Abstract

Perkembangan bahasa anak usia dini yaitu kemampuan dasar sesuai dengan karakteristik dan tahapan usianya. Penelitian ini meneliti tentang perkembangan fonologi yaitu bagaimana perkembangan anak dalam proses menghasilkan bunyi dalam berbahasa. Penelitian ini difokuskan pada masalah bagaimana perkembangan bunyi vokal dan konsonan pada anak usia 4 tahun. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif deskripstif. Data ini berupa data hasil rekaman yaitu data-data verbal yang selanjutnya dilakukan analisis non-statistik untuk memperoleh gambaran deskriptif tentang perkembangan fonologi, khususnya terhadap perkembangan bunyi vokal dan konsonan pada anak usia 4 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa data menunjukan perkembangan bunyi vokal dan konsonan pada anak usia 4 tahun sudah dapat diucapkan secara keseluruhan. Namun dengan dimikian, pada perkembangan bunyi vokal pada posisi tertentu anak tidak dapat mengucapkannya, sehingga menghilangkan bunyi tersebut. Sedangkan pada bunyi konsonan pada posisi tertentu terutama pada awal kata anak menggantikannya dengan bunyi konsonan lainnya yang paling dekat dengan bunyi huruf tersebut.

Abstract

Al-Qur’an sebagai kitab suci pedoman hidup yang dijaga keasliannya oleh Allah SWT dengan banyak cara, salah satunya adalah melalui para penghafal al-Qur’an yang dipilih untuk menjaga kalam Allah yang Mulia di dalam fikiran dan hatinya. Oleh karena itu, banyak Madrasah yang berbasis Islam mengadakan program hafalan al-Quran sebagai salah satu program unggulan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui penerapan metode al Jawarih di Madrasah Alam Ya Bunayya Bungo dan mengetahui implikasi metode al Jawarih dalam menghafal dan mempelajari al Qur’an terhadap akhlak santri di Madrasah Alam Ya Bunayya Bungo. Metode penelitan ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif.Penelitian ini di RA Alam Yaa Bunayya. Teknik pengumpulan data diambil dari observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini adalah penerapan menghafal ayat-ayat al Qur’an dengan menggunakan gerakan, tadabbur makna ayat perkata dan keseluruhan, dan implementasi memahami kandungan ayat dengan cara visual secara langsung membuat pembelajaran tahfidz sangatlah menyenangkan, tidak membosankan, dan sangat berkesan bagi para peserta didik di Madrasah Alam Ya Bunayya Bungo. Dan dari proses pembelajaran tersebut peserta didik merasakan kehadiran Allah Tuhan yang Maha Pengasih dan Maha penyayang selalu memberikan kebaikan-kebaikan kepada manusia sehingga muncullah rasa berkasih sayang sesama manusia serta syukur yang di aplikasikan dengan mengerjakan sholat, mengaji, belajar yang baik, berbuat kebajikan kepada orangtua guru dan kawan-kawan di Madrasah maupun di rumah.

Abstract

Taxation is a very important instrument for a government in collecting funds to finance various development programs, the nature of this tax is mandatory. Apart from that, this tax system can be designed as well as possible, by making it a tool to achieve social and economic justice, through income redistribution. National development is taxation carried out effectively with the aim of reducing economic imbalances between regions and increasing investment in social services. Excessive or unfair taxation can discourage investment and can destroy incentives to work. This increase in taxes on development can be done to increase the number of buildings owned by Indonesia. With tax reform that focuses on justice and efficiency, this can support a more sustainable national development.

Abstract

The ability to hold oneself as an expression of this attitude of tolerance brings understanding and tolerance for differences of opinion. Dissent is normal and cannot be prohibited or suppressed. Only if all parties understand that this argument must be managed wisely in accordance with the noble values ​​of their religious beliefs, culture and traditions. The development and renewal of pluralistic theology in society is an important part of the world order which is shaped by ethnic, cultural and religious pluralism. Basically we are all brothers. Islam prohibits tolerance through the Qur'an and its hadiths. Indonesia is already known as a country that has a variety of diversity. The Qur'an's call for tolerance requires complexity and a willingness to accept all kinds of differences, including ethnicity, skin color, language, customs, culture, and religion. The Qur'an also states that the creation of the heavens and the earth, day and night, male and female is the decree of the Creator as a decree. Tolerance in Islam must always be maintained in accordance with Islamic law. Non-compliance with Sharia values ​​while maintaining tolerance has led to a shift in values ​​from tolerance that is justified within the boundaries of Islam to syncretization of religions with the principle of "all religions". All religions are the same.” This principle denies the absoluteness of religious teachings that truth only exists in Islam.

