Abstract

ABSTRACT Academic procrastination is an act which deliberately delays the completion of academic assignments. One example is the delay in completing the thesis. Academic procrastination is influenced by internal and external factors. External factors are influenced by several things, namely self-regulation, self-efficacy, self-criticism, motivation and self-control. Self-efficacy is the belief that one can carry out activities or take the necessary actions to achieve certain results. To review the literature related to the relationship between self-efficacy and student academic procrastination in completing thesis. Article searches were carried out using the Scholar electronic database according to predetermined criteria. The combined keywords in the article search are in Indonesian, namely academic procrastination, self-efficacy and thesis then in English, academic procrastination, self-efficacy and thesis. The 10 research articles reviewed concluded that self-efficacy plays an effective role in reducing student academic procrastination in completing thesis. This literature review shows that there is a relationship between self-efficacy and delay in final student academic assignments. Keywords: Academic procrastination, self-efficacy, Thesis

Abstract

ABSTRACT Every year the number of people with postpartum depression is increasing in the world. There are several therapies that are effective in reducing postpartum depression, one of which is cognitive behavioral therapy. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is one of the most widely applied psychotherapy approaches and has been shown to be effective in treating a variety of disorders, including anxiety and depression. To review the relationship with the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on postpartum depression.  The search for articles was carried out using electronic databases such as Google Scholar, PubMed and Science Direct to answer writing purposes. The combination of keywords used in the article search was postpartum depression, cognitive behavior, behavior therapy, cognitive behavior therapy. From 10 research articles that havee been conducted, it is shown that all cognitive behaavior therapy are effective in reducing postpartum depression. This  literature review shows the effect of cognitive behavioral therapy on postpartum depression. Increase the role of nurses in recognizing mood disorders after delivery so that they can be prevented before they get worse. Keywords: Postpartum Depression, Cognitive Behavior Therapy  ABSTRAK Setiap tahun angka penderita depresi postpartum semakin meningkat di dunia. Ada beberapa terapi yang efektif dalam menurunkan depresi postpartum salah satunya yaitu Cognitive Behavior Therapy. Cognitive Behavior Therapy merupakan salah satu pendekatan psikoterapi yang paling banyak diterapkan dan telah terbukti efektif dalam mengatasi berbagai gangguan, termasuk kecemasan dan depresi. Untuk mereview literature yang berhubungan dengan pengaruh Cognitive Behavior Therapy terhadap depresi postpartum. Pencarian artikel dilakukan dengan menggunakan database elektronik Pubmed, Science Direct, Proquest dan Google Scholar untuk menjawab tujuan penulisan. Kombinasi kata kunci yang digunakan dalam pencarian artikel adalah postpartum depression dan cognitive behavior therapy. Dari 10 artikel penelitian yang telah dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa semua terapi Cognitive Behavior Therapy efektif dalam menurunkan depresi postpartum. Literature review ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh Cognitive Behavior Therapy terhadap depresi postpartum. Meningkatkan peran perawat dalam mengenali adanya gangguan mood setelah melahirkan sehingga dapat di cegah sebelum lebih parah. Kata Kunci : Depresi Postpartum, Terapi Perilaku Kognitif

Abstract

Research was conducted to determine the effect of competence on employee performance and job satisfaction on performance. Employees, competence on organizational commitment, job satisfaction on organizational commitment, and organizational commitment mediate between competence on employee performance and organizational commitment as a mediating variable for job satisfaction on employee performance. The research method is the Structural Equations Model with the SEM-AMOS analysis tool. This research is quantitative, with a sample size of 230 using a purposive sampling method. The empirical findings are that competency is positive and significant to employee performance. Job satisfaction is positive and significant on employee performance. Competence is positive and significant towards organizational commitment. Job satisfaction is positive and significant on organizational commitment, as well as positive and significant organizational commitment on employee performance, and the influence of competency on employee performance is indirectly mediated by organizational commitment, which is positive and significant. From the results of the research that has been carried out, the statement obtained using descriptive analysis and the lowest score in this research is recommended for LP3i that communication competence between colleagues needs to be improved to have a good impact on employee performance.

