Abstract

Based on the performance measurement, the 2016 Performance Indicator agreed between the Director General of Health Efforts Development of Ministry of Health and the President Director of Abdul Moeloek Hospital has not fully achieved the set target. The authors suspect that the target is not achieved is due to lack of performance and employee job satisfaction. This is the impact of the management of human resource management that is allegedly less targeted, especially in the areas of human resource development and employee compensation is not appropriate. This research is survey with Path analysis. Functional employee of General Hospital. Abdul Moeloek numbered 669 employees. Samples taken by 250 respondents. The conclusion of this research is that the research support the proposed hypothesis, that is (1) there is relationship of human resource development and compensation to the employees, (2) there is influence of human resources development and compensation partially to employee job satisfaction, (3) the influence of human resource development and compensation simultaneously on job satisfaction of employees of RSAM, (4) there is influence of job satisfaction on RSAM employee performance. Suggestion from this research is employee development must be done continuously according to employee requirement and compensation in the form of remuneration succeed to improve job satisfaction and employee performance, therefore must be maintained.Keywords: Human Resource Development, Compensation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The current study purpose is to examine the mediating impact of gender in the relationship of leadership and supply chain management of textile industry in Indonesia. For this purpose, the data was collected from the 350 middle managers by using a simple random sampling technique which yield a 50 percent response rate. The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of the study has shown that leadership has a positive and significant relationship with the supply chain management and gender. In addition, the gender also has a positive and significant relationship with the supply chain management. On the other hand, the indirect effect of the study also shown that gender is significantly and positively mediates in the relationship of leadership and supply chain management. Therefore, this mediating effect is considered to be a big contribution of the study which could become a new area of research in future. The research limitations and future directions of the study also stated at the end of the study.

Abstract

Kelcelmasan adalah sulatul pelrasaan tidak nyaman ataul keltakultan yang diselrtai olelh relspon aultonomy. Pelnellitian ini belrtuljulan ulntulk melnganalisis pelngarulh telrapi telrtawa telrhadap pelnulrulnan tingkat kelcelmasan pada lansia. Delsain pelnellitian yang digulnakan delsain prel-elkspelrimelntal delngan Tipel Onel Groulp Prel-Post Telst Delsign. Sampell belrjulmah 19 orang lansia. Pelngambilan sampell ini dilakulkan delngan cara nonprobability sampling delngan telknik Pulrposivel Sampling. Instrulmeln yang digulnakan kulelsionelr Gelriatric Anxielty Scalel (GAS) yang suldah bakul dan Standar Opelrasional Proseldulr (SOP) langkah-langkah telrapi telrawa yang belrsulmbelr dari bulkul pelnelliti selbellulmnya, yang suldah tidak dilakulkan ulji validitas dan ulji relabilitas lagi. Hasil ulji normalitas melnggulnakan ulji Shapiro wilk Ulji statistik yang digulnakan Paireld Samplels T-Telst. Hasil akhir melnulnjulkkan bahwa seltellah dibelrikan telrapi telrtawa selbagian belsar delngan pelrselntasel 89,5% lansia delngan tingkat kelcelmasan ringan. Belrdasarkan hasil analisis ulji statistic Paireld Samplels T-Telst di dapatkan nilai p-valulel 0,0002 <α 0,05 selhingga dapat disimpullkan ada pelngarulh yang signifikan antara telrapi telrtawa telrhadap pelnulrulnan tingkat kelcelmasan pada lansia.

Abstract

Kecemasan adalah gangguan alam perasaan ketakutan atau kekhawatiran yang mendalam dan berkelanjutan, kepribadian masih tetap utuh dan terganggunya perilaku tetapi masih dalam batas-batas norrmal. Pengetahuan adalah segala sesuatu yang diketahui atau segala sesuatu yang berkenaan dengan hal. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan pengetahuan dengan kecemasan keluarga klien perilaku kekerasan rawat jalan di RSJD Provinsi kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain crosssectional, data diambil dari hasil analisa univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Spearman Rank dengan derajat p value = ≤ 0,005. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 99 orang pasien menggunakan teknik non random kuota sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan diruang ruang rawat jalan Rumah Sakit Jiwa Daerah Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2022. Hasil uji Spearman Rank nilai signifikan atau p value = 0,001 ≤ 0,005 yang artinya ada hubungan yang signifikan antara variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Dan dengan nilai r sebesar -0,419. Saran dari penelitian ini Diharapkan kepada pihak RSJD Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung menginstruksikan untuk mengoptimal dalam pemberian edukasi kepada keluarga yang merawat pasien dirumah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga pasien dengan cara memberikan pendidikan bagaimana cara mengatasi atau mengontrol apabila pasien mengalami perilaku kekerasan dan cara menenangkan pasien dengan perilaku kekerasan yang bisa berguna untuk memberi ketenangan pada pasien itu sendiri.

