Abstract

Saat ini digitalisasi pada semua sektor diterapkan guna peningkatan produktivitas, efisiensi dan efektifitas kelembagaan baik lembaga pemerintah maupun swasta. Demikian pula digitalisasi juga diterapkan pada lembaga koperasikhususnya koperasi yang berada di Kabupaten Kediri guna mempermudah dan mempercepat proses bisnis sehari-hari. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pelatihan dan pengelolaan sistem informasi pelaporan dan pengawasan koperasi dikarenakan pengguna masih banyak yang belum dapat mengimplementasikan aplikasi SAPPAKOP. Dengan adanya kegiatan pelatihan ini mempermudah dan mempercepat pengguna melaporkan kegiatannya dan dinas terkait yaitu Dinas Koperasi dan UMKM Kab. Kediri mudah untuk melakukan pengawasan karena sistem yang digunakan sudah terintegrasi antara koperasi dan dinas terkait.

Abstract

SMAS Kartenegara Kediri is one of the high school level education unit unfer the auspices of the Ministry of Education and culture. The working mechanism at SMAS Kartanegara Kediri is not get details, it is presented invarious formats and is not clear enough. This has an impact on the non-uniform way of carriying out tasks by eacc implementer, making it difficult to determine or measure their performance. Therefore, to solve existing problems, IT governance is needed for the system that is currently running. His IT governance functions to assess how effective and efficient the system is and to produce output in the form of new SOP wich can be used as a reference based on PermenegPan R&B Nomor 35 tahun 2012 wich contains guideline for preparing standart opeations procedures for government administration. Thus the creation of SOP documents must be implemented immediately in order to improve the quality of performance, both personal and institutional.

Abstract

The growth of the online gaming industry has led to the emergence of microtransaction-based business models, where players can purchase virtual items using real money. One of the games implementing this model is Genshin Impact, which has attracted a wide audience through its gacha system and diverse character content. This study aims to identify the factors that influence players' decisions to purchase virtual items in Genshin Impact using the Naive Bayes classification method. Data were collected through an online questionnaire involving 314 respondents. The analyzed variables include play duration, satisfaction with the gacha system, costumes, storyline, social influence, and previous purchase experience. The model was developed using the Gaussian Naive Bayes algorithm and validated through the Stratified K-Fold Cross-Validation method. The results show that the model achieved an accuracy of 80.57% in classifying purchase decisions. While the model performed well in identifying players who made purchases, its performance in classifying non-purchasing players requires improvement. This research is expected to serve as a reference for understanding player purchasing behavior and developing digital marketing strategies in the online gaming industry.

Abstract

Stroke is a major health threat that can result in permanent disability or death, yet its risks can be mitigated through accurate early detection. Although the Random Forest algorithm is frequently utilized for stroke prediction, prior studies have often neglected model reliability, specifically the stability of performance between training and testing phases. This research aims to develop a dependable stroke prediction model by implementing the CRISP-DM methodology on a public dataset comprising 5,110 data points. The proposed methodology involves a comprehensive evaluation of 48 preprocessing technique combinations—addressing missing values in the BMI attribute, categorical transformation, feature scaling, and class balancing—followed by a two-stage hyperparameter optimization strategy: Randomized Search for broad exploration and Grid Search Refine for local refinement to ensure optimal stability. Model performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score metrics. The results demonstrate that hyperparameter tuning successfully enhanced model performance by up to 38.80%. Additionally, it was found that the hybrid balancing technique (SMOTETomek) did not consistently yield the most stable models in this specific case. The optimal model (Model No. 8) achieved a training accuracy of 0.925 and a testing accuracy of 0.877. With a minimal performance gap of 0.047 (below the 0.05 threshold), this model is classified as "good fitting," signifying superior generalization capabilities. Consequently, this model is highly recommended for implementation as a robust and trustworthy early warning decision support system for medical professionals.

Abstract

Blast injuries can cause severe, multi-tissue damage, including open fractures and extensive lacerations. Management of pediatric hand blast injuries is particularly challenging due to a high risk of contamination and infection. We report the case of a 10-year-old boy who sustained a left-hand blast injury caused by a firecracker. The patient presented with a contaminated lacerated wound, active bleeding, tissue avulsion, and retained foreign bodies, accompanied by crepitus and cyanosis of the index finger. Initial management included debridement and irrigation. Surgical intervention consisted thorough debridement, exploration of tendon and neurovascular structure, and K-wires fixation of the index finger. Despite appropriate initial management, the patient developed chronic necrotic tissue infection, necessitating ray amputation of the index finger to control the infection. Further evaluation suggested that primary vascular disruption, exacerbated by contamination and infection, contributed to progressive necrosis, particularly at the metacarpophalangeal level. To prevent further infection spread and salvage overall hand function, repeated debridement followed by amputation at the metacarpophalangeal joint and removal of fixation wires was performed. Structured rehabilitation was subsequently initiated. Pediatric hand blast injuries represent complex traumatic conditions with a high risk of tissue necrosis. Early diagnosis and aggressive surgical management are essential; however, compromised tissue viability and severe infections may necessitate amputation as a limb-salvage strategy. This case underscores the importance of comprehensive management and highlights the need for improved community-based prevention efforts.