Abstract

This research is to determine the effect of CSR on employee performance, CSR on organizational commitment, organizational commitment on employee performance, and is mediated by organizational commitment. The number of samples in this research is 210 samples, testing using the SEM test using the SEM-PLS analysis tool, the findings in this research There is that Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) have a significant positive influence on Employee Performance. In addition, CSR also have a significant positive influence on Organizational Commitment. Organizational Commitment has a significant positive influence on Employee Performance. The latest findings show that Employee Performance has a significant positive influence, with Organizational Commitment as a mediating variable. the results about CSR showed that the lowest average scores were recorded on the assessment or evaluation indicators. To anticipate the spread of a similar response, companies need to identify the causes of this response. In the results of respondents, the lowest indicator of employee performance is the work quality indicator. Organizations must delve deeper into understanding the reasons behind the subpar quality of work observed within their operations. Within the spectrum of organizational Commitment, it is evident that the normative commitment indicator scores the least. Organizations need to cultivate a culture where employees feel intensely loyal. This can be done through employee development programs, appropriate incentives, and a supportive work environment.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work experience and motivation on teacher performance with commitment as a mediating variable for teachers of SMA Negeri in Bandar Lampung City. This research method is quantitative and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. Data used in the study this obtained from results testing questionnaire against 224 teachers at State High Schools in Bandar Lampung City who were used sample in study with technique purposive sampling. The results obtained from study This support proposed hypothesis that is experience Work influential positive and significant to performance, motivation influential positive and significant to performance, commitment mediate influence experience Work to performance and commitment mediate influence motivation to performance. Implications from study this is so that teachers can increase performance through experience work and work for produce quality work in accordance with criteria that have been determined at school. Apart from that, it is hoped that school principals can increase teacher work motivation using the method of assessing the work of teachers who have completed their assignments. Then by giving appreciation to other teachers, it is hoped that teachers can improve interpersonal relationships, so that teachers feel comfortable and connected. between teachers is increasingly harmonious, with conditions that can improve teacher performance. And, hopefully to head school for can increase teachers' commitment to advance school with method make attachment with the teacher so the teacher will feel become part family at school. Lastly, teachers should do more increase its independence in Work although no there is supervision from head school and able finish task without must wait help colleague work.

Abstract

One of the medicinal plants found in Indonesia is the matoa plant (Pometia pinnata). This matoa plant is a typical plant from Papua and has spread widely in Sumatra, Java, Sulawesi, Maluku and the island of Sumbawa. This matoa plant is known to contain flavonoid compounds which are proven to have high pharmacological effects as antioxidants, antibacterial and antifungal agents. Flavonoids are compounds that can be found in green plants that have bioactive effects such as antiviral and anti-inflammatory. The purpose of this study was to determine the levels of flavonoids in the leaf extract of matoa (pometia pinnata) using the uv-vis spectrophotometric method. The method used in this research is experimental, including sampling, processing phytochemical screening samples and making matoa leaf extract. Matoa leaf simplicia was extracted using maceration method using 96% ethanol. In this study, validation of analytical methods with parameters, namely linearity, accuracy, precision, LOD & LOQ uses uv-vis spectrophotometry with a wavelength of 435nm. The results obtained from the correlation coefficient (r) = 0.9977, the results obtained from the accuracy test were 99.92% with requirements (90%-110%), The results from the precision test obtained RSD/Kv of 0.366 % and the LOD value of 2.6802 ppm and LOQ of 8.9341 ppm. The results of determining the flavonoid content of matoa leaf extract (Pometia pinnata) were obtained with a value of 67.0207 mgQE/g Extract.

