Abstract

A disaster is an event that causes damage, ecological disruption, loss of human life, and deterioration of health services or services on a certain scale that requires a response from the community in the disaster-affected area. Matesih District is dominated by steep slopes and experiences high rainfall. These conditions cause extensive erosion, weathering and landslides. The purpose of this service is to improve the knowledge and skills of volunteers about splint dressing. Disasters that have occurred in the world include landslides that have caused several people to suffer minor injuries. Injuries to residents generally occur in the musculoskeletal system. To prevent injuries to the musculoskeletal system, splint dressing assistance is needed through health education/training. providing understanding and knowledge to volunteers about the importance of increasing volunteer knowledge and skills about splint dressing. The method used is by presenting material and a simulation. Based on this identification, STIKes Mitra Husada Karanganyar aims to provide an understanding to Destana volunteers about splint dressing. In this service activity, the population was 27 volunteers in Girilayu village. This activity was carried out with the initial method of providing material and then continued with simulations related to splint dressing. The results of the community service activities went smoothly, understanding and skills about splinting increased by 85,2 %. So it can be concluded that the increase in splinting skills is inseparable from the provision of splint dressing training.

Abstract

The proliferation of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) has emerged as a pivotal catalyst for economic proliferation. Discussions concerning MSMEs encompass a wide scope, as they pertain to the economic well-being of numerous small communities. The present study aspires to ascertain the impact of attitudes and digital financial literacy on performance, as evidenced by the actions of MSMEs in Palu City. This research was conducted employing a survey method, targeting MSMEs operating within the food and beverage sector in Palu City. This study utilizes a quantitative approach, collecting data through the distribution of questionnaires. The population and sample consist of 92 MSMEs in Palu City. The hypotheses were tested using Smart-PLS analysis. The results indicate that financial attitude and digital financial literacy do not significantly influence the performance of MSMEs in Palu City. However, financial management behavior moderates the influence of financial attitude and digital financial literacy on the performance of MSMEs in Palu City.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an important role in post-disaster economic recovery, including in relocation areas such as Huntap Duyu and Balaroa Sub-districts in Palu City. This study aims to explore the role of financial literacy in MSME financial management practices in both sub-districts. The method used is a qualitative approach with an intrinsic case study, which includes in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation to obtain data on the level of financial literacy, financial management practices, and challenges faced by MSME actors. The results of the study indicate that most MSME actors in the area have a low understanding of financial literacy, which is reflected in informal and intuitive financial management practices. However, there are differences between business actors in Duyu and Balaroa, with MSME actors in Duyu being more open to financial training and assistance. This study provides theoretical contributions in the development of financial literacy in the post-disaster context and practical in designing more effective community-based economic empowerment programs. These findings are expected to be the basis for supporting institutions and policy makers in designing more relevant interventions for MSMEs in relocation areas. The right financial education program can help MSMEs improve their business resilience and economic sustainability in the future.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kinerja keuangan Koperasi Pegawai Negeri (KPN) yang beroperasi di Kabupaten Sigi dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang dipilih melalui purposive sampling meliputi koperasi yang secara rutin menyelenggarakan Rapat Anggota Tahunan (RAT), memiliki laporan keuangan yang lengkap, serta terdaftar dan beroperasi di wilayah Sigi. Data kedua terdiri dari laporan keuangan periode 2022-2023 yang diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Sigi. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah analisis rasio keuangan, yang mencakup empat aspek utama: likuiditas, solvabilitas, rentabilitas, dan aktivitas. Penilaian kinerja keuangan didasarkan pada standar penilaian resmi yang tercantum dalam Peraturan Menteri Negara Koperasi dan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah Republik Indonesia Nomor 06/PER/M.KUKM/V/2006. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kinerja keuangan koperasi di wilayah tersebut secara umum tidak merata, dengan sebagian besar dikategorikan 'cukup' hingga 'buruk'. Rasio likuiditas yang terlalu tinggi menunjukkan kondisi overlikuid, sementara rasio solvabilitas menunjukkan struktur modal yang relatif stabil. Namun, profitabilitas yang rendah menunjukkan penggunaan ekuitas yang tidak efisien, dan rasio aktivitas menunjukkan efisiensi aset yang kurang optimal dalam mendukung operasional usaha koperasi. Berdasarkan penelitian ini, diperlukan perbaikan berkelanjutan dalam pengelolaan aset, pengembangan unit usaha produktif, serta peningkatan kapasitas manajemen dan sistem penilaian keuangan untuk meningkatkan dan mempertahankan kinerja koperasi dari waktu ke waktu.

