Abstract

Bencana banjir merupakan salah satu ancaman utama bagi Kota Yogyakarta, sebuah kota yang terletak di wilayah tropis dengan curah hujan tinggi. Selain sebagai ibu kota Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, kota ini juga memiliki nilai budaya, sejarah, dan pariwisata yang tinggi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis faktor penyebab, dan merumuskan Prioritas alternatif mitigasi penanganan terhadap bencana banjir di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode campuran (kualitatif dan kuantitatif) dengan pendekatan melalui wawancara dan analisis data sekunder. Lokasi penelitian meliputi beberapa Kemantren dalam lingkup administrasi Kota Yogyakarta yaitu Kemantren Tegalrejo, Gondokusuman dan Umbulharjo. Analisis prioritas penanganan genangan digunakan untuk mengetahui sebaran titik lokasi banjir yang memiliki nilai dampak kerugian tertinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor penyebab banjir meliputi curah hujan tinggi, iklim, topografi bervariasi aliran sungai, pembangunan di bantaran sungai, dan kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat. Nilai total dampak banjir menjadikan ukuran prioritas penanganan banjir melalui beberapa tahapan penangan. Hasil priotitas penanganan banjir di Kota Yogyakarta adalah tahap I yaitu kelurahan Kltiren, Sorosutan, dan Bener; tahap II meliputi kelurahan Tahunan; dan tahap III meliputi kelurahan Klitren, Kricak, dan Terban. Alternatif mitigasi yang diajukan meliputi pembangunan dan pemeliharaan tanggul, peningkatan sistem drainase,pengembangan kampung tangguh bencana, edukasi masyrakat, dan sistem peringatan dini yang lebih efektif. Dengan implementasi saran-saran ini, diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kapasitas adaptasi dan mitigasi terhadap risiko banjir di Kota Yogyakarta.

Abstract

Nafkah is the essential effort to provide for the needs of dependents, encompassing food, clothing, shelter, and other essentials. Scholarly consensus dictates that fulfilling hifdzu an-nafs (preservation of life) entails the responsibility to offer maintenance for those in need, such as a father's duty to support his child. In Indonesian law, legitimate and illegitimate children (ALK) are governed by distinct provisions within the Marriage Law (UUP) and Indonesian Civil Code (KUHPer). This study scrutinizes the considerations and arguments deliberated by the Mataram Religious Court in decision number 401/PA.Mtr/2022/Pd.t. to ascertain their congruence with the Syafii school of thought. Employing qualitative methods, particularly a literature review, the research affirms that the Panel of Judges' six considerations in this case were in line with the Syafii school of thought.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas sumber daya manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui apakah manfaat teknologi informasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan, untuk mengetahui apakah kualitas sumber daya manusia dan mafaat teknologi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan Berdasarkan penelitian dengan hasil perhitungan SPSS versi 25 yaitu nilai t hitung 5,912 sebesar dan t tabel sebesar 1,998, artinya bahwa t hitung > t tabel (5,912 > 1,998). Terdapat hubungan antara kualitas sumber daya mausia dan Kinerja karyawan,, sedangkan yang kedua Nilai t hitung sebesar 7.499 dan t tabel sebesar 1,998, artinya bahwa t hitung > t tabel (7,499 > 1,998). Terdapat  hubungan antara manfaat teknologi informasi  terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan nilai F hitung sebesar 30,097 > 3,15. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa f hitung > f tabel (30,097 > 3,15 terdapat hubungan kualitas sumber daya manusia dan manfaat teknologi informasi secara bersamaan terhadap Kinerja karyawan. Dalam Penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh signifikan secara simultan antara variabel kualitas sumber daya manusia dan manfaat teknologi informasi terhadap Kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

A study was conducted to examine the impact of circuit training on basketball shooting skills among the athletes of Suryakancana University basketball club. The research utilized a experimental design, allowing for a close resemblance to a real experiment. The objective was to test the effect of the independent variable (circuit training) on the dependent variables (shooting skills) and establish a cause- and-effect relationship. The experimental group received the circuit training treatment, while the control group did not. The study involved a population of Suryakancana University basketball club athletes, with a sample size of 20 out of 40 individuals. Results of the research revealed that the 14 week circuit training program had a significant impact on improving shooting skills, as indicated by the N-Gain Score of 0.89, which exceeded the threshold of 0.7. Particularly, the training enhanced arm strength and leg muscle strength among the athletes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran orang tua dalam meningkatkan minat dan kesiapan literasi pra-membaca pada anak usia dini di TK Dzakkyyah, Kecamatan Kedurang, Kabupaten Bengkulu Selatan. Peran orang tua dalam penelitian ini mencakup pemberian motivasi, penyediaan fasilitas, peran sebagai mediator, evaluator, serta pengawas dalam mendukung perkembangan keterampilan membaca anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi langsung, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan melalui triangulasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa orang tua memiliki kontribusi yang signifikan dalam tahap awal perkembangan literasi anak. Pendampingan yang dilakukan oleh orang tua sebelum anak mulai membaca berperan dalam pengembangan keterampilan kognitif, pembentukan sikap positif terhadap aktivitas membaca, serta peningkatan motivasi anak. Meskipun demikian, penelitian ini juga menemukan berbagai kendala yang dihadapi orang tua dalam mendampingi anak, seperti keterbatasan waktu, kurangnya pemahaman terhadap metode pendampingan yang efektif, dan minimnya akses terhadap bahan bacaan yang sesuai. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi yang lebih optimal untuk mendukung peran orang tua guna meningkatkan kesiapan membaca anak usia dini secara efektif.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has had a significant impact on a variety of sectors, including the furniture manufacturing industry. The industry is undergoing drastic demand changes, complicating adjustment efforts during the pandemic. Additional human resources (HRM) is becoming a more complex challenge due to strict health protocols and the necessary vaccination efforts. In this context, increased availability of capacity has become critical, but an appropriate approach has not been revealed in the literature. As for the in-depth literature study, it covers various methods of increasing production capacity, such as adding human resources, machines, shift work systems, overtime, and subcontractors. The research focuses on a new way to multi-skill by using the skill matrix as an innovative method to increase the availability of capacity at PT X, a furniture manufacturing company. Using Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP), the study describes current production capacity, analyzes the impact of post-COVID demand shifts, and evaluates the effectiveness of multi-skill application with a skill matrix in improving production flexibility and responsiveness. The research findings provide valuable insights for furniture companies and related sectors in dealing with post-COVID dynamics, as well as providing the basis for developing more adaptive and sustainable capacity planning strategies.