Abstract

This study investigates stereotypes and prejudices that exist among the Lembak and Javanese communities in Durian Mas Village, Rejang Lebong, using a qualitative approach. This research focuses on a deep understanding of how the peoples of these two tribes describe and perceive each other. This research method involves in-depth interviews with members of the Lembak and Javanese communities, as well as participatory observations to understand the social and cultural context in Durian Mas Village. The results of the study revealed various stereotypes spread in society. Stereotypes held by the Lembak people towards the Javanese include their image as quiet, gullible, firm, not straightforward, gentle, cunning, calm, possessing tribalism, forgiving, harboring feelings, being laundering, and hesitant. Conversely, stereotypes shared by Javanese people towards the Lembak Tribe include their views as responsible, lazy, strong religious, unwilling to take risks, polite, sarcastic, friendly, talkative, confident, unwilling to compete, highly motivated, unwilling to do much, and often envious of successful people. [Penelitian ini menginvestigasi stereotip dan prasangka yang ada di antara masyarakat Suku Lembak dan Suku Jawa di Desa Durian Mas, Rejang Lebong, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini berfokus pada pemahaman mendalam tentang bagaimana masyarakat kedua suku ini saling menggambarkan dan mempersepsikan satu sama lain. Metode penelitian ini melibatkan wawancara mendalam dengan anggota masyarakat Suku Lembak dan Suku Jawa, serta observasi partisipatif untuk memahami konteks sosial dan budaya di Desa Durian Mas. Hasil penelitian mengungkap berbagai stereotip yang tersebar di masyarakat. Stereotip yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Suku Lembak terhadap Suku Jawa mencakup gambaran mereka sebagai pendiam, gampang ditipu, tegas, tidak terus terang, lembut, licik, tenang, memiliki sikap sukuisme, pemaaf, menyimpan perasaan, pengalah, dan sungkan. Sebaliknya, stereotip yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat Suku Jawa terhadap Suku Lembak mencakup pandangan mereka sebagai bertanggung jawab, pemalas, kuat beragama, tidak mau ambil risiko, santun, suka menyindir, ramah, banyak bicara, percaya diri, tidak mau bersaing, memiliki motivasi tinggi, tidak mau berbuat banyak, dan seringkali iri kepada orang yang sukses].

Abstract

Digital transformation in public services is a strategic step in improving service quality and efficiency, including in the immigration sector. This study examines digital adaptation through the implementation of the E-Passport system at the Batam City Immigration Office using the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT) approach. The UTAUT model evaluates four main constructs: performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, and facilitating conditions that influence user acceptance of technology. The results showed that the M-Passport application and the digital infrastructure provided significantly increased users' perceived ease and trust in the service. In addition, social support and supporting facilities at the immigration office also strengthen the adoption of this system by the community. However, there are challenges for those with limited digital access. Therefore, an inclusive and educative service strategy is still needed to ensure the overall success of technology adaptation. This study recommends continuous evaluation and improvement of digital features to optimize public service transformation.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to explore performance-based planning and budgeting strategies in education, as well as to review the effectiveness and efficiency of education funding. The main issue addressed is the need for a budgeting system that can promote accountability, transparency, and the achievement of optimal educational outcomes. The method used in this research is a literature study, by collecting data from various academic sources such as books, scientific journals, and articles discussing performance-based budgeting approaches in the education sector. The findings indicate that this approach has the potential to improve the accuracy of resource allocation and educational outcomes through measurable performance indicators. However, the implementation of performance-based budgeting still faces several challenges, including limited institutional capacity, low quality and availability of data, and weak policy commitment. To overcome these obstacles, it is necessary to strengthen the monitoring and evaluation system continuously, as well as to enhance human resource capacity through training and technical assistance for stakeholders. This study concludes that the success of performance-based budgeting largely depends on the synergy between strategic planning, consistent policy support, and a results-oriented work culture. Therefore, the development of a performance-based education budgeting system is a strategic step in promoting improved quality and accountability in the management of education funding in Indonesia. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi perencanaan dan penganggaran pendidikan berbasis kinerja, sekaligus meninjau efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan dana pendidikan. Permasalahan utama yang diangkat adalah kebutuhan akan sistem penganggaran yang mampu mendorong akuntabilitas, transparansi, serta pencapaian hasil pendidikan yang optimal. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur, dengan mengumpulkan data dari berbagai sumber akademik seperti buku, jurnal ilmiah, dan artikel yang membahas pendekatan penganggaran berbasis kinerja dalam sektor pendidikan. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa pendekatan ini berpotensi meningkatkan ketepatan alokasi sumber daya dan hasil pendidikan melalui indikator kinerja yang terukur. Namun, implementasi penganggaran berbasis kinerja masih dihadapkan pada berbagai tantangan, antara lain keterbatasan kapasitas kelembagaan, rendahnya kualitas dan ketersediaan data, serta lemahnya komitmen kebijakan. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut, diperlukan penguatan sistem monitoring dan evaluasi secara berkelanjutan, serta peningkatan kapasitas sumber daya manusia melalui pelatihan dan pendampingan teknis kepada para pemangku kepentingan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan penganggaran berbasis kinerja sangat bergantung pada sinergi antara perencanaan yang strategis, dukungan kebijakan yang konsisten, dan budaya kerja yang berorientasi pada hasil. Dengan demikian, pengembangan sistem penganggaran pendidikan yang berbasis kinerja menjadi langkah strategis dalam mendorong peningkatan mutu dan akuntabilitas pengelolaan dana pendidikan di Indonesia.