Kelompokeksperimenmenunjukkanadanyaperubahanyaitupenurunan rata-rata tingkatkecemasandarisedangmenjadiringan, P value = 0,002. P value > 0,05 disimpulkanadapengaruhterapiMurottal Surah Ar-Rahmanterhadapkecemasanpasiengagalginjalkronik di ruanghemodialisa.Kata Kunci :Kecemasan, Murottal Surah Ar-Rahman,Hemodialisa THE EFFECT OF MUROTTAL SURAH AR-RAHMAN ON ANXIETY OF CHRONIC KIDNEY FAILURE PATIENTS IN THE HEMODIALYSIS ROOM ABSTRACTTreatment of anxiety in hemodialysis patients can include relaxation and distraction techniques. An alternative for treating physical, mental and psychological disorders is spiritual music therapy or murotal. One of the psychoreligious therapies currently starting to develop in the world is Al-Qur'an Surah Ar-Rahman therapy. To determine the effect of Murottal Surah Ar-Rahman on the anxiety of chronic kidney failure patients in the hemodialysis room. The type of research used in this research is experimental with a quasi-experimental method with a two group pre-post test design approach. The number of samples in the study was 48 respondents (24 intervention groups and 24 control groups of kidney failure patients who underwent hemodialysis twice a week using total sampling technique, data analysis using the Wilcoxon test and Mann-Whitney test analysis. The results of the research in the pre-post test control group of surah Ar-Rahman showed that the average anxiety value did not change significantly, P value = 0.059 > 0.05. The experimental group showed a change, namely a decrease in the average level of anxiety from moderate to mild, P value = 0.002. P value > 0.05, it can be concluded that there is an effect of Murottal Surah Ar-Rahman therapy on the anxiety of chronic kidney failure patients in the hemodialysis room. Keywords: Anxiety, Murottal Surah Ar-Rahman, Hemodialysis

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi dan efektivitas anggaran serta realisasi belanja operasi dan belanja modal pada Pemerintah Daerah Kota Palu. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya pengelolaan keuangan daerah yang transparan dan akuntabel guna meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan rasio realisasi terhadap pagu anggaran untuk mengukur efisiensi, serta pencapaian target program/kegiatan untuk menilai efektivitas. Data yang digunakan adalah laporan realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kota Palu dari tahun 2021 hingga 2024. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa meskipun tingkat efisiensi anggaran tergolong tinggi, efektivitas belanja masih memerlukan perbaikan dalam perencanaan dan implementasi program. Implikasi dari temuan ini menekankan pentingnya penyelarasan antara perencanaan anggaran dan capaian kinerja agar pengelolaan keuangan daerah lebih optimal dan berdampak nyata bagi masyarakat. Selain itu, penelitian ini diharapkan mampu memberikan gambaran komprehensif mengenai kinerja keuangan daerah serta menawarkan rekomendasi kebijakan yang konstruktif untuk pengalokasian dan pemanfaatan anggaran di masa mendatang.

Abstract

The development of financial technology (FinTech) has presented digital credit services such as Paylater, which are increasingly popular among Generation Z. This study analyzes the influence of financial socialization and financial attitudes on the use of Paylater among Gen Z in Palu City. Data were collected through an online survey of 100 respondents selected by purposive sampling method and analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM) with SmartPLS. The results showed that financial socialization and financial attitude have a positive and significant effect on the use of Paylater, with financial attitude having a stronger influence. Individuals with adequate financial understanding and a healthy financial attitude tend to use this service more wisely. These findings emphasize the importance of financial education in encouraging wiser use of Paylater among Gen Z.

Abstract

Financial management is an important aspect in the operation and sustainability of the Galang Bersama Kami Foundation. This study aims to document and analyze the role of financial management at the Galang Bersama Kami Foundation. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with a single case study approach. Data were obtained through interviews with the foundation's management. The findings indicate that the Galang Bersama Kami Foundation has implemented effective and responsible financial management principles. The results of this study also highlight the importance of financial management in supporting the foundation's goals and missions in improving the quality of life of marginalized communities. By implementing good financial management practices, the foundation can ensure that the funds managed are used efficiently and in accordance with the foundation's goals. This study provides the importance of continuity in improving the foundation's financial management capabilities to support the sustainability of community empowerment programs.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji pengaruh pertumbuhan penjualan dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham melalui struktur modal sebagai variabelintervening pada sektor properti yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan memanfaatkan data sekunder yang bersumber dari Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data tersebut mencakup rentang waktu tahun 2020 hingga 2023 dan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 21 perusahaan yang dipilih dengan teknik purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis) yang difasilitasi oleh perangkat lunak AMOS 26. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pertumbuhan pendapatan memberikan dampak positif tetapi tidak signifikan secara statistik pada struktur modal dan harga saham. Di sisi lain, profitabilitas menunjukkan pengaruh negative tetapi signifikan secara terhadap struktur modal sekaligus menunjukkan dampak positif dan substansial pada harga saham. Namun, struktur modal menunjukkan dampak negatif tetapi tidak signifikan secara terhadap harga saham. Akibatnya, struktur modal tidak berfungsi sebagai pemediasi pada dampak pertumbuhan pendapatan dan profitabilitas terhadap harga saham.Kata kunci: Pertumbuhan Penjualan, Profitabilitas, Struktur Modal, Harga Saham

Abstract

This study aims to develop a pentahelix collaboration model in tourism development as an effort to reduce poverty levels in Tojo Una-Una Regency, an area with great tourism potential but high poverty rates. In this study, qualitative methods were used, including Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and in-depth inter-views, to collect comprehensive data. SWOT analysis is used to identify strategies that can exploit strengths and opportunities while addressing existing weaknesses and threats. In addition, a matrix analysis is carried out to illustrate the division of roles in each proposed strategy. The findings of this study resulted in eight main strategies, including increasing the attractiveness of ecotourism, fostering re-gional cooperation, and increasing public awareness of environmental protection. This strategy is expected to improve the quality of human resources supporting tourism and strengthen tourism infra-structure in the region. Based on the results of this study, a matrix of collaboration between the government, academics, businesspeople, communities, and media was created, which is expected to be the foundation for joint efforts in overcoming poverty and accelerating tourism development in Tojo Una-Una.