Abstract

Pengembangan buku pengayaan jurnal penyesuaian berorientasi berfikir analitik bermuatan profil pelajar pancasila didasarkan pada hasil pengamatan dilapangan bahwa materi jurnal penyesuaian pada buku yang sudah beredar masih kurang mendalam. Disisi lain jurnal penyesuaian masih menjadi bahasan yang dirasa sulit bagi peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan prototipe buku pengayaan jurnal penyesuaian berorientasi berfikir analitik bermuatan profil pelajar pancasila. Metode penelitian menggunakan jenis Research and Development (R&D) Borg & Gall dimana peneliti hanya melaksanakan sampai dengan tahap ke 5 yakni tahap revisi desain. Penelitian dilakukan di SMA Negeri 4 Tegal sejumlah 67 peserta didik dan 5 pendidik dari lima sekolah negeri di kota Tegal. Validasi buku pengayaan jurnal penyesuaian dilakukan oleh ahli materi akuntansi, ahli perbukuan dan ahli pancasila. Hasil uji validasi menunjukkan perolehan skor secara keseluruhan penilaian oleh ahli memperoleh rerata 90,1 dengan kategori sangat baik.

Abstract

The fundamental problem with the implementation of performance appraisal in the old regulation, namely Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011, is the gap between employee performance and organizational performance. This study aims to analyze how the civil servant performance management system through Government Regulation No. 30 of 2019 can overcome the performance gap as occurred in Government Regulation No. 46 of 2011. The analysis is carried out using the concept of team flow and the Management by Objectives process in the Implementation of the Civil Servant Performance Management System. The research used a mixed method with concurrent mixed methods. The sample for quantitative analysis was taken as many as 106 employees of Regional Office VIII of the Civil Service Agency. The results of simple regression testing prove that team flow prerequisites affect and contribute positively to team flow characteristics with correlation and determination coefficients of 0.461 and 0.667, respectively. The first multiple regression test results show that one of the team flow prerequisite indicators, namely the level of security, has a significant effect and has the largest contribution to team flow characteristics with correlation and determination coefficients of 2.036 and 0.846, respectively. Based on the research results, this study recommends that in order for the gap not to be repeated, it is necessary to maximize the role of implementing Management by Objectives.

Abstract

Background: Urban flooding and waterlogging in Bantul Regency stem from inadequate drainage systems, exacerbated by rapid urbanization, land use changes, poor infrastructure planning, and intensified rainfall due to climate change. Therefore, an integrated risk management approach compassing both structural and non-structural solutions—is crucial for improving urban drainage resilience. Conversely, the comprehensive evaluation of drainage system performance continues to pose considerable challenges. Assessments that concentrate solely on hydraulic or technical parameters while neglecting environmental, social, and economic factors—often result in suboptimal or misdirected decisions. As such, adopting a more integrative approach through multi-criteria decision-making methods, such as Multi-Attribute Decision Making (MADM), emerges as a pertinent alternative.Aims and Methods: The methods employed for MADM analysis in this study include the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS), and the Vlse Kriterijumska Optimizacija I Kompromisno Resenje (VIKOR). Each of these approaches is designed to accommodate different data characteristics, levels of analytical complexity required, degrees of uncertainty involved, computational load, and the decision maker’s experience or expertise in applying the respective method.Results: The analysis results indicate that, based on the SAW method, location A11 obtained the highest score (0.8637), signifying the poorest drainage system performance and thus requiring top-priority intervention, whereas location A77 achieved the lowest score (0.3132), indicating a well-functioning drainage condition. Using TOPSIS, location A9 ranked first with a preference value (Vi) of 0.7498, reflecting significant proximity to the ideal solution, while A6 recorded the lowest score (0.2152). Meanwhile, the VIKOR method identified location A99 as the top-ranked alternative with a VIKOR index of 16.5321, while A1 emerged as the lowest-ranked alternative with a VIKOR index of 0.0188.

Abstract

Leadership is an important aspect in managing society and organizations. In the Islamic context, leadership has a deep and special meaning, as documented in the Al-Quran. The Koran is the main guide for Muslims in all aspects of life, including understanding the characteristics of an ideal leader. Therefore, this research aims to explore and analyze the concept of leadership in Islam based on the teachings of the Koran. This research uses a textual analysis method of the Al-Quran with a qualitative approach. The research was carried out by identifying verses from the Koran that refer to the characteristics of an ideal leader, exploring the meaning and messages contained in these verses. The analysis was carried out carefully to reveal relevant leadership principles in Islam. The results of this research identified several characteristics of an ideal leader according to the Koran, including integrity, justice, wisdom, firmness, a sense of responsibility and example. The Koran also emphasizes the importance of leadership based on devotion to Allah. The leadership principles found in the Al-Quran can be adopted and applied in the current leadership context, both in the social and organizational realms.