Abstract

The objective of this community service is to improve the knowledge and skills of health cadres on preventing sexual violence against children. The method of implementing this service uses Focus Group Discussion (FGD) targeting mothers of cadres in Plumbon Village, Temon District, Kulon Progo. The evaluation instrument for this service uses pre-test and post-test questionnaires which are then analyzed using percentage techniques. The results of the pre-test showed that 76% were able to answer all questions correctly. After providing material and FGD on the concept and prevention of sexual violence against children, the results of the post-test of community service participants who answered correctly increased by 12% or to 88% of participants with correct answers. So it can be concluded that there is an increase in the knowledge of mothers of health cadres in Plumbon Village about preventing sexual violence against children, as one of the provisions for carrying out health promotion.

Abstract

Salah satu capaian pembelajaran yang harus dikuasai oleh siswa Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah (MDT) Nurul Iman adalah kemampuan menguasai materi Bahasa Arab sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku. Bahasa Arab menjadi salah satu pelajaran pokok yang memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk dasar pengetahuan keagamaan siswa. Namun, berdasarkan hasil observasi dan wawancara dengan pihak madrasah, diketahui bahwa siswa masih mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami kosakata dan struktur bahasa, serta kurang memiliki minat belajar terhadap pelajaran Bahasa Arab. Kondisi ini disebabkan oleh proses pembelajaran yang masih bersifat tradisional dan berpusat pada guru, dengan metode hafalan yang kurang melibatkan partisipasi aktif siswa. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendampingi para guru dalam menerapkan Al’ab Lughawiyah (permainan bahasa) sebagai strategi pembelajaran yang kreatif, interaktif, dan menyenangkan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD) dengan lima tahapan, yaitu discovery, dream, design, define, dan destiny. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam mendesain pembelajaran inovatif, terbentuknya komunitas belajar guru, serta tersusunnya strategi keberlanjutan untuk memperkuat penerapan Al’ab Lughawiyah di MDT Nurul Iman Kabupaten Bungo.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the integration of Islamic values in the social-emotional development of early childhood. The main focus of the study is to analyze the effect of the application of Islamic values on social-emotional aspects, such as social interaction skills, emotional management, and character building in early childhood. The method used is a qualitative approach with case studies involving observation, interviews with parents and educators, and analysis of documents related to Islamic education in early childhood education institutions. The results of the study indicate that the application of Islamic values, such as compassion, honesty, patience, and responsibility, contribute significantly to improving children's social-emotional abilities, especially in forming positive behavior and harmonious relationships with peers. The implication of this study is the importance of integrating Islamic values in the early childhood education curriculum to support healthy and positive social-emotional development, as well as provide a strong foundation for children's moral and character development in the future.
