = -0,317x+71,20 with R2 = 0,984.Keywords: noise, distortion, regression.