Abstract

PT. Singosari 23 is a company engaged in the food and beverage sector that has carried the concept of the current generation in Bandar Lampung since August 2020. This company has an organizational culture that adheres to a sense of kinship, where employees are accustomed to working together collaboratively so that they are involved in the company and an organizational existence is formed. citizenship behavior. Implementation of organizational citizenship behavior in companies can improve employee performance and company effectiveness. In addition, work-life balance also has an important role in employee performance in reducing work-related stress. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of organizational citizenship behavior and work-life balance on employee performance at PT. Singosari 23. The research method used is quantitative, with data collection methods using questionnaires distributed to all employees of PT. Singosari 23 as many as 154 people. The scale of measurement in this study uses a Likert scale. The analysis used is a simple linear regression test using IBM SPSS version 26. The results of this study indicate that the first hypothesis is supported, namely, organizational citizenship behavior affects employee performance, while the second hypothesis is not supported, namely work-life balance does not affect employee performance. Suggestions for the company PT. Singosari 23 is that employees should have more tolerance towards the company, and employees can separate personal and office matters and increase their loyalty to the company.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of self-control,adversity quotient, andcyberloafing on the performance of employees of PT Pos Indonesia Bandar Lampung branch. The approach used is descriptive quantitative. Data collection techniques use questionnaires and literature study. The sample in the research was 115 respondents with a sampling technique, namelyconvenient sampling. This research uses 3 independent variables, namely self-control,adversity quotient, andcyberloafing and 1 dependent variable, namely employee performance. Hypothesis testing uses the partial test (t) and data analysis uses simple linear regression analysis (partial). This research supports the proposed hypothesis with the self-control variable having a positive and significant effect on employee performance.Adversity quotient positive and significant effect on employee performance.Cyberloafing positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions from this research are that management is advised to provide understanding to employees to do lots of fun things at work even though they are high risk, provide support to employees who make mistakes so that they can easily get up and work as usual, provide understanding when they don't get the appropriate vacation allowance, provide concerns whose opinions differ from those of superiors. Employees are also advised to reduce the intensity of downloading music/films/videos during working hours, so that behaviorcyberloafing can be prevented and routinely record performance achievements after completing a job.

Abstract

Mental disorders are still a hot and serious topic of discussion globally. The number of people suffering from mental disorders increases every year in various parts of the world. One form of mental disorder is schizophrenia. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of group activity therapy on reducing the frequency of hallucinations in schizophrenia patients. This study is a quantitative study with a quasi experiment using a one group pre-test post-test approach. The sample in this study was 19 patients who were taken through a purposive sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire observation sheet and using the T-test. The results of the study showed that the average score of the frequency of hallucinations before being given group activity therapy was 6.42, while after being given group activity therapy the average score was 5.37. Then from the results of the statistical data analysis showed a p-value of 0.000 <0.05 (?) which means there is a significant difference in the average score before and after being given group activity therapy on reducing the frequency of hallucinations in schizophrenia patients at the dr. Mental Hospital. Samsi Jacobalis Bangka Belitung Islands Province in 2023. The conclusion of this study is that there is an effect of group activity therapy on reducing the frequency of hallucinations in schizophrenia patients. The researcher's suggestion for the form of group activity therapy can be modified according to the situation and conditions at the Hospital.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Komunikasi Terapeutik adalah komunikasi yang direncanakan dan dipusatkan untuk membantu penyembuhan atau pemulihan pasien, komunikasi ini dilakukan oleh perawat untuk membina hubungan dengan pasien dan mendorong proses penyembuhan pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan antara pendidikan dan pengetahuan di RS Jiwa dr.Samsi Jacobalis Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perawat rawat inap RS Jiwa dr.Samsi Jacobalis Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung sebanyak 82 orang. Analisa data menggunakan uji chi squere dengan derajat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan nilai Pendidikan p-vaule 0,001 untuk nilai pengetahuan p-vaule 0,001. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu ada hubungan pendidikan dan pengetahuan terhadap Pelaksanaan Komunikasi Terapeutik Perawat Di Ruang Rawat Inap RS Jiwa dr.Samsi Jacobalis Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2024. Saran untuk penelitian sebagai literatur dan acuan untuk meningkatkan penyuluhan kepada perawat rawat inap tentang pentingnya komunikasi terapeutik.

Abstract

Penyakit ginjal merupakan masalah serius di seluruh dunia. Penderita penyakit ginjal kronis harus menjalani terapi pengganti ginjal, seperti hemodialisis (HD). Masalah klinis yang sering ditimbulkan oleh pasien gagal ginjal kronis yang menjalani hemodialisa yaitu berdampak negatif terhadap fisik dan aspek psikologis yang dapat mempengaruhi tingkat kecemasan pada pasien. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien Hemodialisa di RSUD. (H.C.) Ir. Soekarno Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2024. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross - sectional. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah tindakan pasiel n GGK yang mel njalani hel modialisis di RSUD l Dr. (H.C) Ir.Soekarnol Provinsi Kepul l laul an Bangka Bel litul ng Tahul n 2024 pada bul lan oktober sebanyakl 36 kali tindakan. Hasil penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat hubungan antara faktor usia (P-value = 0,017) faktor jenis kelamin (P-value = 0,008), faktor dukungan keluarga (P-value = 0,016) dengan tingkat kecemasan pada pasien Hemodialisa di RSUD Dr. (H.C.) Ir. Soekarno Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung Tahun 2024. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu diharapkan perawat mampu memahami kondisi pasien secara komprehensif meliputi biopsikologis, sosial, biologis, lingkungan, spiritual, fisik serta dukungan sosial.

Abstract

Leadership style significantly impacts the organization's long-term viability. On the other hand, leadership style can also affect an organization's reputation. This study intends to investigate the relationship between corporate reputation and leadership style, which has consequences for raising worker productivity. An online poll targeting employees in different work units and businesses in Indonesia was used to obtain the data. The study's findings can advance understanding, particularly in terms of the way that corporate reputation mediates the relationship between leadership style and employee performance. This research also has practical implications for management in an organization to be more aware of the role of organizational reputation that can influence employee performance. In addition, the quality of leaders is also one of the main drivers of organizational reputation, so a good reputation will create a climate of fair work competition for employees to improve their performance.
