Abstract

Model pembelajaran Think Phair Share (TPS) adalah  suatu  model  pembelajaran  kooperatif  yang  memberi  siswa waktu untuk berfikir dan merespon  serta  saling bantu  satu  sama lain. Tujuan dari Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peningkatan hasil belajar sains siswa kelas V SD Tunas Barito Sidangoli melalui penerapan model pembelajaran think pair share (TPS) pada konsep perubahan sifat benda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa, terdapat Peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa  dalam menggunakan model pembelajaran Think Pair Share (TPS) Peningkatan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar siswa tersebut terdlihat: Aktivitas siswa dalam hubungan kerja kelompok meningkat sebesar 55,5%. Dari siklus I dan Siklus II, peningkatan aktivitas siswa pada siklus I sebesar 42,5 % dan menjadi 97,75% pada siklus II. Hasil ketuntasan belajar siswa meningkat dari 82,75% pada siklus I menjadi 96,55% pada siklus II. Peningkatan aktivitas guru sebesar 87,49% pada siklus I dan menjadi 100% pada siklus II.Kata kunci: Think  Phair  Share  ( TPS), Hasil Belajar, aktivitas siswa

Abstract

Walnuts are a native Indonesian plant that grows widely in eastern Indonesia such as North Sulawesi and North Maluku. In biology, the walnut shell is called the endocarpium and acts as a fuel substitute for kerosene. Currently, endocarpium is unused waste, so it is necessary to process it into a useful product with high economic value, in the form of briquettes as an alternative fuel. The aim of this research is to describe the use of walnut endocarpium as briquettes and to describe the results of validation of learning posters in the community. The research was carried out for 3 months, June to August 2023 and took place in the biology laboratory of FKIP Unkhair for the process of cleaning the endocarpium, drying, carbonization and making briquettes. The research results show that the endocarpium of walnuts from Makian Island can be used to make briquettes with a height of 5 cm and a diameter of 16 cm. Empirical test results show that using 2 briquettes can boil 300 ml of water in 1.38 seconds. The poster validation results are categorized as valid to very valid, and suitable for use as learning media in the community.

Abstract

Upaya pengembangan e-modul biologi berbasis potensi dan kearifan lokal masih belum banyak digunakan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah-sekolah yang berada di Kota Ternate, salah satunya adalah mata pelajaran biologi. Dengan perkembangan dan kemajuan pendidikan dan tuntutan kurikulum saat ini maka guru dituntut mampu berinovasi dengan mendesain bahan ajar misalnya membuat bahan ajar menggunakan aplikasi canva design. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul mata pelajaran biologi yang mengintegrasikan potensi dan kearifan lokal Ternate dalam setiap sub topik yang diajarkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian pengembangan (RD) dengan meggunakan model ADDIE. Pengembangan e-modul pembelajaran biologi kelas X SMA berbasis potensi dan kearifan lokal sebagai penunjang pembelajaran abad 21 ini menggunakan model pengembangan addie, data penelitian diperoleh secara langsung dari lokasi penelitian yang kemudian dianalisis dengan menggunakan referensi yang sesuai untuk menghasilkan e-modul pembelajaran biologi yang dikembangkan. Hasil penilaian kelayakan e-modul pembelajaran biologi berdasarkan uji validasi ahli  secara keseluruhan dari kesepuluh aspek penilaian e-modul pembelajaran biologi berbasis potensi dan kearifan lokal  sebagai penunjang pembelajaran abad 21 di SMA yang dikembangkan memiliki kategori sangat valid dengan rata-rata persentase secara keseluruhan yaitu 81%. Hasi uji respon pengguna  dari kalangan guru yang mengajar mata pelajaran biologi mendapatkan persentase 82% ini memberikan informasi bahwa e-modul pembelajaran biologi yang dikembangakan sudah layak untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Halmahera Selatan melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu bentuk penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK) dengan menggunakan dua siklus dan setiap siklus dilakukan melalui empat tahap yakni (1) Perencanaan, (2) Pelaksanaan, (3) Pengamatan, dan (4) Refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL) dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas X IPA di SMA Negeri 3 Halmahera Selatan  pada materi perubahan keseimbangan lingkungan. Hasil observasi  aktivitas  siswa pada siklus I yaitu  53% yang tergolong kurang sedangkan pada siklus II yaitu meningkat menjadi 100%. Sedangkan hasil observasi aktivitas  guru siklus I yaitu 64%, siklus II meningkat menjadi 100%. Sedangkan hasil belajar siswa dengan mengunakan model  Problem Based Learning (PBL) pada siklus I sebanyak 13 orang yang belum tuntas atau sebanyak 65% yang belum mencapai KKM. Sedangkan pada siklus II hasil belajar siswa mengalami peningkatan sebanyak 19 orang yang tuntas atau sebanyak 95%  siswa yang mencapai ketuntasan belajar, sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa model pembelajaran Problem Based Learning (PBL)  dapat meningkatkan  hasil belajar.

Abstract

Indonesia is a country rich in natural resources, both renewable and non-renewable natural resources. The North Maluku Province is a region rich in various mining products. The type of mining production that stands out in North Maluku is nickel mining. This study aims to determine the current condition of the forest in the Weda Utara sub-district, to determine mining activities that have an impact on forest conditions in the Weda Utara sub-district, to determine the impact of mining on the conversion of forest land in the Weda Utara sub-district. This research is a type of qualitative descriptive research. The research method used to research the natural object conditions, where the researcher is the key instrument, data collection techniques are carried out by triangulation (combination), data analysis is inductive, and qualitative research results emphasize meaning more than generalization. Data collection techniques used in this study are by using Observation, Literature Study, Interview, and Documentation. Data analysis techniques in the study using Data Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing (Verification). The results of the study showed that: 1) The condition of the forest in Weda Utara District consisting of 5 villages (Gemaf, Sagea, Kiya, Fritu, and Waleh Villages) was very different between before and after mining activities, namely before mining activities the condition of the forest in the 5 villages was still relatively good where farmers could still carry out crop cultivation activities and agricultural land was still relatively good, as well as forest vegetation and the biota living in it were still well maintained. However, with the presence of mining activities, forest damage occurred, marked by massive deforestation, water and air pollution, destruction of endemic flora and fauna habitats, and disruption of water resources which are one of the main needs of the community. Mangrove forests which function as coastal fortresses were also damaged, especially in the Kiya, Fritu and Waleh areas. 2) Mining activities have an impact on forest conditions and the environment as well as Public Health in the form of loss of community livelihoods and a decrease in wildlife populations. In addition, declining water quality causes health problems such as skin diseases while air pollution contributes to increasing cases of flu, coughs, and ARI. 3) The impact of forest land conversion in North Weda District can be in the form of loss of forest cover and risk of flooding, water pollution and clean water crisis, erosion and decline in soil quality, loss of livelihoods, and respiratory diseases due to pollution.