Abstract

Mitra PKM menghadapi sejumlah permasalahan terutama dalam peningkatan literasi keuangan dan akses pembiayaan bagi pelaku UMKM. Salah satunya adalah tingkat literasi keuangan yang rendah di kalangan masyarakat desa tersebut. Dengan potensi usaha yang bergerak di bidang warisan lokal, pelaku UMKM di Desa Tarahan, seperti Kelompok Sanggar Tapis Rakata terkadang kesulitan untuk mengembangkan usahanya karena akses pemodalan dan pembiayaan yang terbatas. Selain itu, pentingnya infrastruktur dan teknologi yang memadai juga harus diperhatikan, termasuk penyediaan akses internet dan teknologi keuangan untuk mendukung akses terhadap informasi dan layanan keuangan. Adapun harapan dari PKM ini yaitu dapat meningkatkan tingkat literasi keuangan para pelaku UMKM di Desa Tarahan yang pada akhirnya dapat meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa melalui kegiatan yang meningkatkan pengetahuan juga aksi nyata yang berdampak pada meningkatkan nilai usaha mereka.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of academic achievement and organizational activeness on employability among alumni of the Faculty of Economics and Business, University of Lampung. The research employs a quantitative causal design. The population consists of all alumni from 2022–2024, with a total sample of 125 respondents determined using the Slovin formula with a 9% margin of error. Data were collected via an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results show that academic achievement has a positive but insignificant effect on employability, while organizational activeness has a positive and significant effect. These findings indicate that active participation in student organizations strengthens interpersonal, leadership, and adaptability skills, which directly contribute to graduates' competitiveness in the job market. The faculty is encouraged to enhance mentoring programs and organizational activities to improve students' career readiness.

Abstract

Masih banyaknya perempuan yang tidak bekerja membuat perempuan hanya mengandalkan pendapatan dari suami sebagai kepala keluarga. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan untuk meningkatkan ekonomi keluarga melalui pelatihan pembuatan dan pemasaran produk rajutan. Tujuan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan dan pemasaran produk rajutan adalah meningkatkan pendapatan ibu rumah tangga dengan cara membuat dan memasarkan produk rajutan yang telah dihasilkan. Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan ini adalah: (1) kegiatan pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan demonstrasi membuat produk rajutan dan memasarkan produk melalui media sosial Instagram, (2) pelatihan dan pendampingan pemasaran produk rajutan melalui Instagram, yang bertujuan membantu mitra yang memiliki masalah dalam memasarkan produk rajutan melalui media sosial Instagram. Hasil kegiatan adalah dihasilkannya produk rajutan dalam berbagai bentuk dan ukuran serta mulai dipasarkannya produk rajutan melalui media sosial Instagram.

Abstract

Kelompok sadar wisata Desa Sungai Langka telah terbentuk, namun perannya belum optimal dalam menggerakkan partisipasi masyarakat desa sehingga manfaat ekonomi yang diperoleh masyarakat dari destinasi wisata belum optimal. Kegiatan ini bertjuan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang pentingnya peran kelompok sadar wisata dalam meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata di Desa Sungai Langka. Metode yang digunakan adalah pelatihan, pendampingan, serta monitoring dan evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan anggota kelompok sadar wisata tentang pentingnya peran kelompok sadar wisata dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat di sekitar destinasi wisata di Sungai Langka dan berhasil mengidentifikasi masalah untuk meningkatkan peran kelompok sadar wisata. Untuk mengoptimalkan peran pokdarwis dibutuhkan pendampingan berkelanjutan pada kelompok sadar wisata agar dapat memaksimalkan potensi wisata di desa dan dibutuhkan pula upaya lanjutan untuk memasarkan berbagai destinasi di Desa Sungai Langka secara terintegrasi dengan melibatkan berbagai aktor dan sumber daya agar wisata yang ada di Desa Sungai Langka dapat lebih dikenal dan berkembang
